I am Jay Patel. I am using airtel DTH service. My ID number is [protected]. I want to say that it is a worst service. they never solve any problem even after registered a complain. Two times they have cheated me. once they had offered me a plan...recharge with 6 month and get another 6 month...that mean if i pay for 6 month, I get total 12 month. So, i had recharge my acc. at that time. and after 6 month airtel said that you are not eligible for this offer. So, i lost my benifit of 6 months...I had given so much complain about this but no one solved it... Second time they offered me 3 months free on 6 months recharge...this time I have verified recharge amount, offer and all things at least 3-4 times. I have recharged with 1370 Rs. on dated 27th april, 2013. Now, again after 6 month...airtel is saying "I am not eligible for getting 3 months benifit...the offer was not for you"...Though I have confirmed after recharge also, my problem has not been solved...I have registered a complain too. I have talked with SUSHMA MADAM in NODAL OFFICE too. Still the problem is there... I have also list with all person to whom I have talked regarding this matter... AIRTEL==all our TELL will in AIR after 6 months...shameless and worst company

I am Jay Patel. I am using airtel DTH service. My ID number is [protected]. I want to say that it is a worst service. they never solve any problem even after registered a complain. Two times they have cheated me.

once they had offered me a plan...recharge with 6 month and get another 6 month...that mean if i pay for 6 month, I get total 12 month. So, i had recharge my acc. at that time. and after 6 month airtel said that you are not eligible for this offer. So, i lost my benifit of 6 months...I had given so much complain about this but no one solved it...

Second time they offered me 3 months free on 6 months recharge...this time I have verified recharge amount, offer and all things at least 3-4 times. I have recharged with 1370 Rs. on dated 27th april, 2013. Now, again after 6 month...airtel is saying "I am not eligible for getting 3 months benifit...the offer was not for you"...Though I have confirmed after recharge also, my problem has not been solved...I have registered a complain too. I have talked with SUSHMA MADAM in NODAL OFFICE too. Still the problem is there...

I have also list with all person to whom I have talked regarding this matter...

AIRTEL==all our TELL will in AIR after 6 months...shameless and worst company

      sir diz is to inform u my airtel no [protected] which i was using from last few years now finding following complaints:- 1. i got it diz no transfered from prepaid to postpaid, n after doing so i started getting wrong bill details which includes wrong call rates which we were told before getting it transfered. 2.secondly using my call details of d sim ur people is continously disturbing my contact persons n creating d mess. Sir. i m not denying to pay d bill of dat sim.but my request it to correct d bill details n stop disturbing my contact persons. I will be thnkful to u n try to deal d matter as soon as possible..

        Dear Sir, I am current user of Aircel network with the no. [protected], due to network problem i have applied to port it in airtel with UPC & proper documents on 10-APR-2014, next day of submission I have received a massage "Your request for porting the [protected] to airtel has been received" from the sender "AD-AIRFTA". And after 7 days of submission in morning the no. has been deactivated without any information. More than 10 time said issue escalated to Airtel customer care & distributor. But issue is not resolved. FROM LAST 15 DAYS MY NUMBER NOT WORKING. NOT PORTED AND DEACTIVATED. So please suggest me what I should do.           Hi My Name is Amit Dube I am using your services and having this account number [protected]I am not using your services since 1st April 2014 and I called up customer care on 3 rd April to deactivate this connection but not able to do the same. Since now I have made few more call to customer care regarding the same. All customer care person were giving different different information and forcing me to continue this connection and request me lot lots of time and revert with your decision now on 18 I got ready to put the connection on hold but today i got the bill for the whole month but as mentioned earlier i was not using this connection since 1st April which can be confirmed from your system. Now today when I called up customer care executive Naem said that he can not close the connection until i make the payment. I wish to close the connection all the charge mentioned in the bill after 1 are not valid. A deposit of 500 Rs are already with you. Please adjust the amount and close the connection.I came to know that last month you raise the monthly rental by Rs 100/- without prior informing which is also a big issue and i would like to seek a legal opinion on that. But for now request you to please stop mental torturing and close the connection and confirm me the same.

