Iam a airtel dth customer

As per the trai rules operators offered us some channel bouquets and sun broadcasters are having two packs name sun kerala basic and sun kerala hd

The basic pack includes 4 channels and basic hd also includes 4 channel but in basic hd surya hd channel is not included in airtel but the sun broadcasters have included it and when i call airtel dth they say surya hd was added only few months ago but it have been 3 month i think they said you have to chose it as alacarte for rs.19 with tax. Why i have to chose like that with extra money there are many packs like this in airtel dth and other dth and cable also which not include all channels but the channel will be available as a la carte. So trai must warn all cable and dth operator to give all channel which is included in broadcaster bouquets and are available in their dth platform. Iam also uploading the proof.

    I went to airtel walk in store (Karkardooma) on 27th of march, 2019 to know whether my old number (I. E.-[protected]) can be re-issued to me or not, i further follow up many times, then airtel representative (Shilpa) called (Call recording attached) me on my alternate number-[protected] and asked me to come on the said day i. E. On 22nd april, 2019 to get my old number back after clearing the payment, accordingly i made the payments towards all my dues on the such day (Proof of payment is attached) and told me to follow up further, when i went there on 24th april, 2019 the airtel representative at the store told me that you may not be issued the same number again.

      I have upgraded my sim from 2g to 4g yesterday evening on 28 april, 2019 (Sunday). Until 10 am also my sim is not activated. I have called several times to customer care and also messaged on 121 for sim activation but in vain. Being such a reputable telecom service provider, i did not expected such a wasteful service. The urgency is that i am traveling today and i wanted to upgrade my sim so that, before 2 o'clock in the afternoon, my sim starts working. Please take it on priority. Looking forward to a quick action.

        On 28th april 2019 i got a call at afternoon 1.14 pm nd he told me for sharing my personal details and i refuse to gave the details amd hang up the call after 5 mnts one time password come in my phone when i m going to check the otp that time my money is deducted in my bank statement there is shows the money is credited in airtel money mumbai please help me

          I have recharged my account on 20th april 2019 by rs 315..
          . It is 8 days i see eror code 6..
          I called up several times to airtel customer care
          All of them reply we will solve it within next half hour

          I have already paid and now i feel so terribly helpless as i cant use my own paid services
          My acc no is [protected]... I complaint many times but no actions yet... Please help me through or let me know what is the problem where am i wrong

          Till now my problem is not solved.
          My problem is that my airtel Payments bank a/c is frozen. And I want it to be reopen.
          Hey, I have done a recharge of 169 using paytm and my father also recharge the same amount in a shop. Is there any way to get refund.
          I am worried that the network coverage is very worst in this airtel. They say you would get network in Himalayas also. But first tell them to provide tower in main areas. Damn lie in this network. I don't like this airtel. I want to change my network.

            I recharged my no. With 199inr to get 1.5GB/Day on 21-04-19 . and on 26-04-19 i again recharged my no. with the same Data plan getting extra 5GB as per offer. So now I'm only able to use 1.5 GB/Day . please help me! I also called Airtel customer care to know whats the matter, telling me that i can only use one data plan at a time.

              Hi airtel support,
              I have been using the same number in airtel for almost 7+ years now. But recently i switched to 4g sim. After that i have been receiving hardly few calls.. All of my friends and relatives are not able to contact me.. No dialtone or no not reachable/switched off message... When dialling to my number we hear a dead tone.. But all outgoing calls are working fine. Could you please assist on what to do next as i have only this sim.

                Hi,

                I am resident of eros sampoornam greater noida. We have common satellite disc in our tower. Last month dth it did not work for 3 days. 2 weeks ago it was not working for 2 days on weekend (Code b001), now today again it is showing b001 code and signal is coming.

                We are not getting services properly, and airtel is charging on daily basis, whether dth is working or not.

                Why should we pay for the day it is not working.

                  I spoked three times in the Airtel customer care but no proper response form them, it depressed me. In my same apartment total around 40 Airtel wifi connection is their in that one of my brother also having the Airtel Wifi only but still now they not giving connection to me.

                    I have purchased this new set top box from airtel recently. Since i was going out of town for next 2 weeks, i didn't recharge my account. Now my dth subscription has got suspended which is fine.

                    Problem that i am facing now is i am not able to watch anything like prime video or zee5 or voot. I don't understand how these two are related since these apps should run with or without my airtel account getting suspended. Airtel customer care doesn't even have an idea about what i am talking about.

                    I would like them to take back their stb and return my money.

                    tried to recharge my mobile phone on 21.04.19 with Rs 149, amount got deducted from my SBI account,
                    paid to Talence technologies, but not got recharged till now
                    Airtel is liable to be sued in courts by consumer groups and individuals as it is promising unlimited local and STD calls on it's prepaid 399/- plans but is not allowing 1860 calls, so it is commiting a fraud on customers, my number is [protected]

                    My Airtel set top box changes channel on its own . The set top box blinks even while the TV is off.
                    This needs to be resolved as soon as possible !

                          I use airtel sim-prepaid i have been receiving calls from unknown numbers (All men). Each time a block a particular no., i receive call from another no.
                          Additionally i have also started receiving whatsapp messages from unknown numbers too. These calls are very distressing as the dialer talks in an extremely cheap manner. Although i have been blocking the numbers, it hasn't helped in stopping these calls. Kindly look into the matter.

                            One or two months ago i written a request to airtel that is:

                            "hello sir/mam

                            I also want to experience airtel's 4g volte service but for that i will have to upgrade my sim card to 4g/volte enabled sim card but i think i can not do because i am suffering from a disease called anxiety disorder which causes unable to walk, not even two steps forward that's why i am asking airtel if it would help me to upgrade my sim card. This sim card belongs to the telenor which was converted into airtel itself. That's why i am requesting airtel to help me out as soon as possible. Please! Please! Please! Help me out.

                              Airtel do fraud with the customers

                              Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become ### hungry fellows who don't have guts to EARN your INCOME and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.

                                  Here is my complaint..

                                  Being a self proclaimed #1 mobile network company, there is no proper support team and most of customer care people don't know how to solve my issue.

                                  Problem is, i have made a payment of 2000inr. On feb17. Made a mistake, i suppose to make a payment of 200inr. So made 1800 additional amount and the same i'm asking to refund. Most of customer care executive says - they escalated the same and no resolution even after 2months.

                                  Yes, they don't care the customer also they don't value customer money.

                                  Do it need 3months to get settle this issue.?

                                  Even after mail, call escalations, they are sleeping, what a pathetic service. Even i switched from postpaid to prepaid as per their retain team still "0" response...

                                  Now i need justification.

                                      My credit card was auto debited with ₹715.18 today at 11:49am withou pin/otp. Please look into it and reverse the charges. I haven’t used my credit card today i. E 27-04-19. This seems to be some sort of fraud that you have to take care from your end. I have seen similar types of complaints raised by other consumers reporting the same issue and observed that no solution is given so far from your side. How would you resolve this issue, i need an answer and update!
