The landline is out of order since Nov 2016.WiFi is not working. Inspire of complaints on 121 there has been no response. Now after five months airtel is demanding payment of bill.which is highly irregular and unjustified.please disconnect it immediatly
Inspite of reminders on 121, airtel failed to resolve the complaint and make landline working.
It is highly improper to demand payment

    I have been following up with the airtel customer care, from past 1 month, regarding the up-gradation of plan on my existing number,
    Plan details-
    Current plan on my number - 349 Rs (unlimited calling + 1gb data for a month)
    Plan currently given by airtel to other customers - 349 Rs (unlimited calling + 28gb data for a month)

    I have repeatedly raised a request/complaint with the customer care executives, and also via twitter and facebook... but every time they keep saying, we have taken your complaoin, and the service will be updated on your number within 2-3 working days.
    Its over a month, but still my complaint has not been resolved, and many times some customer care executives, are rude enough to say, if you are not happy with your existing plan, you can port out to other operators.

    I am tired of complaining with the airtel customer care department, but nothing has been done.

    Taking help of this forum, so that, they upgrade the services on my number as well (services which they are claiming that it is for all the customers).

    Kindly take this issue on priority, and resolve it.

    I am trying to get in touch with you guys, from past 3 days... but all i am getting is, round and round response from your team. PFA the screenshot of the fb chat, where from past 4 days, they are just telling, they will call to address my issue, but i am not getting any call, even after reminding them continously.

    Really disappointed by your service quality. This is not the airtel, which i have been using from past so many years.

    You guys have started taking customers for granted now... really disappointed

    My problem is still not resolved... And when did you guys shared the resolution details? You just reiterated what i have been hearing from customer care from 1 month, that is, to wait for the offer to get activated on my number... this is not the solution I was looking for.

    If you guys are unable to resolve my problem, just admit it, and tell me to port out publicly, so that others also know, how awesome your service is.

    Really disappointing... even after taking help of public forum, you guys havent done anything to solve the issue, rather just gave a diplomatic reply...

    If you guys are not capable of solving the problem, have the guts to accept it...

      Dear Airtel Admin,
      I was using the number [protected] since a long time. the last message i received from airtel on this number was on 15th of feb which was for special recharge 35 rs. Since i travel a lot for my job i had kept this number which doesnt get used from time to time. Airtel did not even bother to inform before disconnecting my services which created a lot of problems.. i purchased it with lifetime validity. I need this number to be activated as my whatsap is linked to it and all my connection will be lost please activate this sim.

        I gave a request for change of address for Wi-Fi in 1st week of Feb. I came to know later from customer care team leader that the request was not processed as there is no network feasibility in the new area where we shifted. I shouted at team leader as the same was not informed to the customer. She apologized and taken request to cancel the Wi-Fi service. Later I got a new bill to the new address. I don't know what's happening with Airtel service.

                  I have made several complaints to Airtel that my mobile internet is not working. The issue is going on from February 2017. All previous complaints were resolved without my confirmation. Now the last SR75625387 is also closed without any resolution. It's the worst company I have seen in my life.

                    Hello,
                    This is 2nd time I publish. Not published on 1st time is disappointing more than Airtel. Hope this site gives consumer rights.
                    I have recharged in Airtel app for dth rs.633 on march 6th 2017 and the amount has debited from bank account but not recharged.

                    With successful recharge and transaction is communicated to Dth care its clearly Airtel sucks.

                    Dth customer care told initially it will be refunded in 7 working days.

                    The complaint no as follows
                    "Namaste! Your Reference no.is 59174763 for Online Web Recharge Related. For any further assistance on your airtel digitalTV ID [protected], please call 12150 or [protected]"

                    It's still not processed and now your dth customer care tells to contact to Airtel app customer care. Is there a one.. Then why d he'll regiter a complaint early and informed will be credit back in 7 days.

                    But am still getting calls to recharge. But not to fix it.
                    I don't see any sense of customer care from Airtel.

                    Is there Airtel customer care exists to solve this.. Am not going to recharge the useless service till then.. It's already more than a month now..

                      My earlier airtel no [protected] ported to jio. At the time of porting i paid all the outstanding amount and no dues mentioned. But now i got message from my operator jio an amount of rs 71.04 is to be paid to airtel. I used to get bill to my email but i did not get any bill or email. I tried to pay the amount but it is being mentioned"your number is not registered" i did not know in absence of bill and its details how to pay the amount. I tried through customer care airtel 121.
                      Even after telling no dues and ported to jio how the o/s is mentioned and why bill is not sent to my email.

                            Hello Airtel,

                            I have submitted a request for new Airtel broadband connection on 4th February 2017. So far, no one has came for Installation. So, I spoke to Airtel customer care many times. Then, Mr. Prem has called me and collected my documents on 20th Feb 2017. And he has charged me Rs. 2100 for Installation with an Offer for 3 months. But, till now none of your technician has came for Installation. So, I tried to reach Mr. Prem again, but, his number is always switched off.

