I requested for talktime balance recharge but i was mislead by sending me a message for unlimited talk time which i recharged but the balance did not top up. When i put my request in customer care they were very rude to not help me and instead told me to do a different recharge.
This misleading and rude behaviour will lead the company to loose old customers and loose a good reputation.

      Airtel signals are worst in our locality... Internet services are also worst... We don't have even 2g also properly... So please resolve our problem as soon as possible.. Atleast try to improve till 3g... We don't have 4g towers so we depend on 3g services only... So please its a request to solve the issue as soon as possible... This is second time iam complaining about the issue so please try to solve it atleast this time...

My money has been deducted but service not started. Already talked to customer care but no response.

          My setup box stopped working all of sudden. I have raised an issue and the technician arrived after 2 days. He said the setup box needs to be replaced and as they don't have HD -DVR setup box with them. I have to take new connection again. I have 3 months left for the 1 year package I took. They said it won't work and I have to take new connection and get new customer id. It seems it costs 1900 for the new connection.
          Why would I need a new connection. If they don't have setup box, they should get it from other dealers and replace it. it has been 8 days and still the issue wasn't fixed. When I call the customer care all they say is wait for 24 hours. This has become a joke and they don't have least responsibility to fix the issue.

            For the past one month or so i am not able to use 4g network on my airtel number. As my home network is uttarakhand and i stay in haryana (136119) but i am not able to use the 4g ntwork.
            So kindly help me i resloving the issue as it is becoming difficult to use internet services.
            Do i need to swap my sim, do inform and would i be able to get it swapped here in the roaming area of haryana.

              My mobile number was tapped from today morning till evening. A short beep sound is been noticed at relugular intervals. I want to know the details of the person tapped and the reason for it. Any authority had permitted for the same to tap my numbers. I have stopped the signal for some time at 7.00pm for half an hour. Later i have noticed that beep sound is not coming. The same was brought to the notice of commissioner of police. Visakhapatnam in writing also.

                I have issue with Airtel Internet service.
                Issue I am facing from more then 10 days.

                I have frequently chased customer care service and raised the complain but there is no response. Every time customer the matter has been escalated, and will get call back from network team. But still there is no response from Airtel Team.

                I post paid user I use to pay almost 800 rs per month to Airtel for the service.

                Please guide with proper step.

                  Respected Sir/ Madam,

                  My outgoing validity of mobile is expired but my incoming validity is next 14 days, I want to do recharge mobile number before one day of incoming expiration, but Airtel company directly deducted Rs.23 amount from my main balance without my permission & information and also it's complaint helpline number not connected. I want to return my Rs.23 from Airtel company.
                  Please help me.

                      I recharged my dth on may 1 2019 of rs 410 with txn no[protected], today airtel disconnected my connection saying insufficient fund, amount didn't got credited to my account my registered number in dth is [protected],

                      I also made a complaint with airtel customer care executive complain no is 88724038. They promissed me a call back but has not given me call back

                        I had raised a request to split my two set top boxes and transfer one of them to another location on 30 april 2019, at that time they told me i will get a call back from back end team in 48 hrs as they can only split the connection
                        Even after 4 days i have not received any call back
                        I have called customer care thrice since then and every time i get absurd assurance that they will arrange call back in 2 hrs, half hr etc.
                        This is beyond ridiculous, airtel has opened customer care service as a joke and fool people.
                        There is no alternative also apart from talking to these people over phone
                        Airtel should just stop providing services if incompetency level are so high

                          I am trying to subscribe new chanel plan on airtel dth (Cost. Id [protected]) since 2 months but it is still not activated. I m trying to get help from customer care but they forcing me to select any ready made plan and they cut the phone call when i ask the reason that why i am unable to select chanels according to me. It is the clear violation of new trai's rules. Please help me in this regard.

