[Resolved] Aircel — Wrong deduction without consent by aircel | |||
My aircel prepaid no is [protected]. I have recharged on 4th August, 2015(txn no:[protected] rs 60 and i have received rs 59 instantly. from 4/08/2015 i have not used my phone for any call or sending any message till 11/08/2015 at 11pm.When on 11/08/2015 at 11:30 pm checked my balance it shows rs 8.11.I was shocked to see the balance and checked my phones message box for any message for deduction and i did not find any message for deduction but there was no message for deduction. Then i have called customer care for clarification for the deduction and the customer care executive Mr. Tanmoy told me that i have downloaded a song from internet and for this reason balance deducted. From his conversation it is clear that he has no other reason to give me for deducting balance and he was repeatedly said that deducted balance could not be refunded. I have explained him that the phone is a very basic phone and not used for any internet and there is no internet connection in this phone and it is used by a 65 years old citizen my mother who only knows how to receive a call and don’t know how to make a call. Mr. Tanmoy said to me in wrong tone that you can do anything but aircel will not refund the balance. What kind of behavior from aircel customer care???? he has no right to talk with customers like this. I have all related prove that she did not used her phone for downloading any song. I think it is a very big joke that Mr Tanmoy said to me. You people are provide wrong information to customer. Please sort out my problem and refund my deducted amount in main balance. Please take immediate action. Otherwise I will go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
