There is lot of problem in my home..airtel network is not coming properly.others are not able to call me. Iam not receiving any calls and even during call there is lot of netwok problem i cannot here th voice f other person clearly due to poor network.i have complained to airtel but no but no response was there they didn't solved the problem till now.so i kindly request airtel to please solve the problem as soon as possible

        We are in the heart of Chennai operating office in Adyar and have more than 10 CUG connections. Besides we have Airtel broad band also connected. We do not have range in our office and we are not able to make any calls neither reachable to my customers. We had complained and fallen into deaf years.               Story of Fraud Connection: When I was already using a broadband connection (landline [protected]), one Airtel executive came to my house and got a form filled by me saying a new fibernet connection will be given to me (to improve speed) post which i can cancel the existing connection. But I never got any calls from the executive, nor did i receive any call from any airtel technician regarding fibernet connection. No installation happened obviously. But to my surprise I started getting SMS and calls asking for payment for the connection that was never given. I called customer care and got it cancelled and got the due for this duplicate connection waived off (that is what the mailed from a nodal service specialist Ramya D stated). But after a month mails and calls resumed asking me to pay the amount, this time double the amount that I requested a waiver for.
              First of all, why should I request a waiver, when no connection was given in the first place?
              More irritating is every time a different person will reply or call me, to whom I should tell the entire story right from the beginning. And they would say they would get back, which they would never. I have written a complaint mail to airtel every time I got a payment reminder SMS or call, but they don’t provide any solution but have a different person write or call me regarding the payment.

              This is a blatant fraud on the part of airtel. Hope writing it here brings me some solution.

              Dear Selva Raj,
              Greetings from airtel!
              This is in reference to your email requesting for a change of bill plan, activation of 99/- top up, billing adjustment and disconnection request for your airtel fixedline numbers [protected] and [protected].

              1) Regarding landline number([protected]) :
              We have registered a request for plan change to UL-ROTN Rapid Advantage 999 60GB (16Mbps/512Kbps) COMBO Plan and the same would be processed within 2 hours. Your revised bandwidth of 16 Mbps would be provisioned within the next 24 hours. We request you to reboot your modem after a period of 24 hours (Switch off and Switch on) to replenish your revised quota and bandwidth.
              Rental would be calculated on pro-rate basis for both the old and new plans.
              The revised bill plan will reflect in your selfcare account from next bill date[protected].

              2) Regarding 99/- top up([protected]) :
              I have activated the top up Rs.99/- local & STD calls and the same would be effective from[protected].

              3) Regarding landline number([protected]) :

              I have registered your request for cancellation. Your reference number is 77838038. Please quote this in any future communication. Your request will be completed by[protected].
              Rental will be seized from[protected]. Incoming and outgoing calls will be barred within 7 days of placing the request.

              4) Regarding billing adjustment([protected]) :
              We have forwarded your complaint regarding billing adjustment of Rs. 884.70/- to the concerned team and the same will be updated within 72 hours. This will reflect in your next bill generation dated[protected].

              For further queries, please do email.

              And if this is not resolved immediately with complete stopping of calls and sms regarding payment reminder I will disconnect the existing broadband connection and all other airtel connections I and my friends have (all, airtel tv, broadband, mobile, etc.)

                  Hi,

                  I have been an airtel subscriber for the last four years (Mobile No. [protected]). Unfortunately, I realize now that airtel customer services are more aimed at fleecing customer than providing services. The last couple of days have been harrowing and I have seen no resolution. I am surprised, shocked and pained at the lack of professionalism and empathy of Airtel.

                  1. I have been using my Airtel connection on International Roaming since Jan 6th 2017. However, Data services have not been used at all.

                  1. To my utter shock, for the billing period from Feb 20th 2017 to 19th Mar 2017, I have been wrongly charged for mobile internet data when it was permanently switched off on my mobile and it was not used at all.It says total usage/pulse as 3933(39 MB) which no means can be used and for that I have charged Rs. 29914.39.

                  2.Raised a request no. 74955413 for verifying the dispute and request is closed without any resolution and stating that the charges are valid. I completely challenge this as false. The billing system at your end has mal-functioned and I have been the bearer of this.

                  3. My credit limit was raised to Rs. 9200 Rs on Feb 20th 2017, without my requesting. If my usage had exceeded that amount, why was it not blocked beyond the credit limit? Why suddenly did I receive this shocking bill?

                  4. There were no charges for the entire month but suddenly between March 2nd to March 4th, I have been charged for mobile data usage which was not turned on once even in past two months as I am currently using my local USA number for calls, sms and data.

                  5. For next bill cycle started on 20th March, 2017, I just used the voice call to 121 for not more than 7-8 mins to report this discrepancy and other calls were made on your toll free number [protected] and yet I got a usage alert for Rs 19000, my international roaming has been blocked.

                  If this is the way Airtel's billing systems work, I am sorry to say that I will challenge this in the consumer court or the highest courts of the country. This is gross harassment and cheating and it seems that Airtel is trying to offset its losses by falsely charging customers. In this era of transparency, such unprofessional management is unexpected from a company as big as Airtel.

                  I do not intend to pay these false and unethical charges and I would like a full clarification and revocation of these false charges on my account from Airtel immediately.

                            I am not able to send SMS from my number [protected] but I am not receive SMS . Its been so long I'm trying to call airtel higher authorities even but they give lame excuses like I'm solving the issue within 24 to 72 hours but they are not responding at all .Please do the needful as my bill is raising and I'm roaming as well .                                   Please do the needful by 24.03.2017 as my cycle is from the 25th of every month.

                                  Hence will not be liable for any payment post 25.03.2017.

                                    Airtel agent called me and explained the plan details which is 6GB 4G for 499plan, though I am using Vodafone postpaid with same 499 plan with 4GB data, he convinced me that I will get extra 2GB.Once porting and change of network happened I saw that they give only 3GB data. Regarding this I spoke to airtel customer care, he confirms only 3GB only, pure cheating, hope I get justice in this issue. Thank you.

                                      i Contacted your executive customer for past 20 days. he gave me Sim card but the problem is Sim Card is still not activated till now
                                      Iam contacting your executive officer but there is no response from your customer service
                                      iam tired off with Airtel Executive Service.
                                      they have charged Rs. 350/- for portability but of no use till now.
                                      if the sim is not activated i will take necessary action at your end.

                                        I got a call from unknown number and they asked me if I need a Airtel broadband connection. I said, I am interested and asked them to check the feasibility in my area. They confirmed me that connection is available in my place. I paid the advance amount (3446) through online. After that they stopped calling me, they did not pick up my call as well. I called the customer care, they have no clarity. Every time when you are in the middle of the conversation, they will simply disconnect the call. Its been a month now, I did not get connection, they have not refunded my money. Feeling lost. Never trust Airtel for any product.
