I m a woman. On 2 nd august's noon my brother in law died and all family members were taking him to village, i planned to go next day due to health problem and same midnight around 2 am of 3 august 2017 (It was same day but date changed after12 am) i was alone in my home and suddenly i was not able to call or msg anyone, (Due to airtel service provider who stops my accesibility at mid night), being scared i rushed to my neighbor, they made recharge of 349 rs (28 days validity), wen i come back to my home it shows "transaction failed" also i was not able to call anyone. As i was alone i was again scared then i started crying being helpless i went back to my neighbor and i called my husband from neighborhood's mobile that i m facing this issue. He was travelling with the dead body and around 3:30 he recharged again, soon after i got two different messages of conformation that
"the transactions are successfully done."
I called them and request them to refund but they denied and told me that they will combine both recharges and give me all the facility for 56 days but after 28 days they cut my internet and told me that they wont help me anymore.
This is truely cheating, please help and refund my one transaction amount rs 349
I m very honest at my point they cheated me also they left me into a very troublesome and helpless situation in the midnight without any intimation of cutting services and are cheating indian public, they must send an intimation message to every citizen of india that kindly recharge today we are going to cut your services why dont they have any software that automatically cancel one transaction out of two exactly same recharges. I can write and complain but what about other poor people who lives in village and are facing the same issue. Also requesting indian government that please dont allow telecom sector the cut services at midnight so that if a woman or anyone is alone at home or anywhere, they get all the accessibility to call and msg. They can cut services at noon 12 pm so that we can go to a shop and dont hesitate to ask for help in a day time rather than midnight.

    This is my moms postpaid number [protected]... I was recieving very high and wrong bill from last 3 months there fore i decided to switch from airtel postpaid
    To airtel prepaid.. I have submitted all documents of mother and they given mthe new sim... They told that after 2 days it will be activated... Now when my network is gone completely i decided to insert new sim... But after 48 hours also my sim is not activated till now... Plez help as soon as possible and make my mothers sim activated

        My broadband services are not working from last 2-3 weeks. Customer care is not responding. They are making false promises and not resolving the problem. Not resolving the problem. Daily they are giving new deadlines. Not giving any eta to resolve the problem.
        Technical guy is not receiving the phone. Facing lot of difficulties because of that. Pathetic customer care response.

          This to register my complaint against airtel 244 plan, recharged on[protected].
          As per this plan, i should get 1gb data per day for 70 days + unlimited calls for 70 days. But i got 1 gb data just for the first day and unlimited calls till 2 september. And customer care service is not responding too. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Early response is expected.

            i have been trying to port into other network, but no unique code is being sent out to me.
            4g is as bad as 2g
            fake offers been given
            many users being declined of the basic offers.
            customer service very poor and they speak such a poor english.
            even the call to customer support was breaking in between, what else can you expect.

                Subject my connection was discunnected on[protected], i raised a request by email to airtel 121 to provide same connection. As confirmed by airtel that we can get same sim with in 15 days at airtel outlet.

                With 3-4 days we reached airtel outlet, and raised requst but they failed fix the matter and sgain i reached same outlet on 9/8/2017 with same quiry. They raise request to again and give below refernce number. And informed me that, they will came back to us once it is fixed.

                But till not fixed

                  I have airtel 4g enabled sim and handset. I have recharged 648 rs on 3 august 2017.in begaining i have get good speed but now more than fifteen days the speed is worst then 2g.
                  My money is getting whaste. Please resolve the network issue otherwise give me my money back. Airtel company is making fraud to us. If they can not provide proper speed then why they give us such schemes.

                  If this problem not resolved i am going to consumer court for further

                    Hi,

                    This is to raise a complaint against the accidental insurance for mobile phone provided by airtel (Product name - airtel secure) with the third party one assist. I had enrolled for the airtel secure plan with my mobile services provider airtel for a monthly payment of rs. 79 toward the accidental damage coverage of my cell phone.

                    On 13th aug, i got my iphone broken due to an accident. On same day i contacted airtel customer care and raised a claim with all the documents he mentioned.
                    After that the real problem starts, i was constantly contacting airtel customer cars for the updates in status. I raise a complaint, they closed it by saying its in process.

                    Today, after 21 days, i have no update what is the status of the claim.

                    I think both airtel and one assist is just trying to make fool to the customers.

                    I have no option left but to raise a complain against them.

                      My airtel no. Is [protected]. I have received the message ""your recharge for order no 91854118 was not successful due to one of the following reasons:"" on date[protected]
                      Then again i have recharged with airtel 349 plan with another rs.349/- through online payment and it was successful.
                      As on date i have not received the refund amount to my accont. Iam using airtel since 10 years.
                      Please respond immediately for act accordingly for refund of rs. 349/- plus rs.2/-

                        My no is [protected] and already logged complain regarding this with customer care from last2 months but no resolve from network team. They always give plea that we are forward your requests again and network team will call you but the statement is totally bogus. What kind of service is airtel providing. Also airtel app is showing cashback offers but when you get recharge from there they say no such offers exist by mistake showing there.. Airtel dish connection deduct amount by saying free offer. What is going on i am going to close my airtel plan n will never use again. If airtel can't resolve service of customers then close your network it's irritating us.

                            My asus zenfone 2 phone got stolen on 3 september 2017 in jodhpur to bangalore express, coach b2, seat 20 at night between 11:00pm - 2:00am, the only witnesses to it was the attendant (Name unknown), as per his statement he stated a thief was caught on kalyan railway station so and i want to disable the sim services asap. My stolen sim number was [protected]. It is really important!.

