    Hi, this is in regards to the worse customer service which you people have got with you.
    [protected] - the mentioned service number is my wifi hotspot service number.
    I got this device from a representative named Pavan, here is the contact number of him - [protected].
    I have been told by this representative that my bills would be 1200 bucks for the 20GB of data, then when I received my bill, I got to know that I would be paying 1750.
    Then I called up the cust service and asked them to cancel my service on 12/02 and the representative name was Shobha.
    These guys want me to visit the store and get the service cancelled which I cannot do as I am busy, when you are making a sale, you will come near my home and give the connection, why cant you do the same when cancelling a service.

    About Customer Service (Your so called Legal Department) - I really do not understand how you hired these guys to do the the Legal department job, The people who work as a conductor in BMTC is far better than these guys.
    I got a call from your Legal department asking me to pay the bills, I have clearly told them that I will not be making payment because I have been mislead by your representative.
    I have been with Airtel for more than 6 - 7 years, this is my number - [protected], I keep receiving bills and I do pay it on time, you can have a check on the history.
    But I am sure that I cannot pay for a service which is been mislead by you guys.. I am happy to take it to the court and solve this.

    ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU - PROVIDING GOOD NETWORK DOESNT MATTER, WE WOULD ALSO NEED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE TRAIN THOSE LEGAL DEPARTMENT MORONS OR BETTER KEEP SOME GOO REPRESENTATIVES.

    These agents are talking in the regional language stating "send the representative madam, also send it to the bank and stuff like that"

    I badly need someone to take care of this issue in high priority, I will clearly ask my friends and everyone not to go with Airtel.

    Dont lose your brand name by these cheap fellows, throw them out of your office.

      349 plan activated but it still charged me

      On 30/03/2016 i recharged my phone for this plan and it got activated as soon as possible.
      But when i make calls its still charging me from my main balance whats the point of activating this plan when its mentioned "unlimited calls"?
      Its the second day of my recharge and still i'm not able to use. 28days validity came down to 27days and i still can't use it...

      I am facing network issue from the last one week i have lodged a complaint regrading the issue the agent said that the issue will be addressed and resolved with in 3 days .i have not received any update from them called the cx care again they said that the issue has closed with out resolving the issue.

      the cx care agents are more than worst they are not even cx centric they have no proper knowledge about the product and issues, they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation.they are rude

        From the time i took new connection of airtel i had problems regarding landline distributance And Wi-Fi connection. As I had already Complaint regarding this issue the person from airtel came and saw and had informed me that connection is not been provided properly .as per the package speed given 16mpbs but i had recieved only 3-4mpbs & for now my line as been disconnected. So kindly I
        need waver in the January month bill and reconnect the line.

            Consumer no. [protected]. Recharged with Rs.252. Sent dozen times sms to 54325. Spoke to Customer care. i have been asked to wait for 24 hrs. Paytm got my amount, says Airtel is not responding. Why such defective technology is used by Airtel. They are aquiring businesses, setting up banks, that means in recharging also they do finance business ??? when cant provide instant services in this age of IOT, why should do even business??

              I purchased new prepaid SIM after seeing the super exiting '12 months Unlimited data and call' plan only to be cheated by 'India's fastest N/w'. I purchased it only after going through the terms and conditions posted in their official site. I then recharged with Rs.349 to avail the benefit(1GB data/day for a period of 28 days as seen in their official page http://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms-conditions). To my surprise, it was 1GB data/month and not 1GB data/day. I raised complaint with customer care and the response was hilarious. I got an reply saying that I have received following benefit
              "Unlimited Local+STD on all mobile & landline calls + 1GB 3G/4G data". I suppose, they forgot to mention if 1GB data is for per day or per month. Oh wait! were they "Playing Safe!!".
              Trust is the main factor when dealing with the customer. Don't think, I would recommend anyone to buy this 'Open network' which is not really open to customers!!
              There should be some strict action against such nuisance who openly cheats customer.
              'I regret for the inconvenience you have experienced in this regard.'!!

