This is Muthupandi from Chennai. Am having the aircel customer. When i was browsing in mobile on 16th december 2014 night, i get the message from aircel as "You are subscribed for video talkies. Charge for your one day subscription in Rs.5. For unsubscribe send STOP to 155223". I have send the stop message to given number twice on the same night as 10.54 and 10.58. I get the response message as, "You are not subscribed any service". But after one days i have been charged Rs.50 for auto renewal for the same service. Again i sent Unsbecribe message to that number. And called customer care for register a compliant. They have check my SMS log and registered compliant. After 4 days i get the response as "Renewal charge wont be refunded.". I have called nearly 5 times in 14 days for my amount refund. Òn[protected] the customer care executive said, am not send any unsubscribe message on[protected] and close my complaint. But i send unsubscribe message. For reference i have attached the my SMS log. Aircel cheated me.
PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRCEL AND DONT LOST YOUR MONEY
