We are getting poor service from airtel in our office from the installation of our broadband connection, we couldn’t use internet connection even a single full day we put the complaint several times but we getting only mail response from airtel and till this time the issue is not solved we hope your help on this

    To above mob I sent Rs 399/-on15.6.19at 5.29 pm through Paytm.It was accepted by you and message was sent.TO check the balance your company sent message stating thatafter deducting broker commission etc. the balance is Rs212.67.I wonder how you calculate this and inform the cu stomer incorrect balance.Pl check and setright the balance and inform me. as you informing I add one more complaint that your company does not respond the customer when I many times tried to contact your customer care center. This irritates me to lodge this . if you don't take action I will send email to you within 7 days.

      Hello,
      This is Puru krishna gupta from Naraingarh, distt ambala ( HR ) region.
      From past 4-5 days, i am experiencing poor internet speed as airtel subscriber.
      For ur knowledge, my device is redmi note 5 pro ( 4G ) and i have airtel sim on 4G network.
      Though the sim network strength is good but speed is in KBs regardless of time ( morning, evening or night).
      I have tried switching my sim from slot 1 to 2 but has no effect.
      The claim " fastest 4G " doesn't hold.
      Kindly do needful in order to provide best for customer .

        To the above mob I remitted a sum of Rs 399/-on 15.6.20`19 by Paytm at 8.29pm to get recharge for 84 days.It was accepted and message was sent .But onasking the balance it was informed that Rs 212.67 via sms.There is NO system to contact your customercare and there is no response over mobile. Will you pl checkup and inform me how the incorrect balance was repeatedly sent over messages
        PL provide numbers of customer care to talk over phone in future on such complaints.

          For my new Airtel SIM (Ph: [protected]), I went ahead with online recharge of Rs 249. When first time the Airtel gave a message "Sorry! Recharge was unsuccessful", I went ahead and re-did the transaction. It gave a failure message again. I now see from my ICICI bank account that Rs 249 has been debited twice.

          I am thoroughly disappointed with Airtel service. I am requesting Airtel to refund me the second time amount and recharge my cell with Rs.249 package.

              i m suhas pratapwar my airtel postpaid mob. No.[protected] has no network from last week, after paid my outstanding i tried to restart my mobile, but no network in my sim card, when i visit to nanded postpaid centre, that time the oprator lady had arrogently said about no service will give from them & told to go another shopee like prepaid dealer, very shame to say you how they ineract to custemer like this.From last week i facing too much problems because of sim network, if you will not giving me network on my sim, then i will go to consumer forum & will claim all my losses .

                    I was taken the minimum plan of Rs 499 plus taxes, but this month i have got the bill of Rs 824 then I have called Airtel customer care at 121. Customer care person told me that I have changed the plan from Rs 499 to Rs 699. then i have asked them to get the proof when i have called and confirmed and from which number i have called? No answer for this questions from them. Finally I have decided to disconnect the broadband without paying the bill and I have asked for the process to disconnection. call was kept on hold for 20 mins and finally it got disconnected from their end. I had to call 3 times on the same day continuously because every call is disconnected by the customer care person without any resolution. I had to explain same issues every time and I fed up and wanted to talk to senior manager, this guy also disconnected the call without any resolution.

                      This Issue Started in January 2019 when the Airtel DTH Staff came to my home to setup the setup box and dish. They carelessly happened to install someone else's Setup box and left.

                      My Parents who are both 60 + did not know the details. So In a month or two, the issue started to arise. My Elder brother(who stays in delhi) did the recharges but then it did not go into the desired customer id since The staff had setup someone elses account. Later on I came back to India and on investigating i realised that that there was a misconnect between the accounts being recharged and the account which was installed.

                      Clearly the account that is here at home does not belong to anyone in my family but to random different customer. I raised this issue multiple times during the month of April. One Customer agent on the call assured me that the money which went to the other customer id would be available on the current tv account so as to ensure that tv service was not disrupted.(THAT NEVER HAPPENED THOUGH). Anyways, another DTH staff came home to check and confirmed that the staff who came for installation had made a mistake.

                      Now since the DTH staff did not know what to do, he called his senior Revathi ([protected]) and handed over the phone to me I talked to this lady and she said that they will make necessary arrangements to change the account details and make this process seamless. I also talked to another person name Vinod Gopalakrishnan([protected]) who said that it was very unfortunate and they would help to sort this mess out.

                      However, After 2 months, No one has followed up on the assurances and I have decided not to use this pathetic service untill things are resolved.
                      I am deliberately pointing out the names here of the people who talked to me on behalf on Airtel.

