I have lost my airtel postpaid sim so please i request you to block the sim and all the services on the sim please... If anyone who have got my sim they can use it in bad way... So please accept my request... Please block the sim... Its my personel sim... I was using it... Please kindly accept my request... I request airtel management to please block the sim... please solve my complaint sooon...
I am facing airtel 4G LTE problem. I cant able to use 4G. I did everything what is possible . But no 1 solved my problem.
This is my last hope . From your airtel fan [protected]
Please change my Email Id as [protected]@gmail.com. send all my broad band bills in this E-mail id
Network cant be Registered. No setwork signal recieving, network servers are displaying, but failed to register to the netwotk.

Rs.349.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card on[protected]:20:59:22 at AIRTEL1272972.

The status of the transaction was failed but money was deducted. Please refund it asap.

    Dear sir / madam,

    Recently i ported my three post paid number to airtel+1 broadband+hotspot. From day one i am facing lots off technical issue with the airtel. As they mention in media like (India's fast network specifically 4g) not true. From last one month i had lots off conversation with airtel technical team & appellate officer but they are not able to resolved my issues. Every time they are lying to me. I am in big trouble due to airtel because i am not able to complete my day to day task due to airtel. As you know internet is very important part of life and most of the time i have to work on internet. My voice calls getting dropped internet is not working / mobile internet is not working /broadband is not working /hot-spot is not working i am paying more than 2500 to 3000 to them per month but still not getting proper services as they mentioned. So according to me they are cheating people by playing fake adds on media and every time provide them false commitments. I am very disappointed with them because they cheated me. Please find last 3 days service issue screen shots for reference. I request you please look into this matter because i am expecting some positive feedback from your team.

    I follow all the guideline mentioned in consumer form regarding this complaints .

    i Registered my complaint with Airtel in last month 6-Oct-2017 and we have lots off discussions. But still they are not able to provide me any solutions.

      Sir my name is krishan kumar jayaswal. My airtel app id is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I sent 15000 rs. To met life insurance pvt. Ltd. By using my airtel app pay utilities option (Insurance). Initially my 15000 rs. Blocked. After complaing to customer care money released but sent to india idea volt by airtel side wrongly. I contacted many times to airtel customer care. My latest complain id is 931620 and block id is[protected] and transaction id is [protected].. Customer care senior representative suggest me to send email on [protected]@airtelmoney.com. I sent mail on your id with the attachment of my airtel app transaction details screenshot many times. Later on i visited to airtel store near vaishali nagar jaipur. The representative of airtel store send a mail by store. [protected]@airtel.com on 02 nov 17. Still my problem is unsolved and i am in very tense situation. Sir one thing i want to tell that even there is no any option to pay india idea volt in my airtel app. Sir kindly revert my money to my wallet or my sbi account no. [protected]. Sir after putting all my best efforts finally i approached to you sir... Kindly solve this problem.. Thanks

      Sir after registere on this forum still there is no any call from Airtel support team . Whereas some fraud call came to my mobile to cheat me asking my debit card deatils and cvv no. And otp.

        I am not able to activate my special offers data pack in my mobile, even though having high balance in mobile sum of inr458 and also i requested your customer care service, but they are not responded to my problem.

        My concern is having with high balance why i am not able to activate the data plans, please resolve my issue and activate plan of 448 asap.

          On 11/11/2017, airtel deducted rs 15/ from my balance, for which, their message:

          "thanks for choosing adofgames on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs.15/ for five days."

          I never know about the plan, not chose it, not asked them about it, but, amount was deducted without our consent and without our request for the facility on our basic feature mobile.

          It is highly objectionable, day robbing.

          Request the company to return the deducted amount.

            I have been requested to change network portability from reliance to airtel more than a week completed still not activated my existing network disconnected immediately when i requested to change network, reliance also worst company in service too, when i contact airtel service call center i choosen option as english, but they are talking in hindi which i dont know very bad service i didnt expected this from airtle service.
            Please mobile consumers do not preper airtel for net work portability.

            After confirming reply with 1 iam having a error showing that wrong HLR golden sim. This was done by airtl retailler...on my phone

                Dear mr. Concern,

                With regards to airtel service i am here want to tell you that i am very disappointing the service provided by airtel. Even i want to say that airtel is not india's first open network. What is in this open network? They have cheated me like anything. They are the people who gave me the plan of rs. 349. Now when the bill has come they are charging me rs. 371..!! Is this called as an open network??

                Now i tell you the plan they gave me and even they have uploaded the same in my airtel app.

                My plan rs. 349 + rs. 199 booster pack - rs. 200 bill value discount = rs. 348 actual bill value (Then why are you charging rs. 371..!!)

