    Hi,
    two days back i have changed new sim card with same number
    calls are going and receiving accordingly
    but when i a sending or receiving sms are not working
    Could anyone resolve SMS issue
    i could not able to receive or send sms after changing my sim

      I have wrongly done a recharge of amount 399 to a wrong number from my myairtel app.
      I want to reverse the recharge to the correct number now.

      I have made a query to the airtel even send an sms to a number 59109 which i found over the internet to reverse the recharge if it was done wrongly but no positive sign.

      Please help.

      I have ported to airtel. I received msg saying airtel sim is ready for televerification. I inserted new sim but no signal since then. My old sim also stopped working. It has been more than 12 hrs. My number is not working.

        Dear officer,

        Till now also no response has been given about my problem stated.

        There is no signal of airtel till now also at my address:
        17/3 ram nagar, near shiv kala mandir, krishna nagar delhi 110051

        Airtel officer told me to wait till end of august. But nothing has been improved till now.
        I have made complaint on 10th july with complaint number 77611627. And now 60 days are over with no conclusion.

        Please tell me a concrete answer and dont test my patience. Airtel company is not doing anything. What great response from such a reputed company.

        Please cut my all connections and refund my 5000 rs for all 4 postpaid connections at the earliest.
        Airtel signal quality is pathetic and they are giving 4g speed at challenge, with no responsibility.
        From last 2 months i have writeen 30 mails to airtel appellete officer, and everytime a system generated response mail is reverted back, with no clarification fro my problem at all.

          Dear sir,
          It's been a year since launch of jio, am facing the problem.

          Problem-
          I am not getting calls from people having jio.
          Whenever they try calling, the call gets droped instantly.
          This is happening on my airtel no.-[protected] & because of this i have missed hundreds of calls.

          (This happening with jio only else from others i am not facing any problem and no problem in outgoing also. Only problem with incoming calls from jio)

          I contacted many times jio&airtel personnel, customer cares, but both are telling that it from other side the problem is.. And are reluctant to help me resolve the issue.
          I agree if jio doesn't help because i am a long time airtel customer but they are simply rejecting & reluctant to help..

            We are airtel customers request to you that i have suffering a network problem in the area of checki, kanganhall, achabal, anantnag, jammu & kashmir 192201. So the 3, 4 airtel tower network can counterfire each other and the network goes weak. So when we are calling someone the voice is breaking continuously and i cannot compete the call. Finally the range of towers is very low. If the problem is not complete then will port from airtel to other.
            Please resolve the problem as soon as possible because we airtel customers are suffering a lot of problems.

              My request to shift my airtel broad band connection on[protected]Airtel broad no [protected]. And ref. No.86903712.) is not attended till today.[protected]. As per their mail it is supposed to be completed in 5 days. Even after repeated mails my request is not being attended and the time of completion is being extended everytime and citing techinnical reasons. No technical person accepts this reason as a delay for shifting.

                Yesterday i saw my airtel app and it was showing i get 10gb in 100rs (Surprise offer). I then called customer care, dey said that if it is showing in ur airtel app, den der wud b d offer for u. I thn subscribed it. However i received a one message stating -

                "congratulations! Airtel data offer with 1.5 gb 4g/3g [protected]@rs100 has been activated on your number [protected] with effect from 05-sep-2017. To check your data usage, sms datause to 121"

                I really don't know what z going on.. Is it some kind of trap for earning money of airtel. As this shouldn't happen, or i think the developers of my airtel app r under training. Now i m requesting airtel to waive off 100rs or provide me the pending gb which was promised in my airtel app.

                Attached screenshot is not the one which i have taken, as dat offer is not showing for me now. However datz d one, which was experienced by some one else!!!

                  My name is imran i work for a mnc as a project manager.

                  I recently switched to airtel broadband from tata docomo. I was promised a plan of 1099 rupees which will have 100 gb download limit at the speed of 40mbps. This plan you are also advertising on your website please see the attached screenshot or this link "https://www.airtel.in/broadband/pune". I paid for this plan and i have also signed a contract for this plan.

                  Last saturday my internet was activated when i check the account details it says that i have 50 gb per month plan with a speed of 16mbps. Well that is not what i was promised and also there is no such plan mentioned on your website. I tried calling your customer care number they are always promising me that it will be changed but it has been almost 4 days and it is still the same old plan.

                  I think i have made a big mistake by switching to airtel, how can you guys be so unprofessional. Your website has got plans which your customer care is not at all aware of.

                  If you are not able to provide me with the plan what was promised then i would like to terminate my contract and i would like my money back please.

                    My complaint details as below:

                    I have an airtel payment bank (Airtel money) account. Airtel money registered with the mobile number:+91 [protected].
                    Problem details:
                    On 30-aug-2017, one recharge (Amount rs. 100/-) was wrongly recharged for the mobile number:[protected] due to airtel money app hung up.
                    My dad's mobile number was:+91 [protected] when i put this number for recharge at airtel money app (At my infocus m2 mobile), airtel money app was hung up & system wrongly takes wrong number +91 [protected] & recharged on this wrong airtel number as well.

