I have been using dth connection of airtel, from. The beginning itself i am facing very poor service and each time was forced to call the customer service team atleast for 3-4 times for a proper feedback. On 8th nov i have requested a location change of my primary connection but the revert form the team was very poor as i was forced to call them again, later they have intimated that my customer i'd has to get split for this service and i will be getting a call back, two days i have waited and no one called me, which gmfirced me to call the service team again and at last they have send a local engineer for fixing new dish, surprisingly he assembled they have assembled vediocon dish instead of airtel and no signal is receiving by my setup box.,.. When asked employee responded very arrogantly and said "this is what i can do, go and do whatever you want". Need urgent attention for this as i am not able to use my set up box since november 7th.. And i am been paying unnecessarily for all these days...

    I had upgraded to airtel 4g about more than an year ago. Till now i never got any issues but suddenly the network was lost on my phone and the phone said, "sim card not ready / emergency calls only", i inserted my airtel 4g sim to a 2g handset and found the signals and everything working alright. The problem was only with 4g/3g handsets (I tried inserting my sim to other handsets too, but the problem was same) where the sim wasn't working. The sim also made my phone to restart and irresponsive.

    I visited the nearest airtel store. They gave me a sim and asked me to send an sms to 121 with xxxxxxxxu and then reply with 1. I did that but yet the signal in the old sim didn't got disconnected. I'm using the sim in my 2g handset. I talked to airtel customer service and they said i can't do anything by sending that sms because i already have upgraded to 4g. I'm confused, here the airtel store guys say something else and customer service fellows say something else..

      I ported my number from bsnl to airtel few years back.
      After porting all things were going right.
      But now after porting i am unable to recharge my number using any of the reputed platforms like paytm, phonepe, including airtel official site
      I, hereby request you to please resolve this problem asap

      Before may 2016 it was all ok but since after may i am facing this problems

        Hello,

        My number got ported to airtel postpaid on 18/11/2017, however the number is not getting activated as it is pending for tele - verification, when i visited the airtel customer relationship office in madiwala, they informed me the executive has provided me the wrong sim and hence it is not getting activated. I tried to contact the executive he was no clue where is the correct sim. My sim is incative for couple of days even after visiting the customer relations shops many times.

          My airtel mpin was blocked when i am trying to reset it was not accepting my details and shows that it was invalid. When i am trying to call 400 ccare number it's represents that was invalid number so please try to resolve my problem. Send me at least link to rest the mpin my airtel prepaid number is [protected]

              Am very much disappointed with airtel service. It’s been a week, the airtel showroom people / customer care not able resolve my problem.

              My ported mobile number idea to airtel.in which frc is not working. Showroom guys and customer service both are giving that it is gonna get resolved in 4 hrs, 6hrs.. But it’s been more than 4 days now am struggling to get my numbers frc done!!! It’s not happening...

                Yeaterday night i have done recharge of my airtel mobile using icici bank atm. So i have done a minimum recharge of 50 rupees. But today morning i got a msg from icici bank that i have done a topup of 5k rupees. So i checked my balance which remains the same with no change.

                So i want to know what happened with all my money.

                Recharge done rupees 50 but debited rupees 5k from my account.

                  I have recharge 549 on 3rd of this month for 2gb data/day and 100 sms/day. But i am not able to send any sms and watch youtube online or excess something with airtel data. I use two sim 1 for jio and airtel when i put data on in airtel sim internet stops working and if i still put data-on in jio somehow i can used. Means i don't recharge for jio. But what is the used of recgarging for rs. 549 2gb/day. I have attached screenshot of "sim card manager". Please solve my problem as soon as possible because i need to use data from airtel when there is validity..

                    Hi,

                    I tried recharging my Airtel prepaid number [protected] from Paytm, Internet banking but it failed. I tried multiple times over last 3 days but result is unsuccessful.
                    Recharge amounts i tried are 349, 50, 199. All those transactions are failed.
                    Could you please resolve this issue?

                      I recharged my airtel mobile number with rs. 20/- and had an updated balance of rs. 15.45/- on 17 november, 2017. Then, they activated vas, videopindw of rs. 15/- without my consent! This i found out while trying to call and hearing that i don't have sufficient balance! I want my money back. I did not want this vas activated! Also, when i tried contacting customer care on 121, the automated voice told me that it is an invalid number! Please take action.

