On 17.11.2017, my number [protected] received a message from at-airsep stating "videopindw service has been activated @ 0.0 for 1 day (S). Txn id n[protected], 17nov17 7:52. Etc."

After my recharge of rs.50 on 18.11.2017, my account was credited with rs.39

Soon i've received a message from same sender at-airsep stating""videopindw service has been renewed on your airtel mobile @ rs.30 for 7 days. Etc.'"

Atonce rs.30 was debited from my account. We neither activated, nor gave our consent.

While asking the same via 198, they told that it was activated by us through net browsing. The irony is that the mobile is a basic model, and we never use net on it.

Even after repeated questions, they failed to provide the modus operandi. They simply said that they can stop the vas but can't refund the amount debited without my consent".

How can they debit the amount from my account without my consent?

A year back same thing happened.

If the issue is not properly addressed, shame on you airtel.

    Many times i call at headoffice mumbai and indore but no one disconnecting my connection and last time i pay my bill of rs900 then after they give message of pay of 4000 rs i already tell them to disconnect connection[protected] but they do not do anything and all time they do irritating phone calls so plz check my call history and plz disconnect the connection otherwise i complaint to consumer forum of connuring connection

        When I was in USA last year I did get service here with international roaming . I need at least message services to keep in touch with my services back in India . I would appreciate any help .

        When I search for network it shows att and T-Mobile big fails to register .

          Due to some network issue at the company's end, the international pack recharge wasn't fulfilled and the moment we reached malaysia / thailand, the packs didn't work as expected; due to the connectivity loss, we had to recharge multiple times of 500 / 100s to get our sim working to contact our parents in india (Which is the first and foremost trouble caused by the company). After a long struggle with the customer care and escalation teams, the problem wasn't resolved and ultimately, after reaching ceo's email address, received a response that the refund was initiated and much to my disappointment, the amount was refunded as a prepaid balance. And, i am unable to use that amount for doing the recharge properly as well! On top of everything, the response from the customer care (Don't even call refer them as customer care going forward) team is pathetic! They are not even ready to hear to customer's complaints/issues, just be attached to their sops which are not written to help customer though! Only escalations to ceo will make them address customer's issues with some attention but eventually end up in torturing the customer.

            Sir on 29 oct, 17 i load airtel money on my airtel payment bank no. [protected] through debit card which trax id is[protected]. But money not loaded but my bank a/c is debited by 1000 rupee.
            I complain an email to airtel at [protected]@airtelmoney.com and they give me case no. 957945 and wait for 2 days.
            But on 17th nov. They respond my complain that your 1000 rupee is successfully loaded on 13 nov.
            But 13 nov i myself load again airtel money through my debit card successfully which trax id is[protected]. For proof i attach my bank a/c statement with this. Plz help to resolve my problem.

              Dear sir,

              I had done recharge of 84 days a still 30 days before without completion of days balance is cutting in my account on daily basis. I had tried 198 customer care at least 10 days but it's boring lecture is started and not given call of customers care executive. I have afraid about this matters. So. I raise complain about this in consumer forum both indian and national. This us clearly cheating with customers. Its customer care not support for its customers.

                Consider these 2 transactions that i made.

                1. Airtel money transaction successful. Your account has been debited by rs.2000. Transaction id: [protected] date: 09/sep/2017 11:18. Current a/c balance: rs.0.36. Policy number 20181432 biller - metlife.

                2. Airtel money transaction successful. Your account has been debited by rs.2000. Transaction id: [protected] date: 14/sep/2017 11:03. Current a/c balance: rs.0.36. Policy number 20181432 biller - metlife.

                Metlife says they did not receive any payment for the 1st one while airtle says it is successful.

                Metlife says they did not receive and hence check with airtel money while airtel says their system says successful and hence check with metlife.

                This blame game is happening from past 2 months and i have lost my rs 2000 and not getting back from either of these parties.

                Since i have used airtel money to do the transaction, i want them to investigate this but they are not doing any investigation.

                Am really fed up following up

                Hi Airtel team,

                Starting Sep 2017, I started paying for my Metlife policy 20181432 through my Airtel Wallet.
                Suddenly I noticed that there is a shortage of payment seen in Metlife site.
                I contacted Metlife multiple time and they say that they did not receive all the payments that I expect. And they reverted those transactions back.
                They also asked me to contact Airtel as they have not received any money back.

                Based on Metlife reply, below are the transactions that I did along with their reversal that happened. See we can see the difference clearly of Rs 2000 that I have not received back. This means the payment through Airtel did not go through at the first place. Hence I wanted you to investigate.

                You are sending me email that the reversal happened on 18/10. However the reversal of Rs 2000 that happened on 18/10 is for the transaction done on 15/10. Check below table .

                Hi Airtel Team,

                To make this long running issue simple.

                The transaction ID [protected] done on 09/09/2017 shows successful in Airtel but not in Metlife.
                Metlife who is copied to this email thread has confirmed that they have not received any amount of Rs 2000 as per transaction id [protected] on 09/09/2017.
                The refunded amount of Rs 2000 done on Oct-18th is against similar transaction done on 09/15.

                So can you follow up with Metlife and convince them that the transaction was successful and get acknowledgement from them.
                Because if I contact Metlife they say they have not received anything and hence they cannot research.

                I do ask Airtel to update but the only reply I get is something like below.

                The refund of Rs 2000 that you mentioned as done on 18th October is for the one against the Rs 2000 transaction done on 15th September.

