Sir,

My name is sobin sebastian. I took a broband connection in 2015 nov. While taking broadband connection they charged rs. 1000 as security deposit in advance. From that date to till now i regulary paid my all bill amount. Now i asked them to disconnect my airtel connection.in this time they are saying that 1000 rs. Cannot be refunded. The reason they are saying that its not recoreded in their records. If you look my attachment you can understand that they will make so many accounting error in my staement.

I hope you will take an appropriate action for this. I attached here to my relevent documents and their mail replies.

    My name is Amit and i am living at 6/96 Shivaji nagar gurgaon haryana.
    There is no network coverage in my area. Situation is such that in my house my no shows as not reachable. Several times a have complained in the local office and customer care but no solution was provide for the same. Please resolve the issue else i have to seek other network options which i don't want to do.

      I have been wrongly charged for broadband bill for month of september t. As it is visible in one of screenshots attached that i have tried to make payments many times online through my debit card but due to some issue with the site my payments was not processed. I had called regarding the same to customer care no. [protected] and spoken to customer care executive for the same and the executive confirmed there has been issue with the site and to try again later.
      Later in the month of august my network was barred i requested on call to customer service executive to put my account on hold as i was travelling and would not be using services for a month and clear payment with cash when i return which i was told is not possible and was wrongly informed. I have called customer care several times for resolution that i would pay all the amount till month of august excluding september but they could not resolve this and demand me to make full payment.
      I have been using airtel for more than 10 years and i have come across this problem several times of miscommunication of information and customer not being properly informed such as data plans being changed and wrongly charged but as these complaints are usually resolved by the company i am still using the connection. This time the complain has not been resolved easily which forces me to discontinue with the services.

        I live in shakrpur, delhi (110092) & from past 48 hours i am not getting any service. Neither data is working nor callings coming in or going out. No service is coming up. I tried calling your pathetic customer care however they are simply useless. Help me in getting this sorted else i am ending connection now, i am tried. My work is impacted

          I got called from airtel executive for sim port purpose they gave me offers that they will provide me free insurance of my phone for one year and free calls and sms and 30 gb data for one mouth. So i port my sim from vodafone to airtel but now i got bill of rs 538.44. Bill period from 2 sep to 1 oct. But airtel executive told me that i'll get free calls and sms for one month and after then i'll charged for the plain and my insurance as per offer is not given to me and not even single offer that where told me by airtel executive where provide to me. And im asking them many times to again port me to my old service provider but they where not doing this also. Please sir/madam do something i complained previously but no reply or action taken by the company and yourself also.

            I done recharge on 22.09.2017 of rs.399, my transaction id is[protected], recharge was failed and i got a message on that day itself as" transaction had failed due to technical issue and recharge amount will refund within 7 working days, but its almost 15 days had finished, still now i didnt get any refund from your end, so check it once and kindly resolve my complaint.

            I have bought a 4g sim but my phone is 3g set in didn't know it I have recharged for 445 something for 3 months I guess. 3g was working but all of sudden it says your data balance is low what should I do?
            I upgraded my airtel 3g sim to 4g.My old sim get deactivated but new 4g sim still not working since last two days.I registered complaint to Airtel but the issue is not resolved.

                Then some how i think the smsc number been deleted. Then i tried to fill it in phone settings, still unable to send messages. please help.

                  Dear mr mittal if you are serious about level playing in todays competition in telecom than better tie many loose ends at airtel. Here are few experiences

                  The staff do not have or lack in providing all intrinsic details about the data plan.
                  The online payment portal of airtel has no option to print the receipt or save it as pdf.
                  Unfortunately after making the payment, airtel does not even bother to mail the acknowledgement with the receipt
                  And to add to this when i sent mail pointing about the receipt non availability online, i received a foolish mail from airtel listing the procedure to print online bill, meaning customer mails are replied even without reading them carefully
                  I also received a call from airtel explaining me the bill download procedure and i when i told him that i need a receipt not the bill he put me on hold checked the site and replied that they do not have the facility to print the receipt of online payments and that he also came to know this only after speaking with me today, he was not aware about this fact.
                  This is the training and information that the airtel staff has about their company

                  The above experience is disgusting and mr mittal seems to be casual about such large and important sector and of course about customer service.

                    I have 4g pack in my mobile. Before last night i was getting 4g signals but since last night i am not getting 4g signals and 3g speed is almost 2kbps. I lodged i complaint but the guy told me it will take atleast a week to resolve. I have important things to do on internet. Who will compensate for these 7 days.
                    I had some important work on internet last night but internet was not working. Even when there were 4g signals speed was not more then 150kbps but i was still dealing with it. But now there are no signals. Now i am getting calls from customer care since the morning and what i get to hear is a piece of sweet music and thats it. Airtel was such a nice service before. I dont know what happened to them now

                      I have recently ported my sim to Airtel, And my phone's 4g services are not working. It only connects 3G not 4G, I had called to customer care many times but not getting the proper solution. Please resolve the issue. Else definitely i will port my sim after three months to other network.

                        I switched from postpaid to prepaid on feb-17. I am facing a online recharge issue ever since. I am unable to recharge through any mode online-recharge (Airtel app, through airtel store, paytm etc).
                        The only possible way i am able to recharge was through old fashioned e-recharge (Using a mobile phone) through retail store. I contacted airtel showroom more than 5 times and they were not able to solve it.

                                    Received a call from +381 which happens to be serbia code and i don't know anyone from there. Looks like a haox call. Please be informed about the same that i received this call from serbia on 4th october 2017 at 9:22pm. Never received any such calls before. Happened for the first time with me. Please investigate it further.

                                      To all my friends who have a plan to get new connection...
                                      The worst service i had in my life is airtel, the staff when you connect him, he will respond saying that his shift is over and will not be able to assist. When you dial in 121 the customer care number, you have to leave your current job and sit near the phone talking for approx. 1 year. The net amount ill be generated every month without any delay. But please don't ask about the connection which will never work. I have decided to recommend all my friends to avail this fantabulous service.