                Now, talking about customer care and customer service then even they people don't know about the plan. Last month when i discussed the same with their person then she told me there is mistake in bill so she told me to pay rs. 16 less than the actual bill amount. Now, this month again same problem came then their people told me there is no mistake in bill. They even describe the bill value but they have no answers about the the rs. 200 bill value discounts.

                Here i would like to say "airtel is india's first jhootha network"

                    I am a postpaid user of airtal. I jave activated complete dnd service but ianpite of that airtel keeps on making promotional calls to me. When countered the unprofessional and cheapsters dsa agent's say that "this is our duty to call and we will call you" there is no respect for the privacy of a customer...
                    Un professional service provider with cheap and disgusting dsa.

                    I had recharged 399 on[protected] for 70 days but the company completed the recharge on[protected]
                    Airtel company's services are very poor, they are very disturbed the customer. Today my all work has stopped.

                    This is a request from all the AIRTEL customer plz use JIO network WORLD CLASS network
                    I use airtel number ([protected]) for more than 3 years and now for nearly 8 months, whenever people try to call me its not reachable most of the times.

                    Could you please investigate and let know what's the issue?
                    My landline broadband number is [protected]. Payment made 3 days before and no retrieval of services. Immediate attention required to make service otherwise I am forced to close

                      I'm using airtel since i started using mobile. I'm facing lot of problem in airtel. Now i faced a problem about that my sim suddenly got tower loss. I contacted cc and asked about it. That said may be sim card damaged. So only like this problem. They asked to replace ur sim with duplicate with same no. I requested and got new sim. On saturday 04-11-17. Still i didn't get connection. I contacts r not able to contact me. I felt very bad. I preparing my self to throw this airtel sim and to get new sim in other company. Please help me. And activate my sim no [protected]. Please help me.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have done a wrong recharge of 799 through my airtel app. I don't need this much huge amount, through autopsy the payment gets auto submitted. Please reverse this amount as i can't afford to pay this huge amount to my credit card. I just wanted to update wallet with 200rupess. Please reverse the amount as airtel wallet balance at least.

                          Today, for the second time, when i recharged my balance, i got a message of balance deduction for activation of a particular service. (It was like houseofmodels) which i didn't want.. Deduction was 35rs. Twice. First, i thought, it might have happened by mistake, but it was another time that this occurred. Please take a note on it and respond asap.

                            I have complained lots of time regarding non availability of 3G/4G network in my area even 2G is not proper but till now no solution is provided by airtel. Asper airtel team there are proper 4G connectivity but there are no any 4G tower. Airtel is making only fool to customers and charging lots of hard earned money for the same. Not happy with services of airtel.

                              I ported my number [protected] dated 14/10/2017. My number was ported on 22/10/2017 and the old sim deactivated. Since then outgoing calls on my ported number are non functional but incoming is on. The balance is zero. I tried recharging it online, through retailer, frc but it failed every time. So i am stuck with a sim which has zero balance and which can't be recharged by any means. I visited the nearby airtel store (Patel nagar new delhi) and they have only one solution to all problems "sir, change to postpaid plan (I think they are trained to do so)" and while calling customer care they say "sir please contact after 24 hours, the systems are upgrading." where is customer satisfaction? Who will help me? Please fix this asap. When the country is investing millions in programs like "digital india", airtel is trying its best do the contrary.

                                The 4g speeds are decreased to a great extents...From some days I am facing this problem... Even the 3g speeds were far better than 4g...The speed is going as low as around 40-50kbps ...I can't even stream anything even in the lowest quality...I am highly dissatisfied with ur services now...Pls resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                  I just got a sms that the ganakhazana service activated and they deducted 90 rupees
                                  Also mentioned in the sms that they will reactivate the service. Absolutely cheating the customers

                                    I have requested airtel customer care on date on date 5.11.2017, 2:42 pm to activate rs. 448/- pack (Unlimited call + 70 gb net + 100 sms per day, duration 70 days) on my prepaid phone. But they have activated rs. 399 pack (Duration 28 days) without my confirmation.
                                    I have further requested on airtel call center to rectified my pack but they regretted. They informed that they are unable to change my pack

                                      I have opted for mnp from vodafone to airtel. I was provided plan of infinity 649 of rs. 649
                                      With unlimited calls local/national/roaming, unlimited sms, and 30gb data.

                                      I am wrongly charged rs. 138 for sms in month of october for bill
                                      There are few sms on bill on international sms which i have not done. These charges are unfare.
                                      I called to 121 on 4th and 5th november, but call cemter executives were not much helpful.

                                      So please request to reverse all sms charges+taxes from bill of october 2017
