[Resolved] Aircell — Recharged but 3G not working - CS response is very poor | |||
I recharged my Aircell number [protected] for 133 rs through easy recharge in[protected]. i got text stating successful and amount got deducted from my account. whereas 3G service is working only though the money that i have got in my account for calling and not working through the 3G 133 offer. I called up CS - they informed me that 3G is active but they do not know reason why its not accessable by me and informed me to call 198 - for complaints - i did try this 198 for more than 30 times and tried speaking to CS rep though this number- which does not connect. this being the case - i though instead of running behind- i can go with fresh 3G recharge and again recharged my account thropugh easy recharge for 128 rs on[protected] still my 3G is not working - though the plan. so lost 100rs of my talk time +133 +128. 361+ service charge 8rs - 369rs :-(. one guy called me form [protected] and informed me that he is calling from aircell customer care and informed me that he is reimbursing me the full amount and requested me for my atm number valid through and cvv - number i informed him that its froud and told him that i will post the complaint on this too.
