As there was 'no service" in my house since 19/07/2017, the day of my porting my mobile, airtel engineer, mr. Ravi verman, visited my house at b -55 sector 26, noida & he recommended for installation of booster in my house (As there was almost no signal). Thereafter, i contacted their nodal office on 25 th july & was informed that the needful would be done in 3-4 days... Since then, i have been enquiring the fate of installation on their 121 / 198 customer care numbers & also with their nodal office but all in vain. Thereafter, almost on daily basis, i have been lodging complaints & sending sms / emails to their senior officials. It is highly unacceptable to note that all the complaints are being closed on weekly basis without providing any resolution. I have on record more than 35 mails sent to their various offices & further regret to note that now they have now stopped even sending m the acknowledgments, as per their system. Sch a pathetic state of customer care even after lapse of 65days speaks of detoriating services at airtel.. Will someoneat airtel look into?
