Hello Airtel, I recharged 349 from Airtel my app it was shown daily 2 gb of data but I received only 1gb i complain to customer care they are not responding to my issue they are telling to your number it is not applicable why u are showing in my Airtel app, I am very dissatisfied with your behavior you are totally cheaters, in that manner u loose all your existing customers

    I have recently port my number from idea to airtel on 24 march 2017. From that date i m unable to use their services because of no proper network in my area. So i have been complaining to 121 and nodal team also(superior team) since the date of port done. They are keep saying till now that network team was unable to tell how much time it will take to provide you proper network. Yesterday i talk with them about the status of my complaints so answer from them is only that 'i m sorry' we cant help you in this and cant provide you any timeline for your complaint. Its about month now, There is no solution. They committed me 200rs discount for 6 months, as i am using 499 infinity plan but now they just turn back and says there is no offer available of 200 at your number. I am unable to use services at my billing address where i spend whole day mostly but they are saying you have to pay your rental bill either you can use our service or not.
    So what should i do ??? My service id is 75017678

      Hi,

      I visited airtel outlet in lokhandwala andheri mumbai for airtel connection. The executive took money and my detial and said he will give connection next day. But the guy didn't connect any connection till date. Already 20 days has been passed. Worst company is ever i saw. I mailed and called their customer care. They least bothered. Our pm is saying digital india. But these company is still live in 1000 years back life. Where a customer complains they least bothered.. I will say customer just stop using this airtel. Lets use jio or vodafone

        These are the services that activated itself automatically without prior consent on every recharge.
        1 : glamour zone
        2 : video store
        3 : gamepind
        4 : lifestyle
        5 : superstore
        6 : celebrity wellness mall
        7 : kiddie club
        8 : funstore1

        I have sent deactivation texts to the number 155223 but till today, very penny i've recharged are automatically deducted by these uncalled services.
        Till date i have lost more than 300 rupees of the recharged balance amount.
        I want these services "permanently" stopped.

        The same to also happened to me and I have lost more than 500 rupees to these services

        I wish Airtel stops this services
        These services are activated on my mobile too. And i lost more than Rs500. Kindly stop this services on my mobile.

          I faced the same issue with Airtel. I recharged for 549 rp with unlimited call offer and 42gb for 28 days -1.5 GB/day on 17th April. Till today the data pack mentioned is not reflected. Only 3gb was credited. When raised the concern with Airtel, they say it is applicable for my number. Then why did this offer appear in my Airtel app???!! They have nothing to say about this and keep repeating the same dialogue. Very disappointing.. the existing customers are losing the trust with Airtel. No spl offers are given to the existing customers unlike given to the new customers. Now, situation is like even the offers which provided are also revoked!! Aweful experience!! Jio offers seems to be better

            My name is sharook mubarak and i have been an active user of airtel for the past 5 years, my number is [protected]. Since the turn of the year airtel has launched unlimited calls plus data plans (349/549) which i have been waiting for the past 5 months now to be availed in my number which all other airtel users around me has availed. I have contacted customer care for the same and recieved very bad response from them stating system will be updated soon, if possible wait or port to other networks, its such a shame a company reputed like airtel treats premium customers in such a disrespectful way. I would like to know why i am not eligible for the offer when all others are eligible?

              I am being charged 15 rupees every month. I want to use the connection as and when I want. Why is there a compulsion on the usage?

              I will cancel the connection in May and go with Jio DTH. This is a prepaid service. There cannot be any late fee charges on not maintaining minimum balance. Every time I add money when I want to use the service, 15 rupees are deducted.

                I am using airtel prepaid [protected] from the past 9 years. I have recharged with Rs.349 on March 31st 2017. When dialing to 121 i got message as to charge with Rs349 before March 31, i will get unlimited voice calls and 4g/3g daily 1.5 GB data. But i didnt received the data benefit ever. On Apr 17th i called to customer care they also agreed as i am not receiving daily data benefit and they promised it will resolve by 10AM April 18th (Ref: CBNRV[protected]). Still its not resolved . Even they didnt updated the comment properly what complaint i have given.

                And again i called customer care on Apr 18th at 11AM (Ref: CBNRD[protected])they are telling this offer is not for me. Then why i got message as to recharge with Rs.349 ? Is it necessary to continue on Airtel ? Other service providers are giving many benefits than Airtel, why should we continue ?

                Hope you will resolve my issue to retain your customer.

