I hav ordered fastag through airtel payment bank on 9dec 2019 bt after 2 month i didnt recv. So many times i hav complaint in airtel wecare by mail, they dont bother abt my complain
This is very frustating. I am facing problem in toll plaza
My frends ordered fastag others site like paytm n they recvd within 7 days

Not trust anymore on airtel app

    Internet is mostly not there, no or extremely slow connection and doesn't even reach across the room. Even to check speed internet browser not working, taking time to load for more than 7 mins!!!. It stays like this almost all through the day, and only gets better later in the night after 12 am. So far 2 complaints have been filed with airtel in the last few months, and still this problem keeps on happening.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I'm planning to change sim because of network very bad
    After sending PORT message on 1900, I am unable to receive UPC code Even after so many trials.

    Same thing has been discussed with customer care executive & mailed but unable to get response.

      I have lodged complaint many times regarding the non refund amount o[censored]nsuccessful recharge for Rs.510/- on 31.10.2019 to AIRTEL for Mob .No.[protected]. Kindly do the needful or otherwise the same will be submitted as grievance in consumer court please. I have enclosed the online receipt of the above issue. There is no response from the consumer support side. they have closed my online complaint without attending. kindly do the needful and make arrangement to refund my amount please

        This is in regards with the unprofessional personnel of airtel in bhopal, gulmohar colony area.

        I had raised a complaint regarding frequent drop of the broadband connection which hinders the work process at our office. Once they claimed to have fixed the issue, i asked them to monitor it for a few days just so we are both sure that the problem is resolved. Mr dashrath who sits at the complaint desk most likely at the bhopal office calls from[protected] and [protected] keeps asking for the happy code which is supposed to be given when the problem is resolved. I told him to monitor the connection for a bit then i will gladly share the code but he kept arguing that he sent the engineer and has rectified the problem, etc. I still wanted them to monitor the connection because of the past experience i have had with them fixing the issue which is never really fixed and i was right because the very next day it dropped, only once during the day but it still did drop. They sent their engineer to our office to close the complaint who was informed that the connection dropped today and we want to wait another 2 days to monitor the complaint. Instead of trying to figure out why the connection dropped he was insisted on closing the complaint. After two days the connection was still dropping at least once so we told them but again mr dashrath kept calling to close the complaint and when informed that the connection dropped at 1 pm, he told us that you must have started the broadband then to which we told him that you are not interested in fixing the issue and are blaming us that we are giving you incorrect information, he said i will send somebody to check the connection. But instead of fixing the issue, he cut our connection intentionally and is now giving us excuses that the engineer is coming. It has been over 20 hours and there is no sight of them.

        When the connection was down for over 15 hours i had called the 121 to escalate the issue and they said it will be fixed in 2 hours, a senior engineer will give you a call but nothing happened. So, i decided to call the engineer who was talking gibberish that i spoke to them i will tell them to start it by 3-4pm but close the complaint then because when its 4 days old it goes to cable issue which makes it clear that this whole fiasco is an intentional attempt to harass us.

        Request you take appropriate action against the staff here at bhopal and as per the telecom laws in india i will not pay for the time my connection was not working, if i don't get an appropriate response and the connection is not in perfect working condition i will be forced to take further action.

        I applied for the fastag from airtel banks like 15-16 days ago, it shows that fastag card is been shipped and will be delivered by 6th january but i haven't received it.

          My sim is blocked for no reason and my phone number has validity and money to make a call. And someone has bought my sim number? I really don't understand how airtel can give my sim number to someone else while i am using it, i was unable to contact my old friends and i was unable to access my email and other login due to 2-step verification and i have been using this number more than 3 years. Really worst service from airtel.

            Hello..Airtel digital tv.has many problems..They are not providing us channels as per TRAI guidelines..They are not providing facility of adding & cancelling channels as our wish at any time..They provide us adding channels at any time, but does not provide cancelling options..Even their customer care numbers are fake..When we call to that number it says that this no. is not valid or most of the times, its busy..Even if they receive, they will say us to enter airtel digital tv customer Id or mobile no.but, then say you have entered wrong number & you have reached your limits.
            One of the biggest Indian telecom companies i.e.Airtel..is doing like this..
            When we recharge every time with perfect amount, still they cut days of connection..If we recharge for 1 month, it will only come for 20 days..Even we cannot ask for that because they do not have valid number to call. Please help us..We are from Karnataka..I don't want to mention my name & exact place..Please give them punishments & resolve issue..& give us compensation.
            This is not only my problem..It is the problem of all airtel customers..

