    Hi,

    It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the last couple of months

    I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check that screen protector was installed on the phone. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to it got slipped in the crowded lift and some one put his leg on it and this was due to my carelessness.
    What a rubbish statement ever...

    May i request you to look into concern as after 10 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 10 days of picking the device, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i don't want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

      My sim has not been swaped to 4g. Its being over 4 days. The 3g net is also not working since 2 days. Its shows that your data is fully used but i got recharge on 16 august but till today its not working. Calling is not happening properly. If i start my mobile data it starts deducting my balance. I am very annoyed with the service. Plz help me in solving this problem otherwise there will be only one option for me that is only to port my number to idea.

      I have waited for 4 weeks for a confirmation and still its not confirmed . Whenever I go to customer service in airtel office they give me fake promises of this was going to would be completed till now no action has been taken
      I just want to get the internet access on my handset one plus x which is a 4g handset. Recharge of 345 is going waste from past 10 days and no one is able to assist me at Dehradun even at the store.
      I have even got my sim changed to 4g from 3g but all in vain.

        I recharged with 347 for this month... but internet still not working ... u have to refund my money or refund those day which day internet not worked...

          We have taken a family plan from Airtel where the primary holder's is 499 and child holder's is 299. Airtel executive misguided us by informing that we need to pay monthly only 700 Rs. But to our shock we got a bill amount of 1300 Plus Which is ridiculous.

          We need a refund. We do not want to be cheated this way atleast from Airtel. We have been using this connection since 7 years. Kindly assist and reverse the amount.

            I saw an offer of 5% cashback on first 4 recharges on airtel app & done 2 recharges of 295 rs in past 20 days but did not get any cashback yet. I called in customer care, he said there was no such offer, on request to talk to senior executive, he disconnected. Please look after this and take necessary action.

                Hi,
                Today, my wife got a call from an unknown number saying they are from sbi team, and a new card is dispatched on her name giving her all the details of the old card etc.in a few minutes after the call, they were able to tell the balance of her account, address details etc. And 5 otp's were sent to her mobile. She shared with them 2 of the otp's (Which was a mistake) and 2 transactions of rs 9999/- and rs 9998/- took place and transferred to airtel money.
                Kindly please look into this and help us get the money back.

                  Since from last 2 weeks, i am a new user for airtel. Had a recharge of rs. 399 for unlimited 4g data & voice calling for 84 day.

                  When i was started to use it, from 1st day its giving not more than 150 kbps speed & also getting 2g/3g networks.

                  After the complaint, the customer care executive suggest that i have to wait till the 4g network was not published at your area.

                  Still now i had face the same issue at valsad, vadodara, & major are of gujarat's.

                  They are not ready to give my money back & not ready to extend my plan till the network was ready.

                  They suggest to first check on open network for the area available network & then we have to do recharge applicable on that, worst suggestion & no pre-notifications like this.

                  Worst ever.

                    In june 2017, i got a call from airtel regarding hello tune service. They offered me a package of 200 rs. For one year in which i can set 5 hello tune simultaneously and can change anytime for that period of one year without charging a single penny. I informed them that i am going to convert from postpaid to prepaid so i ain't interested. But they told me that it will not affected because of this, it will remain for one year irrespective of conversion so i opted the plan. But when i convert from postpaid to prepaid they stopped the service on the ground of conversion and they refused to help me in this matter.
                    Is that the way to serve your customer? I got nothing even after paying 200 rs plus service tax. They cheated me and none is interested in helping me.
                    It is how airtel lost its valuable customer and trust of its customer.

                      I had raised a complaint in june which was resolved (Look for details below) but the issue is showing up again.

                      !!! Amount due is ~13 lakhs again!!!

                      After calling the customer care, i got to know that duplicate bills have been generated owing to some issue with the gst implementation.

                      They have confirmed that the issue will be resolved by 10th august but the bill generated on 11th august shows the same amount due. I am tired of following up with airtel customer care.

                      This is really worrying me. I would like airtel to take immediate action.

                      “i called customer care and had activated international roaming in april 2017. I used wifi most of the time. I used to get messages that "free incoming calls, 500 mb data activated for no additional cost."
                      I have checked with airtel again when i went to us. I was told that my international roaming was activated and i should not be worried about anything.
                      In may i paid ~ rs. 9500 in june my bill has jumped to 13 lakhs rupees. This is serious matter. I do not even have savings of this sort!
                      I do not accept that this is authentic. I would like a detailed investigation in this matter.”

