Dear sir, I am from visakhapatnam, In my family we are using Airtel Network since 2 years.The Airtel Network is too poor.As they are showing in their ads that number one network in india, that's all fake. I was prepared for group 3 exams since last three months and I am following online classes in YouTube. But when I want to start the video always it was showing a poor network. so many times I complained in their customer care office but no result shown to me. I was wasted too much time and I didn't complete my classes in a proper time.The exam was held. How they can gave me my wasted time back. I want justice for this.And also to rectify the network issue.Because so many others are facing the same issue.

    Dear sir, madam

    I am the regular user of airtel, since last 7 years i am using various airtel services, but i am very upset with your executives related to broadband service, actually i am interested to take a wifi connection at my home, for that i have applied 3 times but my request was taken very casually and every time i got the same response from your executives that at my house location there is no wifi service, which is not possible because at the same house at ground floor some one is already using airtel wifi service since last 5 years.

    I know that airtel is one of the best company in telecommunication, but the attitude of some of yours executives make me in doubt.

    I hope that you will consider this mail seriously and also take some effective action further.

    I'm calling for verification to 59059 but it was not responding sometimes it was disconnecting itself. I'm disappointed with airtel customer care services
    I am very unhappy for the policy of recharge 36rs complasary...You can't force customers to recharge compulsory... And if we don't recharge you stoped outgoing and incoming services even though we have enough balance in our account... It is very unconvinient policy...

      I am relocate to ghaziabad to noida. I request to airtel to reconnect my dth to new location. Their come and told that airtel signal is not available. So you can change to other dth supplier.in my airtel dth account approx 1660 rs on 16/04/19 and currently it only 1442 and it is decreases.
      I haave alot of time request to cistomer care to disconnect and refund it, but no action is taken.

        As we lived in family, one airtel number is constantly annoying to my family as well as to my personal mobile number. Now, the stage is that it is very problematic for my family members. Even when i am at busy the (Lady no.91 [protected] from bihar airtel once and another time bangalore through airtel) person is being calling me from three days.. So, it is my humble request to give the full details of the airtel mobile number. The mobile number is [protected]. Even the call is coming at mid-night also.

        Once again request your good self help me what can i do give me full details to my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com). Treat, this is as my final step to stop the unwanted calls.
        Treat this matter on urgent basis as the question is of my family safety.

          Hello team

          I am arnab hui, my consumer id [protected] which has two connection one is sd & anothe is hd.
          Now my sd connection was unused for last 8 months hence on march-5, i have requested to stop my sd connection.
          When i called customer care they confirmed that it should be done for each month & he stopped my connection for the mentioned month.
          On april i have called them back for next month connection stop, now they are telling me that this service can only be availed once in four months.. So basically last information was wrong which justification is still pending...
          After lots of escalations & phone calls they advised me to split my connection as nothing can be done...
          Request has been taken for the same on last april 5, complaint no : — 88215669 & 87590078...
          However i am still waiting for account split.
          Whenever i call on customer care or escalation number only they are informing me that it will be done in next 24 hrs, which is a big lie...
          Also they are not waiving off the deducted amount mentioning it can only be done once in a month, is this some kind of joke???
          Wrongly charged also cant be waived off???
          Can anyone please respond me back with proper justification for past mistakes & account split request
          Or this is will be fine if i can close my both airtel dth connections & throw them put of my house...
          This is really frustrating...

            I am one of the customers of airtel dth cable service. My dth tv id no. [protected] standing in the name of sambhunath chatterjee being recorded mobile no. [protected], my expiry date of connection is today but i paid the amount of rs. 453.00 wb pack on 21/04/2019 through phonepay and amount was debited from my account but it is curious enough that the bengali channels viz. Star plus, zee bangla, zee 24 ghanta bangla news and others though mentioned in the said pack have not been provided. I am constrained to say that being a judge if i am deceived by your company in such manner in that event it can be evaluated how the general people are being deprived. I will take up the matter with trai if my problem is not solved within two days and i will also take legal action for compensation of harassment and deficiency in service from your end.

              Sub: no action of my complaint from 21/09/2018 3rd reminder against airtel.

              My airtel mobile no is [protected], complaint no:[protected] dated 21 sep 2018, regarding network at
              C4/2, rites flats, ashok viihar, phase 3, delhi-110052.
              There is no network of my above address from last seven months.
              We have four connection in family of airtel no is[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] all are the facing same no network problem from more the last seven months.
              I have several times lodge the complaint on 121 no and also talk to senior person but all are fail for resolve my complaint.
              Meanwhile your engineer visit and check in jan 2019, he was found there is no network. From last seven months call dropping problem continue and mobile date is useless in my residence area because there is no signal.
              Why are you every time every-body fail for resolve my complaint from more then last seven months?

              We are daily facing lot of problem no network of all airtel four connection from more then seven months. Please take the strongly action of my long time pending complaint and give the responce urgently.

                Myself tv pradeep holding an airtel sim having number [protected].

                Complaint - volte not working.

                Regarding this complaint i have contacted the customer service where they had asked me to do a couple of changes which was all done. Firstly i made sure that my handset samsung galaxy s9 plus is compatible for volte. I have also inserted the sim in slot 1 and made sure that the network settings in my mobile is fine. I have also switched on the volte option in my device.

                To further rectify this issue i have inserted few other airtel sim cards on this same device samsung galaxy s9 plus and the volte was working. So i understood that there is no problem with the handset which i am using. Later i have also inserted my sim having number [protected] in other volte compatible devices. But here the problem occurred in other devices also. So the volte of my number is not working in my device and also in other volte compatible devices.

