Dear team,
This is with reference broadband no[protected]. The executive mr jiteder okla delhi misbehave with me. I was transferred to dehradun so i request to disconnect my no. So for 3 month the executive call me daily and saying to not disconnect this you will paason this be to other. I was regularly harresed for same. Finally they disconnect this side oct. Than i ask for bill which i got till oct. So my question is that if i forwarded the request to disconnect the connection in aug why i will pay for sep and oct. After my follow up they reduce my bill to rs 2300/ and on 28/10/2017 i got a call to pay immediately. I tried for same some but unfortunately i was unable to pay. On next day 29/10/2017. I got the call frommr jitender from okhla no is - [protected] and [protected], i disconnect the call as i am sitting at some peaceful place. He again call me and spoke rudely and saying that why i disconnect his call and shouting on me. So is this training you provide to your executive. I am going to consume court as i have recording for same. I will not let him free from this. I am dong fir against him or airtel tommorro and forwarding one copy to trai. I am posting the same to social media that how the airtel deal with there customer. I am suggesting my know to don’t use airtel.

    Dear sir,

    I have taken my airtel prepaid sim no [protected] in 2009, when i checked recently its on other person name.

    Recently i have visited airtel office for changing the ownership. They had asked me to change the no to postpaid which i doesn't need & i do already have a postpaid no.

    Kindly help me how can i change the sim on my name and address

    Note: my friend told change network... Easy way...!

      Horrible service. They take money and promise to fix the issue within 24 hours, but no resolution. It has been over a week now.

      They don’t give the reason for delay or the cause for the issue. I am put on hold for 25 mins and have spent money calling their customer care.

      They advertise about the app and nothing works on their app. Anything i try to do, it says contact 121 customer care. This is such a vicious circle.

      Very very unhappy with airtel’s customer care

        Sir,
        I recharged my number with the 399/- plan on 6/8/17 at 21:19. Trans id: [protected].
        At that time the plan offered 84 days validity, but today being the 71st day after recharging, i am not getting the service i paid for!

        Also, by mistake i recharged my same number with the 349/- plan on 3/9/17 at 18:11. However in this case i didn't recieve any transaction id. Also, i didnt yet get the benefits of the pack.

        I request you to look into the matter

          Dear sir,
          I am having a postpaid connection i. E. [protected]. I recently changed my bill plan and opted for family plan. And from here my problems have started. As per my bill plan all are free including sms i. E. 100 per day.

          But from last four bill i am being charged for sms. I raised this issue on their customer care helpline through theor emails and also to the appelalte authority. After raising the issue to appellate my last three bills were corrected. And i was assured by them the mistake will not be repaeted. But it seems a lie when i received my bill today of bill cycle 26/09 to 25/10. Again i have been overcharged by about 1500. The actual bill amount should have been 1300 odd inspite of 2900.

          I dont know where is the mistake. If system is wrong why it is not being corrected.in my bill plan the sms are free but still i am being charged and when i make call at 121 they without going into detials say that it is because of roaming. I dont know if moving in delhi from one corner to another also comes under roaming.

          I request you to kindly look into it and a solotion be provided.

            Hi airtel, my number is [protected] i have been trying to contact through 198 but it's time taking and not able to speak with any of your representative... I have reached my sim with 399₹ for 4 g internet and free std and local calls... But the connection is pathetic... Internet works like 2 g... And calls doesn't connect some times... I face problems in downloading and uploading both... Please solve the problem asap..

              Hi, i am not receiving any sms from any network except airtel most of the times, further i am not getting messages from various banks and any otp so please check whats an issue and resolve as soon as possible.
              This is really frustrating as i am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is impacting my work big time. My number is [protected], please resolve immediately.

                I have internet and incoming calls working on this number but outgoing calls are barred even after recharging with unlimited internet nd calls pack. I am able to receive calls and use data over 4g. I am
                I was using airtel network, i am even able to receive calls. But i am not able to make any calls. Every time i try to call i get call failed.
                I even tried resetting my network, still no help.

                  Past 5 days Airtel has barred my STD, IST and calls to outstation numbers to any other operator, except Airtel. All they keep saying is "Backend issues will be resolved in 48 hours", 5 days have passed and still the same issue.

