    I write below mail to Airtel customer care mail id and launch a customer complaint on 121

    I own a plan of 299 that includes a data benefit of 20GB per month as per the plan and I am using this plan from last more than a month and the total data provided by Airtel to me is only 15GB approx which is supposed to be 30GB approx as per the plan.

    I have already complaint to 121 on 02.06.2019 but still not received any resolution, Yesterday also I called your not able to search my complaint, kindly look into matter on priority else I have to switch to other operator, if you provide me such downgraded services and also go in the consumer court for fake promises with the customer.

      This is my review comment on Airtel.

      Airtel is a big fraud, bad, junk, faltu, zero company. I have been using airtel number more then 365 days +.initially taken the number prepaid & then converted to postpaid. I have been raising the complain for network issue from the starting to till now but those people unable to solve it. as they are non technical junk fellows. don't understand the problem just as a train taking like ###. only for this network issue in my bucket till now 250gb data pending.

      when i asked it is not possible for you to solve my case please bucket data convert to cash and return me bc's as per your commitment you have not severed me properly in my taken plan. Raised a lot and lot complain but they have been closed all the ticket without consult with customer. they are doing monopoly and junk management. really faltu company junk service junk knowledge people. they really don't know which company they are working??? what they can do what they can't do??? they don't know what is the potential of them :) what competency they have :)

      They are not replying the mail intentionally...and call back you intentionally...disconnect service intentionally without confirm from customer...they are talking customer as a time pass...ANY TIME CALL ON hold...taking 1 hr just like ### work...really they are not doing anything they are time pass mind...with time passing customer...

      when you are taking with cc after that also they are not raising the ticket...completely monopoly fraud always telling lie with customer...really junk people with junk organization...

      junk people with junk process with junk management...

      they are not giving any chance to customer that he can do the MNP to some others...just like a gunda or daku company company...

      NOTE : simple fundamental thing they don't know taking money from customer, but customer is compromising service from airtel. 1 year i have been compromising so that's why now my pending data is 250gb. this data is present in airtel tank in my name. due to network issue i am unable to use...junk people they don't understand the scenario also...murkha people...

      they don't understand anything no technology what is 2g, 3g, 4g, volte nothing...just time pass with customer...talking like a sales & marketing...value less people ...CUSTOMER CARE & supervisor & their supervisor also...all are junk vertical with junk knowledge...applet also junk...

        Hi Team, My name is mahesh from sion mumbai i am here to share my disappointment with airtel store from sion i have 2 postpaid connection the primary and a add on number i own this number from the last 40 days i have also cleared my bill amount for last month i am visiting the airtel store for the 4th time today to deactivate my number as i am going out of INDIA for a year a guy named ejas from sion store was helping me in this issue so now after my 4th visit to the store now he wants me to go to mahim store to cancel the number as I have buyed the number from mahim ... I am very much disappointed about the service from the sion store the agents are very rude I want to ESCALATE this ...

          I wish to bring your notice that there is lot of wires are going from the front of my Home and the same belongs to Airtel . The wires looks so ugly.The wires re causing a lot inconvenience to me. So you are requested to remove or shift it within 2 days after that we will not responsible for that.

            I Requested for Airtel DTH Connection for my Residence through Online on 18th may 2019.
            After half an Hour I Received a Call From Airtel customer care asking about my exact requirement, as said Marathi + Hindi Mix Channels.
            so he suggested a Pack Name - "MAHARASHTRA VALUE LITE PACK HD" for Rs. 360/Month.
            He Clearly Mentioned me HD Channels And Some SD Channels in this Pack.
            He then told me I have to Pay Rs.1860/- For the "HD Setup Box" (Including Standard Installation and 1st Month free recharge)
            And I Clearly Instructed him that the installation must be happened at same day tothis he replied YES .
            Still after 2 days the guy came when I was Out of Station my little brother was at home, that guy took Rs.1860/- and Rs.450/- for Installation (additional wire charges).
            And when I Came back home after 5 days I noticed there was No HD Channels, so I Contacted Customer Care and then I came to know the Setup Box was NON HD so it could'nt support HD Channels.
            I told them the Entire Scenario then they said Complaints Team will contact me.
            There was no Call from the company or any representative till 4 days.
            I again Emailed Everything, and then i received call on 28th may 2019.
            I explained her everything, she said local team will contact you, then after 1 hour I Received call from Local Team they Guys Said there was No HD Setup Box Mention on Online Order which came from Customer Care.
            She Clearly said its not Local Team's Mistake.
            After this No one Called Nor any Mail.
            I'm sending them Mail Daily Still No Response.
            I have been fooled by such a Big Company .
            I Wanted to know what they got doing This ?

