Received a call from a number [protected] and the person claims his self to be “Mahendra” from spicejet airlines recruitment cell. Over the phone call I was informed that my profile has been shortlisted and asked me to submit necessary documents(Aadhar, Marksheet, Email id, Passport photo) through Whatsapp in the same mentioned number. Also, I was told that it would be a part time job for which I will offered a salary of 26500. Then he told me that the documents, once submitted will be forwarded to the HR department of the company and somebody from their would call me for further proceedings. Also, he informed that I need to deposit an amount of Rs. 880, which would be refunded with the first month’s salary. The next day, after sending all the required documents, I received an “Interview Letter” on whats up number. There, it was mentioned that I will be receiving a phone call for the interview purpose. As said, I received a call from Mr. Mahipal, who claims himself as the GM of HR department, spicejet airlines. Over the phone call, I was asked some basic questions and it ended on a good note. After that, I received a call from “Mahendra” and he informed me that I have been selected for the post of “luggage cheker” and that, I need to deposit Rs 880 within half an hour. The account details shared in the document is attached herewith. Then, before depositing the amount, he told me for next process you have also submit the amount for rent, food and training amount. And today mahipal is doing refund my amount but he is not refund my amount so i request to you please refund my amount from mahipal.
Airports Authority of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Answer: the duty of the AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA is to provide rules:
for parking of of aircraft or for any other service or facility offered in connection with aircraft operations at any airport, heliport or airstrip,
prohibiting the parking or waiting of any vehicle of carriage within the airport or civil enclave except at places specified by the Authority.
There is no video attached which discloses such rules along with the signature of the chair of AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA.
The submitter can address his complaint to the Government of Maharashtra or to the local police office for the violation of the public order by officers of the police or of the state, if such incident had taken place at the territory of at Dibrugarh airport, Assam.