                        I took wifi connection from ur company few months back... But from last 15-20 days my internet is not working... And every time i call ur customer care depertment... The call is forwarded further and further.. And further... But no one listens to my problem... And even idf some one heras no one addresses my problem... I found it myself... There is a configuration issue... I ven checked the ping test and its good... But that configuration issue can only be solved by ur company person if they first of all address the issue... Please see wht can be done my your side.. So that my connection starts running this time... For sure i am not going to pay this months billl... My connection number is [protected]...                           I have been updating my data packs every month on airtel and you'll have been advertising on tv that the data usage balance will be carried forward every month even if not recharged within the last date.

                          I have rechaged today and the data balance was not carried forward to the recharge done today. It showed zero balance. Can you please explain why has this happened...

                            Actually i thought of porting my airtel number to idea and i messaged to 1900 and i got a code and after sometime i got a call from airtel customer care that they will give a special offer for 399. They promised me if i recharge with that 399 it will have a validity 84 days but i got a validity of 28 day. And i was trying to contact customer care and i was unable to talk to customer care executives and no response to the mail.

                              I am having 4 postpaid connection of airtel and want to port them because of worst service of airtel. And they are not allowing me to port because of their technical issues and stop my data connection also.

                              Worse service provider in telecom industry. There site is always having problem during payment and asking me to do payment on time and stop my data plan.

                              Not advising customer about their issues. I was one of loyal customer with them having all my family numbers of airtel. You dnt value your customers, then we have much more option/ be sticked with arrogant customer care persons who doesnt have the sense how to solve customer complaints.

                                My airtel sim is not working (Ever since yesterday 20/08) i have tried to reach customer call and it was of wast there is no specific customer care ivr option for prepaid. I have tried multiple times and raised a ticker pr[protected]. It has already been 12 hours no contact from customer care and the issue still persists. Very disappointing and annoying.

                                  I raised a request for broadband installation on friday (18th august) and also paid the rental amount of 500 inr (Caf no.1134525). I submitted my documents and was assured that connection will be set up on saturday. But i haven't heard from installation team still and when i am trying to call them they aren't answering my phone. It has already been 3 days. Also there has not been any update from airtel team. Seems like they'll call millions of time before set-up and later ignore after the amount is paid. Isn't the behavior is highly un-professional.

                                  I have been a long loyal customer of airtel but this kind of attitude is demeaning my trust. I request please either update if my request for new connection can be resolved or had i been looted for 500 rs.
                                  Looking for a reply.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    This is chennakesava, having airtel prepaid number:[protected]. On 15th august, we have recharged with rc 399 and the plan is not working. We have called and complained to customer care (12118) for so many times and no one is helping us. Every one says 'sir! Please remove user sim card and re-insert. With in half an hour your data plan will work'. How many ever times we should do this.

                                    We don't understand where the wrong is going. No one helps us but the name is 'customer care'. When we use data, you people are charging from my main account. Then why the hell data plans exist.

                                    We are airtel customer from past 6years and didn't face such weird issues. Please try to solve our problem.

                                    Every time customer support people say 'sir your number? sir please wait we will check details, sir your RC399 plan is activated, sir your handset is RedMi note 4 right, sir every thing is looking fine.. etc etc'. Then why data is not working for me means answer is 'sir we also don't know'. I feel so frustrated with all these answers every time

                                      Airtel is fradulently claiming that we are consuming more than 150 gb every month since we moved to a new house and bought their connection. That too when the property is locked and we are living elsewhere. I spoke to airtel today and they said they can't do anythign about it. I renewed my plan and bought additional 5gb data today but they said my modem isn't working and they would send the technician. By the time technician arrived (In 4 hours from my request), even 5gb was consumed (Without modem working)

                                      I called the customer care again and the ivr said consumption is 120 gb, while in the morning ivr said 170 gb consumption. The technician as well as the customer support is not willing to help at all and invoicing us for no mistake of ours.

                                        We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of 2nd cross, bhuvaneswari nagar, bangalore 560 092, karnataka and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                                        Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Rajanna resident of our area site no: 78/a, 2nd cross, bhuvaneswari nagar, bangalore – 560 092 had installed in his rooftop to mobile company towers around 13 to 15 antennas not only in midst of residential area and also very edge of his boundary and neighbour building in just 2 (Two) feet distance the radiation is too high.
                                        As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 100 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emitting from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body, 24*7 sound pollution therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money for his personal benefit and ignorant of their effect.
                                        To maintain distance there shall be no nearby buildings on tower at a distance threshold

                                        Therefore we request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the middle of our residential area in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.
