This is a complaint regarding my recharge, i have two airtel numbers, but recharged to the other number by mistake, recharged through airtel app, and they have automatic transaction system after i put my bank user id and password it'll automatically completes the transaction. I tried cancelling the transaction but was unable to cancel, this is an disadvantage with airtel app. I called the customer care and asked them to reverse the plan to
The other number, the transaction amount wass 399/-, all i got to hear from the executive i was "sorry we cant reverse it and cannot help you". Which i felt was very unprofessional, asked the executive to connect to supervisor but he also gave the same recorded statement that they can't help and i felt the supervisor was no use and advised me that i should have done the transaction carefully. I have been with airtel for 15 years and have done so many transactions on airtel app, and the airtel executives or supervisor never make a single mistake, they are superhumans. All i need is a reverse to my other airtel number or refund my money back. Enough is enough i am not gonna let go of that money so easily. I can't believe it if they say they can't do it, there are so many who do mistakes while recharging so for everybody the same recorded statement. I request for a strict action against this. The common man always gets to bare the lose for no reason and airtel is not bothered about customers. When i told the supervisor that ill give a consumer complaint his response was "yes, you can", this is how they treat the customers. It's my humble request to take action, there are many who suffer because of such pathetic customer services, no resolutions and money is vanished in the air.
