Airlink.in — Broadband Refund

I was using airlink broadband services, but the service was very pathetic, and the connection remained down on many occasions and for many days. Even despite several complaints via telephone or even personal visits to their office the problems remained unsolved.
Eventually i had to buy a new connection from you broadband though my airlink connection was active as the services remained down most of the time. Even today it is not working since 21st march.
My username is adilkapadia and my connection is supposed to be active till 8th september 2020.
I would like to have my money refunded as i don’t need airlink services now. I even mailed them for the refund twice but as usual there was absolutely no reply.
Please help me get my refund.
