I booked adsl connection (Both for voice and data) from airtel, paid advanced three month rental which was rs 2828 through cheque in the favor of airtel bharati ltd, i had to pre cancelled installation due to they misbehaved at my place, it was july when i booked my connection and same month i had requested pre cancelled installation, they gave me account number / ref number /utr number, that is same order for your reference [protected]/85910696/ n[protected].
Still they saying that they have initiated neft in favor of my name which i provided same details the same bank, the cheque during booking, i have checked my bank statement there was no amt which they said, also tried to send them bank statement but it has been not delivering, i think they have blocked my same mail id,
I have been calling them and they only provide each time request number like /[protected]/[protected] there were plenty more but they did not provide me saying that it is already in process,
My question are... They don't have tat?, are they going to give me interests?
And they are harassing senior citizen? Being a senior citizen i had to visit bank just to make sure them that i haven't received said amount. Even though for single penny i get notification from my bank yet i was forced to visit to took out print out for them, they don't even know their job how to do?
I am sure if neft get failed for any reason they must get failed transaction report
Are they are not educated how to re check or verify the same?