              I have ported out my vodafone number to airtel 1 year back.

              I am using plan for all incoming o/g and roaming free for 84 days validity of 399rs.

              While roaming out going call are not connecting with my airtel number but rest (I/c, sms and data) are working fine.

              Did complaint various times to airtel, nodalofficer and tri but all are useless no one is listening. Please suggest.

                I was in a hurry and requested santosh for providing a v - fiber connection whose number was mentioned in a airtel leaflet. He told me that the v - fiber is not in the location i'm residing. Later i agreed on the wi fi device he wanted to sell. On the same day i paid him 1500 rupees on the spot and gave all my documents to process the same. Firstly he delivered the product a day later than promised and even he cam with a dongle which i never asked for. He told as the wifi device is not available he registered my connection in the dongle (Device) and later he will replace it once the wifi device is available. When i was following up next day he informed me that once it has been registered in that (Dongle) device it cannot be transferred to another (Wifi) device. Now i have paid for the device and i'm not using it. I tried to reach out to santosh for remediation but he is not picking up my calls now. I desperately want this device to get replaced. How to go about it? Please advice.

                    Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

                    I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies, restarted my mobile 10+ times, swapped sim slots. Nothing. No matter what url i type in my browser, it'll automatically change the url to one. Airtel.in/rcconf and redirect every site traffic.
                    It is a big shame that airtel spams their customers with this [censored]bag of a site especially after a fresh recharge. What if i had an exam form to fill online? Would airtel be responsible if i could not fill up an application and passed the deadline just because airtel decided to redirect every single url to one. Airtel.in for more than 10 hours?

                    I know my pc or browsers are perfectly okay because my i can browse the net normally with my jio number as hotspot. The problem starts the moment i change my hotspot to airtel number in my dual sim smartphone.
                    I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

                      Today I receive a call from Airtel DTH that sir we have a offer for u you have sd set up box we will give you new internet tv set tup box at 2249 exchange the old one I said ok but that person told me today only we will give you but no one came today I got the massage(Dear Customer, Your Ref. no. 89970439 for Airtel Internet TV Upgrade has been assigned to our Service Engineer praveen ([protected]) for resolution. He will contact you shortly.) I called the service engineer he told me I don't know anything I will come tomorrow why you people are calling us why you are cheating Airtel alwy a good company but now day's Airtel waste for every one

                        Hi,

                        I am soumyajit basu and my airtel postpaid no is - [protected]
                        I am a platinum member of airtel and a premium member of airtel tv.

                        The problem, i faced today
                        I use airteltv mobile app to watch movie. Today morning also i tried the same and was able to watch the movie. From afternoon say 12 pm - whenever i try to watch any move using airteltv app - it asks me to recharge with 199 rs. There are two options in that pop-up
                        - 1. Not now - when i click this button, pop=up goes away but movie is not shown. Try again message is displayed.
                        - 2. Recharge now - when i click on this button, it asks to recharge my no i. E. [protected] (Which is a postpaid no) with a error message "please enter a valid pre paid number". So i am not able to see the movie now.

