Dear Cocnern,

Please note that we are suffering like anything due to this pathertic signal strength and data connection of airtell, They are advertising like anything and in reality simply the opposite thinsg are happening . Inspite of having a corporate connection not a single time a single call i completed with out call drop of no sound or repeated call back . And about the data connection its better not to say anything. inspite of having the data connection have to use different service providers dongle to work . have also submitted complain to airtel with complain no - PO[protected] but no responce from their end .

I was in abroad since 6 years before yesterday it's was working today I was remove SIM card reinstart again network was not found and also I was check airtel app number was hide.             While calling customer care I got computrised message that on recharge of 149 I'll get local std Airtel calling and 28 GB data for 28 days..so I contacted customer executive to confirm that one.she told I'll get 56 GB data and Airtel calling on recharge of 149.
            But after recharge I got only 2 GB data and calling.i have attached computerized voice recording of the 28 GB in 149 offer.
            I asked about my voice recording of customer executive agent but they are telling that they have deleted my call record of that time.
            Please sir help me out about this

                I had mailed a complaint earlier this morning at [protected]@in.airtel.com regarding the same issue but have not received a reply yet. I had recharged an amount of Rs. 345 on 5th April, 2017 in my Airtel prepaid number [protected] as per the offer I got through a message which included unlimited calls plus 28GB 3G/4G data for 28 days (1GB per day). The offer is working for unlimited calls but after using 1GB data I was informed that I do not have data MB left. Please fix it because the period of 28 days are runninh out and I have only used 1GB out of 28 GB prescribed as per the offer.

                      Hi, I have been using AirTel connection for almost a decade. There service is excellent throughout, but when you close the connection, AirTel support is playing dirty tactics to bill more to customer and keep the connection alive. I was in Hyderabad earlier, I was told about the same, hence I made sure I go to the outlet and ensure it gets closed with due receipt. I have moved to Pune and now failed to goto the AirTel outlet and while I placed broadband connection closure in September time frame to "121" support. They acknowledged that they would be closing the connection. Later after a month I have realized they billed for a month hence I approached them again, I am told that they would close it in 24 hours. Still nothing happened, I placed my connection in safe custody to avoid any further charges. I have followed up with them several times, they have not been able to get me a final figure to close the connection. At the same time they are not taking the request to close the connection. In recent conversation with them I asked them to log the disconnection request even after escalation, they just don’t do it and forcing to pay higher amount although phone/broadband was unused since September 2016.

                      I received calls from AirTel but they are not returning money that was paid to extra to close the connection. Unnecessarily they charged 2400 even if connection was not used. I have been insisting them to check call logs about deceiving practices from their support. They are not acklowdging it.

                      I also have a recorded conversation where AirTel person mentioned they can reduce the charges to around 800. But when i told them that I'm recording conversation​ they mention that we can't reduce now.

                                Airtel often provides misleading and undisclosed hidden terms and condition attached with the offers of mobile services which often results in paying for those services but not receiving the mentioned services from their end. the latest one among them is the offer mentioning unlimited local and std calls offered for a limited period of 28 days against a payment of 345 INR. i have been constantly receiving notifications about this offer consecutively for about a week through both their official app and messages. Today it again presented the notification thrice declaring it to be the last day to avail this offer, hence i paid for it. but it didn't get activated on my number. when i called the helpline number around an hour later to enquire about the issue, i was smugly replied with the response from someone that called himself Sandeep that this doesn't work in a roaming sim. when i asked for a refund of my money, he simply said 'sorry'. does that solve my problem?
                                i was patient in the past with simiar situations like this where they didn't disclose the full terms of the offer but i chose not to keep mum about it any longer.

                                Airtel was well aware that my sim was in a roaming status while i travelled by train from New Delhi to Guwahati by train on 6th-7th April 2017 since it was constantly sending me messages welcoming me into their network in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam respectively as i entered each state through the train travel. it still didn't stop them throwing me with the notifications constantly every single day even after that through the official app and messages to the sim in roaming status. it even showed similar offers of 549INR and 759INR.

                                This isn't the first time Airtel has resorted to this cheap and derogatory way of extrating money from people. Airtel did nothing to resolve the issue of refunding my money back in the past and it didn't do anything even today. Hence i'm forced to report it here seeking help from the higher authorities to resolve the issue and charge Airtel for falsely misleading their consumers with hidden undisclosed terms and conditions.

                                  Amount is deducted through my balance on yesterday night where as i didn't want to activate this service. Hope that amount will revert back in my balance. Unnecessarily this service is activated n you need to alert of service charges to avoid such type of troubling issues to customers. Resolve n refund back this amount in my account balance.

                                    I had switched from Vodafone to Airtel for better network coverage but it turned oout to be nightmare.I work near TCS yantra park thane west where there is zero network of Airtel.Neither calls nor internet is connected.Entire day in office I am not able to use my phone.Care to alteast check your reachability before selling your SIM cards to customer.Urgently send your network operator and get this area scanned for network.

                                      Sir/Madam, my Complaint is for mental harassment by Airtel company. Pl help me.my phone no [protected], using since 2004 disconnected suddenly without prior intimation. Despite my complaint &repeated visits to Alltel store, they are not providing me satisfactory reason to disconnect. They are not providing any information rather They ask me of its non usage since 3 months.where as I get it recharged on 4th April, 2017.it had already a balance of 216+ New recharge of 197. Now after repeated Complaints they said this no is not existing.
