It is given in the bank and actived for insurance . two days before its outgoing calls had been suspended.so I have recharged two days ago which failed . today the sim has been deactivated. So I am unable to get the notifications of the bank. So I request to make a possible effort to make it activated as soon as possible. To enjoy your plans

          AIRTEL worst service provider I have ever seen. I changed my SIM from BSNL to AIRETL on March 19th 2017. My network got convert to airtel, But after few hours my airtel network got disconnected. For past 3 days Incoming And Outgoing is barred.

          When I called customer support They say to visit Airtel OUTLET . When I visit airtel outlet they ask me to call Customer support. Till now issue is not resolved and response from airtel is very pathetic. I request everyone not to MNP your current network to AIRTEL. They don't care about their customers .

                  Dear team,
                  i have a airtel postpaid connection [protected], my bill amount is 2500 according to airtel company which is very high according my connection plan and activate many chargeble services on my no.without my permission so why i pay bill amount for this, so i discuss with customer service but no reply by customer service side. after that somebody call me from airtel company related to bill amount (no.[protected], [protected] etc) and said to me for discounted bill amount and said to me pay rs 1500 to activate my connection and pay rs 900 immediately and connection activate with in 2 min so I paid rs 900 but now not activate my connection so i called customer service by which i know there is no discount on my no .and now my bill amount rs 2500 is same.
                  means they guys play fraud game with me .at today they stop all service on my number and my connection is deactivated after pay bill amount according to airtel customer service executive.

                      My husband 's number [protected] IS NOT WORKING. It says 'phone is switched off' even though it is on.
                      My number is [protected] and I am continuously trying 121, 198, and so many other customer care numbers you have provided on your website. But it is such as waste of my time and call costs as I am unable to get through to any representative and the only two options are lost sim or new connection.
                      We are really frustrated. My husband is currently on business travel and he is finding it very hard to communicate without the mobile network working.

                            Airtel company has taken a space in 1 ub Jawahar nagar on terrace which is illegal, hazardeous, life threatning and no approval has been taken from other occupants of the building.
                            my complaint is to take action against this illegal construction and take necessary steps.

                                    Sir/Madam,

                                    Today I Recharge through online for Rs.130/- I just made one call
                                    (5 Min) and found my Balance empty. I never used internet or any value added service still my balance is empty. How can a single call reduce the complete balance. Kindly provide proper eplanation on the same. Kindly investigate and get back to me
                                    at the earliest.

                                        Your company had established an IBS Tower on my terrace with my consent and mutual agreement for compensation and contract for the period and some basic conditions from 01/01/2013.
                                        All of a sudden in the morning of 5th Aug, 2015, some instruments had come to my residence for the upgradation of the tower from 2G to 3G without my consent and knowledge. The people carrying the goods contacted some officials of the company and talked me over the phone and assured that you allow them to install the instruments and the rise of rent and additional agreement for 3G will be done in due course as per all the sites.
                                        In the month of July, 2016 company officials Mr. Om Prakash Sharma Helplessly, I had allowed them to work on the telephonic promise of the company’s officials-whose designation I do not know. I wrote a demand request for additional rent and agreement on 10/08/2015. Thereafter I had reminded the matter several times over the phone and send two reminders on 16/01/2015 and 22/04/2016. The company had never written me. Every time when I telephoned, the; your demand will be fulfilled l accordingly as per other sites.
                                        and Mr. Kapoor were visited the site and they denied the demand. I strongly represent my case and told them to remove all the materials other than IBS Tower (2G) as per the agreement with me. They assured me that we will be solving your issue but they had not done anything.I had written a letter on 6/09/2016 to shut down the site if my issue will not solved in the time of fortnight. The company had credited my account by Rs. 8000/- on27/09/2016 without giving the intimation from their end, but there is no clarification about the amount credited.
                                        I presume that they credited said amount for the month of Aug, 2016 and Sept, 2016 rise in rent.
                                        Hence, the raise in rent for the period of Aug, 2015 to July, 2016 is not done by the company which is injustice to me. I, therefore request you to increase the rent from the date o[censored]pgradation immediately in the fortnight and oblige. The delay will cause shutdown of the site. And any loss to the company will held responsible itself.
