Now upon several request they are not activating the same neither they are providing any solution to get the same no.

    Hello i am an airtel postpaid customer from past 10 years... I wanted to change my bill plan to 499 unlimited calls and 20gb data. I am not able to do so due to some error from network in my airtel app which says `your request for subscription / unsubscription is in progress. Pls wait few minutes' i see this mesg from 2 weeks... I called customer care 4 times and they always say my request us forwarded to technical team and it will be resolved in 24hrs... Till now my issue is not resolved... I'm bit upset with the service fir a platinum customer like me so i'm escalating this to be resolved soon... I have attached screenshot of error in red from my airtel app

      I paid prepaid recharge for rs 200 & again rs 98, which was not credited in my phone but amount has been debited.
      Kindly look into the matter seriously otherwise i will be forced to take legal help.

        I have ported out of vodafone and it was approved by vodafone and the signal went off on 31st october 207 at 23:50. Inserted the airtel sim but there was no signal. I waited for the night but in the morning as well there was no signal. I am expecting some important calls as this is my official and personal number both.

        It was mentioned that i had to wait 4 hours but its more than 12 hours now and the airtel sim doesn't displays any signal bars.
        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Please cancel the airtel bank account so i will request you this account made problems so cancel the account other wise we will complean to the police

          Sir/ madam,
          I had changed my airtel sim due to sim issue on 29th oct evening around 6.50pm. Airtel claims that the sms service would not work for 24hours after the upgrade. As per airtel, my sms service should be started by 30th oct 17.
          Today is 1st nov 2017. I have made around 5 phone calls to customer care. They will reach out to me to find what issue i am facing.
          I am not able to make any bank transactions, email login, cab booking, important sms etc because the sms is not working. Kindly resolve issue.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                Its true that really repenting by porting from an excellent corporate plan to this dissatisfied and fraud airtel plan.. As airtel cheated me.
                Till date 2 and half months unable to use my ported airtel connection due to no and poor signal neither can use to talk nor can use for net. Still not resolved... Complaint multiple time but no response.
                Totally disappointed by porting to airtel. Supprise to see bill comes timely without fail but response for resolution and no relaxation in bills.
                Hope for early solve of all problems.

                  I am on a prepaid sim for airtel and i have registered for the ₹244 plan which gives me 1gb 4g data per day. However, i never have access to 4g speeds and the internet performance is dismal. I am being repeatedly troubled by this because i am unable to get the speeds which i was promised and displayed in the false advertisements by the company. Please rectify this or give me my money back so that i can switch to a different service provider.

                    Dear sir,

                    We were having this connection till last wednesday. Since 2015 march or so. We had no problem with the phone or with the bradband connection untill november 2016.

                    In nov 2016 somebody from airtel bangalore called us and told us that, on installing a new modem at a cost of rs.1000/- our connection will be upgraded to 40 mbps. We accepted and bought the modem.

                    But nothing happened in the month of nov 2016, reason told was ofc cable are being laid. Since then our speed got recued from 16 mbps to 2 mbps.

                    In ec 2016 also nothing wen ahead, reason told was, just hold your breath, amma died. We accepted.

                    In jan 2017 also nothing happened, reason told some underground cable problem. We accepted. On these three months we made several compalints regarding speed. Everytime on engineer used to come and test it. On teh day of their visit it will work, but the next day it will go back to 2mbps.

                    In april we did nit paid the bill and in the month of may we got reconnected with the assurance that our speed will not get reduced from 16mbps. But unfoetunately, we never got more than 2mbps speed since nov 2016.

                    In the month of june your executives told us or rather aceepted, that 40 mbps speed will not be possibke with our connection. But nobosdy was able to figure out the reason for 2mbps. We went on compalining and they kept on reapiring for that day.in the month of sept 2017 we got fed up and we stopped the payment. Now the out standing was rs. 3602.03 after a discount of rs.2000.- and somebody from artel asked us to pay rs. 2000/- to unbar our connection and assued us that the line will be rekleased. As of now even after paying rs 2000/- for 2mbps speed our line hasn't got released. Though we agreed to pay in installments as per our previous mail, we now deny to pay the balance only because of teh speed issue.

                    Thank you. This mail is written so coloquially, so that anybody can understand.
                    Now coming to the point, we hereby demand two expalnations.
                    When there is no possibility of 40 mbps speed, why were we offered a modem at a cost of rs. 1000/-
                    Why should we pay for 2mbps speed instead of the assued speed of 16 mbps.
                    Please explain. Please note we will not entertain any call. Please reply through email only.

                        I moved to airtel 4g from airtel 3g on 20th oct 2017, the network of old sim disconnected and i inserted new airtel sim. After that till now i'm not receiving any calls. I tried calling 121 & 198 but its waste of time. And i visited airtel store 5 times a day each till now. Still i am not able to incoming calls from any numbers. You may check my number: [protected]. While calling to my number its getting busy tone. 1) i have to attend so many calls every day. Who will bear the loss? 2) no reply no calls for any complaints. Simply close the complaints. Do they really have any concern for customers? Really disappointed.. Number: [protected]. And i am having horrible experience & worst of worst service from airtel customer care 198 / 121 & your airtel store near me @ ulhasnagar 421003.

                              I used to study in Tamil nadu. After my graduation i moved to Telangana. When i sent a request to port (from tamilnadu to telangana in same airtel connection) i got a call from customer care executive he said he would activate its been 20 days. When i ask in store he doesn't respond and refuse to return my money back

                                    I warned them that i will take this matter legally and i will sue you and then finally after long conversations they returned money but how foolish was the aritel customer care was it was very pathetic service from them but the second lady which i spoke with it was a nice conversation. She helped me a lot and in case if anything happines to you in a similar way you can question the same thing which i did in the video.                                         I had upgraded my airtel sim from 4g on 27th sept, around 9:41pm. Airtel claims that the sms service would not work for 24hours after the upgrade. As per airtel, my sms service should be started by 28 sept 17.
                                        Today is 31oct 2017. I have made around 3 phone calls to customer care. They will reach out to me to find what issue i am facing.
                                        I am not able to make any bank transactions for my day to day activities like booking cab, paying for my bus services etc because the sms is not working. Kindly resolve issue.