                    Recharge message (From airtel) details as below:
                    Airtel money transaction successful. Your account has been debited by rs.100. Transaction id: [protected] date:30/aug/2017 19:41. Current a/c balance:rs.106.45. Mobile no-[protected]

                    Correct number will be :+91 [protected] & recharge happened for the wrong number+91 [protected],
                    After that i have tried so many times to contact this guy, but till now, this mobile number continuously switched off. After that i called airtel customer care & airtel payment bank support team on the same day. They shared a mail id ([protected]@airtelbank.com) for submitting the details & promised me that will refund within 1 working day. That mail was cc'ed both of airtel nodal officer also (They have logged a case number:# 715750 for this transaction id: [protected].). But they are not taking seriously & avoiding as well. I have called them so many times & mailed also so many times. But not responding. They are harassing me each n every time.

                    So this is ernest request to you kindly look into this matter so that i can get back the reverse as early as possible.

                    I have recharge my jio number off rupees 399 but the has not done but the was reduced on my airtel payment bank. For that i dont want to recharge please refund my money in my airtel payment bank account. I have allready recharge my jio number so please dont recharge it please get back on my airtel payment bank account..please do the needfull.

                      Last night rs.150 amount deducted from my account without requesting any services. I got one message early in the morning that one miniplex service activated on my number but i am not requesting this type of service. So please refund this amount as soon as possible.

                        I recharged 795 thinking it's giving unlimited local std calls 1gb/ day thinking i recharged... Airtel is cheating customers 1gb for whole 84 days n oly airtel to airtel calls really pathetic from top mobile service providers.. I again recharged 349 and 399 for 1 month it's showing my airtel app.. I want them to transfer 795 amount to my airtel account number 16230418

                          Sir, i called three days ago to customer care and ask about the hello tune, mam said me that there is a plan of 299 for one year and i said him yes. He requested me to recharge immediately. After some time i again called to customer care but now she misguide me about the recharge of (115 full talktime) she said me that the money was deducted from your direct account and recharge.
                          Then i recharged with 115, 115 and 90 now i had enough money for hello tune charges (299)
                          But now he say me that the money is not deducted from da
                          Then what can i do with that 230rs. And the validity of these money is only 10 days.

                            It's been so much frustrating that i keep getting text that services get activated automatically. I had to send text to deactivate the services every time but still my account is charged.

                            If this continues i will have to stop the airtel post paid n move to different network.

                              Hi,
                              I received an sms saying amount of 49/- deducted towards hot chilles activation without even my consent or request on my mobile [protected]. The next sms says download hot models etc.. How can such pathetic and cheap service be activated on customer without seeking user confirmation.
                              This literally seems to be a fraud run by airtel to loot money. I'd like to have this brought to airtels notice and ban such cheap ideas of looting us. Also awaiting for some quivk action on my complaint with refund and cancellation.

                              This is in reference to your communication to DOT with reference number DOTEL/E/2017/31839 dated 11th September 2017, wherein your concern is regarding balance deduction due to activation of VAS services related issue for the airtel mobile number [protected].

                              As per your telephonic discussion with the undersigned dated 29th September 2017 on [protected], this is to apprise you that post system validation it has been established that Rs.49/- got deducted on 6th September 2017 for the subscription of the service “HOT CHILLIES” activated from your end through SMS.

                              Further, we have already processed an adjustment of Rs.49/- to your above mentioned airtel number on 6th September 2017.

                              Further, please be informed that you can dial *121*51# or 12181 toll free to check last 5 deductions happened in last 72 hours.

                              In future, to deactivate any Value Added Service, Call or SMS STOP to 155223 (toll free.

                              Furthermore, you can also visit my airtel app to activate or deactivate value added services(VAS).

                              If you have any further queries/concerns, please feel free to contact us. We will make every effort to revert with a resolution as soon as possible.

                                Airtel payment bank is a very bad, i mean worst service ever i used... So, without hearing anything from you i just want to delete my airtel payment bank account.

                                You dont have a special customer care service for payment bank.. Its a shame...

                                  I am a 10 year old Airtel prepared sim user and i sorry to say but in noe days your network is creating too much glitches or cut the signals during calling in addition this is happening from one a week almost.

                                    I ported my number from Docomo to Airtel
                                    with an impression of an excellent service provider on 24th August. You have changed my perception lavishly. The day it got ported, my internet is not working. I have made numerous calls every day for this issue. Every time I speak to a different SPOC, explaining him the issue from scratch and getting no results other than “Your request is still in progress”. I have also been denied of porting this number back to DOCOMO since it’s less than 3 months. I am stuck and disgusted by this act of yours.

                                    I have a Sales Job. Can you Imagine the business impact of no internet access for 11 days who’s entire job relies on Internet?

                                    I request you to resolve this issue within next 24 hours. Seeking immediate support.
