In my airtel postpaid bill for the biling period: 23-jul-2017 to 22-aug-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing that i sent international sms to the number:[protected] times during this period. I also see similar sms from april onwards but the number of sms very less than 5 but i didn't realize until i saw a bill of rs. 970 for one billing period.

194 sms sent between the following dates

07/aug/2017 to 22/aug/2017

And 5 sms sent every month starting from march 2017 bill. We don't know how many we have for september yet.

I haven't sent any of the above sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraund in vodafone too. I guess its a fraud from the company. They have charged rs. 970 at a rate of rs. 5/sms. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

    I am using airtel postpaid connection since last 5 yeras onwards, they given credit limit 3600 rs, this month i. E september, they send bill amount 15797 rs.
    So i would like complaint aganist airtel for making bill against credit limit and also for unused data (Internet). I was very tensed after seeing my post paid bill. Please do the needful help. I would like to attach my airtel bill, but am unable to attach.

      Dear sir/madam

      I on behalf of my wife submit the following few lines
      She has a prepaid mobile no [protected] acct which she got at udaipur rajasthan 6-7 yrs back and she continue to use that till date although we have left the city few years back.
      She did a transaction through airtel app for a prepaid recharge pack of rs 348 for 28 days on 17 sep 2017 at 0820h.
      The amount has been debited in bank acct. (Copy of screen shot attached) also airtel msg has been received for recharge successful with txn id [protected], but amount not credited in airtel acct. Amount being shown in airtel app is o (Zero).
      I did try to call up your customer care but they failed to resolve the issue.in fact they almost showed their inability saying to get it resolved through udaipur customer care. They gave me the numbers too ([protected], [protected]) which on calling says that the numbers didn't exist. On informing about it at the customer care no, i was told to continue trying to call at the same numbers however till at this moment the same status remained.
      Please resolve the issue immediately and in a way so that she do not lose on the 28 days facility prescribed in the pack. But most importantly i do not lose the trust of the brand as i am having one more postpaid connection of airtel.
      Hope for an amicable and early solution to the issue.

      The speed of aitel 4g net is much more low than docomo 2g please do something and increase the speed of my number [protected] i recharge 399 and the speed is too slow

      Worst network 4g, 3g, chittoor.dt, kondamitta, and also to the ramakuppuam(mandalam)vijalapuram village no network coverage, airtel jio new network giving full coverage, so plz note the problem . So many people faceing same problem, 20 members port out in airtel .reg.

        Dear sir,
        I have port my vodafone number [protected] to airtel. But i think i have done the most blunder mistake of my life to choose airtel as my operater. Because from 14.09.2017 i am facing a huge problem in activation of my number. I have visited many of your store which are far away from me. And also call many and many time to your postpaid customer care but there is no positive response from your side. My reference number is 79503483.
        Please this is my humble request from your it team to activate my number with in 2 hour or if they are not able to activate my number with in 2 hour then i am going to file a case against airtel in the consumer court. Because you people did not understand how much problem i am seeking from the last 3 days and this is end of my limit.. My alternative number is [protected].

        HI i have recharged with 349, but speed is like 1G speed(if 1G exists).
        I have opted Airtel from JIO hoping airetl will better speed than JIO.

        But i took wrong decision.
        Dont cheat users by showing adds that AIRTEL is fastest network

          Respected sir/ madam

          I am a govt. Officer in haryana education deptt. I have port my docomo mob. No. [protected] in airtel about 10 days ago but from the same day i am facing a problem that when i use 4g data in my phone, my incoming & outgoing calls are not activate at that time (Instead of 2g or 3g) my last recharge is rs. 446. Customer care are not responding properly i have complained 2 times at customer care. Please sort out my problem immediately.

          I have CUG postpaid connection to mobile No [protected] & [protected] . So I request to cancel my postpaid connection as early as possible
          Please mail me the receipt of payment towards my post-paid bill for the period 17-07 to[protected].
          the payment was made online.
          Am recharging the My Airtel mobile number([protected]) for 399 recharge[just for u recharge]. The Amount is deducting from Bank and getting the message like going to refund in 7 working days. My Amount got deducted 2 times from Paytm as well as even from the fraud Airtel App.
          Please check my Mobil no [protected]is not working. 08.09.17at10.30am last call. Please solve the problem very emargancy my sim card added by adhar link

            I have purchased new 4g enabled handset, after inserting my existing sim of airtel i got a message of congratulation with an offer i. E.,

            "congrats on your new 4g handset! Exclusive offer on rs399, 1gb everyday+ unlimited all local+std calls, 84days. T&c apply. Benefit only on 4g handset + 4g sim"

            So after making a recharge of the same amount, i recieved a message which provides me the same service but for only 28 days instead of 84 days.

            Please resolve my query as per the offer sent.

            I have not received my mobile phone bill for the month of Aug 2017. Today I have paid my phone bill Rs. 2785/- . Requested to kindly send bill at the earliest.
            I did a recharge of Rs. 399. So as promised I should be getting 1 GB per day(which I'm getting) and also unlimited local and STD call. But calls are not going through.

