Hello airtel team,

I have been using airtel since 7 years & never ever i have been so upset with the connectivity

I have opted for a family plan & i have a child number on which 4g doesnt work at all..4g network is not being detected at all.. I tried all tbe possible ways to solve it.. I registered a complaint twice but nothing works

Please can you help me out as its really annoying & i dont wana leave airtel network

Signals problem in my area pls...
In our town called Chitrangi. Dist-Singrauli state M.P. Airtel network is very poor .We pay for 3g service and we get 2G service half the day...Also 3g service is very slow and not at par. When we are paying for 3g service why we are getting 2g service half the day.?...?...
I have been recharging my airtel number with data pack of rs. 148 for 4gb 4g/3G data but my account credited with only 845 mb. I need an explanation why 4gb have not been credited and I want the same in my account as shown while recharging.

    Hi,

    I had recharge my prepaid number [protected] on august 18, 2017 with rs 399 (Transaction id - [protected]) for 70 days unlimited call offer. When i am trying to call from today on any number that is saying no balance is available, kindly enhance the stipulated date as per offer.

    Hope you will resolve my issue otherwise i don't have any option other than port to other network.

    Please noted that below number mentioned is fake number, i have called on this below number -
    Costomer... Care...[protected]...

    Some avinash from kolkata received the call and asked me to give my debit card number detail where rs 301 will return back,. The way of talking with this person i understood he is not from airtel but cheater, please be ware from these types of person and never share your any card detail, i am also trying to lodge a complaint against these number.
    Even after repeated requests, Airtel is not cancelling my broadband connection.

    3G network of Airtel is very poor in our area & network connectivity is also poor. So please solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise i will throw my airtel sim to dustbin and also recommend to other friends to do the same things.

      I got recharged my sim no.[protected] airtel : package :rs.345.00 (Unlimited all call and 2gb data per day for 28 days). Its validity is up to 25/09/2017 but i am sorry to say that internet services has been stopped in my 4g lenovo mobile-4gsim. It was contacted to customer care but they did not give any satisfactory answer. It is requested that kindly do the needful action for providing me internet service on my mobile.

        I am a airtel service user from haryana, sonepat. I have 10 airtel simcards in my family i want to link them with my aadhar card. There is two near by airtel service centres one at ghandhi chowk anthor at subhash chawk everytime i visited there for link my aadhar card they told me application is not working and we don't have finger print sensor etc. They dont show respecct towards costumer, they speak rudely with costumer, i think they join the outside retailers becouse they evrytime said me go and do from out side retailer and retailer ask 20 rupees for each sim car i have to pay 200 rupees for link my simcards with my aadhar card. I am feeling very bad with thier brutal behavior. Please take some action against them plz plz. Do something

          I have taken a duplicate sim card on[protected] as the sim i have been using for the past 2 years wore out. I was told that my sms services would be active after 24 hours. But, till date (09/15/2017), i am unable to send or receive messages. I have raised concerns with all possible types of escalation levels at airtel, but no single person is able to get my problem addressed. I have three complaint numbers (Srs) registered, that were claimed to be of highest priority at airtel on 05-sep-17, 12-sep and 15-sep as follows: 79229974, 79513665, 79418712, each claiming to have an sla of 24 hours each, to no effect.
          The biggest concern is that i am not even able to port my number to another network, as that would require me to send an sms and receive a confirmation number.
          It hurts me a lot as i have become helpless with all my online transactions stopped (Since they would require an otp), no single soul working at airtel willing to help me and no hope of continuing my existing number on any other network.
          Please help me atleast to port to any other network

          Dear sir /madam,

          As I recharged to talk with customer care suddenly airtel people deducted amount from my main balance And you people charge for making call to customer care .Highly disappointed me they don't even msg and call for what reason they deducted money from my account.
          I have swapped my old airtel sim card to 4g sim yesterday but the messages are not coming, as well as the *121# is also not working. Hence i couldn't able to check balance as well as the messages.

                  Sir/madam,

                  I had taken airtel dongle-4g connection in the month of march 2017. Dongle no. Is [protected]. During july 2017 one airtel agent called me and requested for upgradation of existing plan as it has some good offers. Accordingly i accepted the request and one airtel agent visited me and collected my id proof, photograph and gave new dongle sim no. [protected]. I discarded the old no., activated the new no. And started using the same. After one month o[censored]sage i received a message to pay rs. 513 due for bill dated 21st august 2017 for the new dongle no. [protected] but no hard copy or soft copy of the bill received. I made the payment for the same but no confirmation message received. Again after a week i received a message to pay rs. 885 due for bill dated 27th august 2017 for old dongle no. [protected]. I was shocked to see this and called your agent who called me for urgradation request initially. She casually told that i had to give a disconnection request of old no. And asked me to contact customer support and give cancellation request. Accordingly i contacted your customer support helpline and told this issue. Moreover inspite of knowing that both dongle no. Are registered with same mobile no. And address and also he told that new sim was not required for upgradation and could have taken the upgradation request on old no. Itself and he asked me to pay the bill of old dongle no. After requesting to him that i have not taken any new connection and when they are upgrading the plan its airtel responsibility to cancel the old no. Automatically. I thought it would be auto-cancelled. Then he connected the call to some other person and she spoke somewhat in a rude manner that i have to make the payment for my old no. And she can give a waiver of 400 rs only and also regarding the bill she told the email id is updated wrongly so the bill is not sent. Finally she took the disconnection request of old no. And asked me to pay the amount of rs485 to complete the disconnection process. Accordingly i have made the payment. Today i called the helpline and informed about the payment made and status of cancellation and they told the no. Is cancelled and no outstanding due for payment. But no such mail or message received so far. Also for the new no. [protected] i have not received any hard copy or soft copy of the bill and also i am not able to add this no.in my airtel app.

