Hi,
This is against the dealer of mapusa airtel office, by name vijay shah (Which he told) dealer of mapusa airtel office, pin 403507. He is always in a mood of not cooperating the customers, never address to their problem and always has the habit of yawning and keeps his head down always while addressing the customers. I have witnessed this on several ocassions and i would wantvsome strict action to be taken against such people who are just good for nothing. Kindly address my complaint strictly against said mr. Vijay at the earliest under consumer law. The video attached herewith is self explanatory.

    I have paid the 3999 and took 30 days pack withe the following benefits
    Unlimited incoming calls, 500 free mins to india, 5gb data

    And it is activated on[protected], and the amount is charged on[protected].
    Since it is for autorenewal i have deactived on[protected], i was hoping current pack will be active for another 14 days but they deactivated and charged me for the usage i have done after deactivation
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    After several days of follow up I've been trying to call my exam admission team in UP and has never been able to talk to the only realizingbthat Airtel doesn't allow calls to BSNL landlines

    What a joke after highly paid subscriptions

      Hi Airtel team, I have applied for a BroadBand connection last Thursday 30th May 2019 and received a CAF #[protected] and Ref No: [protected]on SMS and I also have made a payment of 3536INR for 3 months subscription, I was told by the agent that Airtel will contact in 1-2 business days for installation, I haven't received any call or a message from Airtel for installation & when I called the customer care there is no update whatsoever of the request for a new connection. All I get to hear is we will get back to you in 24hrs. I think this is a big fraudulent activity by Airtel & the team. I tried calling the agent who had come for the booking, he has stopped receiving my calls now. Need help on this to get the money refunded by Airtel.

        My airtel mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged the said mobile number for rs. 399 /on 31/05/19. But by mistake i have wrongly typed the number as [protected]. Mobikwik order no is en[protected]. Immediatelly i have taken up the matter with airtel. They said that as the transaction was made with mobikwik and i am advised to contact you for the refund and recredit to my credit card account or recharge for my correct mobile number [protected].

          Hello team,

          I have purchase airtel digital dish on 02-june-2019, but its my bad experience in a single day as dealer ask me submit 2500/- rupees cash and saying it will fix at your site in a day, and handover me some material, when i ask to invoice he decline and saying that money not return and no invoice facility on this, and when my airtel installation person come at my residence he and check the material (Which is provided by dealer) and inform to me that one pipe and once hdmi cable is missing and he contact to dealer and dealer said that send to customer at my shop and collect short items, its very very bad experience. And dealer also collect me for 200/- more for full hd box and saying you will be able to watch full hd channels with all sports and movies channels but there is picture quality is very bad and 3rd class.

          So i am very disappointed with the dealer and airtel digital dish services and worst experience.

          And no one update me how i identified my new connection as only my contact no [protected] has been taken

            Airtel digital tv customer id alloted to me is [protected] which is different from the customer id showing in tv which is [protected]. As a result i am unable to watch tv. I have given numerous complaint through email as well as their customer care number but till now they are not attending the problem i am facing. Moreover, they are continously debiting the airtel digital tv balance without resolving the issue.

We are long time not seen packege some chanel (Zee tv, zee cinema, &picture etc) full time of may month, 2019. Complain it castomer care but not solve this. After 2ed june recharge ₹680/- & 001 set of box not working seen tv screen recharge now. Already this id balance ₹682/- look this account and show validity of this ammount 22days. I know pack for one month but 22 days? Kindly take nessary action and solve this problem. Thanking you.

                My dth id [protected]... I have selected channel on tv to create my package... With 295 rs in total... But airtel is not processing it... Abd when i do same online on my airtel app.. Different n expensive plans are visible only...
                Even customer care is not able to create plan n not willing to help too... I cannot create same pack in 295 rs... I have my qr code ready... Kindly take care of it...

                I have two boxes with airtel dth n planning to change because of airtel n their customer care behaviour...

                  I did online recharge for my phone number [protected]. I did recharge for internet balance. I recharged it twice with 48 rupees. But i never got the net balance i even got the transaction ids for both the payments i never got a message that payment failure or like that the money deducted. I got the message that they have given the mobile data but if my check my balance data in my airtel app or anywhere else it’s not showing

                    I was asked to call 59059 after my old network was disabled and now after bsnl is disabled airtel is showing no network and hence i am unable to make or receive any calls. It’s been about 2 hrs, i am trying to restart and waiting hopeful to see the signal for me to even make the call to 59059. Day 1 with airtel, not good with process as promised. Please resolve asap.

                      I've face the problem about network and internet. This problem's face in every month. Just 5 days network & internet is working and another days not working. Even 198 complaint customer care not connected whenever no is connected then person without listening proper matter disconnected the call. Starting problem resolution tat is four days but these issues not resolve till date. I am paying the full amount before bill time but not use the calling, internet. This is wast of money and time. Airtel is wrost company. Wrost customer services. Client problem is not matter. Just airtel given the postpaid connection. Many person call for given the post paid connection and after taken connection customer face the many problems. After summitted the complaint i am not receive any call from airtel customer services. Always i am called to customer care and visit the center. Store person asked for advance amount for coming month. Store person was also not able to resolve my both issues.
                      198 call center person ask me call to 515 then they call to client but no body call me at once time till date. Now send the mail to airtel they the said email i'd and phone no is not registered. How can be possible every month i am received the bills, etc mail from airtel but about my complaints time email i'd is not registered. Airtel app show the error now what i do... No body understand my problems.

