I have got the message from airtel, so i recharged for 399 plan. The company promised to provide 1gb 4g internet for 84 days plus unlimited calls. But after recharge, almost all the time 2g internet runs, some time 3g internet and very rarely 4g internet runs. This company making fraud with customers on showing 4g internet access pland on 399 plan. They tells something and giving something else, cheating the customers. I have 4g handset as well as 4g sim. My mail is [protected]@gmail.com.

    This is regarding my mobile no. [protected] on the name of dinesh kr suri. No incoming calls received except reliance numbers from 25/07/17. Lodged compliant/ reference no. 78324312 on 2/8/17 at 22.32 hrs. Till date no action has been taken & no firm reply from your end received. Visited personally on your zirakpur out let in evening for the same problem on 4/08/17 but all in vain. No result.

    My internet services are also not working from 5/8/17.

    Changed my plan to 499 from 999 from last two months but still it is reflecting 999 plan.

    Fail to understand how you deal with your customers. We are facing problem & no one is bothered & giving us no solution. Very poor services of airtel. We are facing problem from last four months for signal drooping during calling. No solution.

    May i know to whom i have to contact for a solution or i have to port my number.

    Very poor service from airtel.

        Jio is providing good offers and i am presently not in mood to port

        I want to be with airtel
        So i am complaining so that if it can be resolved i would not port with another perator

        In every mobile that i have seen they are getting offer of 399 84 days 84 gb unlimited calling, but after calling customer care also they are not providing me resolution regarding this.

        Airtel must provide the offer to everyone

        Please activate offer of 399 to my mobile number [protected]

          A tale caller named - priyanka, [protected]. Called me in afternoon and tried to convince me for new package and i refused that. After that she called for around 10-12 times and shouting at me, that i have to answer her why i refused her plan, later i said to maintain minimum telephonic aticate and not to disturb me, but later on she againa called me and shouted on me, that why i said so to her, then she slanged on me.

            Hi team,

            This is nihar ranjan sahu, and my airtel post paid number is [protected]. I took the corporate plan of rs 199 plus tax.
            I've never exceeded the allowed usage per month yet. But every month, when the billing cycle is completed, i used to get surprised billing amounts. I don't know, how you guys calculate or do you think me as dumb that without investigating anything i would pay the bill amount as it is.
            I used to call the customer care, tell the problem, and then they used to adjust my billing amount to actual one's. Every single month, i am facing this issue. So, this time i am raising complaint on you guys. Requesting you to take it on serious node, don't repeat same scenario from next month on wards. Stop cheating people.

              My name is roshan. My no is [protected].. As per airtel new plan i recharged for 399rs which gives unlimites calls and data 1 gb per day for 84 days.. But after recharge i got message that it is only valid for 28 days. Then i called customer care at that time he said me that you will get one more message in an hour and your pack is valid for 84 days. But no message came. Then next morning i again called customer care that i hvent got any message of 84 days validity its still showing 28 days. He said me you hve unlimited calling for 28days but your internet data is valid till 15 october which is 70 days approx. I said him how is that possible acc to 399rs plan it has 84 days validity then he said he will transfer call to senior. Then his senior said something else. He says i hve got 84 gb data but it is valid for 28 days..3gb per day i can use.. I told him how is that possible. His junior a fews minutes earlier was saying something else. I have voice recording of all 3 customer executives which proofs that all of them gave different information to me. Senior also said we cant do anything its just 28 day plan dont call again and again.. See the rudeness. Total cheater and fraud company airtel is. They fool by saying 84 days then give u only 28 days. Serious action shoul be taken against them...

                I recharge my airtel no [protected] with 346. But not getting 1gb free internet per day. Just got the message after 4 days of recharging "your internet benefits has expired please dial 12 13 14 to recharge" i called the customer care they said your per day internet benefits has been consumed and will be refilled after midnight. I checked it just after midnight and i got again the same message. I called the customer care but the same kind of answer again saying our system says you have used the internet and will be refilled again to be used by midnight. Where in the world in one minute 1 gb net can be consumed. But the customer care keep on repeating the same answer. If by chance your net works sometime it will work for a while and will stop workin anytime.
                I am paying 346 per month airtel to have better service than the jio but airtel making customer fool and making a big dent in their company belief and it's reputation. I have one more no of my wife which i don't to mention here the no have the same issue.
                Airtel your time has come to bite the dust and jio will show the same.
                Better i will go back to jio fir the same amount of money 3 month is free stuff i will get than paying airtel per month same amount of money.
                Now today i fly from ranchi to kolkota and all my outgoing is debarred once i an here in kolkota. Same thing with this 346 recharge. Airtel is a absurd company and do not care at all for its customer. I am frustrated at the airport as i can not place the call.

                I had filed net pack of Rs 549/- for 2 times & Rs 33/- for one time through "My Air tel" app but the net pack of all the three times is not yet issued.Amount for all the three packs has been deducted from my account.

                    Dear sir/mam,

                    The second request for disconnect of service on [protected] was requested to 121 from corporate id on 23 june 2017. It followed with discussions with various airtel representatives trying to sell the service again to me for almost free. I wanted to close the service and was sure that i have not used it for last two month and will not be needing it. It was agreed on phone that they will close the service and they asked me pay the last bill which they also said can be vaivered if i just make the sim as pre paid. But i wanted to close thus decided to pay the last bill and close the connection. The last amount was paid in full without any two months usage on 6 july via ref citrusairtel. Airtel now has started sending collection calls for some additional money they want. How poor can they get to is shown by their such behavior. If people dont want your service they dont want it. Can we have an end to such harassment.

