Hello team,

There is no network in my area, pin code 263132, bhowali, uttarakhand.

My dongle number is[protected] and i have raised several complaints on the same.
I have reached out to customer care executive and they mentioned the same. Nobody has helped me through out my complaint course. We are facing several issues since more than a week

If issue is not resolved soon we shall disconnect completely from the network services.

Please address at the quickest else i shall use social media for further assistance.

I want to port my sim but i can't able to get and port id after repeating the procedure.Every time its shows msg is not send although on the other side i have working plan where i can send messages to others but in particula port case it doesn't send message to get the port id.

    When i call some one then my name is not written in that instead o[censored]nknown number the another name is written on that place.
    I am facing this problem from last 5 days
    Please solve my problem otherwise i will be forced to break my sim card and i will complaint against your sim.
    And upload reviews on you tube about that problem
    Please solve my problem as fast as you can.

      I had raised a request with airtel in the month of march 2019 to add 2 airtel numbers to my other airtel number for availing family plan which was provided on my number [protected](Which is the parent number). The numbers that was requested to be added as child numbers were [protected] (Added on the same day) and [protected] (Till now there is an technical issue at the end of Airtel and still not added). I have made a lot of efforts and have raised the issue by call the customer care and by visiting their store on the Bannerghatta Road, diagonally opposite Jayadeva Hospital. Each time I have made a call or visit I was told that it will be taken on priority and will be escalated and will be added in 24/48 hours which never happened. When the bill was separately generated to my number [protected], I made a call to them and asked for a waiver of bill as I was at no fault and my request was pending at their end due to their technical problems. They acknowledged the same and the waiver was processed. But the primary issue of adding the number as child number remained not serviced. I again started calling them to take an update on the issue and everyone whom I spoke to had a same solution that they will take it on priority and get it added in 24/48 hours.
      On 23rd May I had called the customer care and asked to escalate it to the floor supervisor the executive made me hold the call for few minutes and came back to say that the floor supervisor was not available at his seat and the call back will be arranged by the supervisor within 12 hours which has not happened till date.

      Again the bill got generated in the month of may in spite of their problem that they had still not added my number as the child number to the parent number of my choice. I walked again to the store on 27th may, 2019 where I was advised to call the customer care for the bill waiver related issue. I made a call to them and requested the same for which the executive clearly said the request has been raised for the same and you need not pay the bill. And the store executive recommended to pay Rs. 100 as she needs to change the bill plan and then the number can be added as the child number which is the solution that came after a lot of try. I obliged for the same and right in front of them made the payment. After the payment they said that they will now be able to do that and told be that this will be solved and the number will be added in 24 hours which again has not happened till date.

      June bill got generated and today when I can them I get a reply saying that on the 27th May when I called them it seems the request was raised for consolidation which I do not understand and there is no note made by that executive who said that the waiver is processed and I need not make the payment. How will I know what note is he making at his end. I just trust the words that he said to me as He is the voice of "AIRTEL" They say that the call will be recorded for their quality and training purpose which they can verify. Now today The supervisor who was on call with me said the above story and said that she will do a call validation and get back to me on that and also said that since the request that i made on 27th of may was not passed on she will now process for the waiver for the bill that got generated in the month of may which according to me had already happened on 27th may and since then I am not in contact with them, the june month bill will not be waived and I will have to make the payment.

      When I ask her the status of the primary problem of adding the number as child number she showed her smartness for once in the whole conversation that it cannot be done because their is a outstanding on that number. Is airtel trying to play with customers by misleading and by giving false promises. Why should one pay or why should even airtel raise the bill where they are at fault and expect us to fight with them and call them for a waiver every time the bill gets generated. This has created unnecessary stress on myself and in a way leading to health issues because of the pressure that I am undergoing. Stress and pressure is due to the false promises that the executives of airtel has made and Airtel itself making money by fooling us to make us run to avail the offer that they had extended to me and not servicing it. I need your help/assistance on this and they need to compensate for the mental trauma and damages that are caused.