            I have been trying to get airtel broadband from last 3 years but airtel is not ready to give they just say that there are some technical problems in you area and say that you have to wait for 1 month and from the last 3 years that month had not come till now. I want the service as there is no other service is also not available (leaving mtnl which are the worst). Airtel is always refusing. In my near by area airtel is available and in our area it is not. It is just about 50m away from my house and my friends staying there have airtel. There is a lot of demad of airtel broadband. Please look in to the issue and provide me a connection.               Hello Sir, i am Nesar Alam, my airtel postpaid no is [protected] My problem is this my Credit Limit suddenly increased by airtel from 1300 to 2600 without my concern, and they generated my bill 2, 133 ( A Customer care person called me up and said he want me to talk as per my Credit Limits then i said i am very busy right now and please call me at evening. and still i am waiting for that call ) i called Airtel Customer Care On 27/04/2014 at 12:29 PM and they said i am not legal person to resolve your problem and then he transferred my call to senior executive Mr. Shankar Sai. and he said to go and read Airtel Term and Condition on airtel Document where you have signed. he said also that they are liable to increase my credit limit as per my uses and without my concern. and now my outgoing call is bared and when i asked them why this happened they said coz your cr limit is 1300. (Some time earlier i called C.C for some other reason then i decrease my CR. limits. Before date of bill generated) now i am not getting what to do. and where is my fault. and if this held then why is Cr. Limits. Sir please do something please. Regards: Nesar Alam.

                My airtel prepaid number is [protected]. Last night 26th Apr 2014 I received some messages from airtel customer care and they tell me that my cell number switch to postpaid. I also called airtel customer care([protected]) and they told me that they dont have any such information regarding me migration.

                  My mobile no is [protected]. I had not registered for getting ar-blalrt sms service but for the last 3 months i am being charged unnecessarily and getting these smses twice a day. Also raised in this forum earlier and talked to customer care, but these unwanted smses are still coming.

                  I just want airtel to stop this service ad-blalrt at any cost and don't trouble customers like this. Please end this service immediately or i would be approaching consumer court in nest few days with service defficieny.

                  Already raised here. Http://www.Consumercomplaints.In/airtel-india-unwated-ar-blalrt-smses-not-unsubs... but no action.

                    My mobile number [protected] has got activated to a different Kit and the Kit is not shared to me.I am frustrated with the service of airtel postpaid for over 3 months ever since i met the field engineer Mr.Kunal ([protected]).He gave a Kit to me at the beginning that was not activated over 2 moths, The next Kit was shared as compensation and the number[protected] was activated to a different kit that i don't owe.Kindly take suitable action with the field engineer and activate my number today, else disconnect my airtel broadband service ([protected]) since i am don't want to be airtel frustrated customer.                           LOST 250RS AND 2 HOURS SLEEP FOR CHOOSING AIRTEL NETWORK (USING THIS MOBILE NUMBER FOR LAST 6 YEARS ) Mobile Number : [protected] On[protected] I'm having mobile balance around 230RS When i got notification like my data pack 100% utilized, i stopped my mobile data and immediately activated 9rs pack which they told 2days validity and 120MB data balance. When i suddenly noticed on[protected] around 6PM, my balance was reduced to around 140rs .then i immediately stopped mobile data and i understood they charging from main balance and GRPS pack both. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NO RESPONSE, GOT ONLY RECORDED VOICE. Then i hurried to recharge shop and activated 155RS 3G data pack of validity 28days @[protected] around 9.30PM to save my remaining balance. After that i enabled mobile data in my mobile and started browsing at night 11PM suddenly my mobile data pack not working and got notification like Mobile balance is 1RS. Immediately called customer care and got line after long struggle, and call center guys keep on trying to cheat me like we are fools and we don't have knowledge at all. Most comic moment is call was transferred to several persons and no 1 has valid reason for my detuction after several minutes of hold. MR.Amuthan is trying to say they don't know anything what computer says they will explain and he added android mobile is the problem :) :P Lost patience and lost sleep @ midnight 12, felt irritated. Cheap guys cheating educated people like us in a silly, wt poor people and low knowledge and remote people will do ???? Note in this conversation 3 guys have disconnected my call when they put my call in hold. i spent 10rs balance for customer care call. Even after this all work done my friend transferred me 10rs talk time, in next 15mins they stole 6rs in that . :D Here is the guys name whom to i spoke Mukesh, Amuthan and some 2 guy n 1 girl forgot names. And the last man Amuthan gave me a number for reference [protected] for my investigation and his manager name is Krishna Moorthy. office located at Chennai santhome. LOST 250RS AND 2 HOURS SLEEP FOR CHOOSING AIRTEL NETWORK (USING THIS MOBILE NUMBER FOR LAST 6 YEARS )

