I received a call from Indigo Airlines saying that I got shortlisted for the job. They made me pay 2500 for the registration and as I got suspicious they asked me pay more 1000 . Totally I paid 3500. Could I refund of the amount.

I had booked a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam with flight time scheduled for 5:50 a.m. I arrived at the check-in counter at 5:15 a.m., intending to board the flight. However, I was informed by the concerned employee that I was late by 2 minutes and, as a result, boarding had been closed. Despite explaining that I needed to travel urgently due to a family emergency (my grandfather's passing), I was not allowed to board the flight.

As a result, I was forced to book another ticket for a later flight at 10:55 p.m., which incurred an additional cost of Rs. 5000. Unfortunately, this flight was delayed by 20 minutes. It strikes me as unfair that while passengers are held strictly to boarding times, the airline is not held accountable for its own delays.

Given the circumstances and the financial burden caused by these events, I kindly request a refund of the additional expenses incurred due to the missed flight and subsequent delay. I believe it is only fair that I am compensated for the inconvenience and financial loss experienced.

On 29 Nov 2023, I was applying for the post of AAI Junior executive ATC 2023. For payment I choose UPI so done a payment of 1000rupee instantly, but later payment was not updated on portal. Due to last date of payment I have to done the payment again. I raised the ticket about the problem and tried to call AAI helpline but there is no response from the authority.

मैं टर्मिनल ३ से उज़बेकिस्तान एयरलाइंस के द्वारा तशकेंट जा रहा था। जब मेरी इमीग्रेशन की बारी आयी तो मैं एक अच्छे और मुस्कुराते चेहरे के साथ अपने इमीग्रेशन ऑफ़िसर के पास गया, हेलो सर कहा और उनके सारे निर्देशों का पालन कर रहा था। मेरे पासपोर्ट में स्टाम्प लगाने के बाद मैंने ऑफ़िसर से पूछा की आपने ३ पन्ने आगे बढ़कर स्टाम्प लगाया तो इससे मेरा पासपोर्ट जल्दी एक्ज़ाउस्ट हो जाएगा। तो उन्होंने काफ़ी बदतमीज़ी के साथ मेरे से इस छोटी बात पे बोलना शुरू कर दिया और कहा तू किस बात पे इतना ऑफेंड हो रहा है बे? मैंने उनको सामने से इतना ही जवाब देते हुए कहा की सर यह कैसा तरीक़ा है आपके बाद करने का? तो उन्होंने मुझे जवाब में कहा कि मैं अभी तेरी पासपोर्ट कैंसिल कर दूँगा और जा भी नहीं पाएगा। मैंने उनको साफ़ साफ़ इतना ही कहा की सर अगर मैंने किसी तरीक़े की गलती या एयरपोर्ट की किसी नियम को नहीं तोड़ा है तो मुझे कोई क्यों रोकेगा? तो उन्होंने मुझे साफ़ शब्दों में यह कहा “चल भाग यहाँ से साले” और मेरा पासपोर्ट ज़मीन पर फेंक दिया। मैंने आगे कुछ ना कहकर पासपोर्ट ज़मीन से उठाया और अपने सिक्योरिटी के क्यू में चला गया। तभी मुझे आवाज़ आयी जब वही ऑफिसर मेरी माँ से भी उचें और बेढंग तरीक़े से बात करने लगा तो मैंने अपने क्यू को तोड़कर वापस उनके पास गया और अपने माँ को कहा कि चालों यहाँ से, ऐसे बदतमीज़ और घटिया इंसान से बात करके अपनी इज़्ज़त और समय मत बर्बाद करो। इसके बाद ऑफ़िसर अपनी कुर्सी से उठकर मेरा हाथ पकड़ते है तो मैं अपने हाथ चटकते हुए उनको सीधे शब्दों में मुझे छूने से मना करता हूँ। इसके बाद वह ऑफ़िसर अपने सीनियर ऑफ़िसर को बुलाते है और वह सीनियर ऑफिसर मेरी कोई बात ना सुनकर अपने ऐम्प्लॉय को बचाने की कोशिश करते गई। इसके बाद जब मैं और मेरी माँ उनको अपनी ड्यूटी सही तरीक़े से करने को कहते है वह मुझे एक एप्लीकेशन लिखने बोलते है। फिर मैं उनके साथ उनके इमीग्रेशन ऑफिस में जाता हूँ और एक एप्लीकेशन लिखकर देता हूँ। इसके बाद मैं जब उनसे उस एप्लीकेशन की रिसीविंग माँगता हूँ तो वह मुझे उन्हें आवाज़ में जाने का निर्देश देते है और कहते है कि जो होगा, वह हम देख लेंगे और आपको बता देंगे। आज २ हफ़्ते होने जा रहे लेकिन अभी तक वहाँ के ऑफिस से कुछ भी जवाब नहीं आया है और उन ऑफ़िसरों के बर्ताव से लगता भी नहीं की कभी आयेगा भी। मेरी एयरपोर्ट ऑथोराइटीज़ से हाथ जोड़कर निवेदन है कि ऐसे बदतमीज़ ऑफ़िसरों पर कड़ी जाँच हो और मुझसें और मेरी माँ से ऐसी ग़लत बर्ताव के लिए माफ़ी माँगी जाये। धन्यवाद।

