Dear sir/madam
My airtel sim damaged about 40 days ago and after that i swapped my sim two times from dealer but my sim was not activated. Then j go to authorized airtel service centre located in karnal, near ambedkar chok, haryana also 2 times. I gave money every time to company for sim and go four time in that service centre but still my sim is unactivated. So i humbly requesting to you that plz take some necessary action about my problem. My this experience with airtel is so so bad.

      My complaint isn't resolved yet. But it shows complaint resolved. Please look into the matter as it is a serious issue as someone is getting harassment by the mobile number [protected]. Please provide the details so that I can filled a GD against the culprit.

        My account was debit freezed and for that i forwarded mail with my aadhar card, pan card, and bank statement to [protected]@airtelbank.com... But it has been more than a week and no response whenver i call them they keep om givibg same excuse.. I upgraded my wallet account to airtel savings account and done biometric verification at airtel office by giving min. Balance rs 100... But no response neither from grievance officer and neither from airtel presence mail id... Fedup of all this now.. I have sent them every sort of identity proof being a safer side if anything goes wrong with one id then can be matched with the other one.. And as i have already done my aadhar biometric at airtel office there is no need of any verification now.. Still wallet blocked issue not resolved...

            Hello,

            My and my wife went to update our aadhaar number to one of your franchises called eee vee telecom in banasawadi, bangalore today and had an unpleasant experience. We went 4th time today to update our aadhaar number and every time the answer from them is 'server is down' from aadhaar team. We take permissions from office and go there for updating aadhaar number and they did not even tried to rectify the issues since last 10 days neither with airtel team nor with aadhaar team. Everytime we hear the same story and their approach towards the customers is very unprofessional. Even i heard one old gentleman saying that he had to come 3 times to get his sim card activation.

            Even they do not even ask a customer to have a seat when the customer reach the office. It is completely unprofessional and unethical.

            We do not know when the server will be up.

            Please take a necessary step to make their work professional and speedy.

              I am using airtel service since last 5 yrs, and pay my bills on time, on regular basis. Since last 4 months, ever since i migrated to 4g i am facing problems mentioned herein: -
              A) seldom i get 4g services, it keeps on switching to 3g and 4g, the speed have deteriorated to minimum.
              B) suddenly the handset will show no service, it continues till i switch off the set and then switch on.
              C) very week signals when i am in my house (Karbari, shimla road, dehradun). Downloading almost impossible.

              Please raise/revise the last two bills to the level of services you are providing to me. Please be clear that i will not pay the bills pending as on date.

              Complaints have been lodge 3 times with your telecaller but no heed has been paid to it.

              I had applied to switch my prepaid sim service to postpaid, it got through the process and all. They asked me to change the sim after the present deactivates; as it did i have changed it but still have'nt got any network service or range in it.

                My number of airtel is [protected], airtel added advertisement in there app connect your account with upi and get upto 100rs cash back, i connected it with but i did not get any cash back. My secound mistake is i believed again on your airtel app, i am getting messages by airtel - rc399 and get free call and 1 gb data per day for 84 days. I checked offer in airtel app and i recharged rc399 on airtel app, but you give only 28 days free call,? And you display there 50% cashback on airtel recharge i did not get any, that's why i think your customer care number don't work. What should i do??? Customer care number not work only computer recording there., what is your intention, do you want to earn money in this manner? I think i did waste time and money to download your airtel app.

                  I applied for porting from airtel postpaid (Karnataka region) to airtel prepaid (Hyderabad region) on 20 sept, 2017. It was on 25 sept 2017 (10:30pm) i lost my network on old sim and then i inserted my new sim. But still by 27th sept my sim is showing 'no service'. This number is of great value for me.. It is my both my personal and official number. I tried calling 121 but there is no option to call your representative and i have mailed to you by 4 times but still i am not getting any reply.. What kind of pathetic service is this??.. Dont you guys understand how important is porting for someone who has been associated with you by the same number for 5 years..                     I have received a message at 11.31 am today stating that i have exhausted 15gb of my quota of 30gb.
                    I was given 15gb additional data couple of months back during your million broadband connection.
                    Till last billing cycle i used get messages frequently informing my consumption of data out of 45gb.
                    When i received your message this morning immediately spoke to your customer care assistant priyanka to find out why this month my quota of my data is reduced to 30gb.
                    She accepted i am eligible for 45gb and the remaining 15 gb will be added in next billing cycle but she couldn't give me a satisfactory reply for my query who stole the 15gb and kept me on hold and spoke to her superior to speak to me.
                    Ms. Sindhu informed me that i have consumed 30out of 45gb. If that is the case i asked her send a message stating, i have consumed 30 out 45gb. She reluctant to do that and repeatedly saying i have consumed 30 gb
                    Also refused to take my complaint informed me to send e-mail to [protected]@gmail.com
                    I wish to inform that 28th aug 6.00pm with my family left mumbai on a vacation and returned only on 8th sept morning.
                    Please find out the truth and take necessary action against the culprit.
                    If i failed to get a satisfactory reply i will decide a future course of action.

