After repeated complains to airtel, my problem has not been solved. Airtel going really poor in their call connectivity. complain list:

11th Sep 08 - Comp No. 18233204

There is a call drop problem in Koramangala Area, Airtel is well informed of this and still no action fro their side. its approx 40 days from the date of last complain.

Airtel - karnataka — After Regixtration without service bill issued

Dear Sir,

I applied for new connection to in Indiranagar Bangalore, Immediatly they alloted no after one day we are unable to call from issed sim. and tried from other cell no to issed no which is alloted to us immediatly noticed tha the no was somebody using. I don't know how these people are managing such big organisation without process.

Affter one month I am reciving bills but no was using some one.

Please help me to get my dposit which I paid Intially.

This is regarding complaint NO: 25165580 raised on 8th Oct-09. But no proper response from Airtel customer care.
I am very sad to say the below words on Airtel.
* Service is very poor.
* No time bound for support request or complaints.
* No body is taking responsibility from customer care or concerned team.
* Its shame to Airtel .

Airtel - karnataka — unauthorized activation ofRe1Iplayer and deduction from prepaid mob. No.9845202977

In my prepaid mob.no. Re1Iplayer was activated on 26.3.12 without my request and Re1 is deducting daily for no use.I had complained the matter videCBDCC [protected] on 26.3.12itself,but the deduction is continued.Please take n.a on my complaint early.
Please refer the comment.As I am temporarily in Kerala now, you can contact me over[protected](kerala) or .[protected](karnataka).Since the deduction referred to is being continued, I do not dare to recharge till the issue is settled. So take n.a. immediately. Abdul vahid kunju

    I was working in " Bharti Airtel Services Ltd." since last 2.5 years but resigned from the post on 6th Feb 2008. My PF Form, from HR deptt is now submitted for final payment to your office on 13th June 2008, as per enquiry made by me but the final amount is not transfer in my bank account no.[protected]. Also i sent two speed post to PF Commissioner but no any status given by PF office.

      For the last two days I am getting a message of SIM card registration failed. So I called the customer service (4/11/2008 11:15 am ) they told me various reasons for this message and asked me to go to the airtel showroom to get the duplicate SIM card by producing identity proof and Rs.150. I traveled around 10 KM and reached the MG Road center and asked for the duplicate SIM. To my surprise they told me[protected] is active and they said the SIM card no is different from the one what I am having with me. The lady in the prepaid counter told me contact customer care again as she cannot give the duplicate one.

      From the showroom itself I contacted customer care and gave the phone it to the lady in the prepaid counter. Both had a serious conversation for more than 20 minutes and finally the unit head of customer care Ms.Sujatha raj came in line and rescued them. She asked me wait for 30 minutes time to rectify the issue. She has taken my reliance no for effective communication. ( The clock in the show room was showing 1:20 pm) From their conversation I understand that by some wrong entry my SIM card no has been migrated to some other phone no.

      At 1430 I called again customer care Sujatha and understand that she has avoided me and again called at 1700 hrs. By the time she had left for the day. The representative Rena asked me wait to wait for 2 more hours . TODAY ALSO I called twice but in vein. Kindly let me know what is to be done next.

      I am highly disappointed by the service provided to me.I am really fed up of all this mess I am experiencing in this cell connection. If they treat your customer like this I am sure you will be loosing all u r valuable customers in future.

        I have taken three Airtel numbers- [protected] ; [protected] ; [protected] for my business. Numbers were activated easily. Since I was in the stage of setting up a new business, I spent a lot of money in marketing my company profile alongwith these numbers. These numbers reached to around 5 Lacs people in India and abroad. Now Airtel have deactivated my number and the reason being told to me that- When their executive came for verification, I was not present at my place.They reverified my address, everything is clear and they assured to resume my services by yesterday evening but they even blocked my incoming calls also without giving any justification for deactivation.
        Let me tell the fact to the new users who would like to take a mobile connection from Airtel- Airtel is a very hopeless service provider, I am struggling and wasting my time and no one out of airtel is able to help me. When I calls airtel customer care number-[protected], I am getting funny answer- This service is not available please call after some time, and its not automated voice, it is being told by customer care executive.
        I am also going to consumer forum to launch complaint against Airtel.
        My self Anubha Prasad working reliance group Co. My Airtel Mob No is [protected].I got new postpaid connection of airtel from my compeny & that SIM card has activated on 14th may 09.But i started using same card on 24th may 09.Inbetween i didn't make any outgoing calls so my outgoing call & SMS service disconnect on 25th may 09.
        From 25th may to 28th may 09 i made 8 calls to AIRTEL costumer care & always i got same reply that "You SIM card will activate within the next 24 hours.but still i can't make outgoing calls or SMS.On 27may 09 at 12.30am i had word with Mr Kishor (Supervisor), As per kishor he was going to activate my SIM card with in 24 hours but when i made call to kishor after 24 hours he was not available some another kishor was there.

