This is Subbulakshmi. I am using Airtel post paid connection from years. From last two months, I kept calling customer care for updating my billing address. Once I visited Airtel showroom in April month and have given my aadhar proof also to update my billing address. I changed my corporate plan to normal postpaid plan. Now I am not getting my bill also. I am not finding right forum to escalate this issue. Even if I complaint to customer care also, there is no use. Today I called to customer care at around 2:10pm.and they put my call on hold for 20min and finally I cut my call since they doesn't seem to reply from long time.
