I am airtel user with sim number [protected]. I have subscribed for a pack worth rs 399 under which i get unlimited local+ std calls and 1 gb data per day but when i switch on mobile data my balance gets deducted and there is no deduction from my daily data usage. Due to this, i have lost 25 rs till now. Please see into this matter as i m unable to use the subscribed pack.

    My name is sandeep kalwar from nagrakata, japaiguri (West bengal). Since the day airtel have started 4g in our area, the network coverage is very low and sometimes there is no network for the whole day or two. There is always 2 to 3 network bars which never goes up. Phone calls quality is very bad and what to say about internet, we have to use it on edge though i have subscribed a 4g pack of 70 days.

      I had recharged my no. For offer of 399 in which it is given that it will give unlimited calls and data 1 gb per for 70 days.. But i recieved only for 28 days.

        I am a very old customer of airtel for about 11 years i have been using this no. I had complained about issues in the extra bill for last 2 months aug and sep. I received a confirmation bill for sep that it has been resolved and that extra amount is waived off. But they are not ready to do similar correctiin in bill for aug. No details provided and supervisor was very rude and when asked details regarding data credited for month of aug previou carry forwarded data and data used in aug he said we don't have the details and you can come and get the details.

          Frequently deduct money from my airtel mobile as i am in out of india.

          If 1 time rec call then charges 30 rs cut the why you deduct all 95 rs.
          This is second time u done.
          I am unable to call customer care hence.

          Why are you deduct too much money if you want to stop to user my airtel sim card then kindly mail me that.

              Ihave made one recharge of rs.349 to airtel mobile [protected]. But the number was not recharged. My account was debited with that amount on 30.10.2017. I am giving below the relevant particulars.

              Payment failed: your recent transaction for airtel mobile number: [protected], amount - rs. 349.0 and txn id[protected] has failed

              3 oct 2017 3 oct 2017 to transfer-inb bharti airtel - [protected] igacdadsv4 transfer t 349.00

              As recharge was not successful please refund me the amount.

                I have charged my number for 349 on september 30th and till today i haven't received invoice as soft copy for same. I have requested for invoice calling customer care. They are denying to provide for same.

                Very disappointing experience with airtel.

                Got too many calls from customer care from different people and fed up of explaining the issue with everyone and still issue is not resolved.

                  On[protected] at 3:25 pm i received a pre-recorded call from airtel stating that the remaining validity of my previous recharge is 2 days. Again on[protected] at 1:59 pm i received a sms stating that the remaining validity of my previous recharge is 1 day and also i received a pre-recorded call from airtel stating the same. Whereas, my pack had already expired on[protected]. And because of these misleading messages from airtel i lost my balance owing to calls and internet. And also i had no means of knowing when the validity of my recharge is ending because no information about it was provided on the my airtel app or also on *123#. I would like my balance to be refunded at the earliest and the my airtel app made a little more user-friendly.

                    I am myself miss minal nagesh powar. Last month on 16th september saturday my balance is zero without putting separate internet pack. My normal balance was rs 193.84
                    And data connection was off. No internet was operated on my
                    Mobile. I have already sent my complaint on santacruz west airtel
                    Service provider. Plse refund my normal balance rs.193.84 on my mobile which is prepaid. My complaint is still pending and it is
                    Still unresolved since last month this mistake has repeated number of times. I hope this should not be repeated.

                      I tried to recharge my prepaid mobile [protected] thrice or Rs. 399 from SBI bank once and HDFC bank twice on[protected] but failed due to some reason. The amount has not been refunded. Please get the amount refunded.

                        From last one and half month i am hear the incoming audio voice but my voice is not hear by calling or called person. When i am at office location
                        (Hinjewadi) this issue was occure

                        I have raised complement two month backs but no one was looking into.

                        This is very worst service by airtel.

                        No one was looking into it so i will write following line. :)

                        The company want UIED of a damaged phone. Upon giving the uied as printed on the back of the phone they want a screenshot from the phone. How are we supposed to take a screenshot from the phone when the display isnt working?

                        This is just an attempt made by them to dodge the cost of repairing the phone.
                        I have mistakenly recharge the wrong number in my airtel app . please reverse the recharge and recharge the correct number

                          Iam very surprise to see your disciplined work in terms of aadhar, executie tolds me that sim is belongs to other region so iam not able to punh here, it means i need to go in my region for attached the aadhar card, great process and great customer care as well as great execution guys.