                        So in both the cases i am not able to watch movie using airtel tv app

                        Further issue faced
                        With this information i called three time to 121 customer care no.
                        - 1st time - after having a discussion with the executive more than 10 minutes - she dropped my call.
                        - 2nd time - sujata (Executive name) - after having another 10 minutes discussion she also dropped my call.
                        - 3rd time - executive not able to solve the problem and forwarded the call to superior. Superior also not able to solve it and suggested me to write this email.

                        In all the above mentioned communication, i am extremely disappointed with technical knowledge and problem solving skill of your executives. Not only they seemed helpless but also they are so impolite to drop the call.

                        I do not expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from airtel.

                        Please do the needful to resolve my problem asap or i have to go for other service provide.

                          I have purchased airtel dth connection. My customer i'd is [protected]. Moble number is [protected], [protected]. I have only one issue with there service is signal problem.in last 3 years i have registered 5 - 6complaints about it but every time there representative comes and clean that cam card of set top box and make one call to there customer care and then it's working fine. But whenever i call them for complaint they said that your cam card is need to changed, but still the date they did not change it they only clean it and after calling there customer service it will working.
                          Also one thing that will say every time is that i was having built in set top box in tv so that problem is occurs every time. So my question is why should you give that built in set top box in tv? And if this problem is occurs so why you will not provide us normal set top box on minimum price.

                              Hi,
                              This is apoorva p. R. And sahana c. A., husband and wife who unfortunately are airtel customers.

                              Airtel is cheating us who travel international by activating international roaming package (Zero rental plan) without any request from us for activation of this package and then they top up plans (Plan for zone a or zone b countries, etc.) relevant to those countries where we travel through applying daily limit pack of 499 rs and further.

                              Below are our bill details.
                              Mr. Apoorva p. R.- bill plan - 399 rs, customer id number [protected]
                              1. Bill period - 11/4/2019 to 10/5/2019, bill number fm2029i[protected], bill amount is 1804.04 rs
                              Out of the above bill amount, international incoming calls (10 pulse) is rs 900 + inter. Outgoing calls - 180 rs + mobile internet - 49 rs.
                              Note: mobile data was switched off during intl. Roaming and internet through airtel service was not used. So this 49 rs. Is baselessly charged by airtel.
                              Regarding incoming & outgoing calls, refer our general questions below.

                              Ms. Sahana - bill plan - 499 rs, customer id number[protected]
                              1. Bill period - 02/04/2019 to 01/05/2019, bill number fm2029i[protected], bill amount - 1838.74 rs
                              Out of the above bill amount, international roaming daily limit pack benefit at 499 rs with unlimited incoming nrc was activated on 08/04/2019 + international incoming calls (06 pulse) is rs 540 + mobile internet - rs 21.
                              Note: mobile data was switched off during intl. Roaming and internet through airtel service was not used. So this 21 rs. Is baselessly charged by airtel.

                              2. Bill period - 02/05/2019 to 01/06/2019, bill number fm2029i[protected], bill amount - rs 854.32
                              Out of the above bill amount, mobile internet usage 125 rs during international roaming during the bill period + late fee 100 rs for unresolved issue from previous bill.
                              Note: mobile data was switched off during intl. Roaming and internet through airtel service was not used. So this 125 rs. Is baselessly charged by airtel.
                              Regarding incoming & outgoing calls, refer our general questions below.

                              Out experience with customer care and questions/concerns not resolved-
                              1. Through series of calls to customer care, our basic question was who activated the international roaming pack for both o[censored]s and from when? The general answer we received was it is an automatic default pack for anyone, which gets activated once we start using it during international trip.
                              However, this is an utter lie customer care executives are giving to various different customers like us. We got to know through one of the calls to the executive (Who was helpful out of 10) that it is recorded in airtel’s database saying ‘based on customer’s request, this international roaming pack of zero rental charges has been activated….’ (We have this call recorded at our end, which we will submit if anyone from airtel disagrees with this information). Then based on this information we have asked all other executives to give us information on when did airtel receive a request on this from us/on our behalf, who’s the person who requested (Name), through what mode (Mail/sms/call) and time of request, which airtel has no answer till date. It is well understandable they cannot answer/give information on those questions, as they themselves have activated the packs to make unethical business like this and make fraud money in the name of service.
                              From a reputed airtel store, we gathered information that this roaming pack (Zero rental) can only be activated based on customer’s request and it is not a default service. If this pack is activated, then only plans relevant to countries of travel and daily package of intl. Roaming starts applying based on our usage.