Dear Sir,

My name is Preet Devinder Singh and on DT 03 July, 2023 I came to India ( New Delhi) via Air India
flight number AI120 from Frankfurt and went to the Indian Passport holder counter
for Arrived stamping.. The person was taking too much time while giving me clearance
and called another person named: Raj Kumar Mani. He started abusing me. And was using
offensive language Actually me and other 4 member of family ( My Father, Wife, 2 Daughters)
were going Canada and unfortunately due to family emergency I came back from Frankfurt(German).
And on DT 30 June 2023 we all went to for Family counter for Departure stamping for fulfil the
formalities at that the person who was taking our pictures he has done a mistake he was taking
My Father Picture and my two twin daughters picture and after at sudden told me all done we can
go and me and my wife told him, "you hadn't took our Picture" but he said all done and he uploaded
my dad picture on my profile due to this i was suffered by your staff and the guy never took my
wife Picture too and i don't any kind of harassment for my wife and my kids because he never took her picture
as well.. I understand that person was doing his job but how can he behave like this
when he was not 100% sure what was the matter.

against him so that he can't behave like this to another citizen of India.

Vivek Roy name has scammed me Rs 2500 first then 8757 for courier parcel . Kindly I need ur help sir.

I alighted from flight nu GE 6032 from bnglr to jodhpur at around 2 PM today . My son got park his car in parking area to receive me. It was 14 minutes of his parking time . when we drove towards car parking exit barrier, just before that barrier, person from contractor approached us asking 500/ as parking charges. We refused & made protest & asked for manual, then he negotiated for 200/ & pater scaled down his demand to 100/ . We succumbed & gave 100/. Such extortion is so blatant that many were seen forking out in hurry.

The parking staff at Dehradun Airport are making too much nuisance. They asked me for my entry slip and told me I have to pay 500 fine because its 13 minutes since I entered the airport and allwoed time is 3 minutes I told them that I was waiting in the parking area and when I got the call then I cane to the pickup point. They even took my entrance receipt and was not returning it. They told me pay 500 or go to the gate without receipt and pay 800. I have video of whole incident. They didn't return my entrance slip. They were trying to lock my tyre even though I was sitting in my car. Where in the rule books is anyone even allowed to lock my car tyres. Not even in any Motor Vehicle ACT. I'm going to file a complaint against the incharge company of parking at Dehradun Airport. I have the video of the whole incident.
The photo attached is the person who took my receipt for checking the time of entrance but didn't return it.

I have travelled from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam by flight with my family on[protected]. The flight started there at 8.45 AM and reached Visakhapatnam at around 10.00 AM. I booked UBER auto to travel from the Airport to my house in Visakhapatnam. The UBER pickup point is outside the Parking Area of the Airport. As per the driver, he didn't park the auto in the Parking Lot. Still I was forced to pay Rs 40/- as parking fee. The receipt is attached.

Kindly get this amount refunded.

Flight 15857 was delayed by 20 minutes . After 15 minutes baggage status screen showed 'First baggage' of 15857 near Belt No.6 but few bags only arrived. Next 30 minutes the belt was running without any baggage. Then showed 'last baggage' of 15857. But after some time only remaining baggage started to come. The baggage handling team fooled all the passengers by this act of cheating. By the time we received our baggage it was around 2300 hrs. Due to this cheating activity Myself, my wife and daughter missed Karnataka RTC bus which was scheduled to leave at 2200 hrs from Air port to Mangalore. It was a horrible experience for us. We were part of tourist team returning from Srinagar to Kannur but our happy memories were spoiled by this act of baggage handling system. It was heard that this type of cheating is being practised in airports for increasing the efficiency rating of baggage handling agencies with minimum work force. Kindly look into the matter so that such unhealthy practises are not being repeated.

His name was Rajiv Rathore on true caller. He said that he is HR of airport authority. Then he said that fill the application. I filled . Then last step, he said pay the amount 2500. Then your submission is successful. I paid. Next day he sent me a aptitude test. I passed it. But today 15 April, he said me please paid 18850 rs for your training, i socked. Why he tell me everytime for paid. Then i research and found its a spam. Please help me.