                ON April 20 2017, i got call from applette team as they are having 2plans in Rs 349 recharge.
                1. Unlimited voice calls for 28 days and 1gb daily data for 28 days.
                2. Unlimited voice calls for 28 days and 1gb monthly data for 28 days.

                They had given me 2nd plan. Even a old customer they wont give benefit to customer. Simply Airtel encouraging to change service provider where ever they get more benefit than AIRTEL.

                      I requested for a new broadband connection through Airtel Website at my home address in Shakarpur, Delhi, on 11/04/2017. a guy from Airtel (Mohan/ Sanjay/ Balram Thapa, cont. [protected], [protected], [protected]) came to my office and did the whatever form formalities needed and took inr 3, 000/- as advance. he assured me that the connection will be installed on 15/04/2017.

                      I tried to call him on 15/04/2017, initially he didn’t answer my calls and later on when he did he told me that he is just checking my status and will get back to me. but he didn’t even bother to call me back. i’m trying to call him since 15/04/2017. I have made almost hundred calls to him. but he simply never answers my call and when i call him different numbers, he accept the call but immediately ends the call the as he hear my voice. i have sent email to customer care and they told be that they will revert as earliest but no response received from Airtel as well

                      So, it is my humble request that please help me out to get refund from company and take suitable action against the company and that fraud Mohan/ Sanjay/ Balram Thapa, his contact numbers are as follows: ([protected], [protected], [protected]).

                        Since last 15 days I am getting rude calls from Airtel office asking me if I am person named Abdul. In spite of telling them number of times that my name is neither Abdul nor I know any person by that name, they keep disturbing me any time they wish resulting in to lot of mental agony and stress. They say that this Abdul (whoever he is) has given his alternate number which happens to be mine.I told them that If someone has given my number as alternate number it is not my fault and they should stop calling me. Incidentally I am not Airtel subscriber. I, a senior citizen, is disturbed due to this repeated nasty calls. It seems from their talk that this Abdul has not paid his dues and that is why they have to harass someone and they have chosen me. This must be stopped immediately and I demand written apology from the company. If the apology is not received immediately, I intend to take up the matter further to TRAI and at other forums. The recent calls received by me are from Nos.[protected](Javed Khan?) 3.02 pm and 4.03 pm on 20.04.17, 12.48 pm on 15.04.17 from phone No.[protected] 3pm 19.04.17 from phone No.[protected] (shahid?) 2.52 pm on 12.04.17, from [protected](Paithankar?)on 12. 04.17 at 2.30 pm, from [protected] 12.58 pm on 11.04.17, 3.06 pm on 10.04.17, 3.52 pm on 07.04.17, 11am on 05.04.17, 3.15 pm on 4.4.17. Please put stop to this madness and stop this torture to innocent people who has nothing to do with your company.

                          मुझे मेरे docomo के नम्बर [protected] पर एक नम्बर [protected] से काॅल आया । अच्छे आॅफर का झांसा देकर porting code ओर documents एक बाइक वाले को जो document लेने आया उसे देने को बोला । उसने airtel ka sim दिया ।ओर document लेकर चला गया ।docomo का sim बंद हुए 2 हफ्ते हो गए । airtel office मे भी गया कोई मदद नही मिली एसी घटीया कंपनी पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए ।

                            I am airtel 4g wi fi user for past 1 year, [protected] in the customer name Rajni Singh. I want to suspend my airtel connection as on date but no attention has been given to my request for suspension of my connection as i had requested for my connection suspension in first week of april. Despite my complaint /request my new internet pack was started and company is showing standing bill of 1200 Rs. I haven't used my airtel connection/internet pack in april . My request to airtel is to suspend my connection and clear my pending bill with immediate effect.

                                      My wife name is athira she submitted her documents and details in trivandrum Karamana airtel showroom to port her reliance number 938*****335 to airtel. They told her it takes 7 working days and this is the 3rd week and sim not yet ported and they charged 300 rupees as processing fee. I want my money back the service is bad. They dont even make a call or send messages to any number she gave?

                                        I m very sorry to say that i had a very bad experience with airtel. From last 6 months i m facing the network issue every time your executives are commenting that it will resolve with a 2 -3 day but it never happen.. After that they committed that if it not resolve we wave off your bill.. That has not also been done so know i have no option to port out from airtel and to post on social media regarding the sam as i do have the recording with me also...
