Date of Incident - Feb 8th-10th; Feb 22nd; Mid March and April 16th 2017.
Primary Number - [protected].
Incident - Issue with Incorrect Billing since Feb 2017.
I hold a postpaid mobile service and have 2 additional numbers on "My Family Plan". For the last 3 months Airtel has been billing me incorrectly and repeat calls and complaints have not addressed my problem. The service provided is pathetic and the helpdesk personnel are unable to fix the simple request.
Resolution Required - Refund/fix the billing errors and also correct the plan to what has been repeatedly requested.

    Dear Sir

    It is really disgusting and surprising to see your app has all master which best suits Airtel and nothing for customer who pay through nose to utilize the service for which we make payment.

    I have been trying to lodge a complaint entire yesterday the April 15, 2017 but nil response from your outlet in Thiruvallur your so called 121 and 198. There is no choice to speak with customer care agent. Just cheating and looting the customer to your satisfaction and fill your pocket.

    Well the reason for my reaching Airtel is about my network for the past 3 days I was not in a position to open website and my net was showing only E. I lost my valuable time and had to run around in the hot sun.

    Today morning to my utter surprise despite having 4.9 GB in my account almost a sum of ₹ 100.00 deducted from my main balance for using net. Why may I know the reason your network doesn't work and you will charge the customer. This is just unfair practice of business.

    Request let me know the reason and restore my network and pay back the amount deducted. Also let me know as to why legal action should not be initiated against Airtel.

        After activating international roaming plan. I have been charged for 15000 Rs.

        On calling Airtel customer care service several times and writing several mails to customer service, Airtel presence and also to apellete authority they are giving false data.

        I cannot pay the bill for fake data
        I do have all the proof for the calls I have made and data I have used.

        Hi,

        I am getting continuous call and mail from Airtel asking only to pay the bill.

        They are least bothered about the incorrect bill.

        Sorry i cannot pay for the incorrect bill.

        Need your urgent attention to resolve this. This is like mental torture for me for Airtel for forcing me to pay the bill.

        Even before 5 mins i received a call mentioning i have charged 8000rs for the data used at UAe on 14 the. Earlier they were complaining abt data used on 25th.

        After mentioning my mobile was switched off on 25th now they are talking about 14th

        Hi,

        Beyond from this indiscrepancy on Airtel bill.

        We have clearly raised request on 13th to activate international roaming plan . Customer care service they confirmed IR plan will be automatically. Activated as soon i reach US mobile network.

        I called them to check why Airtel has not activated my IR plan as per the communication.

        Apellette authority from Airtel named leela called me and literally shouting on me and bill is correct and as per my request on 13th they have activated the IR plan on 15 the during IST timings.

        I landed on 14th PST or 15th IST. Then it should have got activated immediately . Then i shouldn't have charged for data.

        If i am wrong why Airtel is not giving the recorded voice data. And as per Airtel communication why IR plan is not activated immediately after i have landed.

          I recharged for 349 but dint get 1 gb per day so I called customer care, they said that offer is not applicable to my number and they will raise the offer request and it will be activated i a week but even after a month also it's not activated
          I called again after a month they tell the same thing that offer is not applicable to my number.
          When everyone has got 349 offer I am not getting the same instead it's showing 799 offer in my airtel app.
          Therefore I request you to activate 349 offer immediately to my number

          Hi,

          Sharanya, it's their business tactics, perhaps.

          If you had been recharging greater than 500 INR/Month, they would definitely not want to give you this offer and make you spend less on them. Try to identify your monthly expenditure on Airtel. Try to stop recharging at all, for a month or two, perhaps, the system will inject that offer for you.

                        I choose to write this e mail with absolute frustration after failure of repeated commitments by Airtel team for rectifying a problem in my fixed line & broad band connection. My fixed line & broad band connection is not working from 09-April-2017 onward. I registered a complaint and the SR No is 81038018.

                        First I was informed that the problem would be rectified on the same day which was 09-04-17. But it was not rectified. When I contacted Air Tel team again on 10-04-17, I was informed that there was some problem in a cable which is being replaced and the service is expected to resume on 10-04-17. Air Tel team was unable to explain the location of the damage. Then I spoke to Technical Manager of Air Tel. She explained me that some 160m of cable is being replaced which is expected to be completed on 11-04-17. Neither she was able to confirm the exact location of the damage (I wanted to verify physically whether there was a real damage or people are just telling some story to hide their delays).

                        Since then every day we are reminding and till date, the issue is not resolved. Every time Air Tel team is confirming that it would be resolved today. But that "today" has never come till now. I have been the customer for Airtel for the past 11 years and this kind of repeated failures on commitments, I am seeing for the first time. Either the people are not serious about their commitments or they don't know how to rectify the problem. Ultimately, my kids are preparing for various entrance exams and they are the most affected ones because of this failure.

                        In any case, please look into this miserable case and arrange to resolve it latest by today or else, please arrange to disconnect the service. I don't want to pay for a service which is not working for the last one week and people are not serious about their commitments.

                          Hi I am Sadique Sheikh my Airtel prepaid number is [protected] I have made.a prepaid recharge of 698 rs through my credit card.I have also got the message from Airtel ..That, the amount has been received by Bharti Airtel.but the recharge is not done.One of customer care executive said that it will be refunded within 10 days but yet I haven't got it.

                          Hi I am Sadique Sheikh from Nagpur Maharashtra my airtel number is [protected].I have made an online recharge to my number [protected] the amount has been deducted from my account 698 rs but recharge not done yet also the amount us not refunded and when I called customer care it is not connecting or if connected then, they were disconnecting my call.
                          Seriously I am gonna take legal action against Bharti airtel.

                                I moved out of a company but wanted to continue company provided SIM and number so applied to Airtel for porting and name change. I submitted all my documents to Airtel franchisee/store employee named Pasha in Bangalore to port the number. Its been more than 5 months now and he is still taking for a ride. Worst person and service I have come across, neither receives calls nor responds to messages. Also doesn't provide his office address. Off late started giving his phone to subordinates asking them to tell he is not in office. Strangely they also deny office address and their one over manager name so that I dont escalate the issue. Very frustrated and annoyed with Airtel service. Their Regional Manager (Mr Naveen) also intervened for sometime and later same behavior from him to no response to calls and messages. Not sure whom to escalate these issues so finally posting it here.

                                    I am living in Chennai and took number in Chennai itself. However, it activated as TamilNadu circle. I tried to contact customer care / retail outlets to solve the issue, the solution they have given is remove this number and take Chennai number.

                                    My question is.. why there are two circles for same state? If you are planning to provide any offers like (349 1GB per day/ 244 1GB 70 days) why you are so restricted to Chennai circle itself?

                                    The funny part is, the plan 244 for 1GB/day showed to me at 8 AM in the morning and recharged however, i didn't get any confirmation message. When I check with customer care, got reply saying that transaction failed.

                                    I am a loyal customer to Airtel from 2005([protected], [protected] and now [protected]). Now, seriously thinking that need to move to another carrier if problem persists. I can not simply sit wait for the offer to be listed where others are enjoying with it, that too with my iPhone 7 Plus.

                                    Airtel, you need think what you are loosing.
