      Complaining about call barring

      All my incoming and outgoing calls are blocked.and it's asking password to disable the call barring feature. My number is [protected].send me password. I'm not getting any messages and I'm not allowed to send messages to others. It's very annoying.. I just turned on flight mode & after 5 min I turned off it, from that moment I'm not getting any incoming and outgoing calls....

      Kind Attn Airtel Management,
      Its very harmful for me and shameful for Airtel management as Airtel team sell or promote their product with cheating and fraud system, One Airtel representative (Mr [protected]) give wrong statement and explain wrong plan to me, due this I am facing lots of problem and able to access my phone and no.
      Actually my current service provider is Vodafone, and I am travelling out of NCR so my out going roaming charges is huge, I was searching a good plan, in the mean time I have recd one phone call from (Mr [protected]) for Portability of my no I was discuss with him all my quary, he suggested me 799 plan with 9GB data for next 03 month after that it will be 6 GB till December and more, in this plan my all voice call is free with some free msgs also.
      I agree with this plan and put my request to Vodafone for port my no, but after 25 days means 03 days back I have recd msg as no is port from Vodafone to Airtel, but in this session Airtel team totally in slipping mode.
      Yesterday when I try to activate Airtel Sim and call to 59059, I was surprised my plan was 799 but with 5GB data and only incoming call is free in roaming.
      My question is why I spend more money as I am already using the 499 red plan in Vodafone which was almost same with Airtel 799 plan.
      Shame to Airtel team as they misguide customer to promote Airtel.
      Till now I am not in position use my phone because Vodafone closed and Airtel cheat me.

        To get the details as above, you may visit nearest airtel outlet with Proof for Identity, Photo Identity (ID must be in Sim holder name). At the time of visit with ID's you have to pay some of rupees to get the detailed report against your call / sms.

            We are fed up with this network with recharging with our valuable money, show off with advertisements will not help out it has to work in city like bengaluru . The only way to come out from this is porting . No other way . Airtel has to learn from other network facilities provided .
            The network of your company Airtel are useless very bad . I want my money back of the pack of 199 i want back and don't want to use Airtel more only advertising of Airtel gives the more good reviews but the company is so bad, i just hate it . I am from Muzaffarpur, Bihar . My Airtel sim shows first 4G, when i start any of the aap like WhatsApp, messenger, Facebook, YouTube, or netgaming like PUBG then network shows 3G and working like 2G, hate this company so much

We do not have range in our office and we are not able to make any calls neither reachable to my customers. We had complained and fallen into deaf years.                                       Story of Fraud Connection: When I was already using a broadband connection (landline [protected]), one Airtel executive came to my house and got a form filled by me saying a new fibernet connection will be given to me (to improve speed) post which i can cancel the existing connection. But I never got any calls from the executive, nor did i receive any call from any airtel technician regarding fibernet connection. No installation happened obviously. But to my surprise I started getting SMS and calls asking for payment for the connection that was never given. I called customer care and got it cancelled and got the due for this duplicate connection waived off (that is what the mailed from a nodal service specialist Ramya D stated). But after a month mails and calls resumed asking me to pay the amount, this time double the amount that I requested a waiver for.
                                      First of all, why should I request a waiver, when no connection was given in the first place?
                                      More irritating is every time a different person will reply or call me, to whom I should tell the entire story right from the beginning. And they would say they would get back, which they would never. I have written a complaint mail to airtel every time I got a payment reminder SMS or call, but they don’t provide any solution but have a different person write or call me regarding the payment.

                                      This is a blatant fraud on the part of airtel. Hope writing it here brings me some solution.

                                      Dear Selva Raj,
                                      Greetings from airtel!
                                      This is in reference to your email requesting for a change of bill plan, activation of 99/- top up, billing adjustment and disconnection request for your airtel fixedline numbers [protected] and [protected].

                                      1) Regarding landline number([protected]) :
                                      We have registered a request for plan change to UL-ROTN Rapid Advantage 999 60GB (16Mbps/512Kbps) COMBO Plan and the same would be processed within 2 hours. Your revised bandwidth of 16 Mbps would be provisioned within the next 24 hours. We request you to reboot your modem after a period of 24 hours (Switch off and Switch on) to replenish your revised quota and bandwidth.
                                      Rental would be calculated on pro-rate basis for both the old and new plans.
                                      The revised bill plan will reflect in your selfcare account from next bill date[protected].

                                      2) Regarding 99/- top up([protected]) :
                                      I have activated the top up Rs.99/- local & STD calls and the same would be effective from[protected].

                                      3) Regarding landline number([protected]) :

                                      I have registered your request for cancellation. Your reference number is 77838038. Please quote this in any future communication. Your request will be completed by[protected].
                                      Rental will be seized from[protected]. Incoming and outgoing calls will be barred within 7 days of placing the request.

                                      4) Regarding billing adjustment([protected]) :
                                      We have forwarded your complaint regarding billing adjustment of Rs. 884.70/- to the concerned team and the same will be updated within 72 hours. This will reflect in your next bill generation dated[protected].

                                      For further queries, please do email.

                                      And if this is not resolved immediately with complete stopping of calls and sms regarding payment reminder I will disconnect the existing broadband connection and all other airtel connections I and my friends have (all, airtel tv, broadband, mobile, etc.)