                              I took an airtel 4g dongle connection on 5/3/2014. My number was [protected]. But due to unsatisfactory service of Airtel I decided to cancel my connection. I had called the customer care and had cancelled my sim on 21/3/2014. My cancellation Id is 55537757. A bill of Rs 421.35 was generated on[protected] and the due date of payment was[protected]. The customer care had promised me that the sim will be cancelled. Airtel had called me on my mobile number 2 times. The payment was cleared on 31/03/2014 at LIMTON Airtel store at Dalhousie, Kolkata-700001. The transaction Id is [protected]. On 21st April, .. I received an sms that another Rs 162.45 has been generated for my airtel number.The due date is 09/05/2014. I am not using my dongle since 21/3/2014. What is this amount for after the SIM is cancelled and the payments have been cleared ????? I had called and checked that my dongle number has been cancelled already. This is a case of fraud.                                 I've booked this Airtel broadband connection exactly on 21/10/13... I've even paid for the same. These people have been taking no actions I've called them several times, it's been more than 6months I've paid them money too.. They don't seem to have any importance for their own customers help out please😞 for now I've no interest in getting any connection from them am fed up.. Please help me out for d refund of the same pls!! :(

                                  Hi, I purchased a 3G smart pack for 2GB data for Rs. 475 on 22nd April, 2014 to go along with my postpaid connection no. [protected]. Within a day's time 3G got disconnected right after the usage of 22.35 mb approximately (data derived from the bandwidth counter app). I called up airtel on the 24th of April, 2014 to check on what happened to data pack and all that they could say is that the 2GB pack has been completely used. so i requested for a data sheet for the usage in that case since there was no way that it could've got used in a day's time despite my bandwidth monitor app, monitoring. they would only show me the usage date on the next bill which is ridiculous. i feel looted by airtel and furious over their irresponsible replies. Kindly help to resolve this issue. i'll be grateful. Thank you!

                                    Hello, my name is Sumit Jedhe. My mobile/airtelmoney number is [protected]. I loaded cash in my airtel money account on 9th April with an amount of 1000 rupees online on my debit card. I got the message from my bank that the amount has been debited but the cash was not loaded. I called customer care where I was said that the amount will be loaded or it will be reverted back to my bank account. Now it has been about 15 days but the cash is not loaded nor it has been reverted back. I even mailed and I mail almost daily but nobody even bothers to contact me. I provided all the required details of the transaction but no response. I am always given time whenever I call or mailMy bank details are as mentioned Bank of Baroda Account no.[protected] Also I'm attaching the bank statement.