                              Sir bought airtel secure 4 month when it start this service. I buy the paln of 79 rs per month rental about few day past my phone had fall down for my pocket it was damage i rise a complaint and all the detail they want they arrange the pick up of my phone and taken my phone and after 7 day they told me my claim is reject it is a cases of careless hand what i bulk # 27 thousand phone some who is mad only handle it careless you can see condition it is just like new i didnt hand my phone careless but company say you hand clearless you hand to repair you phone yourself.

                                Hi,
                                I recently upgraded my 3g sim to 4g sim after constant smss about exciting 4g offers!

                                Since i couldn't find the said offer i called your "24 hour customer care" on 121, after 2-3 attempts i was finally able to get through to a person (Btw 2-3 attempts was around 15-20 mins of wait)... The operator who answered was simply not bothered, was not interested to talk!
                                When i asked him about the offer he simply said its not there and airtel will let me know when it comes back and i should just "go back to sleep"!!

                                He was not even interested yo listen what plan i was inquiring about so i requested to transfer to a supervisor. I had even completed by sentence and i was abruptly put on hold and immediately he came back (Within 2-3 secs!) and said no supervisor is available!!!

                                I then asked for his name... And guest what.. He hung up the phone on my face!!!

                                At the beginning when the call was being connected there was a disclaimer that " calls are being recorded for training and quality purpose' so please go back and listen to the call... M sure this will surely help your company in seeing what sort of behaviour their operators have!!
                                For your help: when the call was hung up it was 12:02 am on sunday, 3rd september 2017, so call might have started somewhere around 11:55 pm on 2nd september 2017

                                  This is a complaint regarding my recharge, i have two airtel numbers, but recharged to the other number by mistake, recharged through airtel app, and they have automatic transaction system after i put my bank user id and password it'll automatically completes the transaction. I tried cancelling the transaction but was unable to cancel, this is an disadvantage with airtel app. I called the customer care and asked them to reverse the plan to
                                  The other number, the transaction amount wass 399/-, all i got to hear from the executive i was "sorry we cant reverse it and cannot help you". Which i felt was very unprofessional, asked the executive to connect to supervisor but he also gave the same recorded statement that they can't help and i felt the supervisor was no use and advised me that i should have done the transaction carefully. I have been with airtel for 15 years and have done so many transactions on airtel app, and the airtel executives or supervisor never make a single mistake, they are superhumans. All i need is a reverse to my other airtel number or refund my money back. Enough is enough i am not gonna let go of that money so easily. I can't believe it if they say they can't do it, there are so many who do mistakes while recharging so for everybody the same recorded statement. I request for a strict action against this. The common man always gets to bare the lose for no reason and airtel is not bothered about customers. When i told the supervisor that ill give a consumer complaint his response was "yes, you can", this is how they treat the customers. It's my humble request to take action, there are many who suffer because of such pathetic customer services, no resolutions and money is vanished in the air.

                                    Recently I purchased an Airtel postpaid 4G Sim card(SIM No.[protected]U) on 29th August 2017 from Guwahati zone(near Amingaon) from Jitu Chamuah (Airtel retailer). I placed this order on 19th August at the site https://www.airtel.in/4g/index but I contacted to the Airtel retailer on 29th August. I was promised that the sim would be activated within 2 days of purchase. On 31st August, I got a phone call in my phone number ( 1 times) from Airtel service center (Phone no-[protected]) for verification but I missed the call somehow and later I understood it might be from Airtel service center. When I called back after 2 hours, someone received the call and replied that it was the wrong number. Today is 2nd September, till now I have not received any more call for address verification from Airtel service center. So in today evening, I have called to the aforesaid number and I have got the answer that I have to go to their office on coming Monday for the sim activation. But on Monday I will be out of the station and also I think the customer is not supposed to go Airtel office. I bought the sim as I need the fast internet urgently for a traveling purpose, and I cannot wait longer. If I don't get the activation within 2 days then I have to think another alternative option and in that case, my purchase amount (Rs.270) of sim card will be in vain.

                                    I think If the customer does not receive the phone call on the first attempt, they should try to contact the customer for at least 1-2 times more or they can me leave a message to the customer's mobile number. I am requesting to solve the problem as soon as possible. We demand that Airtel provide reliable customer care and prompt service.

                                      I have postpaid mobile number in maharashtra. My mob no is [protected]. I am using this number since 5 years.
                                      I shifted to surat, gujarat. I want to shift from postpaid to prepaid so i have contacted airtel gallery located in adajan, surat. It's been one and half month since i have given documents but till date my number is not active. I have visited that gallery 5 times but everytime they give me sim card and say that it will be activated in 1 day but till date nothing happened. I have received 5 sim cards and all are defective. I have given my no everwhere. I am stuck with this non sense things. If they could not start it than why they give me 5 sim cards and they even charged me rs. 50 for sim card.

                                      Now what to do?? Disappointed with airtel services.

                                        Due to poor network I just ported from idea to airtel network in the month of july. Now airtel is even worse than idea. Whenever I am entering in to my area mayur vihar phase 3 pocket A2 my network shows no service. I made a complaint they said it will be resolved within one week, but no action has been taken. I am not getting any service message regarding this issue. From july onwards I am facing this problem.
