I had ported my number from reliance comm to airtel and it got activated on 11- nov -2017 - a week bac. Since then i am not getting any incoming calls and incoming sms.

I am calling airtel customer care phone number daily and no one has bothered to fix this problem. I have been calling them 7 -8 times daily and they gave me various troubleshooting tips which was of no use. After a lot of persistence from my end, finally there was a complaint number raised on 15- nov (Sr[protected]. Till then they did not even bother to raise a complaint, such lack of customer sensitivity. As per this complaint number and now it will take another 72 hours (19- nov) to fix it. I am not even sure whether it will be fixed by that time.

I have already lost 6 days of important calls due to this and the airtel customer care team is not even bothered about this, it is as if they do not even care about customers. It is going to be another 4 days of loss for me, so in total 10 days.

I asked airtel to compensate me for this loss and again, as usual, they are not bothered.

I am furious and frustrated that i had to choose airtel to port my number out since goddamn reliance communications is closing down!

Airtel has proved yet again that it is a shamed company and do not care about customers. #airtel #cheaters

    Hi,

    My number - [protected] for which i received a bill of 661 for oct month but i want to tell you that the number i have barred on 1st oct and reissued on 15th oct so why airtel have not seen that and charged me for the time i have not used their services. And my reason for barringthe number is that my phone got stolen and there was my sim inside it so i have to stop the sim. And now airtel is not listening to my any request.

    Please make the charges correct and remove the unused charges from the bill so that i can make the payment.

      I have given request for port vodafone to airtel @ rohtas nagar delhi airtel store on 10-nov-17.

      Same day i got confirmation from airtel you request accepted.

      On 14th nov i got message from airtel your vodafone number will be ported-in to airtel by 14. Nov.17 23.30.00

      My vodafone number is closed on 14 nov 17 but till yet my airtel number was not started.

      I visit couple of times to airtel store (Rohtas nagar shahdra delhi) but they said your number will be activate within 30 min since 10.20 am they start saying that

      Yesterday i called to store manager approx 50 times name avneet raghav mobile no [protected]. Inttaly he start giving me time 30 min after that he said give me 2 hr most of time he didin't answer my call and in evening he said make a complaint he said our backend team is very poor service they are not doing there work.

      First they said call to 59059 they said your data is not updated visit to nearest airtel store

      I can't understand where i go store i visit couple of time

      I have transfer fund urgently but i can't able to do because of otp came on my registered mobile no

      My business get impacted because this is the only number i used for my buisness

      If it will not start within 2 hr i will go to consumer court as well as take this matter with media.

        call forwarding issues

        I'm trying to forward my call to another number from my Airtel mobile number [protected]. It's showing unexpected network error. Please resolve it as soon as possible. I've reinserted my sim, sim is in slot 1 only. Data and call are working fine. Only issue in Call forwarding. Resolve it ASAP.

        I recharged rs. 448 on mobile no. [protected] on dated[protected] through airtel money transaction id[protected] at 9:02 pm.
        It is a matter of great regret that even after 48 hours the benefit of recharge has not been given to the above said mobile number.
        Please direct the company to look into the matter and give the due benefit from the date of solving this problem.

            Hi sir, as i moved to other state for being i have been charged with roaming charges which shouldn't be charged on my number as per the plan i had subscribed. Kindly look into the issues as i have been charging for roaming incoming calls also which is quite a nuisance. Just for cross verification please do ensure what i have been charged extra should be removed from my account.

