We got a sim reissued after i lost my phone. The store customer care told us it will be activated in 4 hrs but they never forwarded our request and on enquiring 2 days later tell us that our number has been barred. After which they argue and tell us that it is our mistake because. Moreover they were not ready for help. They made us wait for 15 mints and then closed the store saying that we the time is up

    Hi i am an airtel chennai circle mobile number subscriber. I had bought a 7 day international roaming pack for usa on 24th may which was valid till 30th may. I returned to india 2nd june. Subsequently i assumed that since the pack was for 7 days the validity would expire automatically.
    I traveled on 16th august to 24th august to london and during this period i received a call for 15 seconds and also made a call for 30 seconds. I did not buy any roaming packs. However i noticed that i have been charged ₹2, 999 for roaming for the month of august. I did not receive any intimation of the pack being activated through either sms or email. I also at no point in time made any calls or used data during my travel.

    This is clearly unacceptable that a pack can be applied to a customer bill based on an earlier purchase. This feels like the consumer is being cheated without any intimation.

    I would like the roaming charges of ₹2, 999 be reversed.
    This is not a legal charge given that the original intention of buying a roaming pack was for only 7 days. Based on that you without intimation you cannot apply a pack to a customer without his consent.

    So please do the needful at the earliest. My mobile number is [protected] and email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com.

          I have recharged an amount of rs.349 wrongly to the mobile no.[protected] through my airtel app using airtel payments bank.

          Instead, i need to recharge that to one more airtel number of mine.

          So, i kindly request you to revert back 349 rs. To airtel payments bank account, so that i can use that money.

          I am requesting you to revert back because rightnow, i am in other state in india and not using the number which i have recharged now ([protected]).

              Am a postpaid subscriber of airtel mobile services and been paying monthly bills regularly but however been treated worst than a prepaid customer.

              Perhaps enjoying the most worst, pathetic & hopeless service provided ever by any mobile operator.in spite of mailing didn't got any response from nodal or appellate authorities. Am currently in roaming location wherein i found extreme data and call connectivity (I/c) issues and the same was repeatedly brought into concerned's notice. However all stood in vain.
              No resolution provided. Mailed across looping trai & dot which was a futile attempt and got no assistance from their end as well.

              Looking forward to your kind anticipation on the same.

Offer retailer se click airtel.in/5/m) this message is continue 1 august to above 10 august even than i confirmed your customer care also he said you have this offer. So i recharged these offer rs 399, 84 gb for 84 days but it completed only 28 days. I recharged this offer 8 august.

                I called your customer care centre and i talked to mr daya tripathi, vishal, rajiv and ajay kumar, mr daya and vishal said to me it is technical issue you have this offer it will be sort out in 30 minute but mr ajay kumar said that offer have been finish. Please check offer message to my number and also continue this offer to my number because 56 days remaining to my number so please continue this offer on my number my number is [protected].                 If my problem not short out i will be change my network means port to another network because i have bothered and tired for this network because i have complained many times that my net is very slow.

                  I have booked a new airtel internet tv setup box. It took nearly 1 week to get call back. Later on 2 days back it was supposed to get installed. From that day customer care says they r working on it and will be done by end of day. Next day they say same thing, later they will connect to 'senior guy' i don't know what's the point in talking to them if they are unable to resolve. Even today i was told that connection will be given, on multiple calls i get the number of the enterprise who say they don't have stock.

                  Now i call them back again which is useless, as they say it will be done by eod.

                  It's about a new connection we are talking, and imagine what is happening to existing customers. I haven't recharged my previous d2h connection trusting airtels credibility. Seems like they don't live up to expectations.

                  Hoping companies like jio should come into d2h to make them learn how it should be done.

                    Hi,
                    My name is ankush sharma, with registered mobile number [protected].
                    It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel & oneassist. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of june'17.
                    I raised a claim on august 8th 2017 as my handset was damaged and the pickup was arranged, i was not given a temporary replacement handset but i let it go as i assumed it would be a 15 days issue. On 22nd august i was told that my device was at the authorized service center and my claim was approved, and i was asked to make a payment of 166 as excess fees for oneassist to start the repair. I paid the fees within an hour to speed up the process. After the payment i received a call from airtel about the payment being receieved and i was informed that the device shall be repaired within 3 days. After 3 days i receieved no info about the whereabouts of my device and i called oneassist to get info and i was told to wait. Now today (4-9-17) i called onneassist once again to get updates on my device but i was given out no information and was told to call airtel on 121. I called 121 and that was of no help as the representative said we dont have any info and asked me to call at oneassist.
                    Its a pity that i had bought your device security plan and had to face all this harrashment just to get my device repaired.
                    Hence i request you to look into this concern and do the necessary to repair my device and get it delivered and inform me about the exact status of my device.
                    Sending this mail to both oneassist and airtel and waiting for correct resolution asap.