          Hi i am a banker n hv a no. of relatives abroad so i keep on calling n messaging them...but for the last one month of oct 2008 the abroad services r completely blocked..no messages r sent n no calls can b made..whenever u message it gives response that ur text message can not b delivered...

          I am really fed up with it..Especially when it was Diwali n i was unable to wish my loved ones bcoz of AIRTEL 3rd grade service..I hv been using this service provider fr 2 yrs but now i think i am forced to switch on to sm other n suggest others too the same..

            Hi

            I have two mobile connections from Airtel and I'm very sorry to inform you that the connectivity as well as service of the Customer Care and other Technical staff has not been very effective.

            A few months ago (May-June) and again last few weeks (since early Oct) I have been facing issues of "zero" connectivity / coverage to the mobile network at the place I stay (Aundh, Pune) and inspite of raising repeated complaints, service requests and telephonic calls there has been absolutely no response in solving the problem.

            I have also been given false assurances (by 121 staff viz somene called Ram/Pramod) of waiving off the plan charges that I do not see reflecting in my accounts. The Airtel Relationship center at Aundh are not accepting any complaints are seem rude and disgusted when we appraoch them. But they have now assured a resolution date to the problem by 3-Nov-08 and FYI if this does not get resolved I shall have to be forced to inform the media/competition and thereby terminate my 4 year relationship with Airtel.

            It is also amusing to note that some complaints/service requests are closed/cancelled without the problem being resolved. This depicts poor governance and lowest priority of the "May We Help You" option in the airtel.in website.

            on 14th nov i given a complent regarding the excess balance deduction. instead of rs 14.99 of gprs rs 60 has been deducted from my account. the customer care employee told that with in a few hours your balance will be credited but yet not my balance is credited so plz solve the problem as early as possible. thank u.

              1. Infantry School, Mhow (Indore) has a large captive subscriber base of Airtel subscribers. Airtel, with the reputation of providing user friendly services and prompt response was infact, a natural choice

              2. However, over the last few months it is felt that standard of facilities being provided and the response to the complaints has been, at best, lackadaisical. The standard reply one receives from the Indore circle of Airtel is that server is not working and thus, complaint cannot be attended to immediately. I am sure you will agree that, in the age of connectivity where the mobiles and telephones have become integral part of ones routine, such response causes great inconvenience especially, where frequent travelling and moving from one place to another is involved.

              3. In the present day scenario where various companies go out of their way to make their customer base strong by providing excellent services and prompt response, one is pained to bring out that the response and services of a reputed company like ‘ Airtel’ leaves a lot to be desired. Having resposed our faith in the services of Airtel by installing complete Airtel connections in ‘ The Infantry School’ we thought that the lacunaes that have crept over a period into these services of the company must be brought to the notice so that corrective action could be initiated before its too late.

              Hello sir,
              This is Vicky Agrawal from Gwalior and i want to complaint against your one of the sales executive Dheeraj Khandelwal([protected]) working in Mahakaal Telecom(DSA), Jayendraganj, Gwalior, Owner of Mahakaal is Mr. Sanjeev Sahu([protected]) and Sales Manager is Mr. K.P.Bhadauria([protected]).
              I have no requirement of Airtel Landline Connection and he(Dheeraj) has came to me and said that please give a connection from me because 'i m not achieveing my target and at the time of installation you give me an amount of Rs. 500, i return that amount either by weaver or by less in the upcoming next bill but now he is denying to do so'.
              I have already taken an application on 18-DEC-09 in Airtel head office, City centre, Gwalior but they said that there is no such application and can not take any action against him and Mahakaal Telecom and now Dheeraj Khandelwal said that i had no commitment at that time and at any cost you have to pay the bill.

              Please sir give an immediate action against him and also Mahakaal Telecom.

                Hi,

                Its been more than 50 days that i ve been calling regarding a problem with my Airtel no. [protected].

                It is a youth pack with local msg charge at 25 paisa/160 characters and calling charge at 10p/min to any airtel no.

                Almost 50 days back i was charged more for the same and whn i called up te cust care i was told that the plan has been deactivated but they did not have any reason for the same.

                Since then i ve called the customer care many a times and most of the time the call is being disconnected for the want of any answer.

                I called up almost a week back for the last time to confirm the status, some Vicky picked up the call, put it on hold for almost 5 minutes and then disconnected the call.

                Its really sad. I want to use this no and i am with Airtel since 2005 but it seems that Airtel is no good its loyal customers too.

                I am hoping for a resolution soon.