              Sir this is my second complain on this same matter. Sir still my problem is unsolved. Sir my name is krishan kumar jayaswal. My airtel app id is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I sent 15000 rs. To met life insurance pvt. Ltd. By using my airtel app pay utilities option (Insurance). Initially my 15000 rs. Blocked. After complaing to customer care money released but sent to india idea volt by airtel side wrongly. I contacted many times to airtel customer care. My latest complain id is 931620 and block id is[protected] and transaction id is [protected].. Customer care senior representative suggest me to send email on [protected]@airtelmoney.com. I sent mail on your id with the attachment of my airtel app transaction details screenshot many times. Later on i visited to airtel store near vaishali nagar jaipur. The representative of airtel store send a mail by store. [protected]@airtel.com on 02 nov 17. Still my problem is unsolved and i am in very tense situation. Sir one thing i want to tell that even there is no any option to pay india idea volt in my airtel app. Sir kindly revert my money to my wallet or my sbi account no. [protected]. Sir after putting all my best efforts finally i approached to you sir... Kindly solve this problem.. Thanks

              Sir after registere on this forum still there is no any call from airtel support team. Whereas some fraud call came to my mobile to cheat me asking my debit card deatils and cvv no. And otp.

                I am a user of airtel network. I had recharged with 4g/3g plus unlimited calls pack for 3 months. Previously i was able to get my network on 4g in my section that is kerala section, thodupuzha region. Now i am not even able to get the service. I can't even make a call. What further instructions i need to choose to get my service, due to this problem i had lost my money for the payment of recharging. If this continues like this i will be forced to change my network to other. I need an immediate solution for this problem. Even when i tried to reach on customer care i was not able to specify my complaint on 121 customer care number because it was not specified. Please make sure to find a solution for my problem and provide me with customer care number to talk with assistants

                  Its been more than a week since i’ve ported to airtel from vodafone, my vodafone sim is now deactived but airtel sim is still not activated and i visited airtel store and they keep telling to wait.

                  It seemed to me that they dont even have a clue.
                  This number being my primary sim im missing calls from work and having trouble in daily contacts.

                    4g network aata tha 5 aur 7 din se 4g network nai as raha hai aata hsi one signal aur chala jata hsi aur 2g e network aa jata hai speed bhi nai aati hai pahle 4 g aata tha to bhi speed 2g jaisi asti thi kul milake airtel ka network sabse kharab chal raha hai airtel sabse acha network tha mere ghar mai 4-5 airtel prepaid hai sab ke problam chal raha hai.                       I ported from airtel wb circle to airtel karnataka circle. After porting was complete and after the old sim showed no network, i changed my sim and restarted my phone after receiving all the settings from airtel. But still it is showing no service on my mobile phone.

                          As discussed over telephone with akanksha madam, i have not received any information about salary hold details by my reporting managers. Hope they have taken it as personally. I have taken my salary slips and my personal documents only. After resignation i noticed that no one is done exit interview and for courtesy also no one asked me why i am resigned. Many things are there but i don’t want to discuss because i was exit and boss always right and boss is never wrong concept in corporate. After resignation i got videocon offer with 4.5laks they informed me to join as early as possible so i have requested for notice period wave off to zsm, zbm and as well as akanksha madam hr but no one helped me in this.. Even hr can guide me as i am having leaves of 46 can be adjusted but i don’t no why you have not guided instead of that guided me to ask to your reporting bosses.

                          I joined airtel as a zonal channel coordinator for finance department from aug’2013 to december’2013 i got an opportunity in hdfc bank ltd from december'13 to till april’14 due to my mother got hospitalized came back to gulbarga to take care my ailing mother. Considering my performance in zonal channel coordinator again given opportunity as zonal marcom from april’2014 to may’2015 after that considering my performance in zonal channel coordinator and in marcom again airtel given company has been given opportunity as sales manager for jewargi thehsil 11th may’2015 to 8th march’2017 6 months worked as mini spoke ev authorizer morning as tsm and in evening as mini spoke ev authorizer till late night 12pm, total having 3 years 2 months (38months) during these period check my performance hope you are having each and every data

