I got a sms today in my mobile number +[protected] about an offer says recharge 399 and get data and calls for 84 days validity.. But after i done recharge i got only 28 days validity.
I contacted customer care and they told me that i have not eligible for that offer.
This is absolutely cheating.
I want my money back

I'm using airtel since 2004 and it is very disappointing to see that the services have degraded to such bad levels that now they have started looting the customers in the name of providing the services through the app.

I paid mtnl bill for this month twice on 19/10/2017 but the transaction failed both the times. The account balance was also deducted both the times and the bill remained still unpaid.

I upgraded my bill plan on 18/10 and since then my internet is not working. Despite repeated calls to the customer service, the said problem has not been resolved.

Will the service provider do its job instead of putting its customers through such unnecessary inconvenience?...

I recharged my number with 1 day pack for 1 GB internet that stays valid for 24 hours from the time you recharge it, at 11:25 PM and at 12:30 AM it shows that I have no data balance left and I haven’t used it. On top of that there are no customer care executives to solve any kind of problems....

I once recharged my mob with rs 12 msg pack coz i needed it. I was not informed that it will be renewed automatically. After the expiry the company deducted 12 rupees from my bal nd sent a message that auto renewal of message pack done. I got my number recharged on 21st september with rs 1198 for unlimited calls and 2.5/day 4g internet for almost 3 months. My vendor checked this offer on my phone via an sms and i recharged.