                            After sending a lot of email to [protected]@in.airtel.com, Mr. Balaji has informed me that it is a fraudulent by someone. So, I am just wondering that I applied directly to the Airtel website, how my contacts were shared to the fraud people? Is there any link? I assume, the person who collected the document and money should be an employee of Airtel. So, the all responsibility should be owned by Airtel only.

                            So, All you need to do is just to refund the amount of Rs. 2100.

                            There is a limit for my patience.

                                Airtel contends that there has been a payment reversal of payment made by me for broadband No[protected] on 14 Apr 17. However no such reversal has occurred till 18 Apr 17 as per my bank statement. Also I had to make a call at my expense of Rs 35/- to get the anomaly rectified which wasn't successful. In fact when I asked your executive, he said it would be free and made me wait for long period resulting in the said expence. Action by Airtel is illegal. I demand that Airtel restores my outgoing call services forthwith, reimburses the call charges of Rs 35/- I had to make because of Airtel's fault and a formal appology be tendered for the lapse.

                                  This is Praveen, I have got a message on march saying if I recharge with 349 plan then I will get free calling and daily 1 gb data and if I recharge before 31 March then The offer will extend to 1 year. Now today I am not able to make any call nither I am able to surf the Internet, I want my money back or else I will go to consumer court, I have all the proofs with me like messages and emails.
                                  Why you airtel guys fools Indians, why arent you make your plan transparent to customer, I can understand that your market is getting down because of JIO but that does not mean that you will start fooling people and steal our hard earning money. I will also raise this issue in social media like FB, whatsapp, insta and I will make sure that everyone will know about your fraud so that I can save their money to.
                                  But I have to salute you guys, the way you fool us by sending message saying that offer will extend for 1 year and you do not tell completely about the plan.

                                  So at the last I want to say that, return my money back and detail explanation about this fraud.

                                  I got call multiple times from you but just for formality, you still have not taken any action on my issue, I have also recorded each call, I have also posted the same issue on facebook, each time I get call from you, you guys ask me for the issue and tells me that we will look for the issue. It is happening from past 1 month, is this is your customer service, is this is the way you take care of your customer??????

                                    I changed my operator from AIRCEL to airtel as airtel announced 348 rs offer which benefits 1gb/day for 28 days and also airtel salesman assured me the same offer now I want that offer or I will change my operator as it is really disgusting to spend my money on rubbish offers and I want airtel to stop fooling people and give the offers as they promised otherwise there will be consequences

                                      Hi,
                                      This is sheetal here, my mobile number is prepaid airtel rajasthan number.
                                      One of your representative ccame to my office and said that he will provide me airtel postpaid 499 plan in 349 rs. I enquire about the plan and he said that i can port my existing sim to airtel postpaid hariyana number. I provided all the required documents like pan card, adhar card, office id photo copy and one photograph on 24 march 2017. He said that my number will be port in 4-6 days and handed over me a sim.
                                      I forgot to take that person number. I got many calls from airtel postpaid department for document submission, when i said i have already submitted the document, they cut the call by saying its showing pending status to them. I tried calling airtel customer care but didn't get any satisfing response. I was clueless and just waiting for new sim to be activated.

                                      On 8th of april i got the call from the person narendra ([protected]) that 349 plan has not come so i have wait for another week. I said i have already suffered alot, please activate 499 plan. He asked for my office id card again, inspite of having all the documents. I shared the id card again over whatsapp.
                                      Then i started getting the updates about the port. I was happy that finally everything is going fine and i don't need to do internet and talk time recharge in my another sim.
                                      But on 14 april i got the message that portion request is rejected because upc expired. My upc expired because of the representative who delayed my application. I generated the new upc and shared with narendra. But still didn't get any status update.
                                      Today i got a call from airtel for submitting my documents. And i have submitted all documents with photograph again today.
                                      Just want to ask
                                      1. How many times i have to submit the documents?
                                      2. Wo will bear the cost of recharge i have done in other sim, because i was waiting for this stupid port to be completed.
                                      3. I have suffered alot mentally and financially. Will i get the offer will i have promised before or it was just to make fool o[censored]s.
                                      4. My new upc will expire on 29 april. Can you port my sim within this week?

                                      Is really really disappointing. Airtel pls resolve my concern. I hope for the positive response and pls don't ask me to submit any documents again, i have already submitted that 3times and its been nearly a month now.

                                        I have recently taken internet connection from airtel brodband services. My broadband number is[protected] i am facing so much problem with your service.

                                        Its been just a 15days and i have complaint 3 times for the same reason.

                                        I would like to request you to please cancel my connection. I don't want to further take services from airtel broadband.
