Never get internet balance credit after completing the offer process.

Whenever i complete process of jackpot offer provided in your my airtel app i never get internet credit once i recharge with Rs.348 and its more than Rs. 225 but i did not get 1 GB net credit and then i download and listen 20 songs on WYNK app. but still i did not get 700mb data credit on my account.
I request you to solve this issue and credit respective aforesaid net data on my account soon so that i can continue enjoy your services.br...

Applied for international roaming (USA) with 10 days of package Rs. 2999 from 14th Jan 2017 and the same was paid in Feb month bill (5694.04).
When I applied for this 10 day package in Dr. A S RAO NAGAR HYD it was never told by anyone that it gets auto renewed if we don't deactivate it.
I have returned USA on 27th Jan itself and never used. But still Mar month bill shows Rs.2999...

Airtel Broadband

But they closed the ticket on march 12th day 2017 and airtel charging 1000 rs rupees....

This is to inform you that, the above Service Request was raised about 20 days back and still not resolved. Worst part is that no one is responding to the ticket. I have called multiple times asking for the update but every time I got FALSE promises from the person on call. I have fed up with Airtel services and decided to quit from Airtel....

Fraud in data usage calculations

Airtel is carrying out a fraud and looting me. I have subscribed to 345 plan, which gives me 1gb 3g daily data limit. Last night i updated my handset (400mb update) anf after the update it showed a usage of 900 mb in my airtel account. On every usage such things happen. The usage are shown double, i downloaded a game of 100 mb it showed a usage of 250 mb? Airtel should be banned in the country...