            I saw an advertisement regarding home based job in newspaper. As soon as I contacted they asked me for registration fees of rs 2150.               I'm using sorrel postpaid since from 5 to 6 moths... And I'm not using my data and it has been rolled out for months and it is of 22gb as per January month. But all of a sudden it all vanished without any notifications...when I'm calling to customer care they are not responding properly all they keep on saying that I have used all my data in one day... How can I use my 22gb in one night without turning on mobile data... When I'm calling they customer care number... Their automatic voice it self telling that I have 27.5gb unused data and it is giving options to convert my data to rewards... If I used my data so y it is keeps on telling the same... When I ask them the same question there is no proper answer...i have never missed paying any bill... I want my data back

                I have recharged my mobile number from my account for 10, 500 on 3rd february 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference. But amount not recharged on my mobile number
                . Please update my amount on my mobile number.
                I loaded 10, 500 today on this number. Your system showed i had done so. But then activated monthly bundles of 300 minutes at 10, 500. But your system now indicates that i dont have any airtime as if i didnot load that money. I feel cheated. Really cheated. It is not the first time. But this time i feel it is going too far. Please sort this out

                    Dear sir,
                    I recently called your 198 helpline to request for cancellation of my recharge done through paytm 399/-. But to my surprise even call it as shock that your operator didn't speaked approprately and misbehaved and didnot give any information. Name of your operater is ragnish snd he did not gave any operator number also so that i could track him. I did not expect this kind of a service from airtel. Even if the recharge is not reversable but atleast operator must have some manners how to talk to a customer. Please i want an appologe from his side on personal level otherwise would like to terminate his job so that airtel customers can get faith on airtel.

                      We have lost our mobile number and wanted to block the SIM card .
                      Tried to connect Airtel customer care number 121 & 198.

                      Both number gives recorded message mentioning press 1, 2 etc . continuously and never accepts our input and comes out after some time that our number of tries over .
                      We tried for an hour from other mobile number . Very bad service from Airtel that is the reason everyone pulling out of Airtel.
                      Hope the Airtel management wakes up and provide good Customer care number in case of emergency

                          I have ported my airtel postpaid number to prepaid on the assurance of their customer care representative that it will be seamless and to enable prepaid services i just need to do a first time recharge of 298 rupees. Once the call disconnected i got the message that my sim is converted to prepaid but when i tried recharging the sim it has failed 3 times. The money is being deducted but the services are not getting activated.

                            Dear Concerned Authorities,

                            1. This is with regards to Bill No BM2027I01074754 generated against my name (Mr Tawish) for the billing period from 05/12/2019 to 04/01/2020.

                            2. It is intimated that I, as a postpaid user, had registered to infinity_249_30gb_corp_plan offered by Airtel and had been paying by bills in time, as per my capacity.

                            3. As I am serving in Army, I get deployed at remote locations wherein accessing the data/mobile services becomes an issue. Nonetheless, I have always tried to maintain a good rapport with Airtel till date, but I'm afraid the cheap tactics by Airtel have disappointed me big time and have left me disgruntled.

                            4. It is brought to your notice that on 15 Dec 2019, as per my bill I have been levied with a 'One Time Charge' for international roaming daily limit pack worth Rs 649. Upon asking the customer care for the reason, I was blatantly told that I had visited Nepal on that date, which is a baseless allegation. I was stationed at Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand which is almost several kilometres within the international boundary. I am surprised of how my network could latch on to such a distant Airtel network of Nepal.

                            5. When I enquired about the same, asking why I was not sent a text msg, it was told that I was sent a text message which said that Airtel Nepal welcomes me, which again is a False Statement, as I have not received any such message on 15 Dec 2019.

                            6. I have been trying to reach to Airtel, but the customer care and relationship managers, etc have not been able to address my query. As the due date for the bill payment has already elapsed, I would request you to waive off the unjust amount of Rs 649, so that I can pay the actual due amount in time.

                            7. Also, it is requested that, as I had raised the concern before the due date, the Late Fee levied also be deducted from the total billing amount.

                                You pay 400+ every month for a decent internet data and all you get is a # 1g speed internet with lag and disconnections, that's how worth it the connection is. You're better off with literally any other mobile service provider but don't get airtel. [censored]ies internet provider in rajasthan, kota.

                                Don't even think of getting it, they even removed the customer support so they don't have to do much work and cause inconvenience for the customers.

                                      I have ported my number on 25th jan 2020 to postpaid to prepaid, after all the process has been done they told me to do frc recharge. For frc recharge i told them and frc recharge has been failing for a few times. They told me to wait for 1 day and then recharge with the retailer. I tried to recharge my number from a retailer as well for the last 7 days but not able to do the first recharge. I contacted customer care to register complained they have registered the complained but without resolving the problem they close the tickets. I complained the second time but still the same case. Now i complained the third time sill they are telling me to wait for a few days. Now i am not getting my incoming calls also.