                I recharged for rs 349, on 24.03.2017. For one gb data per day and unlimited calls. By speaking to your customer care executives on 30.03.2017 from 7.30 pm to 8.10 its very hard to found that plan was not activated. They assured me that the issue has been escalated to back end and it will be resolved before 08.15 pm, on 31.03.2017.

                Kindly treat this matter as most urgent and rectify the problem as promise given by your executives, since I already recharged to use internet but its not activated due to technical issues from your side.

                  I am a long term customer of airtel prepaid mobile( [protected] ) since 2006.nowadays i am not satisfied with airtel. they are charging high.moreover they are not ready to give value for their first customers.no special offers.when i was complaint in customer care, they offered 500mb 2g data? really it is very bad deal.so i didn't use it.now i am thinking to stop my subscription.

                  i forget to tell one thing.i bought 1 new airtel number from chennai, [protected].i am facing connection problem and high call rate in this connection .i complained in customer care, but no use . even they are not ready to attend call .we need to stay around 5 minutes..sometimes the call wall disconnected with out any customer support. anyway, by these problems, i am too irritated . already i ported other two airtel connections to bsnl. now these are remaining connections, , [protected] & [protected] so i sent port request from [protected], also i am planning to stop my [protected] prepaid connection. now i understood that...no use for complaint . no value for long term customers.

                    Hi,

                    This is in regards to the plan offered on airtel my app, stating 42GB data with unlimited calls if recharged before 31/3/2017(1.5GB every day) for 28 days.

                    I did this recharge today i e. On 30th and i received only 3GB data. This is simply not done.

                    I have attached screenshots of the same.

                    Please have this investigated and revert at the earliest.

                      My customer id is [protected], i have signal issue with my DTH connection. I have registered a complaint two days ago. Got a call from service engineer, and he misbehaved and refuses to visit. I continuously calling to call center they are promising that issue will get resolve in next 2-3 hours. But no action has been taken so far. If it is not resolved by tomorrow evening am going to shift the DTH service provider.

                        I was continously receiving 349 recharge notification which has 28gb data, after recharge its showing only 1gb for the entire month.
                        The executive is telling your number doesnt have the priviledge, so its 1gb plan for you.
                        Also every airtel customer is receiving this message but only priviledged prople get that plan, how cheap of airtel to dupe people of money.
                        I need my money credited back. This is clearly cheating from airtel.

                        I complained on wrong billing and poor network services on 17-August-2017. Till now no solution . Due to many calls by different Airtel team members on same query, every time we have to repeat the problems and no solutions on same.
                        Very bad experience with Airtel.
                        I had been do 349 recharge which says unlimited calls for a month.. but even after recharge it says no balance. And calls dont go through.. and we never get to speak to any executive on any of customer care number.. can u please look into it.. its been second consecutive month.. i have recharged for 349..and cudnt even use it..and my money gets cut ..i got successful recharge sms both times but the offrr never got activated..

                          But still not converted in prepaid after complain many times.

                            As pmopg/e/2017/0027151, dotel/e/2016/47369 they told me to provide amounts in my bank and they told me for cancel cheque and all.

                            In complain already mentioned that need main account balance + recharges of last 6 months. As they ready to give refund of recharges but in my main account was rs. 4600+ so its not a small amount. So, please provide me both amount in my broadband account and from broadband account let me know the way which i will get in my bank account or as a cheque.

                            In complains dotel/e/2017/03022, dotel/e/2017/05869, dotel/e/2017/04369, dotel/e/2017/06571, pmopg/e/2017/0105200, pmopg/e/2017/0118308 they only talk about recharge refund.

                            If they said they will give me in my broadband account. I want to move to another provider but need my amount which is my main balance and recharges as they commitment.

                            Now, i think govt. And operators are together so now, need to put all emails and communication which done by trai and dot and operator also i will put all call records in public domain on blog http://airtelfoolingcustomers.blogspot.in/ and social media of this fraud and double word of the company and govt.

