LOST 250RS AND 2 HOURS SLEEP FOR CHOOSING AIRTEL NETWORK (USING THIS MOBILE NUMBER FOR LAST 6 YEARS )

On[protected] I'm having mobile balance around 230RS When i got notification like my data pack 100% utilized, i stopped my mobile data and immediately activated 9rs pack which they told 2days validity and 120MB data balance.
When i suddenly noticed on[protected] around 6PM, my balance was reduced to around 140rs .then i immediately stopped mobile data and i understood they charging from main balance and GRPS pack both.
WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NO RESPONSE, GOT ONLY RECORDED VOICE.
Then i hurried to recharge shop and activated 155RS 3G data pack of validity 28days @[protected] around 9.30PM to save my remaining balance.
After that i enabled mobile data in my mobile and started browsing at night 11PM suddenly my mobile data pack not working and got notification like Mobile balance is 1RS.
Immediately called customer care and got line after long struggle, and call center guys keep on trying to cheat me like we are fools and we don't have knowledge at all.
Most comic moment is call was transferred to several persons and no 1 has valid reason for my detuction after several minutes of hold.
MR.Amuthan is trying to say they don't know anything what computer says they will explain and he added android mobile is the problem :) :P
Lost patience and lost sleep @ midnight 12, felt irritated.
Cheap guys cheating educated people like us in a silly, wt poor people and low knowledge and remote people will do ????
Note in this conversation 3 guys have disconnected my call when they put my call in hold. i spent 10rs balance for
customer care call.
Even after this all work done my friend transferred me 10rs talk time, in next 15mins they stole 6rs in that . :D

And the last man Amuthan gave me a number for reference [protected] for my investigation and his manager name is Krishna Moorthy. office located at Chennai santhome.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
once they had offered me a plan...recharge with 6 month and get another 6 month...that mean if i pay for 6 month, I get total 12 month. So, i had recharge my acc. at that time. and after 6 month airtel said that you are not eligible for this offer. So, i lost my benifit of 6 months...I had given so much complain about this but no one solved it...
Second time they offered me 3 months free on 6 months recharge...this time I have verified recharge amount, offer and all things at least 3-4 times. I have recharged with 1370 Rs. on dated 27th april, 2013. Now, again after 6 month...airtel is saying "I am not eligible for getting 3 months benifit...the offer was not for you"...Though I have confirmed after recharge also, my problem has not been solved...I have registered a complain too. I have talked with SUSHMA MADAM in NODAL OFFICE too. Still the problem is there...
I have also list with all person to whom I have talked regarding this matter...
AIRTEL==all our TELL will in AIR after 6 months...shameless and worst company
