I have a broadband connection of airtel in commercial use category and applied for static IP no. on dt. 11.08.2007, but till date inspite of repeated telephonic requests, no action taken by the service providers.

    I have never subscribe RT Khazana of Airtel but Airtel Deduct Rs.30/- on 3/9/2007 and in earlier month deucted Rs.30/- + Rs.30/- for same reason. Therefore I requested RT Khazana unsubscribed from my mobile forever. my mobile no. is [protected] I thankful for immediate consider above subject

      I GOT RECHARGED RC 151 FOR RS.151 WITH A TALK TIME OF Rs.300/- AT 7.19 PM ON 27/08/07 UNDER TRANSACTION ID [protected] VALID FOR 30 DAYS.         I GOT AN E-recharge DONE FOR RS.151/- UNDER RC151 SCHEME OF AIRTEL ON 27.8.07 AT 7.19 PM AND I GOT THE SMS MESSAGE ALSO ON MY CELL ACCORDINGLY UNDER TRANSACTION ID [protected] ; TALKTIME WAS ADVEFRTISED AS RS.300/- FOR 30 DAYS UNDER THE ABOVE RC151 SCHME. BUT TO MY SURPRISE TILL TO-DAY I AM NOT ABLE TO UTILISE THE FACILITY SINCE IT IS NOT MATERIALISING ON MY CELL THOUGH CHARGED. I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHETHER IT IS THEIR TECHNICAL SNAG, OR INTENTIONAL FRAUD WITH THE CUSTOMER. NONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NOS. GIVEN IN THEIR WEBSITE OF AIRTEL IS HAVING CONNECTION TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES AND EVEN TOLL FREE AIRTEL NO.         Respected Sir,
        I have received my application reference number from AXIS BANK 2 months back but i dont know why they are delaying to deliver the card i have done the call to the customer care they said with in 15 days you will get the card but the days are passing i made a call today also i am on the line for 10 minutes but nobody responding to my call --------

          i m trying for creating cug friends group since from three months.but it is still not activted.The customer service executive have no answer for that

          I am a State Bank employee and having a airtel connection provided by my bank for offical use. I got a prepaid conenction for a monthly rent of 299. Later Airtel started SBI CUG scheme and I told their representatives to get my number included in CUG they got the form but they are not replying. I want to retain my old number. I want to know from the company is it possible or should I shift to another company

          This is with reference to the above i had compained about the same on 4.06.09 comp. no.27556505. I am asking my staff repeatedly about the action been taken wherein his response is that he is continously in touch with your airtel customer care and the response they give him is that they will set right as soon as possible. This is going on for past 1 week. My business is badly affected with this. I am totally using 20 cug connected cellphones for my factory staffs. Kindly look into this and take quick action on this.

            I am using Airtel service from past three years and my number is [protected]. Two month back I got call from one of Airtel office for changing prepaid plan to post paid under some scheme. I attached all documents which was required for the same.

            It is height of irregularity of person who is in process of address verification. I am software eng and I always need to be in touch of clients. So you may understand the requirement of mobile in my life. But I am very sorry to say one person who involved in address verification process is not doing his job in right way. I have given my local address but that person could not get my local address while I get all my courier and mail at the same address (if you want I may show you all my envelops) . Even I have also given some contact numbers with my local address, But he simply reported that numbers are not working while FC road Airtel branch office’s person verified that these numbers are working properly. Due to this my address verification has been negative and my both outgoing and incoming service has been blocked. Even I have requested Saturday and Sunday is holiday in my company. But still he did address verification on another day while I have mentioned him that from Monday to Friday I used to come late from office due to official work. Even in starting three time it was decided that address verification person would come between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in any specified. But still he did not come on the specified time and i was waiting for him.

            So u may understand the irregularity of person who is involved in address verification process. Due to this customer have to seek for other company’s services. Please take the appropriate action for these irregularities. So that other customer would not face the same problem in future.