                            I am really say that mr. Narendra modi govt is totally corrupted and taking money from the operators.

                            Now, i will put all things in public domain as after wait 14months no choice with me.

                            Now, if need then need letter from pmo and dot and also need strict action on airtel

                            Also find the attachment of the complain in which airtel commitment to govt.

                            So, its means no value of words which give to govt.?

                            You can check double standard and fraud and cheat by airtel and you can see what govt. They committed and then change the word.

                            Now will see what govt. Will take action airtel to show credibility of govt.

                              I have opted for porting from Vodafone to Airtel on 25/03/2016.
                              I have visited Airtel store and they gave me a new sim. On 29/03/2017 my no got ported but as soon as i inserted the new sim for activation of services the new sim shows "no service". Moreover I visited Airtel store and they told me that my sim has not been activated by airtel. Please resolve the issue as my no is now not working as I have only one working sim. Its a great nuisance by the service provided by you guys. Please look into the matter.

                                Hi Sir,

                                I have purchased a new connection of AIRTEL 4G Hotspot Wifi with 5GB plan. At the time of purchase i was told by the executive that there is a plan where for first three months i will get double of what i opt and from the fourth month it will be normalised.

                                So the plan activated on my number is 5GB+5GB. I have the written slip for the same. Now when the device is activated and when i confirmed from the customer executive they deny on any such plan. They are saying that there is no such plan.

                                I have never denied for any payment or i never asked for any special offer, this offer was communicated to me and now the customer executives are denying on what they said.

                                Why i was misguided with wrong information?
                                This is something which i cannot tolerate as a customer. Being such a big Brand is this the way how you treat your customers?
                                Is misguiding the customers your way to success?

                                I do not know what plan is going on in AIRTEL. I want what was committed to me or i will raise your complaint to consumer forum.

                                  Myself requested to port my MTNL no. into Airtel no. First request was submitted through retailer, but sim didnt show any signle for televarification. later relatiler ask me to contact to AIR tel store. I had contacted to airtel store also online customer service. Online customer service also asked to contact to air tel store. Now its almost 20 days and above any i didnt receive any solution from airtel. Representative not able to confirm when my problem would be sorted out moreover disconnect my calls. I am really fade up with this service.

                                  I just want to activate my no. as its important to me. i am no more interested in airtel.

                                      I purchased 4g hot spot from Airtel from Pammal Airtel store when I checked outside the door for speed it showed 10mbps as download speed and 8 Mbps as upload speed. After purchasing when I reached home at Pallavaram near railway station to my shock the speed was 0.5mbps then increase to 1.2mbps. With just one connection and 90% of the time it will be 20kbps, but to my surprise I rec'd a SMS from Airtel that I have consumed 50% of my quota of 6gb that is 3Gb. Even though I raised a complaint on these things it is still not been rectified. Is almost 4 days. On the third day of the complaint when I called up to check the issue I was told that the complaint has been closed. I have sent an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com for which I have rec'd an acknowledgement my number [protected].

                                      As I could see that you are claiming that you speed is best speed but What I find that at my home i.e. in w-318 / 319 prem nagar -2, janki vihar, kirari sileman nagar, either there no internet or the speed is very poor. I complaint this matter to executive few month but so far nothing happen to speed.

                                      I stay in a prominent location in South Calcutta (Regent Park). For last two years I frequently faced call drops in my area when I used Airtel. I complained many times and they informed me that it's a KNOWN ISSUE and will be resolved AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Two years passed and nothing happened. And I left Airtel after - believe it or not - 18 years. Now I use Airtel 4G Hotspot. Same Issue - very slow speed. Airtel Engineers who came to inspect the issues, recorded the shocking readings that their instruments showed and ran away.

                                      Airtel - India's fastest network - Haah!!! And Service. No resolution in the central part of an Indian Metro in years. Airtel CEO Mr. Mittal, are you there? And listening?
