Hi Team,
Please check the status of my Transaction done on 18th December & Still no update from your side. Contacting Airindia Customer Care is Useless because they are keeping in hold for Hours and not providing the valid information. They are always saying only 1 transaction reflecting in their System.
Use the Transaction Reference Number to find out the Transaction done on 18 Dec 2020.
18th December Transaction done through Debit Card & transaction details already updated through email. Transaction Reference Number : VT[protected] (Which is not reflected in your Link)
19th December 2020 Transaction done through Net Banking... Which is successful & immediately reflected in Airindia website
Airindia Customer Care is unable to provide & find out the 18 Dec transaction through Payment Link made by Debit Card.
Please check if the transaction is successful then return the same to my Account Was this information helpful? |
