My wife is using my mobile number for few month on post paid connection. Last month october i visited a. S. Rao nagar branch requesting them to change my post paid to prepaid. They said come on 13th or november, when i visited the branch today, i. E., 18th nov-2017, they say, that the server is down. They said the same in october too. Now i didn't use even a penny or not called a single call. I got a new bill adding the october bill rs.595.76/-, which comes to rs: 1302.58/-
I called the customer care and have requested to wave off november's bill and will pay october's bill and have asked them to disconnect my number. She only took the request for disconnecting, and said she can only wave off rs.100/-.
Now, this airtel is unnecessarily charging huge amounts all the time, inspite of their airtel store's sole responsibility, they are imposing unnecessary amount on us saying its rental amount, wherein if the number got transferred or converted to prepaid, i would only pay rs: 595.76/- instead they are charging me rs.1302.58/-
Now i request you to do me the needful justice.