                      I am using airtel post-paid connection since last year. And, have tried various bill plans already, and with each plan change, there comes new issues in the bill processing, and, i have to follow up with airtel customer care.

                      There have been some many times when i have been charged incorrectly, or the discounts or freebies that they activated on my number stopped working all of a sudden.

                      I switched to 399_infinity on aug 1st (I had discount of rs.100 on my mobile from may 2017), and after this plan change i got an email stating that this discount still stand true. However, it was nowhere to be seen in my bill amount. Now, despite many emails they are still claiming that this discount is not active, although i got the confirmation on aug 6th that this discount was active even after bill plan change.

                      Now, the second issue. Today i switched to 299 infinity plan, and post the activation of this new bill plan, they have deactivated my internet services and sent me new apn settings, and promoting me to buy data packs, although i have more than 43 gb unused data and 20 gb monthly data packs for 6 months.

                      So, if i have data already and i have data packs too then why should i buy additional packs.

                      I have written many emails on this topic already, but, no reply.

                          Hi,

                          I have been complaining about indoor network coverage and data connectivity issues at my office location from past 1 year but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Few weeks back, one of my colleague had also registered a complaint at customer service after which an executive came and he did some tests in his mobile on some sort of application and saved that test log with the complaint id and went away stating that the backoffice team will check the logs and will work accordingly. After 4-5 days i treceived a call from one the representative from airtel stating that the issue has been resolved and they are closing the complaint. I tried to stop that person and tell him that the issue is still unresolved however thgat executive was least bothered to know whether the issue has been resolved or not and he just hung up the phone.

                          I just want the issue to be resolved as all o[censored]s at my office location are facing this issue and have filed multiple complaints for this but still the problem is same.

                            After recharging for rs 399, l should have been available unlimited calls and daily 1gb net. Here lam getting 4g network but while making calls it is showing that network is unavailable. So lam not able to make urgent calls even if l had recharged. The complaint has begun after recharging for offer rs399. Previously there was no problem regarding calling.

                            I got game pind service automatically updated and due to this 180 rs deducted from my account .contacted a lot of executives. But no one helped...pls refund that balance.i want my money back...which are anyway deducted..
                            I have upgrade my sim from 3g to 4g but i dont get any data credit in my acc which is 10 gb so plsss credit it and i m trying to port my no to idea but there is no response from airtel about portability

                                Hi, my house no is b-190, sector 55, noida. I am not getting signal properly for the last 1 year. Its almost nil. I have complained 2-3 times. The executive comes and goes without providing any solutions. Even they havent installed booster to strengthen the signal. Its been over a year now and i havent got any solution. I have a small baby and my old parents. Reaching out to them while i am in office is very difficult.

                                    Now i have transferred to raipur chattisgarh at the following address
                                    Flat no. 504, block-a, shiv vatika apartment, raipur-492001.
                                    In this location i am facing a huge network problem and cannot access internet as well as calling.
                                    In this regard i have made complaint to customer service teal on 9th september, 2017. Till now not even a single step has been taken on that.in this period several times i have communicated to customer service team and they have assured that the problem will be rectified within 48 hours of time.
                                    They also suggested me to change the port from chennai circle to raipur circle, but even after changing port the issue did not resolved.
                                    I am paying near about rs. 3000 per month with no service and now decided to change my network to other service provider. I also suggest to my colleagues to step out from this disgusting service network.

                                      recharge done for 84 days now customer care says pack was of 70 days

                                      I did a recharge on 19 july of 399 for 84 days. But my plan got finished in 70 days. After inquiring on customer care they said my plan was not for 84 days, it was of 70 days. But i clearly remembered that my recharge was for 84 days.
                                      I did the recharge on two other numbers also of 84 days but for those two also customer care is saying that it is of 70 days.
                                      They have not mentioned anywhere that the validity is 70 days or 84...

                                      I have raised a request for new broadband connection and the airtel executive have collected the document and amount of rupees 500 was paid through online on 21th sep 2017.
                                      On 25th sep 2017 airtel executive call me and tell that connection for new broadband is not feasible as dp is full, and i asked to refund the amount which i have paid and they say the refund request can not be processed as that particular executive is not authorized.
                                      On 26th sep 2017 i called up airtel customer care for the refund and they say that refund request was initiated by the airtel team. I asked of the reference number for tracking any they have denied to give the same.
                                      After couple of hrs again on called the airtel customer care on 26th sep 2017 for the confirmation on the refund, but this time they told me that i need to wait for 5-10 days and if they are not able to provide me the connection then they will initiate the refund.

                                      Every time i call the customer care they give me different reasons and they are not ready to take up a complaint or give me any reference number.

                                      Airtel has not provided any details apart for the one which i have mentioned above.

                                      Complaint reference number provided by airtel 88278736and IVR number which airtel person provided is[protected] and his name is paul

                                      i did not get any message to my registered mobile that a complaint is raised and i could not find the details in the airtel service tracker