                All these details have been updated to the customer supervisor via 121. But till now my issue is not resolved. This problem is completely on your technical side with the number i'm using.
                The call centre people told me that the device was not compatible every time i called but i rectified all these issues by checking with the other airtel sim cards which was working perfectly on volte in my device samsung galaxy s9 plus.

                Previously i was on tata docomo and have later chossen airtel mainly because any kind of issues arised would be resolved immediately with the airtel. So i had a hope that my issue would be resolved but it is taking days together to get solved. The call centre is only asking for time to speak to technical department but not responding back to the issue. Icalled a number of times to the call centre regarding this issue and all these details you can track for ur confirmation. Now i am fed up of calling to the call centre.

                So now i had to place this mail in order to solve my problem. I hope that you look into this matter immediately and solve my volte issue as soon as possible.

                Airtel do not let yourself down in satisfying the customer problems on time with proper solutions. I hope that you take this issue seriously.

                  I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                    signal problem and internet issue in lower ground floor

                    Signal issue in basement. Call drops every time. Internet is not working. It is showing only gprs on phone. We are facing problems since last few years. We have a big office space with nos. Of employees. We are planning to switch to vodafone now. We have made many complaints for this but not get proper solutions for it. Every-time they came and goes without doing proper solution for it....

                    We would like to bring to your notice that we have seen startup of installation of mobile tower at tha house of mr. Mohinder pal singh matharoo, house no 103, st no 3, jawahar nagar, batala road, amritsar without any area person permission from respective authority.

                    We would like to bring to your notice that installation of mobile towers in residential area is not authorized by the Deptt of Telecom. As mobile tower emits RF radiations and is harmful for health. The dangers of people suffering from ill effects of radiation are many, such as cancer and brain tumor.

                    We along with other members of ward no 18, jawahar nagar, amritsar are request you to take some immediate action on this. Thanks.

                      My Airtel prepaid sim suddenly stopped getting detected. No network. I'm unable to make / receive calls. I have taken a new sim with the same number but still the problem persists. This number is linked to all my major platforms like bank accounts etc. Now I'm unable to port the number to another service. Tried calling customer care and they say there's no problem from their and they can't do anything about this. Got stuck and totallyy disappointed with the service.

                        I'm using airtel sim from past two years and right now i shifted to some other place but here we are facing lot of network/signal issue and internet issue.
                        The issue we are facing since last one year and every one needs to come out from home and search for the signal. There is no tower near that area.
                        In emergency we can't contact to any person easily to solve.
                        It's my humble request to take sever action against these issue and company as soon as possible.
                        The airtel company is talking about open network which is totally zero in test. There promises are not at all up to the mark..
                        The customers are blindly recharging costly pack, but it's of no use. They are manipulating the customer and making money without giving any service.
                        Please take serious action regarding this and try to solve it asap without fail.

                          I am user of airtel postpaid, currently i am using a 99 rs rental myplan. For this month i have received a bill of rs 714.14. When i have checked this bill details i have found that airtel have charged all this amount on my data usage, although i have also a data balance of 5gb.

                          Usually i am getting the bill of around rs130.

                          I have already talked to airtel customer care and launched a complain in this regard (Complain no:[protected]. But i do not get any corrective action.

                          I am using this mobile no since 2008, this type of mistake is not accepted from company like airtel.
                          This thing effect the loyalty of customer toward's airtel.

                            For the past few months, i am facing a problem of non generation of receipts and non updating of the recharge amount/bill amount in case of mobile recharging/broad band bill payments. An error occurs when the merchant site is reached from the net banking site which says 'OOps. Your request cannot be processed. pl. try again'.

                            Every time, i have to send a mail to the customer care and get the issue resolved. it is better if the company looks into this online issue and resolve the same.

                                I've ported aim to airtel, my old sim got deactivated but new sim is not getting activated, i'm stuck in between and my phone number is important too.

                                I went to airtel store and they want me to contact the local shop from i bought the sim and i am not finding him there.

                                Airtel store says we can't do anything from here i want it resolved.

                                How can i find the local man who sold the sim, airtel authorises him to do so and when i approach the airtel store on fc road pune they say find him.

                                  Hello there,

                                  This is to certify you that i have requested to port my number
                                  [protected] from jio to airtel on 16th april 2019.

                                  I have been told by the lady representative at the airtel store to do
                                  The first recharge. I have paid rs 500 in cash to her and she told me
                                  That after a week when the network of my jio sim will disappear then i
                                  Have to put the airtel sim, call on 59059 and then verify the code.

                                  I have done the same last night and everything was fine except my
                                  Number is not activated yet. When i have called the customer care 198
                                  They said that the first recharge has not been done yet and they can't
                                  Do anything for that.

                                  I then visited the airtel store but it was closed and a notice was
                                  Displaying which reads "renovation work going on we'll continue our
                                  Service shortly".

                                  Now tell me what should i do? I haven't any active internet service, i have
                                  Already paid rs 500 in cash at the time of porting but number has not been recharged, my airtel sim is not activated and i also got a message that your number will expire on 23rd april 2019.

                                  It seems really horrible and a scary nightmare for me porting my jio
                                  Number to airtel.

                                  I wish i didn't have done this mistake

                                  Customer care is not taking any responsibility and the airtel store is
                                  Under renovation and the worst thing is that my airtel connection will
                                  Expire on 23rd april 2019 which means withing two days.

                                  I know i am badly lost with this jio to airtel porting but still i
                                  Thought mailing you would help me or atleast provide me a solution.

                                    I am using an iphone i have recharged my airtel no with 399 pack postpaid and my net is not working properly it’s continuously showing 3g network but net is not accessible and whenever it shows 4g network still the net is not accessible and i am facing this issue almost every month kindly look into the matter and let me know the solution or else i am thinking to port it to some other network
