We have been using 90gb plan- working well for a year. I made a call to Airtel to know more information to upgrade for higher data plan - after discussing I decided not to go with the plan as 90gb plan is working fine. But in this month, after talking to airtel customer care, my 90gb plan got exhausted in 15 days - when the surfing activities remain same - I bought smart byte of 5gb - it got exhausted...

I was not using my Airtel sim for more than 2 months. I found my sim is active, then checked for the offers I had and I made a data recharge in airtel's website on 27 Mar 2017. I was using the mobile data pack the whole day. The next day my sim was cancelled stating it was inactive for about 90 days. My Mobile Number is [protected]. I am prepaid customer of Airtel. I am facing problem of call drop from last one month. Also I am not getting Network properly at my office as well as at my native place.

I am a customer of Airtel from more than 10 years. If the problem persists up to end of this month. I am suppose to go for other company by way of portability....

I have been trying to get 4g network but i am only able to connect to 3g i tried complaining in Customer care but they keep on saying it will be solved by tomorrow. Have changed postpaid to prepaid...Since then my outgoing is stopped.. Incoming is fine..Have visited number of times to airtel store... Changed SIM and handset...Still not working... .No definite answer has been given to me...When my issue will get resolved