            My cell no was [protected].i am using this no from last 10 years.my monthly average bill comes around[protected].i never paid the after due date or with late fees.i have started a mail lert service from rediffmail on my cell and before opting the service i have cleared with airtel do u people charge if i opt for this service they clearly refused me that we dont charge anything for this u can check it with redffmail.after that i had a word with some executive of airtel aswell they got agreed that this is there fault.instead of feeling sorry the have barred my outgoing and incoming cause i hace paid the bill.and they have send me a bill of 17000 approx in which 12000 rs is for that airtel live which i havent used a single time from my cell.this wht and how they deal with a customer who has got very good records with them from last 10 years.anyway i am not going to leave them now i am gonna highlight this case in media with court evrywhere,so atleast they can understand how to deal with a cutomer.

              Sub- Complaint for over charging.

              Dear Sir/madam,
              I am continuously facing problems, I am Airtel consumer since long but till date
              We are not happy due to continuously problems from your end ,it seems as if your
              Company is generating revenue by cheating consumers. Kindly have a look to those problems we encountered,

              1/Ring Tone Activation – This was done without our concent. (We had paid for reactivation too)

              2/ Again Ring Tone Activation – This was done without our concent. Again (We had paid for reactivation too)

              3/ Cricket Score was activated This was done without our concent. (We had paid for reactivation too)

              NOW- We have Rs.250 Top Up Valid till 9 Nov2007.
              on our life time (As per Plan) (You are Charging)
              Airtel to Airtel – 30 Paisa PerMin- 1 Rupee/Min

              As per conversation Customer Care Swati / Neha they explained due to less out going
              Airtel is averaging account.

              Explain already when we paid for low terrif how you can over look.
              In case if you are not refunding the excess charged we shall go for consumer court and others.

              Reply within 12 hours.

              Already we had faxed the matter to [protected]. as hardcopy evidence

                I have a problem with retailer shop man he has been selling all recharge coupens in airtel...he did recharge wrongly that recharged two booster pack 69and 33 at a time.he said two booster pack is activated...but its not activated,,when I WAS GO AND ASKING HIM HE SAID PLZ U COMPLANT ON AIRTEL COMPANY ITS NOT MY MISTAKE.

                  i had recharged my phone number airtel prepaid number [protected] on 30/9/07 with an amount of rs 500/.after a little while i received a sms from airtelstating"sorry,your request cannot be processed at this time".instead of recharging it by the next day or so they returned my amount back to my bank account for which i am thankfull to Airtel.yesterday again i tried to recharge through the net for the same amount as earlier rs 500/ and i received the same sms as earlier.now,at about 14.15 hrs i treid recharging with rs 100/ and get the same sms as above.what i donot understand is that if Airtel cannot provide us the recharing facility through the net then they should stop fooling people .now i have to get back rs 600/ from them.what the hell is wrong with this organization??????????????/
                  if there is a time duration between which the recharging can be processed then please do specify .donot make a fool of the people utilising your phone.
                  hope this problem will be rectified soon and such inconveniences will not be faced by the consumers.

                  Hi,
                  Even I tried to recharge with Rs.55 and got same message, "sorry,your request cannot be processed at this time". When I asked customer service person, he simply said that my mobile is not recharged with any amount.
                  If they cannot provide this facility, they should remove this option from internet.
                  I had recharged with rs100 for the cell [protected]. I have not got any message for not being recharged with the amount. Could you please look into this. Is this facility really available, if so it should have worked with 1 hour as per the activation list.

                  i have recharged (Mobile No. [protected]) mobile internet pack with Rs. 98/-on last[protected]. i had know the validity of this pack a month (30 days). But when i disconnect with this internet service, a message is flash with my mobile with validity on[protected]. whats the matter.please adjust the validity. if it is do not possible, i challenge, i will never use your SIM. and advice to my friends circle for the same.

