Hello my no. is [protected]. I lost my sim and once I got a new one, I'm not able to receive any messages without which obviously I'm not able to receive the otp for various transactions. I'm a long time customer to airtel and I expect to be treated with some diligence and not be fuddled around with minor issues like this which is ruining my work.

    Sir, my customer id is [protected] and on 03 sep 2017 i made a recharge of rs 5500/-through my paytm wallet on seeing your advertisement of getting all channels including hd channels on my tv for a duration of one year. However the channels were not activated and after repeated complaints an airtel representative visited my residence on 07 sep 2017. This person's name was nikhil and he seemed to be a novice, after giving flimsy excuses, he assured me that the channels would get activated within 24 hours. This however never materialized and since then we have been making repeated telephonic complaints but on deaf ears. I am therefore addressing this problem to consumer complaints with the hope that remedial measures are taken forthwith and i start getting all channels including hd channels for a period of one year as has been quoted in your advertisement and for which i have already made payments to airtel. I shall expect a prompt action please. Thanking you... Colonel ravi shah.

      Dear airtel,

      My mobile number is [protected]. My wife was using this number. She lost the mobile 3 months back so i blocked my sim card by calling the airtel customer care.

      Yesterday i went to an airtel store located in perambur (No 198, paper mills road, perambur, chennai - 600011, near venus bus stand). They gave me a new sim with the same mobile number ([protected]) for rs.25 and they said that the sim card will be activated after 6 hours. But till now the sim card has not been activated and when i called the customer care, they told the details have not been uploaded. But i gave my aadhar card proof for the sim. This clearly shows the lethargic work of the airtel team in the perambur branch. So, kindly help me in activating my mobile number.

        Dear sir, i am sanjib kr prasad now i am in roaming network. On 09.09.2017 i have recharge rs.55/- as roaming pack which validity was 28 days, but on 13.09.2017 it has stopped working. Then i call to your customer care executive on date.10.09.2017 in the morning and tell about it. He suggest me to recharges only one pack i, e rs.149/- or rs.249/- as roaming pack (Rs.55/-) validity remaining till 07.10.2017 you can enjoy roaming pack. On 14.09.17 i recharge rs.149/- and problem remain same and my outgoing call has been charged from my main balance. Now i am not interest to stay in airtel network as i have not got proper guide. It is very unfortunate to me that i am a airtel customer since long time.

          Dear sir,

          It is a worst commitment from airtel to get your mobile secure through airtel secure plan.
          I covered my mobile through airtel secure and my mobile was damaged on 02.09.17, i intimated the same on 03.09.17 but even after the rigorous follow up, still i have not received any satisfactory reply even after 11 days. My phone is also not picked yet.

          I have given almost 25-30 calls to airtel and one assist but noone is responding on this.

          Now i feel that how can a service provider can make the people fool to commit these type of services.

          Pathetic.. I am not closing this issue here and taking a legal action against the company to give false commitments to their consumer.

            I am already port airtel no [protected] to vodafone that time i have total bill amount of airtel but today got call from customer department they told me your last two months bill pending. I didn't know why again bill if already paid.. This is harassment of customer.. I am using other services also of airtel. But airtel not provided good service... If your company continue these type of behaviour i am definitely close all services of airtel and going to use others. Airtel only advertising products but not giving good service like network, data packs, recharge, as well as harassment the customer. If my issue not solve immediately i will complaint against airtel.

                Internet was not working from 25 august to 9 september. After multiple calls and emails to customer care it started working on 9 sep. But again on 12 sep it stopped working. Customer care always gives me reason that there is network upgradation going on in my area, but i am facing this problem in all the areas not any particular area. Also i am getting full network in my area and there is no problem in calls and messages.
                I even replaced my sim, but still internet not working. I even tried my sim in different handset but still not working.
                Everyone in my area is able to use airtel internet perfectly, but only i am not able to use it.

                  I and my colleagues who are airtel customers are facing continuous issue with airtel connectivity.
                  The problems are as listed below:

                  • frequent call-drop
                  • voice break issue during ongoing call
                  • 3g/4g data issue. Internet speed not good

                  We are using corporate numbers. If this problem is not resolved soon then we are forced to switch to some other connection provided by our company.

                  Additionally, your customer care service no (121) is showing as invalid no.

At 12:30 message show my money wasnot loaded properly and when i opened my account my 200 rupees was recharged with airtel mobile which i dont want. So here i want to say if any one deposit money in their airtel payment bank then they recharged that money to their mobile nos.in many times airtel bank not opened properly. So here i want to say how i get back my money

                      I topped up my mobile today on 14/09/2017 by INR 300. INR 125 has been cut from my account towards value added services without my consent. Above mentioned service deactivated immediately. Now I want my money back into my account. Please do the needful or advise ASAP to get the fund back into account.

                          Few days back i purchased new sim with number [protected]. I got it recharged 399 pack and received the confirmation message as — "you have got free data (Daily limit 1gb) for 84 days. I’m experiencing the worst internet and call disconnection problems. It gives 2g speed and rarely calls gets connected and if it is connected than in the middle it will get disconnected.
                          Airtel is fooling people if you don’t have enough ability to provide what you say than don’t launch such offers just to fool the customers and if it continues the same than i will switch to jio which gives what they says.

                                This is in relation to our repeated complaints made to airtel and their call centers regarding very poor connectivity at our residence 34k ashoka avenue, sainik farms, new delhi 110062 (Which is a 1000 square yard house and there is no basement etc) since last 3 years

                                Inspite of repeated assurances they have taken no action so far but inspite of acknowledging the problem they are just passing the buck by saying the problem will be resolved shortly.

                                We have even asked them to install a signal booster at our home to enhance signal strength. It is impossible to make or receive calls as voice quality is very poor and work has really started to suffer

                                Please help us resolve this huge problem

                                    However, the account still seems to be active and is not disconnected. Please disconnect and close it asap. The account still shows a rs. - 68 balance. I don't know why it should even be active after a year.

                                    Instead of disconnecting, for some reason. this account has been credited with Rs. 200. I didn't pay this. Nor do I want any balance. I have disconnected & removed the Airtel Dish at my residence.

But my question is here i am not completed 100mb daily because of bad network. Even it metro political cities ur network like thise think about normal city.