                          I am also thinking that after your very supporting reply should be come & im sure you people come with some gyan not with solution, so i will mark one mail to trai & indian govt (Aadhar related) to see great execution of our telecom company

                            I subscribed for the airtel secure plan 8 months back and was paying dam 79 rs per month. And now when my handset is damaged and i requested for the claim they rejected my claim saying that the phone got damaged in mysterious circumstances. Then why the hell you made me assure about having my back when my phone gets damaged.

                            This is so damn pathetic.
                            Resolve my issue or i'll be heading to consumer court for fraud promises made to sell your plans.

                            I am using my airtel number for more than 3 years but it is not in my name. Can I change it to my name and upadate my aadhar?
                            Please note that I dont have any details of the existing customer. I bought it through a retailer. Since it is mandatory to update aadhar i wanted immediate solution for this issue.
                            The mobile data doesn't work properly.
                            I have done my recharge 399 in airtel but i have not having any unlimit call my charge is apply why should i change to jio

                                  Hi team,
                                  I am getting double charged for the internet connection in the monthly bill. This issue is going for last four months. But not been resolved. One strange thing and shocking thing was they told me that so many numbers are tagged under my name that is why i am getting double the amount in the airtel bill. How come so many number first can be tagged and collecting the bill amount for that. This itself a illegal activity. After they agreed the mistake also they are not showing interest in solving the issue other than calling after every email to [protected]@in. Airtel.in. I had spoken with appellete team, managers everyone. But no body took responsibility and solved the issue.
                                  I explained the issues with nearly 20 guys and mailed nearly 30 times. Just getting some standard template as a reply.

                                  1) i want my billing to be corrected.
                                  2) remove/disconnect all the numbers what and all tagged under name without my knowledge.

                                  I have recharged my above mobile ([protected]) for Rs.200/-on yesterday (05.10.17) thro' my friend's internet. The mobile no was correctly given and the net account also debited. But, no balance has been reflected in my phone. Please check the matter and inform.

                                    A guy from myntra called up at 13:36 on 10/10/17 saying that i have won a lucky draw which includes some expensive gifts. To avail this he asked me to purchase worth rs 4000 or above. At 18:44 another no rang up he asked the card details including the otp no. Falling in the trap i disclosed the otp no and he has debited an amount of rs 20000 at airtel money.

                                      Hi, i ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel when airtel approached me mentioned 25 gb data for each month & excellent network.
                                      Now 100% calls are getting dropped & coverage is very poor.

                                      I was promised of 25 gb data each month & in invoicing i can find only 1 gb data is given & i have been charged for all extra usage.

                                      I dont think airtel cares about customer but can someone look into this?

                                      I am trying to send sms from my airtel number but it failed everytime, i can recieve sms anyways,
                                      Airtel provides extremely poor network. While charging customers for 4G, they provide 2G internet. Most phone calls also end up getting missed due to disturbed network.
                                      Extremely dissatisfying service.
                                      Airtel really provide very poor and pathetic 4G netwrk everywhere..Their service is not fully served. Better to port to other.

                                        Today, i have received call from number, saying that they are calling from lok adalat court as a case was filed against me for outstanding airtel bill and they have sent me 2 notice (Which i have not received).

                                        I have been using bpl connection for very long time which got ported to airtel connection (After bharati airtel took over bpl) but after marriage i had to shift to another place.

                                        A few months back my mobile having airtel sim got lost somewhere in house itself and so i lost all connections.

                                        I called multiple times to customer care to provide me new sim against lost but didn't got proper response from customer service provider.

                                        Im still very surprised that how this much outstanding was shown on the unused sim.

                                        Also want to know that why they are calling now whereas airtel could have called me earlier to pay outstanding on my alternate number

                                        Now some one called me saying that she is from lok adalat that they have sent legal notice twice and have i received it.

                                        Also the airtel guy threatens me to appear before lok adalat for any explanations

                                        If this is not from lok adalat, am surprised how a company like airtel use these kinds of methods on their customers who are using airtel services from many years.

                                        Appreciate your help on this.
