I had recharged my dth on 20.05-19 for 2 of my set top box for the amount rs.2391/- on advice of your call center person.
Next day my connection was disconnected and the issue was negative 247 balance.
Calling your customer care :-
Then my hurdle with call center started. Tried calling your call center many times and your ivr is too lengthy and after a point it does work properly (And you guys claim to be user and customer friendly. Shame on you)
After many attempts when i reach your call center i have to tell the entire story from the beginning to your executive. After listening to it he will transfer the call to your floor supervisor.
Sometimes the call get disconnected when its transfered and like a helpless dog i have to sit and cry for wasting such a long time and again start from first by dailing airtel customer service.
So after few attempts i would reach the floor manager, who will help redeem the account for a day. And promise to resolve the issue with in 24 hours of time.
This story continued for the last 5 days.
Imagine the stress i have gone through in last 4 days dealing with your call center.
Finally got a call from airtel telling me that i have recharged for a wrong amount.
1. Who is selecting executives for your call center?
2. What sort of training you give them?
3. Why was i dragged for 4 long days to identify the issue?
And even today i was asked to recharge for 250 to activate my account, i did the same but only one account was activate and other account was showing negative balance.
So, i recharged my other account with another rs.250/- but when i did that, i turned to be postive rs.254/- balance.
What sort of system you are running in the background?
If you dont have a proper customer support system why do you want us to buy your products.
I repeat, pathetic & worst service i have ever seen in my life time!!!
With all this regrets,
"i would request you to cancel my dth service" even though i have 6 months of paid service left in my account. I would like to discontinue from a service who doesn't give a damn about its customer.
Please consider this as my letter of request for cancellation.
Above all, the number which i could track for calling nodal officer of airtel is also not working.
For god sake, dont tell me you guys are in service industry.
