On reaching out to airtel i was told that these are special numbers and i am liable to be charged inspite of having a unlimited calling plan.

I live in ishmailpur, haryana. There are around 30 users of airtel near my house but everyone faces same problem of network issue (Voice and data) both.

After trai regulation, dth networks are expected to charge per channel rates. But airtel has fixed packages only and doesn't allow for individual channel selection.