                      I have raised a claim against my damaged phone at airtel app and airtel people were collected my phone and returned un repaired due to rejection by insurance company and while returning my phone they forgot to insert sim tray so that i have received with no sim tray. I unable to use my mobile with out sim tray. I have raised complaint through mail on 3rd aug 2017, i have received response saying "we would like to inform you that your concern regarding sim tray missing has been registered with reference number cascp[protected] and the same would be resolved by[protected] at 16:00:00.
                      Further you will receive a call from our customer representative within 24 hours."
                      I did not get any information till now. Responding to mails taking very long and even i get the response also with no resolution.

                        I was applying for mnp porting.
                        I want to change only my circle from telegana to bihar
                        I was applying on 26th july
                        Porting process is already completed
                        But sim card is not working, network is available on phone
                        But unable to use, incoming & outgoing can't work
                        I call many times to customer care regarding this issue
                        But he always told me i registered a complaint against this issue but never solve it
                        I was complaint many times against this issue but customer care always told me i forwarded a massage on concern department but didn't solve it
                        I am going to fir on consumer court against this issue if you can't resolve this issue quickly

                        Airtel false promotion with attracting caption "Best offer for you" at there own portal says recharge amount Rs 249/- (unlimited all call and 2GB data) for 28days validity. After recharge getting message for 3 days.
                        I upgraded my 3g SIM to 4g today. But suddenly my network is gone. I am left with no network since past 24 hours. Number. [protected]
                        Rotn number [protected].
                        The number is currently used in Bangalore, Karnataka. Calls to Tamil nadu numbers does not get connected. Calls to other states get connected. Recharged with 399 (unlimited local+std calls+1gb/day 4g data for 84 days) today. Also the 4g is quite slow.
                        Kindly resolve.
                        I am using airtel network from last 4 years.But now my airtel sim has been started deducting my account bal because of some unpredictable services...please stop this service from my sim
                        My mobile number was not activated with any value added services.But on 28th July at 2.50 am i received a message that CELEB ZONE service has been activated and you are charged 35.0Rs for that.

                          Today (08.08.2017) at 7.40am i made on line recharge to my wife's airtel number viz., [protected] but so far it has not been credited to my wife's number. This was done by using my pnb debit card. The amount was deducted from my account in pnb but the amount is not credited in my wife's mobile number. First i did for data rs.148/- and again rs.250/- for talk time recharge. Kindly credit the same immediately to my wife's number.

                            I was in Vodafone prepaid mode. Airtel customer called me and convey giving offer for 349rs unlimited calls 6gb Internet 3000msgs free roaming charge per month. Once I changed to airtel they set 499rs plan whatever they said previous all things lie. It's a forgery to cheat a new user.

                              I ported my number to airtel and they couldnt do it in 2 weeks also. I had to live without any cellphone on my birthday also. And their customer care is so careless and annoying they wont help you ever so its better to not opt for airtel ever. Customer service is worst! Very very poor. I recharged my after when it was finally ported then also its not working and the recharges are not working. I recharged with 102 and got 1 rs in main account. Really poor service.

                                Dr r hambire from pune. I have stopped using airtel no. [protected] from 29/6/17. And have already paid outstanding bill of 1445 rs. Thru cheque, which has been withdrawn on 6/7/17. I have mailed bank statement of the same. Despite of this, airtel people from mumbai calling me daily as it is not updated. I m going to file a case thru consumer protection..

                                    Sir no port krva tha to care center walo ka ph aaya ke aap hamara network mat chhodo hum aapko best offer de rehe hai care cente ke bolne pr 399 rs ka recharge krvaya gaya jo 84 days ke liye 1 gb data /per day tha or roaming pack 51rs /per month tha recharge krvane pr activate nhi hoya koi vi pack care pr baat ki to bole asi koi scheme nhi hai acha wala port krva raha tha no fass gaya baat man ke do din se parshan ho gaya

                                      He most pathetic service i have ever seen. Can this be escalated to the area manager please?

                                      I have placed a request ref no. 64010367 on 7th aug 2017 to upgrade my set top box to internet tv box. I got a call from an engineer called santosh - [protected] on 7th aug evening for the request and i told him that the set top box need to be replaced. He spoke in a very rude manner and just hung up on me without closing the conversation.

                                      I called the customer service again to complain against this engineer and requesting to assign another service engineer. Another request was placed ref no. 64011601 stating that the engineer is rude.

                                      On 8th aug, 10.15 am i receive a call from santosh again and i requested him to come at 3.30 pm to install the set top box, however he again spoke rudely and said that if i cant be home then why did i even place the request. He said that he will close the request mentioning that there is no stock of the internet tv set top box.

                                      I had no clue that the airtel service is so pathetic. If the set top box is not placed today, i would like to discontinue the services with airtel.

                                      Requesting an update asap on the same.

                                        The link https://www.airtel.in/broadband/ is not working and it keeps on loading.

                                        I would like to enroll for new connection for Home Broadband. But, couldn't run through the options because of this problem.

                                        If possible, let me know if there are any alternate links for accessing the broadband services and about Airtel TV plans