                          I have joined with huge problem rdd module planning was going to implement and mini spoke ev authorizer morning as tsm and in evening as mini spoke ev authorizer till late night 12pm. Many time i have been worked till late night 12 during these period khasim is handling urban jewargi where mini spoke is located but zsm not supported me to do mini spoke ev authorizer can be done to khasim but not done my name is given i am a new guy into this area with huge problems, during this time i have to source the distributors maintain the market with van and i have to do ev authorizing till late night 3times i have been saved by accident during late night travelling to my home town. For more than 4 days i have been in minis poke only because that time rs appa communication is not ready to support us daily we are getting more than 500 to 700 forms but not providing in systematic manner for that i have been with all the team members for 4days completed the form submission process for mini spoke vendor got received the payment, distributors vendor got received the payment, fse vendor got received the payment, data entry boy vendor got received the payment, retailer vendor got received the payment but company employee not received single penny from the company working since from morning 9:30 to late night 12 its almost 15 hours during my wife pregnancy i rendered my service to company for betterment of company buy my zsm said in every co-ncall that you have not done anything everything is done by retailers on that day only i have to resign from the company but as i am poor guy need basis i have to work for my bread and butter till last month i have worked.

                          Boss is never wrong and boss is always right but holding of employee salary more than enough time is leading to harassment to employee during employment and after resignation holding salary and other benefits. I always blessed to airtel i am not a cunning fellow i am a poor guy, this is very sad to inform you that. You people made me to upload all the documents, because as per process after exit raising, exit interview need to be done. Small to small company doing it without fail, but in my case and in our company no one done it and for courtesy also not asked me as single question why i am resigned.

                            I ported my sim to airtel and it got activated on 14 nov. I am not able to recharge my phone and so i am not able to make any outgoing calls or access data network. I visited the airte store and those people are not responding well they told me they are unable to do anything and i should wait for the mail. It has been one whole day and is creating lots of issue for me in day to day life. I am not even able to reach the customer care. I have dropped mail 2-3 time from 14 nov, and haven’t got a single response. Its very frustrating for me. Kindly look into it asap

                              Hi,

                              I ported from Vodafone to Airtel. My number was supposed to be activated by 11/11/2017 23:30. I registered a complaint several times with customer care as well as the Airtel Store. Each time i call in, they ask me to wait for 24 hours and it has been 4 days. I am unable to use 4 G services on my phone ( Redmi Note 4, 4 G enabled). Please resolve the issue by tomorrow morning or stop the number and refund my security money.I have spoken to all the departments.

                                I, sunita saxena has a postpaid no.-[protected]. I had cleared all my bills till aug. 2017. After that, due to high bills, i had asked my nearest airtel store to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid. They told me to wait for return call from airtel. But nobody called and when i went back to airtel store, no one listened to my request. Then i complained on airtel website but there was no response. I have been requesting since 2 months but no one has listened. Now they have sent a bill of rs. 2729 though you have already stopped incoming and outgoing services on my no. Since 24th oct 2017. I would like airtel to waive my bill amount and convert our sim to prepaid.

                                    On the 12th on dec (2017) airtel stopped service to my sim for no apparent reason. When i visited airtel office at 8th mile t dasarahalli bangalore, i was asked if i have adhaar card. I informed my adhaar card has not arrived yet and no number yet. Also it was not mandatory (Yet) to update adhaar. Rep goes on to state i need to submit address and id proof. I do that and without any explanation whatsoever rep goes on give ma a new sim card pack. Says i need to pay rs25. Says it is because duplicate sim had to be issued.
                                    My service was deactivated for no reason, and i had to pay for it.
                                    I was told sim will be activated in 5 hours. But took a day or more. After that i am unable to send smss.
                                    All airtel customer care numbers 121, 198, [protected] etc lead to same ivr with no way to get to speak to a person to sort this out. Customer care for pre paid customers is non existent. I want to sue airtel!

                                      I have an airtel prepaid connection number [protected]. Whenever i was in roaming i am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When i am in home network i have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now i am in roaming and facing same problem. I am really fed up with this kind of poor services from airtel