                  I received more than 6 sms per day with sports update...
                  i dint want this service it got automatically activated in my mobile and i was charged 10 ruppees for this.

                  I keep receiving a Prepaid Joke Service on my phone number [protected] which I did Not Subscribe to or Activate. When I try to STOP the service via Airtel Services, the deactivation does not work. I am also getting alerts for Airtel TV Service which I have not subscribed to either.
                  Kindly deactivate the service and return the Service fee back to my account.

                  Simply sms 'Stop' to 121
                  And then follow the instructions u receive via the SMS from Airtel

                  if any probs give me a shout!

                  Airtel is taking the customers for granted given the dominant market position it has and offlate looting innocent and novice users. I had been a Airtel user for almost 6 years loved its service intially but now I dropped my number and the Airtel service and moved to other service providers( I do not want to name to keep my geniune comments neutral, otherwise people reading this might think I said all this just to market the other service provider).

                  So net ONLY WAY TO TEACH THE ARROGANT AIRTEL SERVICE PROVIDER IS TO SIMPLY DROP THE SERVICE and move to a better service providers, only things that will stop you from doing this is to think how you can give away your number which you have been using for many years and known to many of your friends. Believe me in a weeks time all your friends and business acquaintance will quickly update your new number and life will be just as usual with your new number and more user friendly service provider.

                  Briefly -
                  Send STOP to 121
                  You will then get a list of services active on your mobile number.

                  Reply the sms with the serial number of the service that you want to disconnect.
                  You will then get a confirmation message for deactivation.

                  Reply again with the number suggested by the sms.

                  That is it. You are done. The service will be disconnected and you will get a message mentioning the deactivation.

                  (all these sms reply that you send are tollfree)

                  Airtel Mobile — marketing messages and calls alerts automatically activated by the provider

                  After various phone calls to customer care regarding marketing calls and messages on my number - [protected] is activated without any request and attempt by myside. After they the services they start deducting money from my balance in the mobile , as this number is used by my mother she does not even know to write message or read . Hence mobile is used for only calls purpose to remain in contact.
                  When to call customer care they say that this particular was activate by an IVR call made them hence no idea that why they have to call as it is used for personal use.Following they donot credit the amount that which is not even requested by us.

                      Airtel household connection — Voice disconnected when disconnecting Internet

                      I wanted to disconnect my internet connection and retain only the voice line.
                      After a series of SMS and calls from the customer care division I am infomed that the internet connection will be stopped after 10 days but during that time i cant make any outgoing calls from the landline as well !!!!

                      The reason given is that - it is our internal process

                      What process?

                      This is pure harrassment

                      Airtel doesnot want to retain customers - that is the process

                        I am a postpaid customer of Airtel India having cell connection # +91 [protected]. I had requested for activation of International Roaming by sending sms AIR to 121on 23-10-08.
                        I again called on 30-10-08 at 1753 hrs to reconfirm activation of International roaming.
                        Now at Dubai when I switched on my cell phone, I reallised that my Internationa roaming facility has not been activated and I am left with no connection.
                        This is highly irregular and given me lot of problem.
                        Can Airtel India address my complaint imediately by starting International Roaming facility

                        Airtel — sim card not getting activated in roaming

                        This is regarding,my sim ([protected] haryana no)
                        which gets deactivated when ever i come to tamilnadu
                        circle, i was in roaming for more than a week in
                        rajastan , delhi and UP but there the problem does not
                        occur, but once in Tamil nadu there is no signals,
                        this is second time the same problem is occuring, last
                        time it took 10 days for your organisation to try and
                        rectify the problem and finally they sent me a new sim
                        card through post , this time again the airtel network
                        is not getting registered in the phone.

                        Airtel service is one of the worse or rather worst, there was no respose from thier cutomer care and the i have to make calls everytime to them to remind them of the problem and tamilnadu and haryana circle each of them is passing the buck , asking to contact and blaming the other circle .its been 6 days now and still my problem is not rectified.

                        Airtel- Post paid with International Roaming — More frequently I am losing the Network connectivity.

                        I am holding a post paid airtel mobile connections for the past 6 years. I have the roaming connections. the connection was taken from Airtel coimbatore Zone. Every hour the network connectivity is lost. Because of this problem i am losing most of the Important calls and losing the huge business losses.

                        The Airtel India has a good roaming service. But whenever I travel in Gujarat, I do not get the name of the place where I reach. Instead of that, I get some advertisement of Airtel. Due to this, I am unable to check the destination in my train journey. Previously, I used to get the required information.