                  Which some technical issues broadband was slow for that i didn't made bill payment of september 2017. For that connection got disconnected in october first week. But u people's are generated bill october also which there was no usage.. Still i made payment got that and given closer request. But stiill u continue the billing and generated november bill also which is not acceptable. Pls close the connection and refund which i made october's bill amount back soon

                    I have recharged 448 plan to my number on 17th november and i have accidentally recharged again today on 19th november. So i would like to ask airtel about any solution for this problem like sending back the money or the extension of the plan from 70 to 140 days. The customer care guy did not respond properly so i am lodging a complaint here.

                      On 19-nov-2017, around 12:00 a message was received on my mother's mobile phone [protected] from airtel saying that rs 99 has been deducted for classygameandvideo. My mother has not authorised any such request for such a service. When i tried to contact 121, they take you a series of options which never lead to a customer service agent. After a long series of button pushes they ask you to press 9 to speak to an agent, and when you do this you are presented the same option. When you press 9 again, you are told that your time limit is over.

                      First the service was not asked by the consumer.
                      Second there is no way of reaching them to resolve this complaint.

                      Please look into this and refund the amount to that phone number. If i do not get a favourable resolution to this in a reasonable, i will have to reconsider using airtel services.

                        Their is network but the internet speed is very low like 1mbps. And some times the net work of airtel is been completely blocked.
                        Plz i request u to solve this prblm other wise i will port to any other sim companys.. Plz sot this out quickly... I am using airtel since last 8 years i like airtel very much but now i hating it bcos of network problems. So plz solve it...

                          Hi. Earlier my service provider for the number [protected] was vodafone, but at my residence i was not having a perfect network, so i changed to airtel with a hope that i would get perfect connectivity, it was going on well but from last few days the network has dropped to zero. The external world is not able to contact me or vice versa. When i m in office i am not able to contact my family or they can contact me in emergency. This is a big safety issue for me and my family, also being cut off from my office once i am at home may lead to losses and my performance failure, i have already made a complaint to airtel, but there is no response from your side. Here want to make a cautious statement that if the problem is not resolved, i would take the services of some other service provider and would not pay the bills from now on, as i am not getting the service as promised by your company.

                            I was applied my port facilities on 4th November from RCOM to Airtel Services but now matter is pending and due to this I am not able to talk my official person as well as non-payment of any net banking.

                            Airtel Customer care is asking me your request is under process but it will be resolved asap but still my port facilities is pending.

                                I have another airtel connection in delhi which has gone to auckland after paying roaming fee of rs 3998/ on 10 nov 2017, its net is working but there is no incoming calls and no any out going calls connecting. We talked to customer care executive on 198 and was told to contact nodal officer. We contacted to nodel officer but no use. We also connected to airtel centre at vishnu garden for 2 days, they wrote an email to head office, but no solution has come up. Then we gone to customer service center janak puri, new delhi. On 17.11.17 and 18.11.17 and they asked us to change the net work available over there, got changed the net work for 2 days but nothing came out. We are in problem as this phone is with my daughter and she is there on student visa. We are to tensed due to non working of phone. Kindly do the needful to resolve this problem.

                                  On 4th november 2017, i have recharged my mobile ([protected]) with rs.169 (Corresponding trans id:[protected]. The benefits corresponding to rs.169 are unlimited local+std calls and 500mb data/day, valid for 28 days. But, from today morning onwards, all my calls are being charged from my main account.

                                  That means the recharge benefit of rs. 169 was given to me only for 14 days, whereas it should have been given for a duration of 28 days.

                                    Now, my simple question. Sweet and straight. I loaded money onto airtel money. Now, i want it back as i hardly find any use of that. Get my money back.

                                      My wife is using my mobile number for few month on post paid connection. Last month october i visited a. S. Rao nagar branch requesting them to change my post paid to prepaid. They said come on 13th or november, when i visited the branch today, i. E., 18th nov-2017, they say, that the server is down. They said the same in october too. Now i didn't use even a penny or not called a single call. I got a new bill adding the october bill rs.595.76/-, which comes to rs: 1302.58/-

                                      I called the customer care and have requested to wave off november's bill and will pay october's bill and have asked them to disconnect my number. She only took the request for disconnecting, and said she can only wave off rs.100/-.

                                      Now, this airtel is unnecessarily charging huge amounts all the time, inspite of their airtel store's sole responsibility, they are imposing unnecessary amount on us saying its rental amount, wherein if the number got transferred or converted to prepaid, i would only pay rs: 595.76/- instead they are charging me rs.1302.58/-

                                      Charging huge amount on postpaid bill... No proper services. For 15days bill was 299/- for 2days delay payments they are chrgng 100rs..Before taking some they are not informing... How people are using this network I am not understanding...
                                      Charging huge amount on postpaid bill reason they are not mentioning for 2days bill delay they charged 98rs it's the current bill to charge as much as they need... If it is delay for 1week so you can charge..
                                      I don't know how people are using this network

                                        This is in reference with my airtel ([protected]) postpaid bill generated date (7-nov-2017) for an amount of rs.1060.82

                                        Breakup of rs.1060.82
                                        Monthly rental : 399
                                        Additional internet used charges :500
                                        Tax: 161.82

                                        Bill attached.

                                        When the amount of allocated internet for the month got over by 6-nov-2017, additional internet charges have been levied from 09-oct-2017 to 6-nov-2017. Does airtel think customers are fools? This kind of fraudulence is definitely not an acceptable factor. Considering this, i am initiating a legal action in the local judiciary against airtel.
