I wanted to change the airtel plan from post paid to pre paid, on 10th october 2017, i submitted the relevant documents with photo and i'd proofs.
After 5 days on 15th october 2017, when i called customer care, i was infirmed airtel store at yelahanka new town store has not yet submitted the documents for activation. On the same day when i visited after waiting for 25 minutes, they informed me it will be activated in next 48 hour.
I again i visited the store on 20 the october 2017, the staff of the store were rude, irresponsible, pathetic in their in answering my query. Since i used[protected] number for official and social purpose, now i am disconnected with my colleagues, family members.
Need help in activating the sim for the number [protected].