                              We also noted that we received smss while landing in countries that says ‘welcome to (Country)! Opt for airtel’s international roaming pack & enjoy unlimited free incoming calls, _gb data & _minutes of free local/calls to india & _ sms at just rs. _ for 10 days. To activate, call [protected] (International tollfree) or click www.airtel.in/ir (Data charges apply)’. We asked executives when airtel gives option to ‘opt’ this package and options ‘to active’ by calling that no. Or clicking weblink through the sms we received, how do you claim that the intl. Roaming pack is automatically activated and is default? They were just reiterating what is there on our bill and claiming that to be clarification, which is not & stated that we need to pay because we used this service. They do not resolve our query for a justification that was asked on our basic questions, neither are competent enough to address and are rude + arrogant.

                              We certainly have to know when did airtel receive a request to active zero rental intl. Roaming pack on our numbers from either o[censored]s/our behalf + time of request, who’s the person who requested (Name) & through what mode the request was made (Mail/sms/call).

                              2. Strange part is, when we asked these executives how to deactivate this pack, they say that we have to call the customer care and make a request to deactivate. When we have not approached airtel in any ways to activate this pack with our will and wish in the first place (& as they claim it as automatic/default service), does it make any sense why we should approach for deactivation?

                              This is another indication of cheating by them, as for sure they are not going to deactivate it by default/automatic, as it applies for activation.in case we do not know this has to be deactivated by us (As we continue being blank since we have not activated), then airtel can continue charging us throughout our intl. Trips. Also, since they have fake records saying ‘based on customer’s request to activate..’, they are trying to have an authentic record by our calling to deactivate the intl. Roaming service.
                              We strictly need an answer from airtel when we have not activated the zero rental intl. Roaming service (With our accurate will & wish), why we should initiate for deactivation?

                              3. The response we got from an executive when asked as per question in point 1. Above is, if you do not want this service then you have to keep your phone on flight mode or switch off. He confirmed that airtel is providing default intl. Roaming service with those plans billed to us is prevailing from 20 years. When asked then why it was not activated on our numbers since the beginning we registered with airtel as we have been frequent intl. Travellers since years, he irrelevantly started explaining the roaming plans, which is none of our concern. He even said that airtel does not take complaints from customers and no process of complaint handling is prevalent. Is airtel kidding us? Do you see the arrogance and negligent response from its staff? The executive who spoke this way is mr. Brad on 24/05/2019 and interaction id of this call is 90381388. With lot of push from our end and with heavy difficulty, he transferred our call to his supervisor (Not sure if he’s really his supervisor) mr. Sachin who also refused to answer on our questions, asked us to pay the bills and cut the call without transferring to the floor manager, despite our request.

                              4. Without fail we again called customer care on 25/05/2019 and spoke to supervisors mr. Basheer & mr. Kaushik (Interaction id [protected]), who also didn’t give us information on our questions as per point 1. Above. However, we got the intl. Roaming service deactivated during this call. Mr. Kaushik assured that he has noted our request to address by airtel and we will get a call back within 48 hrs, which has not materialized till date.
                              After 5 days again we called customer care on 31/05/2019 and spoke to supervisor ms. Fevina (Interaction id is [protected] & [protected]) to ask about the call back request, where she confirmed no such request for call back is recorded by mr. Kaushik in their database. Look at the extent of diversified fraudulent assurances airtel staff is giving its customers and is taking customers on ride. We have all these call recordings and will submit if airtel fails to accept these conversations and misappropriate information as confirmed by its staff.