                      I have made an online payment of 3 months for broadband services after the feasibility check has been done on aug 1st 2017.
                      I was promised that the connection would be provided in 3 working days and it prolonged till aug 17th, where i get a confirmation that the connection cannot be provided. Till date, am yet to recieve a refund of the same and there is no tracking for me to track the progress of the request or refund once its in place.

                      i made multiple tries of reaching out to Airtel even on Twitter, and there is only one response to wait for the refund and its been 34 days since i made my payment and am still waiting with no way to track my issues.
                      i had to do multiple follow ups and need to go for a prepaid connection buying multiple GB and which had caused me lot of trouble to do my office work from home where i require to do work from home multiple days in a week.

                        On 31/08/2017 i visited ramamurthy nagar airtel store to switch from postpaid to prepaid plan. They provided me with new sim card and advised within 4 hours it will be activated. However it was not activated. Rechecked with store but they were asked me to wait. On 2/9/17 revisited store they gave me new sim card advised same as 4 hours it will be solved. But however i had to revisit store again same day night with same issue. They provided me with again new sim stating sim card has issues. As of 4th sept 17 16:24 the sim is not activated.

                        Iam being without any contact from past 5 days and no one is taking any action with regard to this. Store people are just irresponsible with their work and does not respect customer.

                        I have contacted customer care again now but they are asking me to wait. Iam not sure until when do I need to be without a sim. Please not I don't have any alternative numbers too. No one is actually taking initiative to solve this issue.
                        I had reached out to customer care and no one is taken any initiative to provide me service. They are just giving me false promises like it will be done pls wait. Could anyone take action immediately

                          The person with the mobile phone number +91-[protected], used to run my pg and took rs. 18000 in advance and similarly from all the tenants as well a huge sum from the actual property owner over rs. 1 lakh.
                          He has took all our money and ran away.
                          His number is not reachable. Please try to locate this culprit as it is really important.

                            I had recharged by 255 via mobile banking on 29.08.2017 on mobile [protected] (Upw circle) with transaction id [protected]fh42731530. But recharged not done. Confirmed from bank payment transferred to airtel. Airtel executives said contact to bank payment not received. Bank said contact to airtel. Now confused what to do. But amount debited from my bank account.
                            Kindly, do some needful.

                              Hello sir...
                              My complain is regarding the use of internet connection and call drop.. Airtel company is giving very bad services.. Always failures the network and he promise to give 1gb data daily but can't.. Many time i called but it didn't give a permanent soln... Please take a serious action against airtel who is making money through fraud activity...

                                  Worst service by airtel. Never opt for airtel services. Even the instore persons are frauds and charge you unofficial amounts that you will realize later. I have submitted application for postpaid to prepaid conversion. Its been more than 1 month and no update.
                                  I have been to same store 25-30 visits and everytime they say, we will get the update today evening that has never come. 2 weeks back they asked me to resubmit the application and copy of documents. I did as they requested and no progress at all. When ever i went to the store they say that we will update you tomorrow. Its whitefield airtel store, near bhagini restaurant, bangalore-560066.

                                    I have a plan of 1gb per day limit and i have app which moniters the network usage and balance. I have used 700mb but i couldnt connect to the internet after that. When i called customer care, they said me i have used 1gb data. This is totally unfair. Airtel started cheating its customers. Before some days i had another problem that is my plan is for 3 months but after 1 month they cancelled my plan, then i filed a complaint after that i got my plan back. I never suggest airtel to anyone and depromote it unless i get my internet usage back. This is totally not fair. We pay for your unfair words. Kindly solve this issue asap, thank you.

                                      I have given complete cheque of 6 months in advance for airtel broadband and landline connection before 7 days but still the installation has not happened. I am calling to the service guy ([protected] & [protected]) daily but no one is picking up the call from past 4-5 days. Because of your company's commitment, i have given the contract but no work progress till now. Because of your company my work was pending from past 10 days. If it is not possible then inform me clearly and return my cheque and if this is the situation then i am no longer interested in your connection.

                                        When the airtel salesperson called me, they assured and promised to give 25gb data with unlimited local and std and 100 sms/day. But when i got ported, and 2 days o[censored]se, all my 1gb data got exhausted and a reminder popped up saying 90% of the data has been used by you. I was shocked! How can i get exhausted with 22.5gb data within 2 days? They told that, you are eligible for 1gb data only. After quarreling with the customer care guy, he said he has activated me 20gb data but today i got to know that it was valid only for 3 months. Now, again they have cheated and made it only for 6 months. There are hell lot of network issues and the data isn't working itself. If reached the customer care, they'll tell some crude methods to open the sim card rub and put it back.

                                        I bought a sim card on saturday from airtel. I got a post paid plan 4g for 1199rs (18gb).
                                        But only 3g is showing as a signal. Sometimes 4g shows but 95% of times ot is 3g.
                                        I would like to know whats the problem ASAP.
