Hi I am Sadique Sheikh my Airtel prepaid number is [protected] I have made.a prepaid recharge of 698 rs through my credit card.I have also got the message from Airtel ..That, the amount has been received by Bharti Airtel.but the recharge is not done.One of customer care executive said that it will be refunded within 10 days but yet I haven't got it.
Please help me!

Updated by sadique2626 Hi I am Sadique Sheikh from Nagpur Maharashtra my airtel number is [protected].I have made an online recharge to my number [protected] the amount has been deducted from my account 698 rs but recharge not done yet also the amount us not refunded and when I called customer care it is not connecting or if connected then, they were disconnecting my call.
Seriously I am gonna take legal action against Bharti airtel.

Sharanya, it's their business tactics, perhaps.
If you had been recharging greater than 500 INR/Month, they would definitely not want to give you this offer and make you spend less on them. Try to identify your monthly expenditure on Airtel. Try to stop recharging at all, for a month or two, perhaps, the system will inject that offer for you.