                              5. The intl. Call charges + mobile internet usage charges as indicated for both of our bills during the respective billing periods are invalid as explained under note there. Hence airtel should waive these charges or prove its validity. Airtel should also waive late payment fee, as the clarification on our questions is pending from their side.

                              6. Airtel should answer our unresolved open questions as per points 1 & 2 above and address concerns as per points 3, 4 & 5. Even though the bill amount seem small money to airtel, it is still our hard earned money and we will not give it for free to airtel for their fallacious service.

                              Airtel has started calling us to pay those bills, failing which they are threatening to take legal action against us. We are determined as per our point in 6 here irrespective of anything.

                                I had a very bad experience with the airtel store located in kammanahalli bangalore 560084. I lost my official sim and when went to apply even before the store closing time they said they can not do it and come to next day. Later i visited to another store near by where i faced the same issue. It was really embarrassing when they close their work even before the closing time of the store....

                                I have selected 72 channels from alacarta and paid rs. 492 /-online. They activated only 37 channels. I have contacted their cc several times, and ever time a caller ask me, my id and problem and said it will solve in 20 minutes. After20 minutes, no solutions. I am fadeup by airtel dgtv service. Can get my amount back. I don't want airtel service any more. I advice public in general they may rethink getting airtel service. Narayan raybhan tirpude id no. [protected].

                                3G/4G network not available in my village (Thalla Khammam Pahad), i have been using Airtel work since 4 years. I have been paying the post paid bill every month and have been receiving the internet data as per pack but there is no 3G/4G network to browse the internet.

                                  I have 2 airtel postpaid connection from many year, my no is [protected] & [protected] last year i updated my airtel plan to 599 in my [protected] and its one of benefit is airtel secure plan i resisted my redmi 6pro handset with it and i got one year complete protection including handset damage, last month my handset display got damage, i register complaint on same day they told me to upload document but i was unable to upload document, i tried 10 days to upload documents and i also mailed ([protected]@airtel.com) these require document to airtel, but they replied to me to upload document from site or airtel app, many time i complaint but i did not get solution.

                                    Since 28 may i am not able to use 4G internet despite having 140 GB data balance and active 4G service. i made a network complaint SR 90401758 with resolution date 1 June 2019. On 29th of may i visited Airtel Store and they recomende me for SIM swap but that did not work. On the same day they tried to give me new sim via sim swap but none of the order was successful. Same day i made a complaint SR 90406458 with resolution date 29 May 2019. But both the complaint were closed without any outcome. On 3 June i received a call from Airtel and they requested me to visit airtel store again and apply for a new sim card via SIM swap. I went airtel store a took a new sim card but result was same and new sim order was also failed. Same day evening i received a call from airtel again and they again registered a network related complaint with SR 90433989. On 4 June i again talked to customer care at 198 and they advised me to visit Airtel Store one more time for SIM swap. I went to airtel store, took a new sim card and waited there for an hour but all in vain. Now i am tired of talking to they care and visiting their store again and again. In between i wrote about 10 emails to them at nodelofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com and many calls from them just to make myself more furstated. Please provide me the solution. Thanks & Regards

                                    I do online Airtel recharge using Airtel app for my mobile phone no. [protected], recharge fail but money has been deducted from my Bank account..
                                    I try to resolve my problem to stop reminder SMS via customer-care.. During the time some noise I ask the girl executive to be waiting but she tells me that can't wait.. See the thing is i am waiting so loan to get the line., but they easily cut the call... Irresponsible idiots..

                                      Today i send porting request and i get unique porting code ak418667 expiry date 19/06/2019.

                                      Previously i made porting from airtel but airtel not free my line, today also same thing happened. When i call airtel customer care the say i free my line from airtel, but till now it show airtel network. I pay my bill due, pay more amount.

                                      In airtel previously my postpay bill plan was rs 99. Monthly but airtel change my bill plan rs 99 to rs 299 without inform me.

                                      Now i request free my line so that i change my mobile operated.