                        I am an airtel post paid customer from Mumbai. My number is [protected]. I asked Airtel to activate international roaming since one year and seemingly they have done it. I have travelled to Kuwait, Dubai and UK 5 TIMES in that period and everytime there is no network coverage. This time I have come to Dubai again and there is no network coverage. I have phoned up Airtel customer care umpteem times for their help and all they have said is that you have to manually select. I have tried to select both Etisalat and Du and in either cases it says cannot register.

                            I have a Post pay account with Airtel for the past year. My bill is anywhere between 600 and 900 each month .My credit limit being 900.In Oct 2008 my bill was 965Rs as i had reached my credit limit my services were barred as i had reached my credit limit .I spoke to Mr Sachin Gandhi a CSA with Airtel who told me to make a payment of approx Rs 450 which is 50% of my credit limit so that the services will be unbarred .I made a payment of Rs 700 to be on the safer side .This was before my payment due date of 15th Nov.

                            I spoke to Ms Shraddha on the 31st Oct after making the payment who said that they could not activate the services as i had to make a payment of not less than 900 Rs which was my credit limit.She told me to make a payment of Rs 200 to get my services unbolcked. As per her request i made a payment of the said amount but to my horror the CSA whom i spoke to said that though Shraddha had promised the same ( the commitment was there on my account) he could not activate the services as i had to pay 65Rs for unblocking the services.
                            A company like Airtel could not keep a promise made and that too for a mere amount of Rs 65 .This was totally ridiculous.I have been a very good customer paying my bills on time and this is what i get . False promises, Different information from different agents.
                            To make matters worse one of the agents deactivated my 121 service i could call on 121 but i could not select the option for speaking to a CSA.
                            I am surprised and shocked at such a behaviour .Hence have decided to disconnect this line this month itself and for a some other trustworthy network.

                              i tried many times to contact customer care service center but didn't able to contact them, i have activated my airtel prepaid phone by 21st july 2008 and then i tried many times to contact them but every time i was getting response through voice mail that recharge your card even i have recharged the same three times.so i feel your voice mail service giving wrong instruction so could you please help me for the same.

I had some query regarding my SIM toolkit in Airtel Live and called customer care to solve it...they said that they are not able to solve query because this is related to GPRS team and advised me to call 12143. I hv called gprs team they said this is issue regarding SIM Toolkit information which is handled by Customer Care. They have no information in this regard so...tell me to call again customer care.

                              I again called Customer Care and spoken to Mr. Satish in this regard at 11.45 Pm dated 08/02/2009 to solve the problem. He said he is unable to solve I have to call again GPRS team...and I tell him complete story...but he again force me to call GPRS team for the same.

                              Finally, I called him to note a complaint in this regard because I am really not satisfied with it. But he deny to make a complaint and again tell me to GPRs team and I again insist him to tell me the way to make a complaint but he denied and I disconnected call.

                              I want to know what kind of service airtel customer care giving to us even they cant listen complete query of the customer, they are not intersted what customer is saying to him.

                                  Sir/Madam,

                                  I am Shiva Jain(+91-[protected]) resident of A-41, Padmanabh Nagar Bhopal want to complaint for Airtel broadband customer service. The people are really very careless and I dont know how this company is getting business. I spoke to sales executive Akhil (+91-[protected]) and filled-up all the required forms and gave him Rs.400/- as initial charges, he further promised me to make the connection up within 3-4 days however no progress. I tried calling the customer care number[protected] with my form number 2204047 but they dont give any useful info. Whenever I wanted to talk to their seniors or managers to escalate the issue they dont forward the cal. I did speak to Shabnam at[protected] and Vijay at[protected] but they only commit the date to resolve the issue however the issue never resolved. Today 03/11/08 was the 4th time commited date when the issue was to get resolved but again no answer... I am fade up now and due to these irresponsible people, the name of the company is getting into soil.
                                  Please help and get the issue resolved.

                                    the network is fluctuates continuously but do not give the continuous network to us. so our talks can not be completed. so plzz give us the proper network which is not fluctuate. we can take profit of airtel network...
                                    i am using airtel network for the past 5 months.The service provider provides a low quality signal cant received good signal it received only 2 signal and cant make call, if you are going to provide such network just shut it down such a shame on you airtel

                                    Yes airtel network very bad because
                                    jio network will be support 4G in all location
                                    I will recharge my airtel number at rs 399 but ma location not support 3G/4G so I hate ur network
                                    And am back with jio that's good network
                                    I hate ur service airtel

                                      Dear sir,
                                      My name is Manohar kumar. i want GPRS-Mobile Office service on my no.[protected]
                                      so, i called Airtel 24H Customer Executive on 121.
                                      I give him the request and he said, it will happen in 24Hour. but its one month gone my request not completed yet. i called Airtel 121 again and again between the month. and till now it's not completed. i request again but that will not completed yet. what i do please help?
