One of my ticket from Chennai - Singapore 19 FEB 2021, booked on 30th JAN 2021(Confirmation number HUJROV) was cancelled on 02 FEB 2021 and the refund not being made as of date. Request you to resolve the issue. Flight : IX-1688 Ticket:- 19th FEB 2021, Chennai to Singapore, Confirmation number HUJROV The issue has been reminded to air India more than 15 time and they are not responding or giving any proper reply.
