      Hi, I booked my 2 tickets from Delhi to Sxr in Air Asia flight for 9th of April 2020 with Booking Id...RTC2JV ...Due to pandemic it were cancelled ...All tickets were refunded but I haven't received mine ...I contacted with air Asia and they said that "they'd already refunded the amount to the third party through which the tickets were booked".So please refund my amount back soon

        when I transfer money from my terminal, it does not happen Money is deducted from the Terminal. But does not go to the account

          Hi my name is shahzeb and booked my ticket from getmytrip through a travel agency "arabian tours and travel". But my ticket got cancelled as jetairways got shutdown. Its been more than a year but am still waiting for my refund but as same repeated reply from getmytrip that refund is pending with airline i went to dig up the process of my own as i am skeptical whether the getmytrip had requested for my refund or not. As per jetairways the refund applications which have been submitted before 23rd of april, 2019. Got fully refunded, so to confirm whether getmytrip had submitted my refund application on or before 23rd of april, 2019 i emailed them as my ticket got cancelled on 19th of march, 2019. 35 days before the last date of submission of refund request but even after mailing them several times am not getting the details and date of my refund request from getmytrip to jetairways. I think they have not submitted any request for my refund or they have got the refund and hitting the same that is why they are not sharing the details. Attaching copy of my ticket and jetairways circular regarding refund process.

            I have booked my train tickets in train 13049 and 15274 on 14 march and 16 march respectively. But tickets not booked and an ammount summing to 1150 and 560. Has not been credited to my account where in irctc shows that cancellation refund has been done to zaakpay pg bank. Whose refund id is [protected] and [protected].
            Plese refund my amount as soon as. I also submitted refund status screen shoot.

              Sir smart shop k portal par fare alag show karta hai or customer care ko mail karke ticket issues karao to alag fare milta hai
              Kal humne ek ticket issues kiya jiska fare 5092 hai jabki customer care ko mail kiya to usi clash me usi flight me fare 4883 rs ka bataya???
              Smartshop k alaba kai site hai jaha fare kam rahta hai smartshop se???

                Dear team.

                I am feeling very sorry to say all that my i am working with my company as a retailer and stockiest for 8 years. But for the first time, the company has cheated me with mpos device (Which is a cashout machine) of rs. 7501/-

                The department humiliated me n my organisation mentally and so in financially. First, when i was going seriously financial problem, without my knowledge, they had deducted the amount of 7501/- from my account. And further they apoliyse for the same aslo. But after that, i felt that the customer staff (Sales team) has cheated us by giving wrong information about the machine. According to them, the commission for every transaction will come as rs 4/- in our account, but when i used it the comm. Was only rs.2.42 paisa. I am working since 8 years with the company. But never got this type of wrong information.

                2ndly, they have never told us that the merchant transaction / payments will be transfer to directly to our own bank ac. If something has to happen then, i wont prefer this machine for my organisation.
                3rd. The dept. Not told us that there wld be any service tax for any merchant transactions. I have received rs.9600/- from a passenger, but in return the amount was updated with 9489/-.in my account. Rs. 111/- was deducted from the amount.

                For the same, i have written so many mail to our company and even the head of department i. E. Escalation team, but they r still silence. They r not responding any of my mail. Rs. 7501/- (Machine amount) is not a small amount for a man like me. And it is also non refundable. If we r not gaining any profit then why the company promote this machine with telling so much of lie.

                Plz take appropriate actions against the persons relating to it.

                  I have booked 4 flight ticket through paytm flight bookingon an i have paid rs. 26928 an i have cancelled 1 ticket on 21/8/2016 an my flight is on 28/08/2016 my order number is [protected] i have cancle 1 ticket which i have call to coustmer care number on [protected] an told them to cancle one ticket an other 3 tickets remain.. An they confirm that it's happen once one ticket they have cancle.. But when i call to airlines to confirm then they have replays that all 4 ticket from ahmedabad to goa are cancelled an coustmer care are telling that only one ticket is cancelled an i didn't. Get any confirmation about my ticket nor refund from 5 days i have all 5 days recording which i have talk with coustmer care an i have send also to [protected]@paytm.com all that recording. I have very few days left for my flight an no confirmation nor refund i get so plz help fast as possible.

                    I had booked flight ticket on 15.12.2015 at around 10 pm through www.getmytrip.com but unfortunatly ticket status got failure and amount of Rs 10295/- debited in my account. In this connection i had complaint to customer care of getmytrip they said your refund will credited 4 to 7 working days but till date i am waiting for my refund. Again i call to customer care for the same then they said you mail us along with you account statement where showing your debited amount after that i had been mail too. After that i again call them then they replied that your amount is already refunded you contact your bank. In this connection i had contact to bank but bank replied me that if your amount will refunded by them then your account will credited but still not credited it means your amount is not refunded by them. I am realy frustrated in this matter but getmytrip says the had refunded and my account still not credited till date and now is going to completed one month. I request you to kindly look into matter and you try to refund my amount and take strict action against them. I am realy mentaly harassed by them i want an interest on that amount so that they will not do like this to others

                      transferred 12104 Rs to ALHIND TRAVELS COCHIN from my account.
                      informed me that by mistake they debited 12104 Rs from my account.
                      Contacting them for the last one year to get back my amount.


                      For the last one year, I am contacting HERMES I tickets, chennai, Escalation department and call center[protected], & sending email to [protected]@hermes-it.in, for getting back my upload amount of 12104 Rs. This amount was transferred to Hermes account number by NEFT. They told me by mistake they debited 12104 Rs from my account. Till today 24th AUGUST 2014 they didn't upload this amount back to my Terminal ID - INCOK[protected].