                                      i am using airtel prepaid no [protected] since 2011.today airtel has deducted 45rs from my main account.i called to customer care executive he told that i used internet .already i have data pack but they deducted from my main account.then he told that we cant do any thing.this is not a first time till now airtel has deducted 250rs and they cant give any proper reason .always airtel cheating their customers.pl refund my all amount airtel deducted from main balance.other wise i leave airtel network.already i send a sms to mnp.i decided to migrate other network with regards, . jahed.                                         Complaint-1: Overcharging bill with vague explanation. I was using internet services for last 2 months, and deactivated it on 17th April 2014 15:21(as per SMS another same SMS 15:32). I being a very particular person, didnt want to be charged for Internet rentals for next billing cycle (cut out date 19th APR 2014), as I didnt know how long it will take to deactivate so gave the request before the cut out date. And the vagueness (precise word pathetic ) of your service is I have been charged for usage from 12.00 AM of 17 th april 2014. On top of that the person who handled the deactivation request never informed me about this hidden clauses. In what world is this explanation valid and what do you expect me to do, call the call center exactly at 12.00 AM? Complaint-2: I am not a criminal to be talked in this voice and attitude and making claims. Call details: Time: 12:13 PM Date: 23 April 2014- Agent Name: Anand. When i called 198 for explanation of this INR 49.00 extra charge, the person told me the above (really pathetic) reason. As soon as i received the confirmation sms i deleted the Airtel Settings (Even the MMS setting; as i dont trust you people at all). This attitude guy of yours said i have not deleted the settings (god knows how fool you estimate customers are? there is no way you can track if i have deleted the settings or not, and if you can you are violating my privacy for which i can drag you to court for claim made by your non executive -executive). He was talking in a way that I am a criminal and have committed a lots of frauds by not paying the bills. On to that he was like asking me questions about how airtel system work when a service is activated and stuff. He should be the one who should be answering the questions and customer is not an expert on what pathetic level of system design Airtel has thoughtfully (sarcasm) implemented. What I want? 1>. INR 49.00 deducted from the bill with a mail/ snail mail clearly stating that this was fraudlent charge due to discrepancy in our system of billing and misinformation while deactivating the internet service.(please do use the word waive off as its not something that you can be generous of saying waived off.) 2 >. Porting out- I want clear idea and amount i need to pay to port out the number. the rental of 8 days pro rata basics till the number ports out. I dont want any kind of issue created while porting out from this pathetic service. As a manager myself I suggest you, if you keep hiring people who cant even talk to customers in a proper way it reflects your incompetent image too. Milind Patil

                                        Following is a very scripted response from your end to my very clear mails indicating what issues i have faced. Refunding is not a major issue, which your manager has failed to understand. My issue is what is the better time for me to disconnect any activated service.

                                        Also if you have charged it wrongly or due to your faulty system it is not a gesture you are able to endow upon me.
                                        EG-
                                        if I use 2 GB internet on 17th of a month and then I place a deactivation request at 3.30 PM 17th of the same month, would you bill me for INR 16000.00?. (As per your billing which says that 2GB is worth INR 16000.00) if the answer is yes please kindly let me port out.
                                        If not let me know how and when should i deactivate a service.

                                        Also I had clearly asked about how much extra to pay to port out this and another number which have been charged in similar manner. but that is not mentioned anywhere in the mail. If you are too busy to read the complete mail, please do let me know, even i am busy person and thats the reason I missed out your call.

                                        This is in reference to your e-mail dated 23 April 2014, regarding the billing discrepancy for your airtel mobile number ***************.

                                        We tried to reach you on your number ***********on 26 April 2014 at 12:10 PM but we were unsuccessful in our attempts in reaching you as there was no response from your end.

                                        Further, we wish to inform you that charges levied against the invoice number[protected] towards the monthly usages are correct and valid as per the usage.

                                        However, we would like to inform you that we have already adjusted an amount of Rs.49.00/- (with service tax) as a one-time service gesture on 23 April 2014 towards the GPRS usages. The adjustment provided will reflect in the subsequent invoice.

                                        The current outstanding against the above mentioned number is Rs.236.95/- as on 26 April 2014. Hence, we would request you clear the same.
