We booked air costs ticket through their site to travel from vtz-hyd on march 5th but received cancellation message from them on mar-3rd. Since then onwards, i am waited for a refund and haven't received it. Every time when i get in touch with them they just tell that i will get it in 20 days. This is not the only case with me there are thousand of people wait for a refund and if we don't get it in right time it to be a big scan.