                  1. Please give clarification on why you gave new sim for upgradation of existing plan and also why u dint inform about the cancellation request to be processed.

                  2. Please confirm the status of cancellation of my old dongle no. [protected]

                  3. Please send bill as well as payment receipt of my new dongle no. [protected] immediately to this mail id.

                  4. I am not able to add [protected] in my airtel app. Please suggest what is to be done.

                    I had recharged an Internet and Voice call pack with 349 Rs. and
                    the company didn't provide me full service and speed

                      Such a bad network, terms & condition are hide, not transparent, customer service is very poor. I recharged rs.349 on 10th sep'17, only made call for only 18 minutes/day/week but now it says that i have not sufficient balance to make a call. The offer rs.349 prepaid recharge for free calls as per advertisement, but terms & condition not mentioned. It is fraud. Srikant

I would like to know who is calling with this number, whether it is fake number or not as well as for me there is no relative in abroad at present if it is fake i wish to inform for my friends and relatives and just now 14.10 hrs again i received a call from +3444

                              I applied for postpaid to prepaid of [protected] in the first week of july. I had to visit their store at least 6-7 times. Then finally the store manager said one day that they have lost my documents and i will have to apply again. I said how could you misplace my id proofs and i will not give the documents again. On that he said that nothing can happen and i can do whatever i can do, i can go and complain anywhere. He was so arrogant as if it was my mistake. I then called customer care, with no help. Posted on their fb page and getting a standard reply since then that they are looking into it.

                                No airtel network in subrotopark area, since last night, i m stuck badly as i didn't have other network sim, i m using someone wifi to lodge this complaint. How you such branded company is just sleeping on it, do u want all customer to buy other network sim. Look into it's urgent. Ur app is suggesting my complaint is too short, what the hell u want me to write in this regard, when there is no voice and data network.

                                  I have not been receiving a signal on my registered airtel number since last two days. I have been to local airtel customer support office and they asked me to contact airtel customer support number, which i did after series of questions they said my sim might have been damaged and i have to get a new sim.

                                  When i visited nearest airtel store, the customer support executive was very arrogant and asked me to come next day as he wont be accepting requests after 5 pm. He asked me to come the following day after 12:30 pm, which i did accordingly and again another very arrogant and rude customer care executive said, he cant help me with that and asked me to come tomorrow. I am a working employee and cannot go around airtel customer service office time in and time out again just to get my sim activated. The customer service representative has no minimum curtesy to enquire the problem clearly and help me. He instead was very arrogant and rude, i want you to take action against that employee and get me an official apology. I am tired and vexed about the worst customer support airtel provides and will be jumping the ship as soon as possible and get rid of this stupid carrier.

                                    This is to inform that due to transfer from Delhi to Nashik, recently, I have ported my airtel mobile no[protected] from Delhi NCR circle to Nashik, Maharashtra which I am using since 2010-11. However, it has been noticed that an amount of Rs. 2500/- has charged as “Vanity pnc gold” in my first months bill. Consequently, I have talked to customer care and registered a complaint for resolve the issue. However, airtel company has not taken any action. Moreover, it has been instructed to pay the amount. However, it is not clear for me that why I should pay extra amount as I am using above no since 2010-11 and just ported my own mobile number from “Airtel, Delhi NCR to Airtel, Nashik, Maharashtra” due to location change. Further, during the porting time no executives from airtel retailer shop has raised the issue. Moreover, they have ensured that no additional charge will be taken for porting the mobile no. Regarding above issue, I have visited to retail shop of Airtel and it has been intimated by them that a request has been forwarded to resolve the issue but they are not sure regarding the end results.
                                    Hence, it is my humble request to take my case to resolve the issue as it is public harassment by airtel. Moreover, being a citizen of India it quite surprise for me that how airtel company are cheated with public. For any more information please contact me on following no.[protected].

                                      Sir/Madam- I have recharge my Airtel prepaid No. [protected] (349) it is validate for 28 days. 6-12 sep.17 service is very good. But last 2-3 days I am facing problem related call or Data .When I am trying to call revert me back Your validaty has been expire on 12, next day 13 or now 14 sep17. please recharge your account.I am using my Intex 3g set. Total calling maximum 40-45 min. daily. data- minimum 70-75 mb daily.I have already mail to Himachal nodal Officer or 121. but not response any one. Then I have call the 198 but they not fw my call to Customer care executive.

                                        I tried recharging my prepaid mobile using airtel app today morning at 8.30 and money was debited but recharge was not successful to recheck i tried using *121# facility and as per the records recharge was successful. So i made calls and i lost my balance. I called customer care which was of no help they said they cant do anything and asked me to recharge again, again i recharged and lost my money but it was unsuccessful. I need the money back not as airtel money.
