My postpaid sim not working signals are not came yet. I visited 3 times in airtel outlet sector 14 gurgaon. They were provided me the new sim but after spend few hours when i again went to shop they checked my status it was mentioned no is still active and also i bought 2 new sim but the same issue happened signal never came yet. Is this type of services you are provided to me so, i m sorry i switch it to vodafone. Now airtel services never grown up. My postpaid no is [protected]

    Inb/[protected]/citrus payment solutions p on[protected].

    As per the above transaction my mobile is recharged for rs 600/- and the same was deducted from my bank account.
    But it was not credited into my mobile balance. As per airtel customers care no transaction was done for the above said amount and asked to contact 3rd party service provider.

    Please resolve the same as early as possible either by crediting the amount into bank account or mobile balance.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My 4G speed so so slow I can't finish my data, it got accumulated to 37GB but of no use.

      Please can anybody help how to convert from 4g to 3g of Airtel sim. I have never opted for a 4g sim but now the portable sim is a 4g sim and it doesn't show any details on my 3g phone. In fact it didn't support 4g sim. Kindly revert me back the procedure for me to convert back to 3g. my E-mail - skpadhi.[protected]@gmail.com

        Dear service team,

        Hi, this is mr. Pushkar singh from new delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. +91-[protected]. I lost my mobile today morning., hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

        Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

          Yesterday i went to airtel showroom in old bus stand Attur, Salem, Tamilnadu(636102), and I was asked to pay 50 Rs For linking aadhar to my number. U guys Airtel call it as free in your site and you charge on the store.While every other network doing it for free.

            Refer txn id no [protected]dtd 10/10, not activated till. And a sum of rs180/ debited from my main account towards data charges on 11/10. Pl arrange to rectify. Rs seven hundred and ninty nine was debited through airtel wallet on 10/10from my account towards recharging my mobile no[protected]. But it is not activated which gives me lot of mental strain.

                Hello sir i have made one recharge of ₹349 on 03.10.2017, money has debited from the bank amount, i got a success msg but i not getting the benefits. I have made a complaint on this but there is no response. Below i gave the details

                  I was provided a sim card for a 4g wify device. Sim number[protected] and mobile number [protected] data plan for which i never received the device on time and neither did i used it. I instructed the sales person that i don't need it anymore. But i am receiving bill for it. Please stop the billing immediately and also note that the bill generated will not be paid.

                    I am airtel user with sim number [protected]. I have subscribed for a pack worth rs 399 under which i get unlimited local+ std calls and 1 gb data per day but when i switch on mobile data my balance gets deducted and there is no deduction from my daily data usage. Due to this, i have lost 25 rs till now. Please see into this matter as i m unable to use the subscribed pack.

                      My name is sandeep kalwar from nagrakata, japaiguri (West bengal). Since the day airtel have started 4g in our area, the network coverage is very low and sometimes there is no network for the whole day or two. There is always 2 to 3 network bars which never goes up. Phone calls quality is very bad and what to say about internet, we have to use it on edge though i have subscribed a 4g pack of 70 days.

                          I am a very old customer of airtel for about 11 years i have been using this no. I had complained about issues in the extra bill for last 2 months aug and sep. I received a confirmation bill for sep that it has been resolved and that extra amount is waived off. But they are not ready to do similar correctiin in bill for aug. No details provided and supervisor was very rude and when asked details regarding data credited for month of aug previou carry forwarded data and data used in aug he said we don't have the details and you can come and get the details.

                            Frequently deduct money from my airtel mobile as i am in out of india.

                            If 1 time rec call then charges 30 rs cut the why you deduct all 95 rs.
                            This is second time u done.
                            I am unable to call customer care hence.

                            Why are you deduct too much money if you want to stop to user my airtel sim card then kindly mail me that.

                                  I have charged my number for 349 on september 30th and till today i haven't received invoice as soft copy for same. I have requested for invoice calling customer care. They are denying to provide for same.

                                  Very disappointing experience with airtel.

                                  Got too many calls from customer care from different people and fed up of explaining the issue with everyone and still issue is not resolved.

                                    On[protected] at 3:25 pm i received a pre-recorded call from airtel stating that the remaining validity of my previous recharge is 2 days. Again on[protected] at 1:59 pm i received a sms stating that the remaining validity of my previous recharge is 1 day and also i received a pre-recorded call from airtel stating the same. Whereas, my pack had already expired on[protected]. And because of these misleading messages from airtel i lost my balance owing to calls and internet. And also i had no means of knowing when the validity of my recharge is ending because no information about it was provided on the my airtel app or also on *123#. I would like my balance to be refunded at the earliest and the my airtel app made a little more user-friendly.

                                      I am myself miss minal nagesh powar. Last month on 16th september saturday my balance is zero without putting separate internet pack. My normal balance was rs 193.84
                                      And data connection was off. No internet was operated on my
                                      Mobile. I have already sent my complaint on santacruz west airtel
                                      Service provider. Plse refund my normal balance rs.193.84 on my mobile which is prepaid. My complaint is still pending and it is
                                      Still unresolved since last month this mistake has repeated number of times. I hope this should not be repeated.

                                        I tried to recharge my prepaid mobile [protected] thrice or Rs. 399 from SBI bank once and HDFC bank twice on[protected] but failed due to some reason. The amount has not been refunded. Please get the amount refunded.