              Sir i got msg that i have offer of 399 rupee in which i will get unlimited calling and 1 gb data/day for 84 days at 19:08 on 17 sep 17. Then i did recharge of 399 rupee on my no [protected] through paytm successfully but then i got msg of same benefit for 28 days. When i call customer care they said that we can't help you out and you will get this much. Airtel has made me fool and now they are not ready to give benefit for 84 days as mentioned in msg sent by them

              Please look into this Airtel is charging Rs99 to activate the conference facility

              Recently 1199 Infinity Plan was activated after a delay of 3 days but now I am not getting even 2G speed on my 4G enable handset. I am fed up with AIRTEL service and a very slow response time. AIRTEL is only BIG on advertisement but ZERO in performance level.

                I buy airtel broadband connection on 5 august 2017 in zeta greater noida. Before the connection to be installed i asked me rahul kumar about pack details who are installing airtel connection in greater noida he talks about 899 rs pack in this pack he tell everything is free local std call with telephone & broadband connection at starting he answering my call saying that now telephone connection installed next week whole months have passed now he not answering my call & telephone still not installed can u please take action regarding this matter. Name of person who have take connection is kushagra saxena

                  I am currently using airtel no viz : [protected]

                  From the time i have ported my sim from airtel rajasthan to airtel haryana, i am not able to do online recharge. I tried contacting customer support but none of them was able to solve the problem. From past few days i have been trying to contact customer support but not able to connect. Even when connected no proper response is given by their team.
                  And even they close complaint with out knowing my concern.

                  On 13/9/17, i recharged my no. 399 (Ul l/std calls 84 days), after that how can you deduct my balance. And if one is to contact you there is no direct no and your 121/198 no do not forward call to customer executives.

                  When contacted on mail, they said no recharge is done. But for proof i am attaching the screen shot of message received by me with transaction number.

                  The sure thing is i am going to port my number. But at least this self boasting company should learn how to provide customer service.

                    I went to airtel store at new panvel navi mumbai to link aadhar no to sim, but unable to get otp, as i had bought sim from delhi and had tempararyvaddress at delhi. I normally stay at panvel. Pl help how to link. If my mobile phone stops, i will have no option left to switch to other service provider taking help of mob. No. Portibility.

                      I have gas connection of indane consumer no-00vg9775. My l. P. G subsidy is connected with my bank of barodaaban a/c no-[protected]. Ifsc code barbosanjay.
                      I gave my aadhaar card detail to to link my airtel mobile no-[protected] with my aadhaar no. But airtel company has opened my account in airtel payment bank using my aadhaar card details and linked it with my l. P. G subsidy without my concern

                      Plz take serious action against it

                        I have ported out two connections from vodafone but your executive has told me that you will get 25 gb data in 499 rs plan but i have got only 8gb and my other numismatic still not connected in family plan. No response from your side. If it continues i will post them again into vodafone. Your immediate action is required as not able to connect on your toll free number. Tx

                            The postpaid account i opened for [protected] but it was not activated on time as promised by her and so i met the manager satya in airtel service center
                            Mg road pondicherry. She said she sent email to head office to cancel this account and i surrendered the sim card to her and got back the money i paid when opening.

                            Now i got a messages setting up a credit limit and so on. When i asked the manager again, she said my account was cancelled. If so why i didn't get any message confirming the cancellation of this account. Very poor service from airtel.

                                I have linked my adhaar no to my mobile number but i have not got any confirmation message from it, i have done it through an biometric in an retailer but when i am using my adhaar card to access my scholarship site it doesn't agree with my registration
                                Please let me know if you help me out of this i am a college student needs help from you otherwise i'll lose my scholarship

                                  Incorrect billing
                                  I have not agreed to a plan when my internet usage gets exhausted and i will be charged.
                                  I have had issues where my bill was not generated and delayed, i had called customer care and informed and i was promised i will not have these charges.
                                  Below are my reference id's and names to whom i have spoken with

                                  Based on the above i have been promised i would have the right amount updated so i can do the payment and still no effect.
                                  This has been very disturbing and keeping me mentally upset.
                                  I need immediate action on these as i want to do a final settlement on the correct amount and have my connection moved out from airtel.
                                  I will ensure i have all of my friends, relatives, family members out of airtel and will fight for justice through social media.

                                    I recharged for rs 399 on 3rd september which claims to give 1gb data per day and unlimited talk time for a period of 28 days. However, 1 gb was the total data which i got for whole the 28 days period. After it was finished, there was no 1gb data on a fresh day. I have tried calling customer care but it's hard to talk directly to a customer care executive.

                                      Airtel is providing very bad service. I have followed up more than 12 times for my broadband complaint and till now no response. Spoke to supervisor deepak and he could not deliver what he has committed. Worst service. The customer care people are very irresponsible and providing wrong information. I am completely frustrated. Please take necessary actions.