        It's been 1 month only since I took the services from Airtel DTH and 3 times I had to logged complaint against the poor signal. Everyone I logged the complaint, the technician comes promises that that issue will not occur any more but after 2-3 days similar problem starts again.
        I have called airtel DTH customer care and they have very simple excuse which is "sorry for the inconveniences sir, we are logging your complaint pandit will be resolved in 48 hours"
        They will not provide you any of their senior number if you want to esclate the complaint further.
        Today I am writing because I am fully frustrated with executive name Monika, she refused to tell employee id when I aaked as she was refusing to provide any senior's number because I was not happy with her response.
        Today I logged the complaint regarding the poor signal, technician visited my location did something and it was clearly showing in his device that signal was not proper somehow he managed to get some acceptable signal I asked him tha signal still looks poor but he said it comes like this only.
        After 1 hour I realized that again same issue occurring and immediately I called customer care to send back the technician to fix the issue but Mis Monika said it is going to take another max 48 hours to resolve the issue. I insisted her to send the technician today only but she refused, I asked the reason for sending the technician today only but he explained nothing and disconnected the call after some conversations.
        My simple question is:
        * Why I have to suffer because of your poor connection
        * If you can't fix, please refund my money and take your set top box back
        * Why I am being charged when I am not able to avail the services
        *What about the mental harassment from which I am passing thru now by talking such customer care agents

        Request you to support as these broadcasters just cheating consumers and provide nothing on services except the mental harrasment.

          I lodged a complaint that my setup box not working. Within a day, a technician visited my place and said that setup box has to be replaced. He said it may take 2 to 3 days and i have to pay Rs. 850 for the new box. I agreed and he left. From that day, to till date, almost 10 days, no response from him or from airtel side. The technician doesn't pick calls and airtel customer care promises that the issue vl be resolved within a day. I am tired of this. No replacement has reached home till date and technicians do not respond. Please look into the matter urgently.

            Respected Sir,
            I would like to rise a complaint on non refund of failed recharge transactions through My Airtel app.
            I used the app to recharge my airtel account number [protected] with my debit card but the transaction was unsuccessful owing to the "Technical error" message shown by the app.
            However the amount was debited from my bank account for the same transactions.
            Details are as below.
            1. 24/06/2019 - Rs.98 - OTHPG862114 PAY*WWW AIRTEL in GURGAON

              Hi, there is an auto debit by Airtel PGSI of Rs 411.28 on today i.e. June 25, 2019.

              I have not given any authentication and have not taken any services. I need to know for what it is debited and need a full refund for the amount

                    Mater in 2019.
                    i had a landline connection by airtel which after great difficulty i managed to get hold of them on customer care and cancelled it as i was due to leave the country . i even recieved a cancellation confirmation call . i cancelled the connection on 20th april 2019 and yet im still recieving bills for it .

                    amusing part is that i recieved a bill that is different than my actual plan. they reduced it to a base plan and are generating bills without usage every month.
                    im currently in the united arab emirates.

                      [protected] i was making online payment for air tel dis tv recharge and on completion i received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successful. Today i received msg from air tel dis tv saying that they have not received any payment. On scrutiny, it came to understand that the payment had gone to naukriaim info tech pvt. Ltd. Of a transaction of rs, 200/- vide reference no. Igafffipa0. I regularly used pay from air tel dis t the site and yesterday also i opened same site and started making payment. How come the payment went to your account i don't know. I hereby request you to revert back the payment to my bank (Sbi). The said payment is wrongly credited to your account, which you please revert.

                        I am staying in hyderabad (101, lakeview shravika apartment, padmasree gardens gowlidoddy). There is a network issue specific to my flat. My neighbor 104 is getting full signal after he complain the airtel team. I am requesting and calling airtel team every weak on 198 to address my issue. But till now no action has been taken care by them. I am holding this sim from last 12 years hence i requested them to please consider my case on priority. But from last six months no action has been taken from them.in my area they are promoting 4g with there banners, but i have not even getting a signal to make a call itself. Request airtel to please get this problem fix.

                          This is anshio my mobile number is [protected].
                          From 2017 onward in our area network problem is their we compliant through customer care lot of times around more than 50 times still (Call drop issue, network total shutdown, internet problem, 4g is getting but speed is 3.16kb/s per second. I[censored] check my previous data balance balance u can know my issue.
                          My actual plan is 349/-
                          Regarding the network issue 2018 from customer care they activate rental discount rs 100/- so my bill was 290/- below. But now the rental plan was expired. Thing is that still i am facing the same network issue but my bill was came last month onwards 413/-you can check my previous history. Without resolving the network issue i cannot pay the amount 413/-so kindly resolve my network issue. Up to that reduce my bill payment... Once network issue is ok a i will pay the exact amount. When i ask to the customer person they are informing we are taking the feed back to the back end team they will only decide like that they are informing. So kindly reduce my bill amount and resolve the problem problem as soon as possible... Around three years i am facing the same issue still not resolved...
                          And regrading this issue customer person's are not responding properly. Many times they are disconnecting the calls... So pls kindly take action against them too...

