On 13 sep, 2017 i went a airtel store and submit the documents for converting postpaid to prepaid, but still today my sim isn't activated i called airtel customer care and i talk to the store person from last 3 week they are not giving the correct info. And they saying wait 24 to 48 hrs when they respond every time.
My banking and everything is connected to that number only, and i lost my patience by contacting airtel employee from the last 3 weeks.
Please do needful.

    Mobile number [protected] registered in my name was lost at approximately 0920 hours on 04 september 2017 at gandhinagar, gujarat in general area of dps gandhinagar, gujarat. It was being used with phone samsung galaxy a8 imei numbers 353004/07/095895/9 and 353005/07/095895/6. My wife was using the phone and sim. She travelled in uber taxi gj-01-et9749 (Driver mobile number [protected]) from my house in sugad, gandhinagar to dps school.

    It is requested to block mobile number [protected] and a case be taken up with concerned government authorities to track the costly handset by imei tracking. It is also requested to issue me with a duplicate sim of the same number. I may be intimated of the success by a call on [protected] or on my mail id.

      My mobile no. [protected] on 04/10/2017 I attempted to transfer rs 2000 to one of pnb utter Pradesh account the transaction failed yet my account was debited for rs 2000 do the needed and refund my amount.

        I am from Valsad city. Here airtel express retailer is taking 50 rs charge of airtel 3G sim to 4 G SIM upgradation. They are even didn't give me payment slip or any other type of bill for which they are taking 50 rs.

          I have made a payment on 28th of Sep. via UPI and I got a successful message but when I checked in Airtel App it's not reflecting and I'd called to the Airtel Customer care and dropped a mail as well but I don't get the proper response. So, can someone look into this and get this resolved ASAP.

            I have taken the plan of 399 (1gb/day for 70days) but from 2 days my data pack is utilised very rapidly instead i am not using so much data. I had visited nearly airtel store to give me my data pack details but they didn't support. I am not using the data but in half of the day, how it is totally used i can't understand, please provide my internet accessible details and check it out.

After dead battery they not a replacing battery they tolde me purchase and new device.. But my device is working perfect but battery is dead.. New airtel device price is 2000.. Please help me

                I am trying to sms as per your instructions to stop the services. Every time i try, get a reply message failed. They don't give a choice to stop and charging me. They must stop this automatic debating of account. Will not be able to get in touch instantly. Pl stop this nonsense.

                    Airtel is very # service. It provides very poor service in jharkhand area. Yesterday on[protected]. My 509mb data wasted due to airtel company network issue. After 7 pm i can't browse network due to airtel useless and garbage network. These issues come every alternate 2 to 3 days in airtel. And its very shameful and disgusting for airtel to tell lie and bluffing about there useless and snail network as a india's fastest network. This is huge lie airtel is telling in front of india to lure india. Now i can't even expect my 509mb data to get back. Because airtel is very # and # company. I think some strict legal action must be taken against bharti airtel for wasting our money and data packs. And must get ban if it continues like this.

                      I recently ported from postpaid to prepaid and i am unable to recharge my prepaid number through online modes such as paytm, airtel app etc.
                      I even visited airtel customer care centre where i ported my sim but they didnt provide any proper response.
                      My prepaid number is [protected].
                      I called customer care many times but no one is responding properly.
                      Have decided to port to some other network if this issue is not resolved asap.

                        I have activate the international roaming facility on my prepaid connection [protected] with recharge of rs.3999, since last 5 days i am not able to make any outgoing call where else i can receive the incoming calls but the data is also not working & neither the sms.

                        I asked someone in india to check with the customer care but got reply that it is everything ok from there end in the system.

                        I tried registering the complaints on the website but in vain, pr[protected] is the reference number for the complaint logged.

                          An broadband and fixedline sales excutive walked into my office for sales, as per our discussion i agreed to purchase airtel broadband and fixed line for a specific landline no. The person completed the formalities by receiving the payment and gave me some other landline no, different from the one we agreed to.
                          To my surprise i have complained about this to airtel and no action is being taken against this. Airtel company is working in bad faith and can do anything to fool their customers, very much disappointed with airtel
                          And the broadband has downtime regularly throughout the month and it takes them 24hrs to resolve it.

                          Even the local operator provides quality internet and good after service, most importantly we can trust them.

                            I have upgraded my mobile sim card to 4g but even i don't get 2g speed also.

                            Not opening any site not even google.

                            Worst and pathetic internet speed, i have 349 plan with me have recharged on 14 september 2017. I am not getting speed, not even single day from recharge

                            I don't know what is problem if you don't want to provide speed for this plan then tell me clearly i will go for another provider.

                                  Hi team,

                                  This is with respect to my india mobile number.

                                  I had activated international roaming on my number for canada on 2nd oct, 2017 (Monday). I had done a special international roaming recharge of rs.2999/- for the country canada and it was successful. I was supposed to get unlimited incoming, 250mins outgoing, 3gb data and 100sms/day for 10days.

                                  However i am not able to make outgoing calls. I am currently in canada. I am adding the correct country codes for dialing numbers in canada and india. Still when i call any number (Indian/canada number) i am gettiing a recorded message that - "overseas calling is available on request. To avail this feature call customer service by dialling *611"
                                  When i call *611 i am getting the response "call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number you have dialed".

                                  Before leaving india i had done the international roaming recharge and had also called customer and they confirmed international roaming is activated in my number.

                                  Could you please clarify why i am still not able to make any calls?
                                  This roaming facility is active for 10days only and i have already lost two days!!

                                  Please look into this issue and kindly provide me a resolution at the earliest. Please call me if you have any queries.

                                    Just moved today from tata docomo to airtel (499 offered at 349). Have been following up with 121. Their network is so bad (4g, 3g and any other with mobile data and without) that their customer care is not able to hear me. The airtel associate who provided the sim and did the registration is not available - his phones switched off. Had asked for a 50 rupees isd rate cutter pack. With difficulty if am able to reach 121 they claim am on unrelated pack 399. Now am not sure where am landed. (Currently am located at ambattur when have changed the sim today)

                                    On the contrary a jio connection seems to be entirely reliable. It is just that they do not have the isd pack as yet.

                                      Your people had convinced the whole market to join airtel saying that after we do so they would add a network booster in the area. It has been a year or two and till today they have done nothing. They dont even now listen to our complaints. And the network has now gone even worse. The market is saying to file a complaint in the consumer court so please respond as to what should we do. You say that airtel is the best company in network so is expected the same from you.

Rs.399/- deducted from my account but recharge message not recd.in my mobile. Pl check it and refund the amount to my axis bank account. Further also clarify my mobile is eligible for rs.399/- with 84 days validity package or not

                                        अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि अतिशीघ्र चेक करके मुझे बताये गए प्लान का लाभ देने की कष्ट करें||
