Sir,
I did recharge of rs 399/- for 84gb data and all calls free for 84 days but after one month my service has been stopped on 22 aug 2017 by airtel before 84days. So please take against and service provider and provide service as early as possible or return my amount to me otherwise i will port my no to other service providing telecom company. My mobile no is [protected] state-westbengol dist-siliguri.

    I'm a airtel network user from 2007, last 6 month there provide 399 offer only when recharged 349 pack. At end of the 349 pack validity day there not provide this offer. It's continued regularly. I already complaint against this to customer care. But no one take action. There hire official people told about this is provided by marking team we can't do nothing. Is this correct response?

      After leaving my apartment in noida in july'17, i called airtel broadband to disconnect my internet. I have mailed them, called them but they are continually billing me and calling me everyday asking to pay bill. I have 100 times told them to disconnect the internet but they keep asking me to shift the connection to any of my friends living there, but they are not disconnecting it.

        We have taken airtel service again and we are facing same issue again and again. These people promise something while taking the connection but do not provide that service.
        On letting them know about these they say that raise a complaint with customer care and it will be resolved.
        Also, they say that it will be resolved in 24 hrs and post 24 rs they again say that we apologize it will be resolved in 48 hrs.

        This has been happening second consecutive time.

        They charge for a higher network speed and serve not even half.

        Pathetic service by bharti airtel.

            2months back i have received the call from airtel channel partner (Klm global inc, chennai _600024)

            They offered me on 350 plan rental pack (6gb & unlimited calls). Bill receipt attached

            But now i received the bill with mentioned 400 plan.

            Im not satisfied for this fraud process. Its very stage. They are cheated me.

            I could not received the proper response from the channel partner they are give us the pethentic services

                Airtel — transaction on service without permission of the consumer


                I have been charge with rs 35 for some video store on transaction id s[protected] which i have not asked for. This is the second time it has happened, last time when i complaint they refunded the money, but they keep trying these stunts on regular basis. Last time the same event took place on 06 feb 2017 with transaction id[protected]. I believe this in not a matter of rs 35 with one person. This stunt is being tried with many others, assuming that for rs 35 people might ignore and a company lie airtel will fool people onlarge scale. I believe they should not take people for granted and they should be penalised for such malpractices.

                  My service request no. Is 75017678 of 25 march 2017 as it is on hold from that day to till today. I contacted nodal and appellate team. But there is no resolution for my complaint. I am unable to use proper network coverage at my billing address which refers to calls drops and unable to use internet service also. I have a pospaid connection. Every time airtel contacted me and they say 'network enhancement involves clearance and approvals from local authorities and owing to some external factors it may not be possible to provide you a specific time frame for resolving your specific concern'. Today is 26 august 2017 and its about 155 days but there is no resolution. Kindly process my complaint and provide me proper network coverage at my billing address at any cost.

                    On 17th june 2017 we purchased an airtel 4g portal hotspot device with airtel postpaid sim ([protected]) but we could not use it much since the network was bad. We were not able to download anything or use net because of low speed. We did the first payment of the usage on 29th july 2017 and we also submitted complaints regarding the network issue at our place but there was no response from the airtel support. We even tweeted the issue, they replied saying that they will call back asap but we never received one. Now we received another bill payment of rs 1100 but we have not used the services once so why should we pay the amount to them. We already invested a lump sum amount on the portable device. Kindly help us regarding the issue.
                    I have attached the screenshots of bill and the tweets that we have posted.

                      My mobile with sim got stolen, i requested for new sim with same no ([protected]). I have submitted documents to the person who sold the sim at chakradharpur, west singhbhum, jharkhand-833102. I got a new sim card and being told by the person from airtel family that it has the same no.
                      It is past 1 month that sim is not activated. When i contacted customer care, i have been informed that replacement request is not recieved. When i contacted shopkeeper/ airtel point to whom airtel has authorised to sell sim cards, he told documents are sent last mont itself. But the problem persists with the not activated sim card which i am having as a replacement of my stolen sim card.

                      I want a reasonable answer for the delay in activating the sim card and the corrective and preventive action taken by the company for this issue.

                        Airtel customer support team and its managers are just a clan of fools. No common sense no sense of responsibility, ownership or accountability. I do not understand why airtel hire such duffers in customer support team who even cannot copy/paste correctly. Shame on airtel. Having a conversation with them just increases the level of frustration. They are human despite they are worst than ivr system or robots.

                        Airtel mail complaint 121 is useless complaint system and they have usless system managers i think.. Some one using airtel number and they are sending bill to my mail id.

                          My airtel no. Is [protected], i did already experienced doing recharge of 399 on 17 june 2017. I did not know how it has been utilized, i hope your *121*2# isnt the right option to get to the details. It doesnt show the utility of the 399. On 26 aug '17, i had again recharged ₹399, it shows only till 22 september 2017. I do not get how airtel calculates 70day, let me know the calender details. Your estimed company's cc number never connects to executive agent to talk and clarify. Fyi, only on the day of recharge, it shows 1.2 gb on data balance later on not even a single information regarding the utility. I request, there should be availability of the details of consumers utility on daily basis. Based on calling, data and sms. Pls clarify me.

                          I DVV Suresh Babu recharged the ₹399/- plan on 31st July and in that you gave free local calls and STO calls but 25th August onwards I am not enjoying any free calls, so I request you to kindly verify the my plan

                            Mobile internet is not working for nearly 2 months now. I always recharge with 349, now they have a offer o[censored]nlimited calls and 1gb/day internet for 4g/3g. So i went to make a complaint on there toll free number, there is no option like press 9 to talk to customer care executive.
                            I want my problem resolved immediately
                            Otherwise i am switching to another service provider

                              Airtel services are a cheat as usual.. No customer service to talk to. And i was charged for an offer i didnt activate. My no. Is [protected]. And i also use a lot of net offers. Even when my net pack is active ive been deducted balance saying 'uve used 10mb from your main account'. Proper frauds... This has continues for a long time. I have been using airtel for the outstanding internet service provided. But, unnecessary charges have been incurred. Please check it and kindly take the measures required.. Rather than using fraudulent means to cut my balance.

                                I transferred rs. 674 rs on dated 22ndaug 17 with txn id[protected] against recharge of

                                But nor digital tv account is suspended from 23th aug-17 & till date i talked to your representative 5 times but not got any satisfactory solution & as per him due to wrong top-up payment is update hd service & he has already mail to transfer the payment in current service but till time problem not resolved. 2 times they misguide me and not share my complaint no.. Till now.
                                Pls look into this issue & get it resolved asap otherwise i will no choose to go other service provider.

                                    I asked for my airtel dth second connection to be disconnected and the same was confirmed by airtel over email and calls. However i am being charged for the second connection at rs 200 per month. I complained about this and after several calls and facebook requests, the same was stopped. However this has recurred and i am again being charged on a daily basis even though there is no connection. Please resolve and refund the. Amount immediately.

                                      I have been using airtel-connection through ubi-corporate plan since 2006. I had the experienced to have caller-tune of hemanta's famous song (Jhor utheche bowl batas...) till 2014/15. Suddenly the callar tune was changed and since then ihave been trying to iunstall the same song through tour online system. Number of times, i contacted your office but no effect. Even ubi failed to help me in the recent past.
                                      Now i will change the ownership of the mobile from ubi to my name. Necessary steps are being taken to complete the process.
                                      My humble request you to pl install hemanta above song to my caller-tune which has the enormous demand from my callers.