                          they are forced to pay the Bill
                          I have problem with Airtel service. Coverage is not good in my area and 4G connection poor quality.
                          I am not able to receive call as well as unable to make call since 2 days . Currently I was in roaming . And all my friends Airtel services is running . Please respond my problem as soon as possible.
                          I have ported my Tata Docomo number to airtel. for actvating the new sim the call is not getting connected to 59059. The call automatically gets disconnected. Please tell me, how do I start my new sim. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
                          I have ported my number from jio to airtel. Now after inserting the new AIRTEL sim i tried calling 59059 but the call disconnects as soon as i try calling the number. Also, the network is really poor in my area. How do i RESOLVE THIS? Please help.

                            I got flash banner on my "airtel android app", that is about "50% cash back upto rs 75 on first recharge".

                            So i have created account on airtel money and i also confirmed with the customer care member, "they also said, offer is available for you. Offer is 50% cash back upto rs 75 on first recharge".

                            After that i have recharged my number (Recharge of rs 558) using airtel money but cash back not received. I have asked with the customer care member, now they said "i am not eligible to the offer because of i have created the new account using airtel android application, offer is only for who registered using airtel website". And he also said harshly no cash back and try to take action on who give wrong "cash back" information.

                            I am very upset by the customer care. They are doing fraud in cash back.

                            If register using android application is not have offer means then why they showed the ad on application.
                            I have spoke about the offer with the customer care, why she not give the correct details, how she forget?

                            By this they are doing the clear fraud on cash back.

                            Now my request is i don't need action on the customer care member, i need cash back only as they said.

                              I'm using airtel network and using 4g. The 4g speed is less than 1mbps and telephone company claims themselves as fastest speed over television. Moreover making indians fool about speed. I could talk to my parents over video calling as the speed is pretty low. I would request you to take necessary actions against telephone firms and stop them making indians fool.
                              These are the few things which most of indians feels good about when they go abroad and laws abroad are pretty strong which makes customer secure. That's the reason indians are moving out of india. Please actions against telephone network.

                                  Recently i visited to bhutan and i intentionally did not opt for international roaming, which i did couple of months ago while traveling to usa, as i was planning to use hotel provided wifi and local sim. But after coming back i have been slapped with a huge bill having international roaming data charges.
                                  They never called for taking my explicit permission before enabling international roaming.

                                  After having multiple customer support calls, nobody is willing to understand my predicament. It is like as if I walked into an airtel store then they can charge me for breathing their air. Their single argument is they have SMS'd and emailed me about this and I should have disabled international roaming if I didn't want it. When I purchased my postpaid connection, international roaming wasn't there and they simply can not enable this on their behest and by sending an SMS they can't wash their hands of any further responsibility.

                                    I have recharged my above mobile for rs.399/- on 18.06.2019 through online. The amount has been deducted and a message reccd. Intimating txn. Id no.[protected], but my mobile not recharged.

                                    2. I have visited airtel, malviya nagar, bhopal office personally on 21.06.2019 and lodged my complaint to airtel customer-care person (Mr. Faizal). I am very disappointed till today i. E. 24.06.19 neither any action initiated nor co. Has a curtsy to inform me my grievances.

                                    3. It is very disappointing after 6 days neither amount refunded nor mobile recharged. Pl. Look into the matter and my complaint resolved at the earliest.

                                      I have done a recharge transaction on 22 june from paytm sbi account but after the transaction is successful the airtel is showing that they have not recieved any amount. As my recharge service for airtel was over and the payment was still not done i tried with different transaction method. Then the recharge was successfully done. But the previous amount was neither credited nor refunded back into my account.

                                        I am unable to use volte volte services on my Airtel number even though I am using latest 4G SIM.
                                        I went to Airtel store and he replaced me with new Airtel SIM but of now use.
                                        Finally the store keeper said that volte is not possible to my Airtel number it is only for selected numbers and volte is possible not for all.
                                        I called customer care many times but of no use.
                                        No one are able to solve my problem both customer care and Airtel store keeper.

                                        Conclusion: Finally I decided to leave Airtel and go for Jio Network via MNP
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