                      Present time i am jobless. My brother is no more. Father and mother not working due to health issue. Now i am searching job my financial situation is not well. Cyber cafe was closed in delhi. Without internet how can apply the job., even i can't call to any person because network is not available. Some person to call me and my phone is switch off show. This time i am facing the many problems but can't explain.

                      I am not use the postpaid all benefits. Can't call, can't use internet. Even my normal messages not sent due to network issue.

                      Kindly do some action.

                          Hi,
                          This is akshay rao. I had traveled to thailand from 19th april to 23rd april and unfortunately i have received a bill of rs 16, 630 out of which rs 11, 099 is international data charges for those days. I have called the customer care 4 times and on 31.05.2019 it was committed to me that my concern would be resolved but the person who reached me on 01.06.2019 couldn’t do the same and neither had the competency to resolve a client query for a justification that was asked. He was just reiterating what is there on itemized bill and claiming that to be clarification which is not & stating that you need to pay because it is there on the bill & was consumed is not the way executives should be talking to clients. I found the executive to be quite rude and arrogant in his response for asking justification on my data consumption.

                          International daily pack was activated on all days (Rs 499) – 500 mb is free per day
                          19th april 2019 – data consumption is 283.6 mb
                          20th april 2019 – data consumption is 592.2 mb
                          21st april 2019 – data consumption is 163.75 mb
                          22nd april 2019 – data consumption is 4.084 gb

                          My concern is very simple
                          A) my concern is consumption of 4 gb on 22nd april 2019 in span of 1½ hour as per the timing generated in the bill (11.16.10 am to 12.56.21 pm) at 4 intervals of exact 1 gb consumption (Image attached of bill). How can a person practically consume so much data in such a span? When on other days i have maintained my data limit. If i had really did consume so much data then i would be aware of it but when i have not consumed then i do not have a reason to pay for it. I had even ensured that the data was off when it was not in use. My friend who was with me had data consumption not more than 2.5 gb even after keeping it on 24 x 7, unlike me. Please note a person needs to watch 720p hd movie for 4 hours to consume so much data approximately depending on resolution etc. I have checked my browsing history and whatsapp data for that day and i didn’t notice any work that would have made my data consumption abnormal.

                          Fortunately i have been there for 4 days and i ended up with such bill. If i was there for 15 days may be i would have got a bill worth rs 50, 000 or more.

                          I hope it will be resolved. I have written on airtel india facebook page also now.

                          Hello Sir, We too have similar complaint on Airtel posted today with subject line 'unethical business practices by airtel regarding international roaming and data charges'. Worst service by them.

                            I have informed airtel regarding the pathetic network signal and data related problems in my area and they are only saying they are looking to resolve the issue. I informed about this in december and noe it is june. I am very angry and frustrated with airtel. This is ridiculous. I have submitted the speed test record in this complaint as well.

                            I need this to be resolved or i would need compensation from airtel for wasting my money and would file a case.

                              My husband is getting calls from a nuber which we dont ever know so we did nt pick up but we got continuuos calls from the sam number and hence we picked the call but that person is telling we rang to him and calling us several times a day and talking in filthy words.
                              And when we trid to block him he called us from various other numbers.

                                date of birth mismatch

                                My prepaid mobile number [protected]. My airtel sim is not working.
                                I tried to take new sim with documents but its not getting accepted due to date of birth mismatch.

                                I went to airtel store, talked to customer care, mailed [protected]@airtel.in many times, but no use.

                                One of the customer care guy suggested to change my number...

                                recharged twice by mistake

                                I recharged with 448 rs plan (For which i paid 398 as i had airtel coupon of 50 rs) and i got a message of successful recharge. However when i started my internet it did not work. So i checked on airtel app and it was not reflecting the new validity. So i recharged it again with same plan and still internet is not working and validity is not reflecting.

                                Kindly check and when resolved kindly refund my 398 as i need only 1 plan...

                                My airtel digitaltv customer id is [protected]. On 17th may i put a service request 89205421 for signal not coming. They told engineer will visit bla bla. But no engineer is visiting afterwards. After calling daily to cc, they transferred my call to senior supervisor who said that they will resolve the issue within 5 days. Maybe the last 15 days were not enough for them! Even after that 3 more days are gone. But no call from engineer... Nothing. The engineer number they sent me was bibhuti ([protected]) who is not picking up the phone and sometimes it is switched off. I am doubting if these people have an engineer. I had recharged for 3 months and everyday some money is being deducted from my dth account. They are telling the after the issue is resolved money deducted from 17th may will be refunded. I have my doubts about this.
                                So please resolve this issue by telling airtel to send the engineer immediately and refund the money from 17th or they can refund the rest all money so that i can disconnect from airtel and get the service from other dth providers.

                                  I had made online recharge to my account on 31.05.2019 through my icici bank card online through your app and icici bank site, which does not appear in my account
                                  As viewed by me on internet. The payment was made by login to
                                  Your http://www.airtel.in/digitaltv.
                                  Amount was debited from my icici account and recipt of transection is icici banktransaction reference number:[protected]. But my airtel dth account not showing the amount credited to airtel dth account. Through airtel app below confirmation from icici
                                  "you have made an online payment of inr 250.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee indiaideas ewallet from your account xxxxxxxx3583 on may, 31, 2019 at 17:51 hours."

                                  I had already contacted customer care but no response till now.

                                    I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 448 on 8th june 2019 and received an sms from sbi net banking with transaction reference { (Future reference uh[protected]Oper ref[protected])} of rs. 448. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
