Wrongly deducted my balance

Dear sir/ madam, airtel charged me rupees 1.50 paise wrongly as sms charges whereas i have sent no sms. I talked to customer care executive but they gave me no satisfactory answer. They are saying that u must have sent sms. I am feeling absolutely cheated because my mobile was lying in front of me since past 1 hour when i got the sms. So there was no question of sending sms by someone else. When i ask them for refund, they completely refused....

Lost Sim Block and issue Duplicate Sim

Postpaid bill overcharged

I have been charged a bull amount of 4000, where my plan is something around 700 only . i recieved this 10gb offer for 3 months after which my bill amounts are increased. I also opted for pre-on post plan where my money was deducted from my account but ended as failed for this mobile number and i have not recieved the repay still....

I had my number ported from tata docomo to airtel on 14/6/17 and since then it has just been all trouble for me. First activation process itself which normally takes an hour or so maximum took an entire day to complete. My frustration started to build up there only as this is the only number i use for past 10 years.

Deduction of call balance though i activate my data pack

This # happens to me every time i start activating my data pack. Recently, i recharged my data pack with rs.45 (3g data). I had no idea whatsoever that my call balance is going to get deducted and an hour after i activated my data pack, 63 rupees of call balance got deducted instead of my data pack deduction. This happened to me for about 4 times and you people never heard my complaint. I just hope this problem is fixed as soon as possible....

My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer....

I need my money back immediately...

I did recharge through my mobile from my airtel app on number [protected].
The transaction was successful but recharge failed due to server issues. I got a message from airtel on screen, they will refund my money in next 2 hours. But then i received message on [protected] that i will get my money back within 7 days in my account.
