Sir iam from Karnataka Mysore my name is Deepak I had recharge on Sunday @ 12.30 pm 558 recharge by debit card amount and last 2 months all channels what I requested south pack then it's was amount is 477 when I calld costumer care not responsible properly.and some chanel's is not activated sir balance showing 150 rs 31/7/17 but I was recharge on 30/7/17 I sending photo copy sir...

Hi team,
I am not getting any sms on my airtel number [protected]. I had called with customer care but they said that your compliant is registered and you will get get sms after 42 hrs of complaint. But still i'm not getting any sms for authentication. I'm getting trouble for transferring money from bank account, paytm otp's etc. Kindly take it on priority. Kindly resolve it asap.

I am not receiving any incoming calls on my airtel sim card with mob. No. [protected]. It has been 2 weeks since the problem and i have not received any reply from the airtel customer care. Please resolve this issue as fast as possible. I have faced a lot of problem because of this issue. Didn't expected such a poor service from one of the largest mobile service providers in india....

Replaced my broken sim with new sim on 29 july 17 and was said that sms will start after 48 hrs but yet not started. I have restarted my mobile d checked all the settings of phone.. Also tried to contact via calls on 121 but not reached to any customer care executive. Plz resolve this issue or gjve me a right solution to this or otherwise i have to switch to other company.....

My number got ported out from other network to airtel in 22 july but still my sim is still not activated when i call customer care there are some technical issue but they are not specifying anything so please take necessary action airtel for cheating a customer and when i call today they are telling it will take 48 hours more....

I have been using airtel postpaid with corporate offer amounts to 499 and extra 18% tax being charged. For month of july 2017, i have received a bill of 1092/-. I called airtel customer care multiple times (1st, 5th, 11th, 22nd, 25th, 29th, 30th, 31st) in month of july. Previously when i complaint against slow net they contact me and said that i have to replace sim for which airtel store charged 30₹ i have done all things but problem is still there
They are neither solving nor telling the issue their consumer representative are not giving proper reply
So strict action towards airtel should be taken its almost 20 days but problem is still there...

Visited ghatkopar east airtel store they fool customer by saying if you have postpaid connection then it can't be port to prepaid
Whereas porting from any service provider to any service provider is available
And he has done my porting into airtel postpaid whereas i want to port in prepaid
Now they are saying it can't be done
Please see into it asap as they are fooling people by selling them postpaid plans...

When i request port on my airtel mobile number, i got a call from airtel (On june 27) and they provide offer of 399 with the benifits of daily 1gb and unlimited calls for 84days, but after recharging (On june 29th) it shows as validity of 28days. When i called on that day to the customer they told me as the offer reduced to 70days,, i accepted even that, and gave me the promise as there is no problem offer automatically update to 70days i.....

Hi, i have upgraded new internet dth box. I got a message stating since change in package box maintenance cover is withdrawn. I got a new box and you should provide maintenance free. Solve the issue. I tried calling 12150 and 44448080 line is disconnected the moment i press 2. No one from airtel called me to solve the issue. For the new box i need warranty for the same....

I am very disappoint from these all services. They are charging unnecessary amount which i didn't use.in the same month i have requested on 19th of july for call back from manager but i didn't receive any call still they are charging 100rps late fee charges from my account.

Refer under subject pl. On[protected] i made online recharge for rs.150 & 24/-transfering amount from sbi buddy in favor of my mobile number [protected]. But the amount is not reflected. Subsequently i contacted your customer service and the above reference mentioned in the subject is given on 29th. So far either both amounts have not been towards my airtel no. Or refunded to sbi. Please resolve at once....