                        Removal of airtel payments bank ltd from aadhaar list.

                        Still aadhaar is showing linked with airtel payments bank ltd.
                        I don't know why airtel is opening airtel payments bank while linking aadhaar with airtel number.
                        Kindly i request you to please remove airtel payments bank ltd. From my aadhar card npci preference list.

                          Hi team,
                          Looks likes bharti airtel continues looting balance... I an giving 10 lack rupees challenge to bharti airtel on this issue.
                          I have not received any update from your end but you marked as resolved by crediting 150+150 to my account. You have deducted 1589 from my account and showing 89 is to be deducted in next recharges. Please prove all your deduction in my account and will pay you 10, 00, 000 rupees on spot to bharti airtel limited. I will challenge you, you have deducted all my amount with out providing/using any service from you. You are saying international roaming is free but you are looting.

                          Learning: airtel have open network but only secrete billing which they could not provide any justification.

                          Please provide me complete justification on my deductions, which you have mentioned earlier even i have not received any call to my mobile which your sim card. (You can get full information by the service provider in uruguay.).

                          I am still stick to my challenge above if you prove your deductions.

                          Please do the needful.

                            On 17.11.2017, my number [protected] received a message from at-airsep stating "videopindw service has been activated @ 0.0 for 1 day (S). Txn id n[protected], 17nov17 7:52. Etc."

                            After my recharge of rs.50 on 18.11.2017, my account was credited with rs.39

                            Soon i've received a message from same sender at-airsep stating""videopindw service has been renewed on your airtel mobile @ rs.30 for 7 days. Etc.'"

                            Atonce rs.30 was debited from my account. We neither activated, nor gave our consent.

                            While asking the same via 198, they told that it was activated by us through net browsing. The irony is that the mobile is a basic model, and we never use net on it.

                            Even after repeated questions, they failed to provide the modus operandi. They simply said that they can stop the vas but can't refund the amount debited without my consent".

                            How can they debit the amount from my account without my consent?

                            A year back same thing happened.

                            If the issue is not properly addressed, shame on you airtel.

                              Many times i call at headoffice mumbai and indore but no one disconnecting my connection and last time i pay my bill of rs900 then after they give message of pay of 4000 rs i already tell them to disconnect connection[protected] but they do not do anything and all time they do irritating phone calls so plz check my call history and plz disconnect the connection otherwise i complaint to consumer forum of connuring connection

                                  When I was in USA last year I did get service here with international roaming . I need at least message services to keep in touch with my services back in India . I would appreciate any help .

                                  When I search for network it shows att and T-Mobile big fails to register .

                                    Due to some network issue at the company's end, the international pack recharge wasn't fulfilled and the moment we reached malaysia / thailand, the packs didn't work as expected; due to the connectivity loss, we had to recharge multiple times of 500 / 100s to get our sim working to contact our parents in india (Which is the first and foremost trouble caused by the company). After a long struggle with the customer care and escalation teams, the problem wasn't resolved and ultimately, after reaching ceo's email address, received a response that the refund was initiated and much to my disappointment, the amount was refunded as a prepaid balance. And, i am unable to use that amount for doing the recharge properly as well! On top of everything, the response from the customer care (Don't even call refer them as customer care going forward) team is pathetic! They are not even ready to hear to customer's complaints/issues, just be attached to their sops which are not written to help customer though! Only escalations to ceo will make them address customer's issues with some attention but eventually end up in torturing the customer.

                                      Sir on 29 oct, 17 i load airtel money on my airtel payment bank no. [protected] through debit card which trax id is[protected]. But money not loaded but my bank a/c is debited by 1000 rupee.
                                      I complain an email to airtel at [protected]@airtelmoney.com and they give me case no. 957945 and wait for 2 days.
                                      But on 17th nov. They respond my complain that your 1000 rupee is successfully loaded on 13 nov.
                                      But 13 nov i myself load again airtel money through my debit card successfully which trax id is[protected]. For proof i attach my bank a/c statement with this. Plz help to resolve my problem.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I had done recharge of 84 days a still 30 days before without completion of days balance is cutting in my account on daily basis. I had tried 198 customer care at least 10 days but it's boring lecture is started and not given call of customers care executive. I have afraid about this matters. So. I raise complain about this in consumer forum both indian and national. This us clearly cheating with customers. Its customer care not support for its customers.