                      Consumer grievances handling is a very serious job and having employees/Customer service who do not give a rats ass to the consumers concerns are not really needed in this fast pacing world which emphasizes on Exceptional Client Service which i feel is not clearly Airtels forte.

                        Hi I am airtel customer for last 5 years, Earlier I used to get this "A$-TFAROT " pop-up messages some time with sms charges as 0.0, But Few days before when I recharged my airtel with main balance and an unlimited (call + sms+ data) plan, Then regularly from last 7-8 days I am getting this message with service charge of 5 rupees each day. When I called airtel customer care, they said disable your iMessage ( for iPhone users) to stop this...

                        This is really sad i am complaining about airtel which is so far the best service provider to me. I am getting calls from other service providers to port my number and i literally scold them and now i am really feeling sad about how airtel is not
                        bother about their customers issues.

                        I bought an iphone 7 plus from airtel with the insurrance airtel secure. My phone got damaged when i was riding my bike and due to broken road my phone slipped out from my pocket and a bus coming from back driven over to my phone its an accidental damage which is covered by airtelsecure and now after submiting all the documents they denied the insurance by saying due to improper handling and a represntative told me that there was no external force applied on the phone and when i said that bus for me is an external force which causes the damage or in case of my phone drop that broken road is thw reason why my phone came out of my pocket.

                        Please help

                          My Airtel number stopped working. I called customer care and they asked me to visit the nearest center. I went to the nearest center and they gave me a new sim and said that the sim will get activated in 4 hours. But it didn't get activated. I called customer care 5 times and the way they talked to me was disappointing and clueless. They said the sim was activated 24 hours ago which can't be the case as I got my sim 12 hours ago. I asked them to give the time of activation and they didn't give it. They asked me to again visit the store which is quite far from where I stay. Disappointing and useless customer service.                           Customer care representatives were very rude and I want a strict action to be taken against them...the names were akanksha, Uma (supervisor) and 2 more people. Please check the data log you will get the names of all the members...I want this to be done asap or else I will escalate it to the higher Management.

                            Yesterday i received the message from airtel that i port request is approved and by 10 pm my number will be ported.

                            But at 10 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

                            Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. as now my both sim are not working.

                            If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also, they even said i[censored] wish u can port your number to another network.

                            Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim

                              I lost my no. Before 6, 7 months, went to store that time They said you have to take post paid after 3 months u can change to prepaid.
                              And since 4 months I visited Airtel stores and called also.
                              Worst experience I used to pay 500 approximately every month no use still after that.
                              Since 2 months no. Facility closed after one month bill 492. Rs and bill everymonth generating.
                              Why I am fool if I am not using and not using net bcoz you closed services
                              Why I should pay 3 months bill.
                              Will not pay surely
                              And close my account I am going to port my sim.

                              Its been since 6-7 months that I ported my sim from vodafone to airtel. There is no networks inside my home even when I am living on second floor. House no 510, 2nd floor. Rishi nagar rani bagh. 110034.
                              I hope your company will resolve this as soon as possible.
                              I am using unlimited plan with 100 SMS per day.. But I was unable to send messages.. I was getting message sending failed..

                                I had got an airtel internet connection in Chennai for 6 months. Before this connection term got over, I shifted from Chennai to Puttaparthi and later Penukonda (in Andhra pradesh), I could not shift my airtel internet connection to a new location as airtel did not have service there. When the airtel executive had called me for renewal, I had told them that I want to cancel the connection. They still Renewed my connection and are now charging rs6000 despite zero usage.

                                    Installed the Airtel app and loaded amount in the wallet, when I am trying to recharge through wallet it's asking for mpin, when I click on forgot it's asking registration details, which i was forgot, why can't they send OTP to registered mobile? I was called to 400 number and they provided a number to reach near Airtel care and they haven't lift my call, it's very disgusting, requesting for the help.

                                      I have installed Airtel DTH on saturday.First 5 to 6 hrs everything is fine.AFter that we received no signal error.I have called the people who installed the DTH.But there is no response from their side.Please provide the solution ASAP.

                                      Hey, my airtel moble network isn't working. It say 'emergency calls only'. I have restarted my phone several times and also opened the sim slot and put it back. What should I do? The network went down today in the morning.
                                      I opted for airtel broadband connection. Till payment happen they are literally behind me .

                                      After that its has been 10 days no contact nothing.

                                      If I contact the person also no reply.

                                      So planning to cancel my order . I need refund of my money.

                                      Because of this I met huge loss in my business.

                                      We paid a bill amount of 4598 for the activation of broad band services, but the installation guy and the sales guy are just playing games without installing the broadband.
                                      My Airtel sim network stopped suddenly yesterday night. I have rebooted my mobile for so many times but of no use.
                                      Airtel Digital TV continuously throws Error Code 6 for past 10 days
