Hi,

In my airtel bill for the period: 05-jul-2017 to 04-aug-2017 bill no:[protected], reflecting as international sms to the number:[protected], 5 times. Details is as:

05/jul/2017 02:20:[protected]
05/jul/2017 14:44:[protected]
06/jul/2017 07:15:[protected]
23/jul/2017 11:13:[protected]
23/jul/2017 13:29:[protected]

But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in other service provider too. I guess its a fraud from the company. You have charged 25 rs for 5 messages, 5rs per sms. I want this to be solved.

      My postpaid bill was hiked to 900 rs more than regular bill amount. Upon reached customercare couple of time i was getting suggested that, i have enrolled for value added services, so the bill has jumped to 688 rupees and the same vas i have deactivated last month. Spoke to nodal officer and got some amount waive off. Now again getting issue with mobile data connect. Unable to access it. Reached customer executive who has no idea, why did it happen, and asked me to wait 12 - 48 hrs. Spoke to nodal officer again and they also suggested the same. Pathetic service i am getting from airtel now a days. Just want to know, i[censored]nable to provide the reason on why it happed, what exact service you are providing and don't know when the issue will get resolve. Reached nearby airtel show room there, the executives are just passing my request to a lady who is busy in addressing everyone's request except mine. My entire family uses the same airtel services, i[censored]nable to provide the service properly let us know so that we can switch to another telecom service providers.

            I am using airtel dth for past 2 months. I have activated star vijay hd as offer from airtel in discounted rate. Validity 30 days. I called customer care they said the channel will come continuously even after 30 days and normal rate will be charged after 30days. This is unnecessary charge. The channel should get deactivated after 30 days. When a offer made for channel it should come only for 30 days, if offer continues they can continue the channel or else the channel should get deactivated automatically. Otherwise its a trick use hd channel at higher cost. Please make necessary changes immediately. Thanks

              Sir, i am praful sudhakar pachpor sub regional employment officer, ncsc for sc/sts, govt. Of india, nagpur and incharge of surat office, originally from nagpur having airtel prepaid 4g connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today in the morning in surat, gujarat hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

              Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                Despite several phone calls and numerous email i am not able to set 4g manually on my phone whereas i am availing this service from last one year. Whenever i tried to select operator as airtel 4g manually every-time i got message that "can't connect to this network right now. Try again later." i have tried to get connected manually at different location of gurgaon and all of the places same message got.in my earlier emails to airtel i have send phone screenshot showing problem but still problem is unresolved despite attempting several settings as suggested

                Its quite disappointing that despite already paid for 4g service i have to compromise with inferior 3g services.

                I don't felt Airtel is serious to resolve customer problem and now their services are worst ever.

                Despite hundreds of email and phone calls I am not getting 4g services for which payment had already been made to Airtel.

                If Airtel is not capable to provide 4g service than why they are claiming as fastest network and at same time charging for us.

                  Since last two months Airtel activated some value added services without my any kind of request and when I call to customer care, they said that the service was activated on my SMS request. Today Again, some vales added service activated without my any kind of request. In Airtel, using *121*51# we can check last 5 transactions, and that picture attached here. I'm complaining about the scream activated on mobile devices without any request and deduct the balances from customer without any kind of customer request.

                      Hi airtel team,

                      I submitted a mnp request for my mobile no. [protected] from dolphin (Mtnl) to airtel on 14 august 2017 at your airtel retail store (Sector-25 market, noida)

                      I received a message from airtel that my no will be ported to airtel by 19 august 2017 @ 11:00pm.

                      Due to this my sim card from old operator (Dolphin mtnl) stopped working but the new sim card that i received for airtel didn't work.

                      Inspite of visiting your airtel store (Sector-25 market, noida) on sunday, monday and tuesday consequetively leaving aside innumerable phone calls my airtel sim is still not working.

                      This is very bad service on part of airtel. I am without a working phone for 3 days now with no speedy resolution of problem.

                      Kindly look into this issue asap and get my sim started. I don't want any delay for this.

                          I did recharge of 399 on 22nd july 2017 through myairtel app showing 84 days validity with unlimited plan. After recharge validity of 28 days was showing then i called customer care and she said that in this plan please dont see validity it will be auto extended for 84 days.
                          Now after 28 days i am not getting any benefits of 399 recharge and after calling and lodging many complaints no help from airtel team.
                          I am ready to drag them in consumer court and would request to listen my conversation with airtel executive wen she said yes you will get 84days validity. Even after recharge from myairtel app, this is happebing.

                              I have changed the circle from delhi to karnataka and after porting i am unable to recharge. I had already complaint many a times and now i have lost patent. Please please please give me a porting number because i don't have balance i can't send message to 1900. Please help me as i had trusted airtel and all my bank account have this number, so please help me once, i promise i won't come ever back to airtel.

                                I raised internet network issue request with airtel number 121 on 6 aug and they assigned me two service request 78424116 and 78424341. Its still in progress and no one has contacted me yet to resolve the issue. I called the helpline number again today and now they say we will look into this.
                                When they ask us for the bill payment we should not be late as then they will charge penalty. Then why not when we face issues like this such network operators should be charged for there lenient attitude
                                They make so called postpaid promise and they are yet to offer basic internet facility, i am paying for 4g and not even getting a 2g internet

I am paying 349 for every month but one of my neighbor he bought new sim for time pass and temporarily use and he is getting free calls and free 1 gb data for 3 months with 389 rupes and i am not sure when will he thrown out the sim. I have been paying money from a long time for you and a good and old customer for you but why can't we use your offers and what wrong with me?

                                      With the 399 plan, airtel is clearly showing discrimination among its customers. Many of the customers are getting 84 days validity with 1 gb data per day and unlimited calls, with the 399 plan. However, some customers like me are only getting 28 days of validity with total 1 gb data and unlimited calls for the same cost of 399. An uninformed customer can easily become a prey to this and loss his hard earned money.

                                      When i called airtel today and asked why am i not getting the 84 days 399 plan for my number, they said it is not just available for me as of now. Then i asked them to explain on what basis were they discriminating their customers like this. However, airtel didn't give me a satisfactory reply. Instead they just kept repeating that the 399 plan for 84 days is not available for me.

                                      So i asked them to raise a complaint on my behalf regarding this unfairness in their customer treatment. They refused to take any complaints siting that there is no policy to register complaints regarding the plans offered by airtel. They, however, offered to take a request from me to enable the 84 days 399 plan just for me, but did not guarantee that i will get that plan any time soon.

                                      On the off chance of the request getting materialised and works out for me, it is good. But it is not going to help other customers who are in a similar situation as me.
                                      So i request airtel to stop showing this unfair discrimination among its customers and provide the same plans to everyone, impartially.

                                        On 15 August there is offer of 70% cashback on recharge through MyAirtel app... So i recharge 399₹ pack on my number using credit card... Offer like unlimited calls and 1GB/day for 84 days... cashback is come to Airtel wallet... But still i don't get cashback on Airtel wallet... I called 2 times to customer care but they not able to solve my problem...
