Airindia — Ticket cancelled by airlines but refund not issued

Dear Sir/Ma'am
The refund for the flight cancellation by the Airlines has not been processed or received. The flight was scheduled for May 24, 2021 which was cancelled but never received the refund. Many attempts have been made via e-mail and customer care service but to no avail. I have been told the same thing since last 5 months that the refund is being processed. But neither have I received any refund nor have I received any assurance that I will be receiving the same. Kindly help with this matter.

Please include the ticket while in consideration to avoid confusion as I am representing my sibling, in whose name the ticket is booked.
