Aircosta airlines Have cancelled the flight 636 and didn't
provided me any other alternative way to
reach my destination due to which I have to
suffer a lot and have to spend around 20000/-
to reach my destination Jaipur as I have to
be there as I have a urgent work . Aircosta
ground staff didn't even corprated with me
when I told them to arrange an alternative
way to reach Jaipur same day. They were
arranging flight for the next day and that
too not till Jaipur but only till Hyderabad
and told me to arrange by myself from Hyderabad to jaipur . they didn't even
provide any refreshment or accommodation.
They were also not sure about the next day
flight too. I have suffered a lot due to all
this as I have to booked flight with another
airline and I reached Jaipur at 10.00 in
night which I was about to reach at 2.00 in
the noon. so I would like to request you to
look into my matter and also provide me
compensation for in convince caused by them
to me and my family who were waiting at
Jaipur for me. Enclosure:- file attached for
the flight expenditure(11000/-) incurred by me to reach my destination Jaipur.
other meal expenditure, accommodation in Hyderabad, taxi fare in Hyderabad is around 9000/-
please provide me compensation for the same as soon as possible.
