Airtel 3g — data speed is very poor

Airtel always says his network is very fast network in india from othernetwork, but in our area the 3g/4g internet speed is very poor i cant do any internet works because of that network, i already paid for 70days pack so my money is going to waste, as a student i am very sad, i think airtel should quit from giving network services to people, and it is conclude that airtel is a cheater, so please give me a compensation to me.