                            I raj kumar gautam as my airtel no.[protected] was discontinued for last one and half month from 26 march, 2019 till now for converting the service from prepaid to pre on post as my number is more than 11 years old customer using airtel network presently, as repeatedly so many times i visited the airtel nodal office and airtel store for travelling 300 kms to and fro because of this i faced lots of health issue now and then with effect from that i have also faced lot of problem in official work site in physically and mentally. I failed to send money to my family due to otp as my family rent resident in lucknow and my child's admission is hold due banking transaction incomplete problem due to otp with that my child's future is spoiled due to bharati airtel network issue if the situation persisting so on bharati airtel is responsible for my child's future. Till now my sim is not activated after repeated approaching to airtel executive customer care service either telephonic conversation nor through the direct approach in airtel nodal office bharti airtel limited, b2, 3rd floor, south block, bahu plaza, gandhi nagar, jammu, jammu & kashmir 180012, no response of activation has being done till now and the status remains the same. I requesting you kindly do the needful for me to save my child's future.

                              Dear sir/madam

                              Yesterday i purchased airtel dthconnection. I had called to airtel dth services center and booked new connection. After 1 hrs airtel dth customer care called me and i told them that i am interested in a new construction for dth. I was asking which channel is are there in the connection. She told your choices i told give me all hind channel, sports, english and news channels, she told rs 292 package all hindi sport and news channel will be coming.
                              Yesterday dt 02/05/2019 evening 18.15 hrs installed and told 1 hrs active but today 12.10hrs the dth got actived. I checked all channel 80% free channel no hindi sports channels. Airtel dth company never showed us the pamphlet and we never selected any channel of it. I just book new contection online after. They called me 8 to 10 they give us the worng information. I had call customer care and they give worng information about package diteails and about channel.
                              I told costumer care that if i don't like the channel and services and they should take the set-up box within 24 hrs and they should return the money back. Customer care cannot refund the money back. Dth id no [protected]
                              Can you take a strict action against them and try to refund my money back.

                                I had mobile richarge on 25 april 2019 from yes bank app 2 times 399 mean total 798 rs
                                Both times transaction successful but recharge not done, i called bank and they gave me details of transaction which is sussesfully debited from my account,
                                Then i called custermer care they gave me funny answer "there is no way to check money deposit in airtel merchant account.
                                If you don't get recharge confirmation massage it mean we dint get money from your bank account, better you talk with your bank".

                                  My airtel sim card is showing no service... I have tried everything. (Swtoff, changing sim card). Customer care number also i have dialled like 191, 198, 121 bt there is no option telling me to connect to customer care. Its very important and urgent to start my sim,. Help me with the issue... This is the last option for me to put message here or else i have to change simcard.

                                  No steps has been even just nothing.. Because my sim had no service so i can't call or do anything from airtel... So from another airtel card i was trying to call 198 and also 121 for connecting customer care but the options given my them was excluding connecting to customer care. So now i have no option to do anything. Please do help me

                                      In order to purchase from myntra app i had to put minimum balance in the airtel app as per my purchase. The app shows an option related to transferring the money back to the account. However while selecting transfer to bank it shows the service is not available. This message o[censored]navailability of transferring back to account should be displayed beforehand itself.

                                      Further none of the customer care number given on site or on app works. The required information is not available as an option in the call. The employees are negligent enough to not reciprocate to the call as i kept calling on few mobile numbers.
                                      Few of the numbers dialed were 121, 400,[protected], [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.

                                      This problem is suffered by many people still not resolved.
                                      I. E. Undue and non-informed callous nature of airtel with their app and uninterested customer care services and employees.

                                      Transferred on 03 may 2019 to airtel wallet for purchase to be done.

                                      Wasted my 3 hours for calling each and every number and did not receive any fruitful result.

                                      As a solution the amount paid by me (Rs 1500) to the wallet should be refunded back and no such incident should occur in the future.

                                      Either app should be updated or the features unavailable should be informed prior itself so that this incident does not repeat itself in future.

                                      Airtel hasbnit reciprocated and doesnot have the courtesy to talk to the clients. However the airtel app is awful in all possible ways. The helpline given for calls and mails donot work at all. In such cases it would be better if they dont provide the mail id at all. What is the use of the id when it always has to be unavailable. Useless service provider would say. Switching to other providers. Literal meaning of sab try karo fir sahi chuno. Atleast could eliminate airtel from the list of all people I could possibly inform.

                                        As we are pre paying for the DTH services, they are deducting money by quoting whatever reasons they want. Recently i asked them to lock my subscription as i am out of town for a month. But they paid deaf eye and all the amount(230rs) is deducted. Now when i call them, they just say sorry. I happened twice to me. Previously also they deducted 200rs saying some regional package charges, which was never mentioned in any packages to us
