Being an airtel postpaid consumer with mobile no.[protected] not getting high quality network, while complained they feel just sorry and did not rectify it neither given time frame to rectify the problem. 2g coverage also not available in my area. For last almost two years i am paying bills to them regularly but not getting quality network. I want high quality network in my area.

      I have recharged for 399/- which provides 84 days unlimited calls and 1gb data per day. Within 28 days this offer has been expired and i lost 188/- from my balance. I contacted the customer centre they were not bothered about this complaint. I repuested to and talked to a senior person in ur centre still no concern. If this complaint too is not taken then i have to port from airtel bcoz other company provides similar services

        Airtel is not able to generate my upc number even after complaining n number of times. So it is requested to please generate my upc number, i doesn't wish to continue mobile services with airtel.
        I have already messaged 10 times on 1900 for port request and no reply is received. Its been 4 months i have ported my number from postpaid to prepaid.

          Mere pass 4g sim h and 399 se recharge kiya hua h lekin always data ki speed bilkul slow and very bad h.
          Yeha per network ke regarding bahut badi problum h naam ke liye to 4g lekin 2g se bhi ghatiya network h airtel ka. Idea is much better than you..
          Ncr me rehte h lekin network sayed andeman nikobar se bhi poor h.
          Bahut hi bekar service h airtel ki..
          Very very poor service provider ban chuka h airtel..
          Yeha kewal ek hi nahi sabko airtel network se problum h.
          Iska hal nikala jaye.
          Network ke photo bhi bhej reha hun aap khud dekg lena kitna acha chalta h 4g...
          Hasi aati h jab aapka massige aata h ki 4g speed..
          Es speed ko likhna chahiye ki belgadi ki 399 rupey m 70 din ke liye belgadi ki speed se data milega...

            I am airtel customer, as the airtlel propogate that they are the fastest customer, here is the reality, i have poorest network for internet browsing problem last month (1st september to till date now). Not only my problems all the customers same issue. So i requested please solved this problems and provide a good internet service. I come under this false promise of this company.

              Very poor connectivity - both regarding reliability and speed. Lodged multiple complaints during last 6 months. But nothing is improving. I can't depend on it. Support team and technicians claim that the problem was resolved for good; but it keeps coming back. Airtel acquired a bunch of crappy support folks and technicians who are good at one thing - telling lies. May be that's what airtel trains them on. I really got fed up with it.

              On top of all, still stuck with a plan providing max 8 mbps download speed while the whole world moved ahead.

                For the past one year, my family doesn't get good connection sitting at home. We have to come out of our building on to the street in front o[censored]s to make a call. Pathetic coverage area. Please visit the place and check for yourself. I woul want you to ensure that there is a good coverage. Otherwise i will have no other choice but to switch to vodafone network.

                  My account no.[protected] has been blocked since 3 or 4 days. I have 1315 rupees balance in it. Unblock my transaction or refund my money to bank.                     This is to inform you that i forgot my mPIN and i am unable to open it.so please help me out.My no is [protected].when i am typing my old mpin then it is saying it is blocked.it is asking to create new mpin by reset. when i am trying to make new account by reset then its window is closed for 24 hours.again after 24 hr its not accepting.please help me out.

                      I recharge 4g netpack service but i not getting 4g network in my airtel number i don't no why airtel network not getting proper 4g services. So please clear my problem other wise i am porting my no airtel to vodaphone. Vodaphone network is very good. And provide proper customer care services there is no connect to customer officer number. Shortout problem as soon as possible.

                        Yesterday i was transferred amount from airtel bank to my axis bank with imps
                        But it won't transferred till now and i call customer care rude behavior from customer care this my airtel payment bank account no [protected] it's is transition id

                          Last week, on 23rd september i changed my 3g sim to 4g sim (Swap). The old sim was de-activated but the new sim is not yet activated. Its been 1 week without using sim.

                          I contacted customer care, but it was of no use. Tweeted to airtel presence and got reply that the issue will be resolved but nothing was done. I got no other options than changing the sim card.

                            I had transferred money from my debit card to my airtel app and then it was added the added balance in the app could not be used as i had to send them a aadhaar card and it was told to me when i called the customer care as i was not able to pay my electricity bill the debit freeze what they call will be removed in 48 hrs but it was not removed and i was not able to pay any bill than i called them again than they said that they need aadhaar card plus pancard and bank statement of the transaction and it was provided by on their email address [protected]@airtelbank.com but i am still not able to use my balance in the app and they say now that i have to wait for 58 hrs which is a harresment to a consumer

                              I recharged my airtel number [protected] with 399 pack, its kerala sim. When i came to andhra data is not coming even if i connect to data roaming services, please resolve my issues. When ever i come to andhra i am not able to use he internet on roaming is that airtels fault or the sims fault. Its not the phone fault because i used idea also on data roaming but only for airtel its not working, so i hope this problem would be resolved quickly.

                                  Dear team my airtel account is blocked when ever i add money in this account. I add 200 rupee in airtel payment bank after add money i want to use money in recharge but it show a error (No debit transesstion is allowed for this account. Your account has been blocked) so i can not transfer anf recharge from payment bank. No one help me for this i contact to a customer care but no help provide me for this.

The airtel gallery has charged me rs50 for the upgrade and promised that it will be activated within 2 hours. They have deactivated my old sim but forgot to activate my new sim i believe.                                     I recharged my pack 2999 on my number [protected]. However when i receive a call i and the opposite party can only hear gibberish. Network at&t. I don't have any other number in the us. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. My husbands number who is in india is [protected]. If this does not work then i would want a full refund as it makes no sense. Totally upset with the service.

                                      I send a complain in email on [protected]@airtel com about my data plan which is expired on 30 september. But i recharged with rs. 499 which got an offer for 105gb for 84 days on 2nd september. Due to negligence of customer service by the name lakshmikanth ambekar who don't give any reply for further information. Would you please kindly solve my problem? Plus i have a 4g sim and 4g handset which is compatible on the offer made. If you can't extend my data plan i kindly request you to send me back the money for which i recharge for. And plus one thing i can't get amy call or make a call while i'm using in 4g network. Please if you could resolve my problem, i'll be very thankful to you
