Airlinkcpl.net — very poor net connectivity

Airlink india is providing very poor net services. After every 2-3 days, there is no net connectivity and on calling they give two reasons only always:
1. There is some technical problem going on
2. Our executive will visit and solve...

All this are # reasons of taking money and not providing services. Not only this, but for shifting of address and installing at new place, they charge 1000/- even if it is in next building and services provided are worst. For cancellation, there is no policy and for looting people, there are 100 policies.

Every alternate days, there's no net connectivity on sundays toh definitely no connectivity.

Very poor and worst services and net facility. Always have to register complain and wait. Also, if we want to cancel then they say no refund will be given/ connection is good only during initial 2-5 days of registering, rest all the days very poor services.

And the funny part is that in the site tagline, they have mentioned :-

Airlink.. Network that works...

(Lollll)

Instead, they should write :-

Airlink.. Network that never works...

Kindly provide support to solve this...