                  I have Airtel Pre Paid sim card mobile No. [protected], I am missing many calls due to poor net work. My mobile latest model C-7, Nokia make. My office is in the area of Sion, Mumbai and my residence is at Kamothe, Sector-20, Navi mumbai-410209. In my office as well as in my residence most of the time no network coverage, some time sing line digit, calls are disconnected while talking. What is the solution?                     My no is[protected] which had validity till Oct 04 2007.To day i have reacherge my account with rs 105(according to airtel regulation 105 voucher has 20 days validity&33 INR talk value).Insted of that i am not getting my validity and talk time. When i try to communicate with airtel executive he told me that he can not do anything,according to him my reacharge was not successful,but i got succesful meassage from airtel,not only that i have transID-[protected].

                    Bharti communication (Airtel) — wrong deduction of balance

                    i m a lifetime subscriber of airtel. My contact no is [protected]. on 13th june, i activated mobile office at about 1.a.m.but didnt get required settings immidiately.for the sake of that i called to the customer care but didnt get any proper response.All the cc executive misguided me, they gave me a lot of wrong suggestion.In the meanwhile i got a messege that ur 90 days subscription for hello tune has been updated.Following the previous message i got another message that ur hello tune has been deactivated nd i got shocked when i come to know that they have wrongly deducted 55 rs from my account.I registered a complaint in this regard nd complaint no was[protected] nd still i m waiting for thr justice.

                      and i am not going to pay the money for the Period July 7th 2007 to August 29th 2007 also.

                      I didn't understand on why it was discontinued from Aug 29th 2007 when i requested for it on June 30th 2007.

                      Please refund that money also...

                      Hi,

                      I am very thank full for providing the Nice service , other than
                      activating the roaming service i had never faced any problem withthe
                      service once again thanks for that.

                      Currently i am in Norwich(UK) from June 10 and i thought of cancelling
                      it after coming here on 11th but i forgot to do so,

                      After i saw this months bill only i came to know that i forgot to
                      disconnect the connection it's already late alost (20 days Over) so Please

                      And i want to ask one more thing after i come back to india can i get

                        Security amount not refunded

                        My self a running a PCO in Sector-58 Noida from 2005. In the
                        year 2007 for the month of March-April Services of Airtel closed by airtel without any reason. Sundry times I meet
                        your staff who is sitting in noida sec-57. They told me within four hrs our services starts , otherwise you will get Rs.100/- per days compentition. After 15 days spent neither given me services nor any respose.

                        not activating the offer which has been recharged through flexi

                        I have recharged rs24 for the night pack offer to reduce the std call rate to 99ps from 2.65 but it did not get activated hence i had to suffer a lot of money. so i am not interested in continuing the airtel network connection and i also advice not to take any airtel prepaid connection....

                        Extremely poor service

                        Hello,

                        I'm writing this complain for my number[protected]. This no. is not working for 5 days now & there has been no update from Customer service. I have called customer service atleast 15 times as of now...When they are not able to help, these guyz keep transferring to one another and after atleast a call of 1 hour with them, when you call them the next day, to check the update. They would not even have the refernce...

                        Cancellation of caller tune

                        Airtel live-portfolio manager failure

                        I installed the portfollio manager on august2007. it was worked satisfactory up to 25days, with supscription of Rs.99/- same as another Rs.99/- dedected my A/C on september 2007 without my knowledge,after dedect the amount gentlly send sms message to me on 18.9.07 .anyway now the portfollio manager not working-but run with out data's and sensex/nifty scrolling is displayed fetching data.... what can i do. many times contact your customer...

                        sms of cricket scores by airtel

                        sir/madam
                        inspite of giving assurance from customer care executives of AIRTEL customer service i.e. 121 , i m still getting CRICKET SCORES on my mobile . i can show my complaint number also which is not with me right now ... everytime AIRTEL executives assures me that "the service will stop in 24 hrs" and this they are telling my since last 10 - 12 days. although i have sent one sms also on 52206 but it is invain. kindly...