                    Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹4068 on october 28 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount without getting any response from the executive ([protected]) and the engineer ([protected]). I am following this issue with customer care who is also pretty much useless saying that the connection will be given - absolute no connection between the team on ground and the call center. And then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. I am warning my friends and relatives about airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.                       In regards to my member id [protected], i had availed of airtel secure as a means of insurance to protect my handset from any damage, whether physical or liquid.
                      While during the sale and for advertisements, you had consciously made me believe that any sort of damage would stand covered provided i am under the airtel secure plan. My handset, samsung galaxy se edge plus purchased on nov 2015 and with airtel membership id [protected] was accidentally damaged and the screen needs a replacement.in subsequent process, i duly filled in the necessary requirements but was told by your claim servicing team as not eligible due to my negligence. I was not even provided the reason their email. I had to call you back and on your advice, raised the claim again and got the same reply and that i cannot reopen my case when it has been closed.
                      Now, i wish to ask you where was the question of negligence and when was that communicated to me when you sold me the insurance and your advertisements? I have been severely disappointed and feel cheated and harassed by yourselves with your misrepresentations and misleading sales and wish to communicate of my actions to initiate and pursue this with legal help

                        But offer expired today i don't know y so. I already informed customer care.. They r saying that offer chngd recently..... I recharged by knowing the terms they said that offer is active from oct 1 till dec19. But y it expired on 28oct.. Or else i will port my 3 airtel networks to other...

                            Proceed to recharge but it show a error message, i repeat the process 2 or may be 3 times, then my account got blocked, please unblock my account so that i can get back my 200 rs....

                            Sir,
                            I would like to inform you that, i sudip mahato a customer of airtel since 2009, my mobile number is [protected], now a days i face a serious problem with airtel's 1gb/ day plan, today (29/10/2017) i have been changed 284 mb within 22 second (At 12.00.22 a. M). Which is kind of impossible thing to happen in a 3g device. I also wanted to know you that it is the exact amount of data (284 mb), which i start to download on previous day (28/10/2017) around 11.20 p. M. It is a clear case of intentional double charging/fraud by your company's servers or employees. It's not the first time of this incident. I face this problem regularly. It seems to me that i have to off my internet connection well before 12.00 a. M. To avoid such problems, and again on it after 12.00 a. M. It adds a new reminder in my daily life to protect/use my own legitimate data. It also creates a new problem along with my other problems. I talked with your customer care executives several times. They are kind o[censored]seless, they just can't or don't want to help me with it, instead they rather blame me for this inconvenience. They advised me to deactivate all automatic system/application updates or in application automatic updates in my device. I follow these instructions properly. Today again i double charged and i talked with one of your customer care executive mr. Souvik banerjee (Supervisor), he started to teach me lessons instead of helping me out. I told him that "i followed all those steps previously which he was telling me" but he started to annoying me by saying same things again and again. I want to know that if they are not able to solve problems, what are they doing there? I think wasting both customer and service providers money!

                            If you kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps against those who are responsible for this inconvenience i will be highly obliged. It is a humble request to solve this irritating problem and give me a positive response.

                              As per said India best network but I said it’s pathetic

                              There is some network issues in my SIM card so that series center guys change my sim and they inform me this new card is working with in 4 hrs
                              Till now it’s up to 12 hrs gone and this “best network “ Airtel is now working.

                                Today i upgraded to 4g sim. I send the sms to 121 and old sim card is being deactivated and new sim card is being activated 6-7 hrs back but new sim card is giving problem. I am not able to make any call and message. New sim card is showing error code 538. I am also not able to contact customers care. Please resolve this issue.

                                  Airtel is back to its old ways of activating Unwanted "services" and deducting money from prepaid users. Most unethical thing to do. Airtel should stop cheating people or shut down their business if they don't believe in ethical business and transparency.

                                    Recently, i have ported my number from reliance to airtel then realised airtel 4g is worse than 2g i did big mistake porting number into airtel. I can't even use 200mb of per day because of the speed slowness.
                                    No network coverage issue at my location at all, 4-5 bars always i receive. I am sure airtel have some setting so that users can't use whole committed data.
                                    I know i can't port again before three months. If there is a way i am willing to port my number to other operator.

                                      Hi team,
                                      Starting of this week i have visited airtel showroom in 14, trunk road, porur chennai-116 to change my existing postpaid connection to prepaid connection. The staff (Viji) attended the request and took more than one hour to complete the form. They asked me to pay the outstanding bill, so i i've paid the outstanding amount using airtel app immediately. But this dump lady took one hour to fill the simple form.
                                      After 2 days my postpaid connection was disabled, later i tried to use the prepaid sim given by your staff. But the prepaid sim didn't work because my details not updated in system. More than 96 hours i i've waited, no response. Later i contacted the showroom staff viji regarding the issue but she simply respond she don't know about it and not even said the reason why the service is not activate. Later even if call to showroom, these people not even picking the call and disconnecting the call. I don'whether airtel have skilled employees. If there is any issue, at least your staff should give properly reply. I don't know how they simply disconnect the users call. Even if i call customer care, they are asking to visit showroom. But these people not even ready to pick up the call. I have used airtel connection as primary number, and my sim was inactivate for past 3 days. I couldn't do any bank transaction and official calls. Seriously it is frustrating. At last i have contacted other showroom and got the information.
                                      Please use skilled person in show room. This lady don't have any knowledge and simply sitting as an #.
